Abstract

Abstract
Millennial generation is a potential generation for industry, yet they are quite challenging because of their critical attitude and low brand loyalty. Recently, retail stores have noticed the consumers- shopping journey, especially the millennial generation who pay attention to the process of their shopping journey. As a low-involvement product, this type of product is more often sought by consumers in retail stores, hence consumers more often experience the low-involvement product shopping journey compared to the high-involvement products. However, there is little literature that describes millennial consumer behavior in low-involvement products. This study aims to analyze how millennial behavior in the searching process and confirmation of search behavior can affect consumer output and satisfaction during the shopping trips. This research is a cross sectional study by conducting multiple regression in hypothesis analysis. The regression results show that performance mediates the relationship between search expectations and search disconfirmations, and disconfirmation mediates the relationship of performance with output of consumer search behavior (satisfaction, regret, and spread of WOM). However, the regression results do not show search disconfirmation as a mediator between the performance and hedonic value, utility value, and respondents- choice confidence.

Abstract
Food and beverage industry has been highly developing throughout time varying the industry into smaller sub-industries and more varieties of product available for the market to choose. Since it is one of the lowest barrier to penetrate out of all industries, the industrial competitiveness is very high due to its demand and supply. Bola Ubi is a traditional food coming from West Java. Bola Ubi has a unique sweet yet savory taste with its crunchy yet chewy texture. As traditional food, Bola Ubi is relatively popular. As time goes by, there are brands coming up to sell this kind of product. One of these companies is Yama. Yama launched their first store in February 2018 in Taman Sari Food Festival. As time goes by Yama reveals a down trend in its sales. Referring to create, delivery, and capture metrics, Yama has an equal, if not better in creating the value and capturing it to the customer. The only difference that Yama have is the delivery metrics. Although in hindsight the solution is to just change the location of Yama-s store, it would not create a substantive competitive advantage in long run. Based on the data analysis, the study found that the way forward is to position ourselves firmly into one existing specific market to capitalize the lack of focus of our competitor.

Abstract
Firms with concentrated ownership structures are commonly found in Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, the biggest control of the firm comes from the family. Concentrated ownership can lead to agency problem between controlling shareholders and non-controlling shareholders where controlling shareholders whom also often acts as management, make decisions which bring personal benefit at the expense of non-controlling shareholders for example by investing on risky projects or known as overinvestment. Therefore the existence of independent board is very important. This study aims to proof whether the existence of independent board could lower the tendency of family firms in Indonesia to overinvest. Using firms listed on Indonesia stock exchange from 2011 to 2017 as research samples the presence of independent directors negatively related to overinvestment meanwhile independent commissioner positively related to overinvestment. Moreover, independent directors can weaken the tendency of family firms to overinvest when family ownership on the firms is low.

Abstract
Microbial fuel cells (MFC) is an example of electricity generation using sustainable technology. It uses organic substrates as fuels on the anode side to generate electricity as the anode of the organic substance is oxidizes and releasing electrons and protons and allow electrons to be transferred to cathode via external electric circuit. The potential of Alcaligenes sp. strain SUM123 were identified as the inoculum to utilize organic substrate palm oil mill effluent (POME). The MTB were first grown in nutrient broth (NB) and palm oil mill effluent POME to test its ability to grow in these medium. The growth was observed for 10% NB and 90% POME and compared to in 100% NB alone. The ability to reduce the pH, COD and ADMI of the substrate are identified for the 10% NB and 90% POME. The pH reading dropped as the growth of MTB are decreased, while the COD readings increases almost the same trend as the growth and death of the bacteria in 10% NB and 90% POME solution, while ADMI reading were indirectly proportional to the growth of MTB in 10% NB and 90% POME.

Abstract
In this study, green synthesis AgNP was performed using Diplazium esculentum aqueous extract and characterized using Ultraviolet-visible Spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and transmission electron microscope. The formation of colloidal AgNPs was proven by the significant surface plasmon resonance band at 450 nm and XRD pattern and HRTEM images confirmed the consistent pattern of elliptical crystalline AgNPs in a face-centered cubic (fcc) geometry with an average particle size of 23.385 ± 8.349 nm. FTIR spectral analysis confirmed the presence of biomolecules from the plant extract on the AgNPs acting as capping agent. Catalytic reduction activity showed up to 91% decolourisation of methyl blue obeying a pseudo-first order reaction with a rate constant of 0.0395 min^(-1). For adsorption capacity, 87% adsorption of methylene blue dye was obtained when 3 mg of AgNPs was used. Furthermore, the antibacterial assay exhibited positive results when conducted against Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli ATCC 11229) and Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538) through disk diffusion technique. Therefore, the biosynthesized AgNPs using Diplazium esculentum aqueous extract is proven active in the removal of the dye via catalytic reduction and adsorption with good potential as antibacterial agent.

The objective of this research is to identify the forms of communication in which consumers most enthusiastically interact with local fashion brands on Instagram and explore the correlation between Instagram contents of fashion brands with the engagement of the consumers. The researcher surveyed through an online questionnaire as a tool to collect the data with Instagram active users as the requirement for respondents. The researcher found out that the content type of post characteristics influences boosting customer engagement. In this research, the content type classified into entertainment, informative, and remuneration posts. Each content type has different results in controlling customer engagement. Among the three classifications of content types, entertainment content type has the most substantial influence on customer engagement. Therefore, local fashion brands are recommended to utilize their marketing strategy by creating more entertainment content type, among other types on Instagram.

Abstract
Access travel to and from Juanda International Airport (JIA) currently faces a severe problem, due to relatively high travel time. The use of private vehicles as an access mode to the airport causes longer travel time. The government plans to introduce the train as an alternative access mode to JIA. This research aims to get the choice probability of train as an alternative access mode. Though this topic may not a new issue in airport access mode, however, the characteristics of the traveler and the distribution of the origin passengers become an interesting condition to be discussed. To measure the response to this mode acceptance, this research adopts mode choice probability using Multinomial Logit Model. Data of 900 respondents indicate the characteristics of travelers through JIA. Results of the analysis show that generally there is a low probability of train mode choice. The causes of the low probability are concluded in six factors. Those factors are mode convenience, mode operational management, social characteristic, mode accessibility, transport system characteristic, number of baggage and party size factor. The total effect of the six factors is 61,23%. Based on the probability model of access mode choice, those factors affect the selecting of train, except the accessibility factor. It fails to enter the probability model formulation because it does not pass the partial test. Even though it is the most common influenced factor in public transport research. The six factors resulted from this research could become a reference to improve the train use probability.

Abstract
Indonesian consumer market potential has been acknowledged by clothing companies since the cultural norms is changing and there is a strong demand for Western-style clothing influenced by the Western (Hassler, 2006). The rise of Indonesian local fashion brands could be seen from the phenomenon that is happening in the last few years. Kapferer and Schuiling (2016), mentioned that companies have the tendency to focus on the expansion of global brands that then affect to the disadvantage of local brands. While it is quite the contrary of what happens in Indonesia based on Deloitte (2016) findings that most Indonesians are still preferred to buy local fashion brands instead of global fashion brands, the only Indonesian category that prefers to buy global fashion brands are people with monthly income above IDR 10 millions. Thus, even that Indonesia is a compelling market potential for both international and local companies, it is an amusing phenomenon to be the subject of the study to find Indonesian purchasing behavior towards its local brands. This study aims to uncover the purchase behavior of Indonesian towards its local brands. Given several variables regarding to prior studies, The study will be conducted through online survey that is limited to people age 18 – 49 that domiciled in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. The survey outcome will be processed using multi linear regression (MLR) method to see which variables that most influence the purchase intention towards Indonesian local fashion brands.
