Abstract
Policy in managing inventory becomes an important part of a company, including in Food Factory that involve several production activities. To support production activities, company needs machines to carry out production activities. In order to keep production activities running well, the company always strives to maintain the reliability of these machines. Spare parts are an important component to support these activities. The type and number of spare parts is not only one, but can reach thousands. Therefore, it is necessary to manage a good spare part inventory by the company to ensure the availability of spare parts in warehouse and of course avoid the accumulation of spare parts stock in warehouses that make inventory costs high. This study uses the base-stock policy (S-1, S) method, which is applied to high priority spare parts. Determination of high inventory (HI) category spare parts is obtained based on FRMIC classification (Fuzzy-Rule-based approach Multi -criteria Inventory Classification) which considers several criteria, including: unit price, consumption value, replenishment lead-time, critically and commonality. The use of the base-stock policy method is proven to be able to reduce total inventory cost.

Abstract
Research findings suggested that husbands support may lessen the challenges of women during menopausal phases. Despite that, husbands- support for menopausal women in Asian countries, particularly in Malaysia, is still not well studied. Objectives: This study explores how menopausal women perceived supports provided by their husbands. Methods: Total of 13 menopausal women recruited using a combination of purposive and snowball techniques from two sources, tertiary hospital and local communities in the state of Kelantan, Malaysia. The in-depth semi-structured interview guided was used to explore how they perceived supports provided by their husbands. The data were then analysed using thematic analysis. Results: Five (5) themes have emerged which comprises of emotional, instrumental, appraisal, guidance, and sexual supports. One of which was a new theme (sexual intimacy support) that had not been existed previously in other literature reviews. Conclusion: Majority of menopausal women perceived the supports provided by their husband were negative, rather than positive supports that they had hoped. These findings suggest that an education program tool for husbands as a support person is much needed to ensure women walk through the menopause phase in a more meaningful life

Abstract
The East Nusa Tenggara Province has launched a KIA revolution program. The program emphasizes that all birth deliveries must be carried out in health facilities and assisted by skilled health workers. This program has not been implemented well on account of the fact that there are still pregnant women who deliver at home and choose a traditional birth attendant as their helper. This certainly has an impact on the occurrence of maternal death. This study aims to investigate the reasons as to why the mothers choose a traditional birth attendant as a birth delivery helper at Borong Health Center. A qualitative study with in depth interviews was conducted for the present study. The participants were selected purposely, consisting of eleven mothers who gave birth at home and were assisted by a traditional birth attendants, two midwives, and two active traditional birth attendants, one community leader and the head of the community health center. Open interview guidelines were used to explore the reasons why mothers still chose traditional birth attendants for their birth deliveries. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis approach. The results of the study showed that the unavailability of transportation facilities to health facilities, hereditary traditions, kinship with the traditional birth attendant, poor weather during delivery and poor road conditions made it difficult for mothers and families to go to health facilities. Henceforth, in order to increase the coverage of childbirth in health facilities, a village ambulance program is needed so that the mothers could give birth at health facilities, health education to increase public awareness about the importance of delivery in health facilities and infrastructure improvements.

Abstract
The third amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia has raised the Constitutional Court as a constitutional justice institution in Indonesia. One of the authorities possessed by the Constitutional Court is to decide on disputes about the results of general elections. This article aims to examine the interpretation of the authority through a literature study method with a normative juridical approach. The results of this study explain that Article 24C paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is the constitutional basis for the Constitutional Court in the authority to decide disputes about the results of general elections. On Normative perspective, it can be said that the authority possessed by the Constitutional Court is only in the case of disputes that occur between participants in general elections in the case of the results of general elections authorized by the General Election Commission. When interpreted with a comprehensive approach, the Constitutional Court as the guardian of the constitution and the guardian of democracy, the authority to decide disputes on the results of the general election cannot be interpreted only speaks of disputes over results but the Constitutional Court can examine the electoral process if fraud occurs structured, systematic and massive. So, the Constitutional Court is not only a Court Calculator that only calculates the results of general elections, but more than that as the guardian of the constitution and democracy in Indonesia.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review of the phenomena that occur at this time, regarding the emergence of new needs in fast food restaurants in order to adapt to the needs of the millennial generation as the latest target market. Holding coworking space is one of the answers to anticipate these needs. Providing work space in fast food restaurants is not uncommon because the initial concept of fast food is to serve and serve quickly and consumers are just eating and spending a long time there. This research uses descriptive analysis method with Richesse Factory and Mc Donalds case studies, as a representative of a fast food restaurant that changed the concept of the visitor area lately. The study found that currently the coworking space area in the fast food visitor area is a new requirement in this era. The activities and needs of millennials now are factors that are considered by fast food entrepreneurs to create a coworking space area to add new functions to improve their product marketing. So now the functions of consumer space are not only for eating activities but also added work activities. The addition of this activity caused changes in the function of space and also the addition of service functions. The results of this study can be used for further study, as a reference to find the best layout that can be applied in a fast food restaurant, in the form of space optimization that considers the combination of coworking space and dining area facilities without disturbing the comfort of users, especially consumers.

Abstract
Indonesian has experienced high strategic food prices in recent years. This paper examines the welfare impact of rising strategic food groups- prices on Indonesian poor households using Linear Approxia Almost Ideal Demand System (LA-AIDS) approach. The elasticity coefficients derived from LA-AIDS are used to estimate Compensated Variation (CV) and Equivalent Variation (EV). The study uses SUSENAS (Indonesian National Socioeconomic Survey) raw data. Based on our estimates, the strategic food groups of rice, corn and shallot are necessary goods, as their budget elasticity is positive and below one at the same time. Beef, chili, and sugar are luxury goods, with income elasticity above one. We find that, overall, higher strategic food price raised the average poor household-s welfare. Higher food prices made most households worse off.

The aimed of this study was to forecast the quantity of purchasing apple ‘manalagi- as the main raw material. The forecasting study was done for January to December 2019. From the time series plot, it was known that the data for purchasing raw materials for apples was seasonal. The data was transformed twice to fulfill stationary assumptions. The best SARIMA model was obtained (1,1,0) (1,1,1)2 with the Mean Square Error of 0,0106901. From the results of forecasting for 2019, it was found that the highest in June was 87,950.2 kg and the lowest in January was 249.3 kg and the average purchase of raw materials per month in 2019 was 9,786.1 kg. This is because the level of demand from consumers has increased dramatically during the Eid season or celebration season, namely in June.

Abstract
Porang tuber is an agricultural product from one of the endemic plants in Southeast and East Asia, which found in the Indonesian forest and is a vital source of glucomannan. The simple processing of porang tubers is made into chips, ground using mechanical milling followed by air fractionation. However, porang flour from mechanical milling still has high impurities, such as calcium oxalate more than 2% and not safe for human consumption. The polishing process using a centrifugal grinder is needed to remove impurities that still attached to the glucomannan cells by the friction principle. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the polishing cycle on physicochemical properties of porang flour. The experimental design used polishing historical data and process repeated two replication. The result showed the polishing cycle had a significant effect (p < 0.05) on the glucomannan content, viscosity, degree of whiteness, calcium oxalate content, starch content, protein content, and fat content. The best of polished porang flour was obtained on the 5 times of polishing cycle based on multiple attributes calculations by Zeleny method.

Abstract
Introduction: Red Fruit (RF) (Pandanus conoideus Lam.) was used as traditional medicine for Papuans and consumed as a daily meal. RF was proved as a source of bioactive antioxidant and anticancer, grace on their flavonoids; but there is no research focus on the absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity of RF flavonoids and bioactive. This research wants to evaluate the ADMET of RF flavonoids through computational study, sharpening their potency as bioactive in functional food. Methods: Flavonoids in RF extracts were identified using LCMS. The chemical structure of the flavonoids and five others were redrawn to get the SMILE. ADMET was predicted using SWISS ADME, OSIRIS Property Explorer, and hERG-Pred. The ADME was evaluated based on the physicochemical properties, pharmacokinetic, BOILED-EGG test; whereas the toxicology based on the potency as a toxicant, P-gp substrate, hERG blocker, and CYP450 inhibitor. Results: Quercetin/Q, Taxifolin/T, and Quercetin 3-Glucoside/Q3G were identified in the methanol and ethyl acetate extract. Q, T, 3,4,5-trihydroxy-7,3-dimethoxyflavone/TDF, 4-,6,6-,8-tetrahidroksi-3-metoksi-flavon/TMF, and Quercetin3-Methyl-Ether/QME fulfilled the RO5 parameters; they were higher in water solubility, gastrointestinal absorption, and bioavailability. All were not P-gp substrate and hERG blocker, but some of them were CYP450 inhibitor. Only TMF, QME, Taxifolin3-O-α-Arabinopiranose/TAP, and Quercetin3-O-Glucose/QOG that consistently had no risk as toxic compounds. Conclusion: ADMET analysis must be done along with bioactive analysis. Some of RF flavonoid showed high potency as bioactive, but with toxicity risk. The structure like TMF and QME were bioactive with low risk of toxicity.

Abstract
Boron (B) is an important microelement needed in plant growth, to support the production of grain. In an appropriate amount, Boron increases carbohydrate transport and increases enzyme activity. This study aimed to determine the concentration of Boron to obtain the best viability of the seeds of Crassocephalum crepidioides. The research was conducted at the greenhouse, using Random Block Design. The treatment were the concentration level of Boron, consisting of four levels (0%, 50 mg.L-1, 100 mg.L-1 and 150 mg.L-1). All the treatment were replicated three times, and each treatment consisted of 3 samples. The observed variables included total flowers (florets), whole seeds per flower, seed germination (%), germination rates, and growth potential (%). The results showed that the number of flowers and the number of seeds per floret was not significantly different for all treatments tested. The application of 150 mg.L-1 boron produced better seed germination, higher germination rates, and better growth potential compared with the other treatments.

Abstract
This paper aims at providing insights into the complex issue of Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) in Indonesia. Whilst the issue is likely seen as -health alert, moral panic or political correction- (Riswanda 2019) in the country, the paper is making the case that the -family resilience- concept (BKKBN 2016) could readdress the issue by a greater understanding of its four pillars namely -spirituality-, -welfare-, -secure- and -justice-. The policy research favours an in-depth exploratory study where researchers put themselves in the shoes of people having real-life experiences in the issue of LGBTQ in as many aspects as possible and in varied policy-making roles. Blending in approach is taken to get interconnected insights of the narrative of people with different backgrounds and thus differing understandings of the issue. The paper argues for multi-variant perspective in responding to the human development policy goals, taking into accounts all stakeholders related to the policy from both government and non-government sectors. The research contributes to an intellectual discourse on LGBTQ so as to have proper insights that could draw out social and political themes from considering the receiving ends of the Indonesian policy options of the issue namely LGBTQ communities and potentially members of families exposed to the issue. This study suggest that law-making on LGBT should start with proper research-based data grounded on participatory action research including those who are often socially excluded from policy-making cycles. The option needs to engage and not to exclude those at social exclusion mentioned formerly, with which is the opponent of and or basically a critique to policy decision based on merely following popular decision. The social politics of LGBTQ is systemic calling for -family resilience- developed by community engagements.

Abstract
Food security issues are a problem for consumers to choose the right food products. Consumers are often faced with a lack of knowledge about nutritional content, expiration and availability of healthy food products, especially for processed apple products. Therefore a traceability system is needed that guarantees the authenticity of the product and provides reliable information. Lack of good information and infrastructure will hinder the formation of an effective traceability system that some producers have not considered because it has high costs, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In general, producers and consumers need an information system that can provide food information effectively and efficiently. This study uses the Waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely: the data analysis stage, the planning stage, the implementation phase and the testing phase. The design concept uses the object oriented method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), which consists of: Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. The results of this study will be in the form of a supply chain traceability information system design for apple packaging based on smart packaging. The results of this study will be a design of an information system traceability system of processed apple products that can be managed by small and medium enterprises.
