Abstract
Real options are one of the most fascinating research topics in Finance today, since 1977 Stewart C. Myers from the MIT Sloan School of Management published his pioneering article on this subject in the Journal of Financial Economics. Real options are techniques for support capital budgeting decisions which adapting the techniques developed for financial security options. The purpose of using this real option is to capture options contained in projects that cannot be captured by discounted cash flow models that operate as a basic framework for almost all financial analyzes. The real option valuation process will be complemented by interest rate stochastic modeling and volatility stochastic modeling to further capture flexibility and volatility from the existing economic and financial situation. The valuation will be using Monte Carlo simulation with Matlab programming language on crude oil data from the North Sea oil field. The data is obtained from Charlie Grafström and Leo Lundquists thesis with the title "Real Options Valuation vs. DCF Evaluation - An application to a North Sea oilfield ".

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how the Muncar Sub district fishing community handled poverty throughout their lives. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews conducted on 110 respondents from Fisher. The results of this study find out the main reason for being a fisherman because this work is derived from generation to generation, this is due to the low education of fishing families with a majority of income of 1-10 million per year. This amount is not a large number and makes this profession attractive to fight for, therefore the priority of primary needs is higher than secondary, awareness of the use of insurance is quite low, low post-harvest financial planning and difficult capital gains cause fishermen to obtain capital through debt and the majority of fishermen have loan. The loan source is very friendly and many are chosen by fishermen with a loan system to ship owners because it will make it easier for fishermen to make payments by deducting the honorarium as a crew

This paper analyses determinants of agricultural exports and imports from Indonesia, including demand and supply factors capturing effects of income, market size, prices, and variables related to logistics, competitiveness, trade policy, and innovation. Trade creation and diversion effects are estimated as Indonesia experienced a deep liberalization of markets. A gravity model is employed to analyze agricultural exports disaggregated into raw goods and food. The dataset comprises 50 countries from 2007 until 2017. The results find trade creation effects for both categories, with larger effects in exports within agricultural raw goods, and higher trade creation through imports in food. Indonesia also experience trade expansion with non-free trade partners suggesting that demand variables (e.g. income, market size, sophistication) is a more important driver of growth rather than agreements. Price factors affect agricultural goods, with food products experience elastic price demand, while raw goods being affected by prices and exchange rate. Gains in competitiveness, logistic performance, and innovation is supporting agricultural exports (imports as well). The implementation of the FTAs should be critically evaluated with respect to food products as imports have expanded more rapidly than exports and domestic goods may have experience pressure from liberalization.

This study is conducted to find out the effect of air pollution, particularly concentration of PM10 and PM2.5, towards health and economic condition of residents in Surabaya. The economic impact is measure by the amount of money spent due to health problems which includes mortality and morbidity. The technique used in this research involves two approaches which are epidemiology to assess the causality of PM10 and PM2.5 concentration level against health risks that occur, and economic valuation to estimate value in monetary unit against those healthy risks. The result of this study indicates that the quality of air in Surabaya contains PM2.5 concentration which has exceeds its annual standard value according to Government Regulation No. 41 in 1999, which is 15.05 μg/m3 and 30.41 μg/m3 of PM10 concentration. Air pollution caused by PM10 and PM2.5 impacts residents of Surabaya in terms of the quality of health which is proven by the emergence of health cases suffered by residents of Surabaya. This impacts the economic sector in which every resident needs to endure health costs of 4.1% from their income as the negative effect (externality) of economic development.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Corruption in Indonesia is actually not a new phenomenon. Corruption has existed since the era of the old order, new order, even the colonial era. In the reformation era style democratic political system, corruption became apparent that open our eyes that it turns out, it has had a chronic illness. Theoretically, the political system can be linked with the phenomenon of corruption. Politics cannot be separated with power, corruption too. Therefore, how the system will affect the power management of the phenomenon of corruption. A democratic system can be a positive or negative effect on corruption cases. A number of corruption cases in Indonesia has been so massive. Various studies or surveys are always seats the corruption in Indonesia ranked high compared to other countries. Even now well recognized that corruption is considered a serious disease, it is an attempt to lead to corruption eradication increasingly considered important. The effort is characterized by the formation of a variety of laws and regulations, strengthening anti-corruption agencies and anti-corruption education, all of which is expected to eliminate or reduce this social disease. Prospects for a successful eradication of corruption depend on all components of the nation because without the participation of all is impossible corruption will disappear. Various fields and strategies must be done to sustain the program. Everything and even then, it should always be backed by a strong political and social will.

Abstract
The property sector which experienced an increase can be seen from the number of construction, housing, apartments, hotels, houses, shops (shop houses), shopping centers, and office centers. This large amount of development indicates that there is a considerable market opportunity for the property sector in Indonesia. This information also has implications for investors positive reactions to stock prices in property sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The average stock (stock) has increased due to positive sentiment from investors to the companys performance expectations of the property sector issuers to obtain company profits. The higher profit obtained by the company will result in an increase in the companys stock price so that the higher the stock return is obtained (Jafar, 2012). The formulation in this study is how the influence of financial ratios on stock prices of property sector companies. From the results of the study, the results of Current Ratio (CR) Variables, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Variables, Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) variables have a significant positive effect on stock prices. While the Variables of Return On Assets (ROA) and Variables Earning per Share (EPS) do not have a significant positive effect on stock prices.

Abstract
Chloroprene rubber (CR) is synthetic rubber widely used for seal, joint, and also adhesive. For making rubber good, additives are needed and it can influence the properties of vulcanizate. Phenolic resin is used as additives in this study. This study aims to determine the curing characteristics and mechanical properties of chloroprene vulcanizate. The chloroprene vulcanizates were done by two-roll mill by adding phenolic resin. The phenolic resins were varies i.e: 0, 10, 20, and 30 phr. The curing characteristics of the CR vulcanizates were studied by rheometer at 140 ºC, 150 ºC, and 160 ºC. The phenolic resin improves the mooney viscosity, scorch time and optimum curing time. The compound without phenolic resin gives the highest mooney viscosity and optimum curing time. The 10 phr phenolic resin give the best mooney viscosity, optimum curing time, constant rate, activation energy and also tear strength. The suitable curing temperature for CR compound is at 150 ºC and the 10 phr phenolic resin is the proper additive for CR vulcanizate.
