Abstract
The importance of students having a mathematical habit of mind makes this soft skill need to be trained and developed since primary education. The low elementary school students- habit of mind underlies the need for action in learning that can facilitate the growth of the habit. The researcher examines the effect of applying realistic mathematics on students habit of mind. The population of this study was fourth-grade elementary school students by taking a sample of 3 schools, where each sample consisted of two classes with a total of 144 students. The results of the study show that realistic mathematical approaches have a significant impact on increasing habit of mind of elementary school students.

Abstract
This research aims to describe students- thinking process in solving the problem of negation of compound statement, especially conjunction and disjunction. By using descriptive explorative research students- thinking process was analyzed based on APOS theory. The subjects of this research are 9 students of freshman which in joining the Logic and Set Theory course in one of universities in Bandung. The data was collected by test, observation, and interview. Based on research findings, researchers conclude particularly in each of mental constructions phases of APOS, in: action, process, object, and scheme phases precisely. The action was formed almost perfectly on all students, except for a student in low category. Interiorization of action into a process does not occur only for a student in low category, while in other students it is perfect or imperfect. Thereafter, at the object phase, a student in high category performs the encapsulation and de-encapsulation processes perfectly, while there are two students in low category who can-t do the two processes and the other students do those processes with some mistakes. Finally, there are two students in low category and a student in medium category such that can-t organize action, process, and object to build scheme.

Abstract
Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) is one of the learning models that purpose to improve mathematical problem-solving skill. As a DLPS learning model, the constructivism approach is one of the learning approaches that can be applied to improving students mathematical problem-solving skill. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the DLPS learning model with constructive approaches to students mathematical problem-solving skill. To realize this goal, quasi-experiments was done in 3 South Tambun Senior High School. Two classes were selected using the Cluster Random Sampling method. The DLPS learning model with the constructivism approach is applied to the first class, while conventional learning models are applied to others. Students mathematical problem-solving skill are measured through tests made based on indicators of problem-solving skill. Before starting the program, the initial skill of students is calculated based on the results of the PAS (Final Evaluation). The program was carried out eight meetings, during which the eighth meeting was conducted post-test. The hypothesis was tested using an independent sample t-test with a significant probability of 0.05. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence on the application of the DLPS learning model with the constructivism approach to students mathematical problem-solving skill (p-value <0.05). The results showed that the average test results of students mathematical problem-solving skill with the DLPS learning model with the constructivism approach were higher than those of students with conventional learning models. This research is in line with the research conducted by (1) Jatisunda M. Gilar (2017) the constructivism approach has a positive influence on students mathematical problem-solving skill. (2) Pratama (2018) DLPS learning model has a positive influence on students mathematical problem-solving skill. This manuscript is based on the research that we have done.

Abstract
This article discusses cultural hybridity that appears in the Sundanese comic "Jurig Komersil", a comic strip published in West Java in 1982. With the horror genre, it tells the engineering technology on human corpses and then becomes ririwa (a Sundanese zombie version). In its appearance and content, comics are the work of two cultural, traditional and modern intertexts, west and east. Through compositional interpretations of comics, hybridity was interwoven through visualization of characters in the form of character stereotypes at the choice of western popular fashion at that time, as well as visualization of the use of the equipment and high technology. But on the other hand, the representation of Sundanese traditional culture also appears in the stereotypes of some figures, fashion, stories, and the absorption of texts on the culture of belief in spirits in Sundanese society. Hybridity emerged as a pleasant humorous discourse showing the ability of comic artists to represent the vision of the future of the Sundanese based on the reality that occurred at that time.

Abstract
This study dissected the visual narrative aspect contained in the Sampoerna A Mild version of Wow advertisement, a low nicotine cigarette with late adolescents and adult segments. These advertisements carry the turmoil of the spirit of self-change, in contrast to the products they sell which are actually considered as destroyers of the younger generation. The purpose of the research is to express ideas about positioning cigarettes, as well as messages contained in these advertisements. The research uses critical discourse analysis, namely discursive, non-discursive, and materialization studies of objects so that it can be found the priority study related to the ideology in it. From the results of the study, it was found that in the A Mild version of Wow there were elements of political ideology that were built and shaped by the narrative-visual aspects thus forming the perception of the ideology of mental revolution. The concept of mental revolution arises through a visual narrative symbol that reflects the idea of breaking habits, rigidity, stability, in the routine of urban life of young people. Color representation, character stereotypes, and visual effects present meaning so that young people get out of the standardization of normal life, this is the myth of cigarette products themselves.

Abstract
This study discusses the role of NGOS in the case of Indonesian Humanitarian Alliance for Myanmar (AKIM: Aliansi Kemanusian Indonesia Untuk Myanmar) in handling humanitarian crises experienced by Rohingya ethnic groups in Myanmar. This phenomenon in Myanmar is interesting when NGO S (AKIM) is able to contribute when state actors and IGO S get a blockade from the Myanmar government. In this case NGOS in the pattern of modern international relations is able to show a role that cannot be carried out by the state or international organizations between state governments (IGO-S). The phenomenon shows that NGO S has more access to enter in the settlement of cases of humanitarian crises experienced by Rohingya ethnic groups in Myanmar, after the Myanmar government gave a blockade against other countries and IGO S included denial of the assistance offered by the United Nations. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative paradigm by using a case study strategy to observe the symptoms that occur. While in data collection researchers use study documents or known as librarian research as well as by conducting in-depth interviews with pre-determined sources, who are considered to have the capacity theoretically, as well as practically. After that the data is processed with interpretive analytical techniques to draw conclusions and to formulate the model to be made in this study.

Abstract
This research based on the background of ethnic humor using Sundanese in a radio broadcast program. Humor on radio broadcast programs is included in entertainment content. The humorous variations presented in broadcast radio media are packaged creatively both as humor programs as a whole and in the form of inserts in programs in the form of speeches, chats and jokes by broadcasters. Humor will be felt and accepted by a society if it is in accordance with the values, traditions and cultural aspects of people who enjoy a humor. McGhee and Golstein (1972: 153) state that acceptance of humor in each community group is not the same. There are people who openly accept the type of humor and what is selective or even limiting humor. The humor in this study is ethnic humor that uses Sundanese as of the "Canghegar" program on Rama FM Bandung. This study aims to reveal various stereotypes that are present in ethnic humor on radio broadcast programs. The results of the study showed that the diversity of responses to humor presented gave rise to stereotypes towards a group of people who were targeted and objects of humor.

Abstract
Traveling is something that is important for the community to enjoy leisure time and unwind from their daily routines. One of the tourism potentials in Indonesia is Lake Toba which has a beautiful charm. Lake Toba is the largest tourism lake in Indonesia. Toba Samosir Regency is one of seven districts that surround Lake Toba and is located on the outskirts of Lake Toba. In terms of promotion, the potential of Lake Toba in particular the Toba Samosir Regency has not been maximally promoted for tourists from outside the island of Sumatera. This causes tourists from outside the island of Sumatera not to know the potential of Lake Toba tourism. People from outside the island of Sumatera also consider heading to Lake Toba tourism far enough to reduce the interest of tourists to visit. The message material that needs to be conveyed in this design is introducing Lake Toba tours in Toba Samosir Regency by visualizing the atmosphere of tourist attractions and culture around Lake Toba. The results of this study are expected to be able to influence the public to be interested and visit Lake Toba tourist attractions and enjoy the panoramic beauty and culture that is on Lake Toba. It needs a media that shows a glimpse of the beauty of Lake Toba and is able to persuade potential tourists to come. The conclusion of this participatory research shows that the comments of prospective tourists on the video on social media appear to show enthusiasm in visiting the Lake Toba tourist area.

Abstract
This study aims to find the implementation of the safety culture for pilots in the world of aviation in Indonesia, then how the actions that can be taken to fulfill flight safety are related to the safety culture pilot. The research method is analytical descriptive with a normative juridical approach then the data was analyzed qualitatively. The results study show that the implementation has not yet proceeded synergistically. Actions that can be taken to fulfill aviation safety related to the safety culture pilot, namely by exercising tighter supervision on the flight feasibility of pilots followed by efforts to socialization. Indonesia has received an effective value of extraordinary implementation in international audits, but this cannot be maintained continuously if there is no continuous supervision from the government and strict adherence to rules from pilots and airlines. Enforcement of the safety culture is not optimal due to lack of supervision related to the implementation of physical and psychological health standards from pilots according to international regulations. Fulfillment of aviation safety must follow the international provisions adopted by Indonesia, but this is in some cases not full implemented. Supervision and enforcement of unsustainable safety culture for pilots causes low the safety of aviation.

Abstract
Dynasty politics is a growing political phenomenon in Indonesia where Banten is one of the best cases. If at the beginning of regional autonomy, dynasty politics was only dominated by one family, now dynasty politics were formed in almost all regencies / cities in Banten. The elections should be a means of showing local leaders democratically trapped in the interests of pragmatism of political parties that tend to build party cartels. In the 2018 Concurrent Local Election, 3 out of 4 regions were filled by single candidates. The 2019 legislative elections are also a means for families who have strong positions in Banten to fill positions in the legislature at all levels: Regency / City Parliament, Provincial Parliament, Regional Representative Assembly and House of Representative. This study using social network analysis found that the 2019 Legislative Election became an arena for the formation of a new pattern of dynastic politics at both the Provincial and District / City levels. Political dynasties maintain, strengthen and expand their grip on local politics by making political parties as vehicles and elections as momentum. The circulation of local politics in Banten is threatened to become increasingly elitist and further away from the essence of democracy.

Abstract
Technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) is defined as a competence in integrating knowledge of content, pedagogy, and technology into a learning practice that needs to be possessed by teachers to face the era of 21st century education. TPACK competence is inseparable from specific content that is going to be taught, in this case is classification of lving things, a distinctive content on biology learning. This study was aimed at analyzing TPACK competence of biology teachers in classification of living things learning. The study was set as a descriptive study and involved five biology teachers from senior high school level, grade X. The data about teachers- TPACK was gained from CoReS, and teachers- prespective on TPACK in classification of living things learning was gained from teachers- responses toward questionnaires. As the result, analysis of CoRes reveals that all (100%) of biology teachers- TPACK is on the pre TPACK category. The study eventually shows that biology teachers still face some difficulties in integrating content knowledge, pedagogy, and technology in teaching classification of living things that discusses numerical taxonomy to the students.

Abstract
Photogrammetry is one of the 3d scanning methods for artefacts that can be said to be quite economical, when compared to other 3d scanning methods such as using a laser. This method allows everyone tp be able to record digital visual data in sufficient detail. The use of 3d scanning photogrammetry has not been sufficiently optimized for design education in Indonesia. Through this study, the researcher took several traditional West Java artifact samples to record the data using close-range photogrammetry 3d scanning method. The results are divided into two parts. Part one are the evaluation of photogrammetry method that has been done. Part two are the alternative application of digital data from artifacts that have been recorded for their application in design science, especially product design.

Abstract
The Industrial Revolution 4.0 endorses a high-speed transfer of information that promotes digitalization and innovation across many sectors of industries allowing them to thrive by increasing productivity, profitability, product quality and performance. However, the utilization of digital technology, especially in agricultural sector where sustainability practices are essential to be addressed, requires effective governance for upgrading strategies. As one of the main export commodities and a key driver of the economy, the palm oil industry in Indonesia is in alert to face challenges brought by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This research draws from the latest work of Gerrefi and Joonkoo Lee on Global Value Chain. In the framework of horizontal industrial cluster and vertical global value chain governance, the theory examines how governance and upgrading trajectories produces economic upgrading which correlates to social and environmental upgrading. This research, then argues that the role of technology supports as well as accelerates the upgrading strategies. A set of data are collected from literature of multidisciplinary perspectives in addition to statistical data on the palm oil industry. The GVC analysis of Indonesian palm oil industry will be used as a map to understand the complexity of how actors operate in every cluster of governance. Economic upgrading is not always associated with social and environmental upgrading. Therefore, a strong linkage between actors suggests that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is relevant and essential to enhance synergy to cater for economic, social and environmental dimensions in order to harness the potential of sustainable development.
