Abstract
Currently, Indonesia has a goal to increase the number of entrepreneurs for about 20,000 new enterprises in 2019. This number is increasing every year, which indicate the urgency of the government to emerge entrepreneurs within the society (Kompas, 2018). Many factors can form an entrepreneur. They can be encouraged from family background, hobbies, needs, and also through an educational system. A different method of teaching and treatment will drive different entrepreneurial results. Several studies show that entrepreneurs behave differently. Entrepreneurs create and manage their business to achieve their business goals. It makes the entrepreneur is having the willingness to give resource on it, such as pays the material used in the business, rent a place, and higher employee. It also makes them have more willingness to take the risk along the entrepreneurial activity (Paun, 2013). Therefore, the researcher wants to discover the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and risk attitude. This research uses a quantitative approach in order to explore the study and use a questionnaire as the tools. The result was analyzed using the single linear regression method with SPSS software. Single linear regression is a statistical method used to explain the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The independent variables in this research would be Risk Attitude, and the independent variable would be Entrepreneurial Intention. From that, the research hypotheses would be entrepreneurs risk attitude significantly affected entrepreneurial intention; the higher risk attitude of a person will increase their entrepreneurial intention.

Worker migration is an old phenomenon. Remittances are vital component of household income for families, reducing poverty and creating opportunities for investment in education and enterprise. As we know, high income countries are sources of remittances. Government wants to upgrade the migrant workers financial knowledge to reduce the revel tendency. But the one who arrange the remittance is the one in family member, not the migrant worker. This study tend to analyze ability to manage remittance and financial of migrant workers family using descriptive qualitative method based on worker migration and basic financial management theory. The results are remitrance from abroad generally received 3-4 monthly. And remittance in dollara or others foreign exchange rate (from developed countries) has bigger value in rupiah because of rupiahs exchange rate depreciation tendency. In East Java, Indonesia, access to increase financial literacy for migrant workers family is very lack. They may have proper education and internet access but dont improve their financial literacy.

Abstract
This paper investigates whether the prospect theory exists in the decision making of individual investor investment decision using the value function of cumulative prospect theory proposed by Tversky and Kahneman (1992). Firstly, ward method is used to separate the respondents. Investors type respondents are separated from the traders type, assuming that the investor is more unaffected to the daily closing price change. The next analysis is only focusing on the traders type respondents. Each traders decision is grouping on a binary scale with the decision to sell or hold the stock. After that, logistics regression is used to mapping the probabilities of each traders decision on each buying price base return. The probabilities from logistics regression then multiplied by the buying price base return resulting in a value function that is subsequently used in nonlinear regression. The results show a contrary curve from prospect theory hypothetical value function. Traders from Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery show a convex curve on a profit condition and a concave curve on the loss condition. This research contributed to the development of quantitative methods in testing the prospects theory on stock transactions.

RIGHTS OF COUNTRY: The Concept of Coastal Water Concession Rights in Indonesia Ahmad, Amiludin dan Nizla Rohaya Dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang Email: ahmadfh@umt.ac.id amiludin@umt.ac.id, Nizla.rohaya@gmail.com Abstract The existence of plotting in the form of management of coastal areas and small islands to be used as private ownership and close ownership by individuals, legal entities or certain communities by granting concession rights to coastal waters (HP-3) can eliminate the meaning of state ownership rights. The overlapping of HP-3 granting as an object of licensing by the sector / agency in the forestry sector through the use of mangrove forests, aquatic fauna / flora and the use of environmental services in mangrove forests, mining through the use of sand as a coastal and mineral resource in the sea and the tourism sector by developing coastal tourism is a constitutional issue in Law No. 27 of 2007 concerning the management of coastal areas and small islands as the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 03 / PUU / VIII / 2010 because it eliminates guarantees, protection and legal certainty for citizens, communities such as fishermen and coastal residents. As for the problems in this study, how the right to control the state in granting HP-3 permission and how the concept of concession rights in coastal waters in Indonesia. The method used in this study is juridically normative with a descriptive analysis approach. The expected results are the realization of the concept of state control as it has become a fixed jurisprudence verdict The constitutional court is interpreted as a state not having but state control covering the state formulating policies (regulating), managing (bestuurdaad), managing (regelendaad), and conduct supervision (toezichthoudendaad) to realize the prosperity of the people. Concession rights of coastal waters are coastal waters and small islands, there are individual rights, customary community rights and the rights of traditional fishing communities, business entity rights, or other community rights and the enactment of local wisdom values so that HP-3 is given through the licensing mechanism not giving rights.

Abstract
Fracture is disconnection of bone continuity caused by trauma, pressure, or pathological disorder. On the other hand, fracture healing is a complex process and needed a long time to rejoin without leaving wound. To fasten this process, an implant material is needed as a replacement for damaged bone tissues. Biphasic calcium phospate (BCP) is a biomaterial phase of the building materials of bone and teeth, and collagen in bone implant is a structural protein that helps osteoblast mediators. This research is aimed to create formula from biphasic calcium phospate (BCP) and collagen in gel preparation as drug delivery system and bone filler. Gel bonegraft is made in two formulas with different compositions: 1) Formulation 1 (10% collagen in gel), 2) Formulation 2 (15% collagen in gel). Evaluation of gel preparation comprises of organoleptic, and pH testing. Test results show that the preparation is white in color, has smooth texture, semisolid form, pH of 5 - 6. Both gel formulation can be used to deliver bonegraft biomaterial on each bone fragments.

Abstract
The performance of banks operating in Indonesia is evaluated against the performance of peer group banks. By using the banks peer group model already developed by the first author, it is possible to gauge the performance ratings of each bank compared to the performance of banks in the peer group related to the concerned variables, such as Non Performing Loan, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets and Return on Equity. For the purposes of evaluating and monitoring the banks performance comprehensively of the all concerned variables above, a Bank Performance Index is needed. The authors developed a model as a bank performance index based on the already developed peer group model and which is the novelty of this research. This model will contribute significantly to national interests due to it can be a source of reference for other banks operating in Indonesia in assessing their performance and can also be used by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK, Financial Services Authority of Indonesia) as a guideline in assessing the comprehensive performance of banks operating in Indonesia. The establishment of the Bank Performance Index model will be based on 15 banks in the peer group of Bank Jasa Jakarta, a private bank operating in Indonesia. Performance data from December 2015 to June 2018 were taken from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan website. The banks performance index model which is proposed by the authors of this study is proven to be able to represent the prevailing reality and confirm why Bank Jasa Jakarta indeed deserves the various awards it received for its achievements.

Abstract
Recently, drug nanoparticles formulation using Poly Lactic Acid-Cellulose nanocrystal (PLA-CNC) have been introduced. PLA-CNC were prepared by emulsion method for antidiabetic drug delivery applications. PLA is one of polymer which potentially used as raw material of drug delivery because it has the ability to bind and carry drugs into cell target, but the hydrophilic character of PLA cause the degradation of PLA in the body run slowly, so it is necessary combining PLA with CNC to improve its property. In this study, special attention has been given to the modification of PLA-CNC as a drug delivery matrix to obtain the optimum drug release of antidiabetic drugs. The combination of chemical PLA-CNC matrixs were characterized using FTIR and SEM, its drug loading capacity, encapsulation efficiency and in vitro drug release behavior was determined by using UV spectrophotometer.

Abstract
Wireless network technology is currently developing rapidly, especially in the health sector, such as vital sign monitoring. One of the vital sign parameters that are very important to know the condition of the patients circulatory system is blood pressure and body temperature. Examination of blood pressure and body temperature generally uses a sphygmomanometer and thermometer. However, the use of these two tools still has weaknesses in terms of the efficiency of health services because the collection of patient data is still conventional and has not yet developed to the system of sending data wirelessly to the health service unit. This problem becomes to particular concern considering the limited number of medical personnel, the slow pace of health services, especially the results of diagnosing patient diseases, and the administrative costs become to increase. This study aims to assist medical personnel in improving health services, especially in monitoring patients blood pressure and body temperature conditions. The proposed design consists of hardware (MPX5050GP sensor, DS18b20 sensor, LCD, power supply, and laptop) and software (C programming, IDE, MySQL, and Dreamweaver). The results obtained showed that the proposed design worked well with an accuracy level of blood pressure of 97.53% and body temperature of 99.51%.

Abstract
Sabah harbor around 90% of reefs in Malaysia, and it is the only State which is within the Scientific boundary of Coral Triangle, which is the center of marine biodiversity. These reef providing food and livelihood to the local community and it is the main attraction for divers all over the world. However, the reef is under threats such as fish bombing, marine debris, overfishing and unsustainable tourism practices. The collection of live coral might become lucrative, because the investors start to look into the potential of grow this industry in Sabah, after the announcement from Indonesian government to ban the live coral exports in 2018. Coral propagation might be the way to reduce the pressure of collecting live coral from the wild but these initiatives are focus on fast growing species and unable to fulfill the demand for aquarium trade which favors large polyps and relatively slow growing species. The trend of live coral export from Sabah have not been reported before as well as the current practice of coral harvesting in the wild. Live coral export regulated by Department of Fisheries Sabah under CITES Appendix II Listing and each year quota been allocated to export live coral for licensed coral traders. This paper provides an analysis of live coral trade from 2015 to 2018 and examines the management challenges for sustainable harvesting in Sabah, Malaysia. Currently, there are a slow and steady growing trend for coral export especially for species that have large polyps. Is there a conservation need to reduce harvest quota for certain species? or we need to effectively manage our existing marine protected area?
