Abstract
This paper discusses the results of empirical research that investigates the effect of corporate governance (CG) and the level of compliance with mandatory disclosure of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on the quality of accounting information. The research covers two years after full implementation of IFRS, namely in 2013 and 2014. The quality of information is proxy by using value relevance of accounting information which is measured by the Ohlson Price Model, the level of compliance of IFRS disclosures is measured using the disclosure index (DIND) and CG is proxy by five CG variables namely board independence (BIND), board size (BSIZE), independence of the audit committee (ACIND), size of the audit committee (ACSIZE), and management ownership (MAN). This study found that DIND and BSIZE had a positive effect on the value relevance of accounting information both EPS and BVS, while BIND, ACIND, and MAN negatively affects the value relevance of EPS but had a positive effect on the value relevance of BVS. ACSIZE has a positive effect on the value relevance of EPS but has a negative effect on the value relevance of BVS. These results further justify the inconsistency of the results of previous studies that link between IFRS adoption and the quality of accounting information by including compliance level variables to test the quality (relevant value) of accounting information.

Abstract
Cases of food products with the Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) halal certification which are prepared in unhygienic practices can lead to the consumer-s curiosity about safety attributes of such products. Hence, this study investigates the influence of multidimensional of total quality management (TQM) practices (i.e. strategic planning, information management, top management, process management, human resources and customer focus) towards assuring safety attributes of food products with the JAKIM halal certification. This study distributed 600 questionnaires to the certified halal food manufacturing SMEs in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor with 200 returned responses. The structural equation modeling techniques (SEM) was used to examine the relationship between TQM practices and safety attributes. Data was analyzed through partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS - SEM). Meanwhile, WARP PLS version 5.0 were used for the statistical processing of the data in this study. The findings revealed that strategic planning, information management, top management, process management and human resources are five dimensions that can assure safety attributes of halal food products. Meanwhile, customer focus was not significant to safety.

Abstract
The Province of Central Java has a large population, making it a potential labor market for other areas that lack labor. spillover labor in a district / city in Central Java Province is the driving force for labor migrants from one area to another in the Central Java Province. Workers migrating to other regions aim to seek high wages from their home regions, and live a decent life to prosper. This study aims to analyze the patterns of spatial interaction of labor in Central Java Province. This study uses data from 2010 to 2017 or 8 years with research locations of 29 districts and 6 cities in Central Java Province. This research method uses a spatial weighting matrix approach with euclidean distance to calculate the Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA). Novelty this research is adopting a growth model from Mankiw, Romer at.al (1992) then by developing a model using the Euclidean Distance approach to calculate the spatial weight matrix of LISA or Local Morans I. The conclusions of this study are: the spatial interaction pattern of Sukoharjo Regency has changed, initially the Sukoharjo City workforce in 2010 with the characteristics of low labor interacts spatially with other regencies / cities whose workforce is high, but in 2017 the Sukoharjo City workforce with karasteristics low labor interacts spatially with other districts / cities where labor is low. This was allegedly because the Regional Government of Sukoharjo Regency did the direction of the development policy and development of the Sukoharjo Urban area in the form of a modern trade corridor and a space for social interaction.

Abstract
Zakat as one of the five pillars of Islam is obligatory worship that has material and social dimensions. In the life of the Muslim community zakat becomes Islamic philanthropy which is very important to purify property for the payers (muzaki) and improve the welfare of the recipients (mustahik). In this case zakat spending can be distributed consumptively and utilized productively. The purpose of this study is to provide an empirical explanation of amils intention to utilize productive zakat to alleviate poverty and empower zakat recipients (mustahik) to become zakat payers (muzaki). The main theory used to explain amils intention to utilize productive zakat is the theory of reasoned action with literacy as an intervening variable. The study was conducted in 13 Zakat Management Organizations (Organisasi Pengelola Zakat) in Central Java Province, Indonesia, with respondents covering 65 amil. The results of this study provide empirical support that attitudes, subjective norms and literacy have a positive effect on the intention of amil to utilize productive zakat for poverty reduction and empowerment of zakat recipients (mustahik) to pay zakat (muzaki). The results of the study also provide empirical support there is a positive influence between attitudes and amil intentions to utilize productive zakat through literacy. However, there is no positive influence between subjective norms and amils intention to utilize productive zakat through literacy. It is recommended that amils intention to utilize productive zakat needs to be improved. Increasing the intention of amil to utilize productive zakat can be pursued through fostering attitudes and increasing literary amil regarding the utilization of productive zakat to alleviate poverty and empower zakat recipients (mustahik) to become zakat payers (muzaki).

Abstract
This research discusses about multiperiod mean-variance application for optimal asset allocation in pension fund institutions by considering the effect of mortality factors and changes in contributions. The selection of assets that will be used to find the optimal portfolio is carried out using Treasury Bill as risk-free assets and stock in the LQ45 index as risk assets that have the best performance during the period 2014 - 2018. The main objective of the use of multiperiod mean-variance is obtain minimum variance with optimal returns at the end of the period. The results of this reasearch indicate that the smallest return is owned by the asset allocation model without this contribution because without additional membership contribution, the amount of funds that can be invested is limited so the expected wealth terminal is smaller than other asset allocation models. Then the asset allocation without the mortality factor gives higher expected terminal wealth compared to other asset allocation models this is because in the absence of mortality the pension fund investment will not be forced to stop before the retirement period ends so that the portfolio return obtained is higher in proportion to other asset allocation models. While the asset allocation model using risk-free asset references, has a higher risk with the same return when compared with asset allocation using reference to risk assets, this indicates that the asset reference used affects the return and risk on the allocation of assets of the Pension Fund at the end of the period investation.

Abstract
Due to the varied nature of museums, measuring experiences of young visitors particularly on generic learning outcomes are challenging. Thus, in order to ensure the data of experiences of visitors in museum is normal, this study aimed to evaluate possible violation of the normality assumptions in the data sets. A combination of graphical inspection, assessment using skewness and kurtosis, and formal normality tests were used to assess whether assumption of normality is acceptable or not. Data sets obtained from questionnaire surveys were used to demonstrate the changes from non-normally distributed data sets to relatively normally distributed data sets by removing abnormal data. It is concluded that all the data seem to satisfy the assumption of normality, therefore, the data sets can be used for further statistical tests.

Abstract
The growth of the insurance industry in Indonesia has growing. Reserves of claims in the insurance business are mandatory and the requirements of an insurance company to be sustainable, but in Indonesia they still apply independent assumptions. Copula is a tool that is able to describe these dependencies so that claims reserves can be calculated correctly. To achieve this goal, a simulation study is given to describe dependencies that have an impact on reserves and Solvabilities Capital Needs. In this thesis, we will discuss the application of copula-based methods to analyze the structure of claim dependencies in a vehicle insurance business line. From the results of the analysis it was found that the Partial Loss TPL and Total Loss Variables had abnormal distribution. To explain the variables or variables Partial Loss, TPl and Total Loss, the type of copula vine chosen was C-vine copula with the smallest AIC and BIC values, namely AIC of 3.169612 and BIC 11.40441 for MLE and AIC of 3.427467 and BIC of 11.66226 for Tau Kendall . Copula from the Archimedean family can be used to explain the structure of the dependencies of the three variables. Copula Archimedean from the Frank family is the best model to explain the dependency structure of Partial Loss variables with TPL and TPL with Total Loss with parameter estimates of -0.1431583 and 0.5113428. Copula Archimedean from the Gumbel family is the best model to explain the dependency structure of Partial Loss variables with Total Loss with parameter estimators of 1.0921127. The best parameter estimation is obtained by using the MLE method with an AIC value of 3.169612 and BIC 11.40441.

Abstract
Innovation that has inspired sustainable economic activities in Industrial Age 4.0 was marked by the digitalization of economic activities of the community in production, consumption, and distribution, at national as well as global scale. Global economic activities facilitate the fulfillment of the needs of society at large; however, they also have the potentials to cause environmental problems. Sustainable economic activities might result in numerous problems of life of the community at large, covering socio-cultural, economic, and environmental dimensions. The dynamics of sustainable economic life are essentially driven by human behaviors, especially by the younger generation. The strategic step in preparing the nations young generation appears to be most effectively done through education. Real economic education should be designed to play a strategic role in preparing the millennial youth as economic actors who have attitudes and behaviors based on environmental insights. Therefore, an adaptation step is needed towards environmental economic learning innovation in the digital age of the economy. Learning innovations that must be the focus of attention concern philosophical problems, vision and mission, learning objectives, curriculum, methods, and learning media, as well as learning facilities and infrastructure. Besides that, it is also necessary to prepare educators who have a modern, adaptive and innovative mindset.

Abstract
Inequality in income distribution and inflation has long been a discussion in economics, see Thalassino, Ugurlu, & Muratoğlu (2012) who examine income equality and inflation in the EU. Albanesi, Stefania (2007) examines the relationship between inflation and Inequality. Other researchers sought to see the relationship of inequality with various other variables. see Monnin (2014) which examines Inflation and Income Quality in Developed economies and Li and Zou (2002) which examine Inflation, Growth, and Income Distribution. Indonesia with a wide and diverse characteristic of an archipelago faces the challenge of the equitable income distribution. Indonesias economic growth has so far been concentrated in certain regions, causing an imbalance in income distribution. Methodology The model that will be used is the ARDL Panel model using data for the period 2012 - 2018 from 33 provinces in Indonesia. Potential of important findings Some important findings from this study are the relationship between inflation and income inequality in Indonesia. Abstract
At the moment the world market continues to change, sustainability pillars such as environment, economy and social justice have become part of marketing decision-making. Developing a marketing strategy in the midst of current environmental and economic issues has led to a focus on the importance of green marketing. Using the theory of consumption values and value-attitude-behavior model, this research proposes to explore the green consumer behavior for green products in Indonesia. Attitude toward green product and consumer values such as functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value were used to study the green consumer behavior for green products. This study developed a research model and empirically tested by collecting data from questionnaires that were distributed in Indonesia. Based on a sample of 200 respondents, the results indicate that only social value has a positive impact on green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, and emotional value do not influence green consumer behavior. As a mediator, attitude toward green product has a significant effect on epistemic value, environmental value, and emotional value. This confirms and significantly adds to the literature of green consumer behavior in a developing market.

Abstract
This paper presents the first known empirically-tested model of Digital Marketing Strategy to gain Customer Value, through the building of Website Quality, Website Credibility, to achieve Online Customer Trust, Online Customer Loyalty, performing results on creating and sustain the Competitive Advantage. In doing so, it provides insight into not only how organizations can effectively manage the strategic digital brand building process but, more importantly, appreciate the subsequent non-employee effects on digital banking services as organization-s digital benefits. Data were collected via an field survey of 300 lounge banking service, sourced from a market research Bank Indonesia data base list. SEM analysis was conducted for several model test, and LISRELL software was used to statistically validation. Strong support was found for 10 of the hypothesized relationships thus providing strong validation for the proposed model. The employment of surveys can present data collection problems stemming from such things as lack of willingness to participate on behalf of the respondent, loss of validity when using structured questionnaires and inherent challenges of wording questions properly. However, in acknowledging these limitations, actions, such as the utilization of a national database of ‘opt in- survey participants coupled with the good reliability results and the methodical two-stage survey design process undertaken, it is suggested that every effort was made to negate this limitation. Knowledge gained from empirically validating of Digital Marketing Strategy: 1) further enriches the application of traditional brand management techniques; 2) provides a framework for digital brand communication training; 3) increases organizational understanding of how to engender positive non-employee actions and; 4) increases the accountability of such an internal investment by identifying measurable organizational digital benefits that accrue as a result of such efforts. This research makes three important contributions including: 1) expanding the existing digital brand equity literature to incorporate relevant perspective, that being employed; 2) the adoption of a multi-disciplined approach to addressing a digital marketing issue and, in doing so, extending beyond the connection on cognitive psychology view of digital brand equity to incorporate a contextual/organization cultural element and; 3) reflecting the perceptions of non-employees services, who are currently underrepresented in the digital brand management literature.

Abstract
Leaving the world of prostitution is a difficult thing for former female prostitutes. The need for money, family rejection and negative stigma to former female prostitutes make them desperate and re-prostitutes. It takes a struggle and a strong determination to escape and not trapped in prostitution again. It is therefore interesting to investigate how former female prostitutes interpret the identity transformation that makes them actually left the sex work. The purpose of this research is to investigate the meaning of identity transformation of former female prostitutes so that they can persistence to still not back again to sex work even though the bad stigma is still attached to them. This research using phenomenology approach to discover the meaning of the identity transformation of former female prostitutes. In-depth interviews, nonparticipant observations and document analysis were used to gather the data in this research. There were six meanings of identity transformation of former female prostitutes: 1) The result of a strong intention to leave the sex work; 2) Gift from God; 3) Repentance; 4) Efforts to get rid of bad identities; 5) Consciousness; and 6) Freedom.

Abstract
Introduction) DV-Xa method uses numerical basis functions adaptable for the circumstance in a molecule. But they are calculated based on spherically symmetric potential for each atom. Newly proposed method inherits DV-Xa-s merit but isn-t restricted by the premise of atomic spherical symmetry. Aim of the study) This method is being developed as a powerful tool to calculate MOs under complicated outer potential, especially vector potential. Method) Basis functions are calculated by operations of matrices representing physical quantities and vectors representing wave functions. Analytical assists, like spherical harmonic functions, are not necessary at all. Hartree-Fock-Slater equations for molecules can be expressed numerically even for arbitrary outer potential and solved easily as eigenvalue problems of matrix. But basis functions for an atom are defined only on sample points proper to that atom. On the other hand, basis functions need to be defined on all sample points to calculate Fock matrices for LCAO-MO calculation. The author will explain some techniques to pass over this gap at this presentation. Results) LCAO-MO calculations were tested within real wave functions. Total energy vs interatomic-distance curves for N2, F2 and CO were calculated and showed minima near experimental equilibrium distances. Dipole moments of CO, O3 and NH3 were calculated and matched semi-quantitatively experimental moments. Calculations of basis functions were heavy but showed O(n) dependence. Conclusion) It was demonstrated that basis functions calculated by matrix operation can be used well for LACO-MO calculation. When wave functions are extended to complex, this method will serve as a useful tool to treat MOs under complicated magnetic fields.

Abstract
Mn4+-doped oxide phosphors have been drawing attention as promising candidates for the red phosphors of white LEDs. However, since the desired emission wavelength has not been realized yet, a theoretical guideline to control the emission energy of Mn4+ in oxides is strongly desired. In this work, in order to clarify the energy-structure relationship of Mn4+ in oxides with D4h symmetry, we performed systematic first-principles calculations of multipllet energies for MnO6 clusters with gradually changed local structures using the discrete variational multi-electron (DVME) method. The variation of multiplet energies depending on two different bond lengths were clearly visualized by creating colored contour maps. In addition, in order to provide an easy-to-use predictive model of the multiplet energies of Mn4+ in oxides, we also performed a machine learning modeling by using the results of the systematic first-principles calculations as the training data. As a result, a simple theoretical model to predict the results of the first-principles calculation of Mn4+ in oxides with D4h symmetry was created. This model would be useful for development of novel Mn4+-doped oxide red phosphors since it enables one to predict the multiplet energies without performing complicated first-principles calculations.

Abstract
Metal complexes exhibit significant physical properties such as electrical conductivity, magnetism and optical properties. They can be controlled by changing the ligand field splitting of the d-orbital of the central metal ion. We have investigated the reversible spin crossover phenomenon by changing the ligand field splitting in six-coordinated metal complexes ML6. In this study, we focused on the change of the spin states by JahnTeller distortion in the case of an octahedral hexa-coordinated metal complexes ML6, involving 2 types of different ligand molecules. In addition, we have used DV-Xα and DVME methods in order to calculate the electronic state. In order to reproduce the effect of the JahnTeller distortion in the calculation, a uniaxial anisotropic distortion has been applied into the octahedral hexa-coordinate metal complex. The purpose of this research is to study the mechanism and phenomenon of the spin state changing by studying the spin crossover phenomenon.
