Abstract
This study based on the different understandings about political activities in the villages. This study aims to prove oligarchy in electoral process to elect village leader (headman) in Indonesia is different compare to other elections at the local and national level. By applying qualitative research method and looking at the case of Tanjung village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency. The study shows that all candidates have tried to maximize the benefit of both material resources and non-material power according to Javanese values. However, the use of money and formal institutions as the basic character of oligarchy as indicated by some scholars is not effective in gaining votes in the headman election. On the contrary, the application of non-material power used by the elected headman election candidates proves as more effective to attract more votes. The source of non-material power is parallel with Javanese power derived from mystical energy of -kesakten-, and it works effectively to increase contestants- confidence in embracing the headman election. Various forms of political strategy based on spiritual power are divided into six categories: Slametan ceremony at the village founders grave, pitou services come from religious leader and dukun, ownership of heirlooms, pulung as a legitimacy of power, petungan Javanese calendar system, luri son of the village head.

Abstract
Traditionally, the mature coffee leaves is mostly used as compost or cattle feed. The leaves have also been traditionally processed as herbal tea in which popular in West Sumatera as Kahwa tea. This current study aims to characterize the sensory profile of Robusta and Liberica coffee leaves tea using Rate All That Apply (RATA) method. Not only profiling, but optimizing the sensory attributes of the coffee leaves tea is also required. The sensory optimization was conducted by applying Just about Right (JAR) method. Both RATA and JAR evaluation were involving 110 consumer respondents. All coffee leaves tea was brewed by decoction technique ranging from 85 - 100oC. There are 7 out of 27 sensory attributes which were significantly affected by brewing temperature. These are sweet flavor, burnt flavor, earthy flavor, woody flavor, sweet and bitter taste, and astringent mouth-feel. Penalty analysis of JAR data shows that sweet taste, bitter taste and astringent mouth-feel of Robusta coffee leaves were optimum at 95 oC. Meanwhile Liberica coffee leaves tea was optimum at 85 oC for most attributes except woody flavor. To some extent, the changes of sweet, bitter taste and astringent mouth-feel attributes are correlated to caffeine and total phenolic compound.

Abstract
The wealth of natural resources can be both a blessing and a curse. In various places, the struggle for access to natural resource actually triggers to conflict and violence. This research aims to explore the process of transforming mining conflicts, which involve corporations with local indigenous communities. The gold mining operation that obtained legal permits from the local government was rejected by the local community. This resistance transformed from the social resistance to finally become the political resolution from the local authority. This research was conducted in several individuals and institutions, where they were involved in the resistance movement rejecting gold mining activities in Bonto Katute Village, Sinjai Regency Indonesia. This research is qualitative and data collection through literature studies and field research using observations and interviews and analyzed with interactive models. The results of study showed that the relationship of conflict between the corporation and the local indigenous community was communal level and later developed into a collective movement. The conflict was triggered by the refusal of local indigenous communities to issue mining exploration permits for the corporations, which were considered not transparent and participatory. The change in the strategy of the resistance movement was influenced by efforts to negotiate, mediate and consolidate which were less successful. The strong pressure from the social resistance movement in the form of civil society alliances eventually turned into a political resolution movement, through the decisions of local power institutions.

Abstract
Nutritional trends towards a healthier diet have encouraged the consumption of whole wheat bread. However, the use of whole wheat flour to make bread has disadvantages of having a bad texture which is hard, not springy, non-uniform pores and has a higher level of staling. Glucomannan can affect the level of hardness, springiness, cohesiveness and inhibit the staling process by forming a gel thet will absorb water which can easily hold the gas during fermentation. this causes bread to have a uniform pore with soft crumbs so that the hardness value and staling process decreases. This research aims to examine the properties of mixture of whole wheat flour with high, medium and low protein flour modified by 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% of glucomannan gel to improve the physical and organoleptic properties of the bread. The data obtained were tested statistically with α = 5%. The best proportion was mixture of high protein flour and whole wheat flour with 1.5% glucomannan concentration. This produces bread with 3.5375 N of hardness, 4.3900 mm of elasticity and 0.8525 of cohesiveness and becomes the most preferred bread by panelists. Bread with this formula undergoes a staling process longer than wheat flour without added glucomannan. The staling process began on the 3rd day and has increased by 21,87% from day 1 with a hardness value 26.65 N. On visual observation, breadcrumbs occur on 5th day. Therefore, the addition of glucomannan is able to improve the texture and can inhibit the process of staling on bread.

Abstract
In fish aquaculture, feed cost has the highest share in the total cost during the production period. The increase in the prices of fishmeal and high cost of industrial fish feed have prompted the search for alternative to commercial feeds. Some research looking for farm-made feed that spending less money on operating costs and easy to apply method. This farm-made fish feed using simple equipment, locally available material, and inexpensive bio-floating agents. This innovation will decrease operating costs and increased profit since fish farmers can make fish feed by themselves. Black soldier fly larvae meal, produced from the larvae of insect Hermetia illucens, has shown promise as a fish meal replacement in diets for fish. Insects has good nutritional value, cheap to produce, and has no conflict with human consumption. In this research, Rhizopus oryzae used as bio-floating agent on the fish feed. Rhizopus oryzae could give certain physical and chemical properties on fish feed such as floating ability, water stability, and also nutritional content due to its metabolic activity. This research is aimed to obtain the optimal fermentation period and inoculum dosage to improve physical characteristic and nutritional value of fish feed. The results showed that fermented floating feeds gained better physical characteristic and nutritional value (p<0.05). Thus, using Black soldier larvae meal might be a feasible alternative protein source for replacement of fish meal. Rhizopus oryzae fermentation also has a potential to be further developed as bio-floating agent and increase nutritional value of fish feed.

Abstract
The awareness of consumers about environment has been increasing considerably. Green marketing mix is one of strategies for producers to meet the need of consumers. This study aimed to develop a theoretical structural model representing the influences of green marketing mix on purchasing decision. The conceptual framework was empirically tested using Partial Least Square (PLS) method based on a survey of 42 consumers of mozzarella cheese produced by CV. Brawijaya Dairy Industry (BRADY) in Malang City, Indonesia. Data were collected using questionnaires given to respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. Exogenous latent variables in this study were green product, green price, green place, and green promotion as variables of green marketing mix, meanwhile endogenous latent variable was purchasing decision. The results showed that green product, green price, and green promotion influenced significantly on purchasing decision. Green place did not influence significantly on purchasing decisions because the consumers who are mostly snack producers did not consider the distance of the marketplace. They usually bought BRADY mozzarella cheese with other ingredients for snack production. They saved more energy by buying BRADY mozzarella cheese at one-stop-shop of ingredients for snack production although it was sold at a little bit far marketplace. The most influential variable of green marketing mix on purchasing decision of BRADY mozzarella cheese was green product because the ingredients of the product were toxic-free.

Abstract
Cocoa is one of important crops in Indonesia, whereas more than 90% of its plantation is operated by smallholder farmers. Cocoa beans, as the only sellable part of cocoa fruit, constitutes of less than 10% of the total weight of whole cocoa fruit. The remaining husk and pulp are usually discarded, and in certain case become source of pest and disease infestations. This has made a low economic value of cocoa agribusiness. A new approach in cocoa agroindustry is needed to increase the added value of cocoa; this is achieved by utilization of whole parts of cocoa fruit including cocoa husk, pulp, bean, cake and butter. Cocoa fruits from local farmers in Jember and Banyuwangi region were collected. The husks were separated and wet beans were processed into horizontal spinner to extract their pulp. Cocoa husks were chopped and processed into cattle feed. The pulp was stabilized and used as juice drink. Wet beans were straightly dried, heated and cleaned from shells to obtain nibs. Nibs were ground and pressed to separate cocoa butter which was supplied to chocolate candy and cosmetic industries. Remaining solids were soaked in ethanol for overnight to produce polyphenol-rich extract, for further use as antimicrobial agent. Feasibility study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of this production system in farmer level. A cluster of cocoa industry that involves farmer, cocoa processor and food industries should be established.

Abstract
Artificial neural network (ANN) based prediction system was presented for predicting the leaf population chlorophyll content from cassava leaf images. As the training of this prediction system relied heavily on how well those leaf green pixels were separated from background noises in cassava leaf images, a global thresholding algorithm and an omnidirectional scan noise filtering coupled with the hue histogram statistic method were designed for leaf green pixel extraction. With the obtained leaf green pixels, the system training was carried out by applying a back propagation algorithm. The system was tested to predict the chlorophyll content from the cassava leaf images. The results showed highest positive regression occurred in the saturation_HSL index against the total chlorophyll of cassava leaf as much as 78.6%. The best model produced through artificial neural network methods in predicting total chlorophyll is a network model with 8 inputs, 9 hidden layers and one output layer, in the proportion of training data 75% testing data 25% have value result the smallest MSE testing is 0.0921 with regression testing of 0.8468. Network model is able to read the highest source of chlorophyll on cassava leaf with 84.68%.

Abstract
Flocculating yeast strains with good fermentation ability are desirable for fuel ethanol production. The flocculation ability of Saccharomyces cerevisiae NCYC 1195 is known to be affected by the concentration of calcium chloride (CaCl2) and pH. Since the calcium ion activate flocculent by forming a bond with mannose in the cell-s surface. This flocculation ability is needed to avoid the cell mixed with the fermentation medium. It will settle down the cell in the vessel, thus, there will need no centrifugation in the purification step. By doing so, the bioethanol production process will be easier, more efficient and cheaper. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of calcium chloride (CaCl2) and pH on the flocculation ability of S. cerevisiae. This research was conducted by using three levels of CaCl2 concentration (10-5, 10-7, 10-9 M) and three level of pH (4, 5, 6). The cultures were incubated in water bath shaker at 30°C with agitation (100 rpm). The flocculation assay was conducted every 4 hours during 24 hours and the stability of flocculation was observed every 24 hours within 30 days. The highest flocculation ability was obtained (73.155%) with CaCl2 concentration of 10-9M and pH 5.

Abstract
Pretreatment before conducted plant extraction using Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) has been reported improve the yield and quality extracts. The specific input energy of PEF is an energy needed for each unit of volume of material during the PEF process which is expressed in units of kJ / cm3. It was influenced by voltage and duration of PEF. In this study, the relationship between specific input energy using variation voltage and duration of PEF was studied on extraction of areca seed. This research examined tannin levels and changes in areca cell structure before and after PEF. Areca (Areca catechu L.) is one of the plants that contain phenolic compounds as tannin as antioxidant. To obtain this compound, it was required the extraction process of areca seeds. This research used Factorial Randomized Block Design with two factors. The first factor was PEF voltage with three levels of 3, 4 and 5 kV and the second factor was PEF duration with three levels of 3, 5 and 7 minutes. The obtained data was analyzed by ANOVA. The input energy of PEF from 1.92-12.44 kJ/cm3 did not show significant effect on tannin content of areca seeds extract. However, when it compared with control (without PEF), better results was obtained on the tannin content. Scanning Electron Microscopic analysis from areca seed powder showed differences structure between control and PEF treatment. This study indicates that PEF pretreatment offers great promise in tannin extraction.

Abstract
Teaching abstract concepts in experimental activities is one of the problems in the physics learning process, thus causing low levels of participation and mastery of students physics concepts. Generative learning assisted by a virtual laboratory can be an alternative to solve this problem. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of generative models assisted by virtual laboratories for mastering students physics concepts. The research and development used is based on the 4-D model. Test the effectiveness of learning devices through quasi experiments conducted at one of the high schools in Mataram, which consists of experimental and control classes. The model testing phase uses pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Increased mastery of student concepts is measured using the N-gain test. The results of mastery of concepts were higher in the experimental class compared to the control class. Improvement is analyzed based on improvement at each cognitive level, as well as an increase in each sub-material. This research has proven that generative learning assisted by virtual laboratories effectively increases mastery of students physics concepts.
