Abstract
There are two types of mono-saccharide sugars in nature, which are natural monosaccharide and rare sugar. The sugar that exists in extreme few amount in nature is called as rare sugar e.g. D-psicose, D-allose. The reasons we choose the rare sugar as a research target are because the rare sugar has almost no calories and is very useful for diabetic and dieter patients. Specifically, D-psicose is a no-calorie rare sugar with the sweetness of about 70 % of a sucrose. It has been confirmed that taking the D-psicose with meals suppresses the rise of sugar into the blood. Further, it is very effective in improving and preventing the diabetes. In order to investigate a research on the rare sugars, the first step must be to obtain the correct molecular structure. However, few crystal structures of rare sugars have been reported up to now. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the single-crystal X-ray structure of unknown rare sugar -L-glucose-. In addition , the DV-Xαmolecular orbital method is used to compare the differences in a hydrogen bonding between D-glucose and L-glucose, and to make a novel supramolecular rare sugar.

Abstract
Background: The issue of gender inequality in reproductive health has a role in determining contraceptive use in women, especially in developing countries. Gender issues related to inequality in decision making in contraceptive use are the main context in family planning interventions. The purpose of this study is to assess womens participation in decision making and its relation to unmet need in regions with high and low unmet need in Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using IDHS data in 2012. The study involved 1516 women of childbearing age (15-49 years) with married categories in areas with high unmet need (West Papua) and the lowest unmet need area (Bangka Belitung ) Results: Unmet need for contraception in the Bangka Belitung region is 79 (5.2%) and 142 (9.4%) in the West Papua region. Married women in the Bangka Belitung region have more power in decision making than married women in West Papua. Most women are involved in making decisions in aspects of health, mobility, household, economy and contraception. Involvement in economic matters and the decision to use contraception as the most dominant factor and involvement in the household have a significant relationship with the occurrence of unmet need, as well as education, wealth, and experience in using contraception related to unmet need. while age, fertility preference, husbands desire to have children, and involvement in health and mobility were not directly related to unmet need. Conclusions: Better participation in decision making is higher for women in the Bangka Belitung region than in Papua. Likewise the case with low participation in decisions in the household, health and mobility. But for participation in economic matters and the decision to use contraception, women in the Papua region are lower. Empowerment of women in terms of the economy and the use of contraception needs to be improved so that they have power in decision making.

Abstract
This research was conducted to evaluate public accountability in financial reporting at the Pancaran Kasih Church, Depok. The problem in financial reporting in the Pancaran Kasih Church was examined by the Bovens Accountability Theory. Which is the theory explains the stages of testing the accountability of a financial report from an actor to the forum. And the results of the research at the Pancaran Kasih Church show that the church has not optimally carried out the existing stages, especially when the forum assesses the reports that have been prepared and published. At the time of sanctioning, the church underlies the judgment without being able to escape from its nature as an institution that puts love forward to humans. The implication is that in some cases there are sometimes no sanctions given only counseling for the offending actor to be aware of his actions and repent.

Abstract
Globally oil price condition for these past few years has been fluctuate and has reached the lowest level. This condition will effect to oil and gas companies- financial health. This thesis aims to predict the bankruptcy probability of oil and gas companies in Indonesia during period of 2011 – 2017. The observed companies are oil and gas companies that are listed in IDX. Another aim of this thesis is to observe whether the decline in oil price would effect to company-s Z-Score result or not, and to observe which variable that effect the bankruptcy to oil and gas companies. This research uses financial data that obtained from IDX website and company-s website. The result of the research figures out that Z-Score model could predict at least five company will face bankruptcy since 2014 to 2017. In 2011, only two companies that are predicted will be bankrupt. In 2012, there-s only one company will be bankrupt, and in 2013 three companies are predicted to be bankrupt. This research also figures out that the decrease in oil price effects the result of Z-Score for E&P companies as E&P companies revenue relies on oil price in the market. For service companies, the decrease in oil price doesn-t give direct impact except for APEX and BIPI which their line business is providing services for drilling explorations. Companies that has low Z-Score are likely to have negative EBIT, low current assets, and high company-s debt.

Abstract
The growth of the insurance industry in Indonesia has growing. Reserves of claims in the insurance business are mandatory and the requirements of an insurance company to be sustainable, but in Indonesia they still apply independent assumptions. Copula is a tool that is able to describe these dependencies so that claims reserves can be calculated correctly. To achieve this goal, a simulation study is given to describe dependencies that have an impact on reserves and Solvabilities Capital Needs. In this thesis, we will discuss the application of copula-based methods to analyze the structure of claim dependencies in a vehicle insurance business line. From the results of the analysis it was found that the Partial Loss TPL and Total Loss Variables had abnormal distribution. To explain the variables or variables Partial Loss, TPl and Total Loss, the type of copula vine chosen was C-vine copula with the smallest AIC and BIC values, namely AIC of 3.169612 and BIC 11.40441 for MLE and AIC of 3.427467 and BIC of 11.66226 for Tau Kendall . Copula from the Archimedean family can be used to explain the structure of the dependencies of the three variables. Copula Archimedean from the Frank family is the best model to explain the dependency structure of Partial Loss variables with TPL and TPL with Total Loss with parameter estimates of -0.1431583 and 0.5113428. Copula Archimedean from the Gumbel family is the best model to explain the dependency structure of Partial Loss variables with Total Loss with parameter estimators of 1.0921127. The best parameter estimation is obtained by using the MLE method with an AIC value of 3.169612 and BIC 11.40441.

Abstract
Various studies have suggested that the most common factor forming employee innovative behavior is leadership style. However, studies that examine the influence of leadership styles on employee innovative behavior in diverse cultural contexts are still rarely discussed. Various studies suggested that Paternalistic Leadership is the most effective leadership style applied in countries with collectivist culture such as Indonesia. On the other hand, studies from Western culture criticize Paternalistic Leadership as a form of dictatorship wrapped in kindness and is believed to make employees depressed. Nevertheless, various studies from Asian countries have also denied this by suggesting that this kind of leadership will have a positive impact on employee innovative behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of Paternalistic Leadership on Innovative Behavior in Indonesia-s digital-based companies. Research data taken from 332 people who work in digital-based companies in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using Linear Regression and General Linear Model (GLM). The results of the study indicate that Paternalistic Leadership has a significant impact on Employee Innovative Behavior.

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the countries with considerable human resources, but currently there are 7 million people who are unemployed. This unemployment rate is not spared from university graduates, which in 2018 the level of open unemployment (TPT) rose by 1.13 percent compared to February 2017. The narrow employment in the industrial era 4.0 was partly due to a number of sectors. Then it will not be counted again when industry 5.0 has entered Indonesia. One way to overcome this is to encourage students to become entrepreneurs. There are so many programs provided by the government but not evenly distributed throughout universities or even constrained due to the limited time, little human resources and small funds. With this, business incubation is needed for students who are able to provide solutions for every problem. The Entry of Industry 4.0 to Indonesia and the development of industry 5.0 in this world forced to digitize almost all sectors of life including entrepreneurship. Both in terms of entrepreneurship, systems, production, operations and other things related to entrepreneurship. Including in carrying out business incubation required digitization so that it will provide high efficiency and effectiveness with low costs, extensive time and a lot of human resources. This will add to the sustainability of the students business to open the widest possible employment opportunities.

Abstract
Casting and forging is a method of formation to produce gamelan instruments. This study aims to determine the effect of forging deformation on the as-cast gamelan bar to changes in the microstructure, hardness, density, porosity, and acoustical properties of the gamelan instrument. The research material was tin bronze Cu-25wt.%Sn. The casting process uses a sand casting method with a pouring temperature of 1100 °C. The forging deformation process was done by reheating the as-cast gamelan bar at a temperature of 600 °C. The thickness of the as-cast gamelan bar is reduced by 30% after the forging deformation process. The observations on the as-cast gamelan bar show coarse microstructure with large grains, inclusions, and increased porosity. The forged gamelan bar shows finer microstructure, elongated grain, α lamellar, α phase like a plate, and decreased porosity. The hardness of forged gamelan bar increased by an average of 30.3% VHN, density increased by 9,56% and porosity decreased by 95% compared to the as-cast gamelan bar. Acoustic properties show an increase in the natural frequency between the as-cast gamelan bar and the forged gamelan bar are 712.5 Hz and 1058 Hz.

Abstract
Spare part is an important component in maintenance, repair and operating activities in manufacturing company. There are some cases in aircraft industry which the lead time and demand of spare part is stochastic and it lead to stockouts condition. Due to this condition, a research is needed. The research aims to obtain optimal inventory policy under stochastic demand and lead time. Inventory policy was done by classify the spare part using classification scheme model for stochastic demand and lead time with continuous review (s, Q) policy to address the problem. Distribution approach is conducted for describe the pattern of demand of spare part also to define the fit equation so the optimal inventory system is capable of generating order quantities and reorder points to minimize stockouts and total inventory cost that caused by stochastic demand and lead time.
