Vanilla commodities are food needs needed for complementary mixtures of food needs, so the stability of the vanilla food supply chain needs to be well developed in maintaining sustainable needs. The measurement study of this research is the organization of the Perkumpulan Petani Vanili Indonesia (PPVI) where the organization aims to develop and improve supply chains for farmer groups incorporated in organizations throughout Indonesia. The improvement in the performance of the supply chain organization focuses on the SCOR 12.0 approach and is processed through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) with the development of KPIs in supply chain performance attributes. The results of the analysis show that the attributes of reliability, agility, and cost have the lowest valuation so that further development and identification is needed in improving the performance of the supply chain. The discussion and further implications of this research are designing lean agriculture development, improving quality management and developing operational, technical cost structures in the supply chain objects.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
A country is said to be progressing, if all regions of the country prosper. In Indonesia, the smallest area that runs the government function is the village. The legal basis regarding the village government itself is stated in Law No. 6 of 2014 Republic of Indonesia. In carrying out its functions as a government, the village is supported by village funds. Village funds sourced from the state budget are intended for the development and improvement of the welfare of rural communities. Village funds can go down based on the proposal submitted. The proposal for submitting village funds is processed by a work team called Tim 11. So far, the determination of village funds is still manual and less transparent. Therefore we need a system that can overcome the problem of determining village funds. This research provides alternative solutions regarding the determination of recipients of village funds using the weight product method. There are four criteria in this research, namely the number of residents in an RT area, the standard of living of an RT area, the extent of the area, the level of geographical damage in an RT area. And the object of the research chosen was Kasihan sub-district, Tamantirto village. the results obtained are a priority submission in writing the proposal submitted.

Abstract
The source of electricity in each university building in PGRI Semarang is obtained from each distribution transformer or power transformer. The power transformer used to distribute electricity in the central building (GP) has a capacity of 400 KVA, while the power transformer used in the main building (GU) has a capacity of 160 KVA. In the previous study, identification of the quality of electrical power in the PGRI University Semarang building, obtained a low power data factor and a large electrical network harmonics. The problem was solved by designing and installing bank capacitors and harmonic filters. To avoid dependence on PLN electricity and not using a generator when PLN electricity goes out, the source of electrical energy is designed by using solar energy sources through Photovoltaic. Solar Panel as an important component of solar power plants, converts sunlight into electricity. Generally we calculate the maximum amount of sunlight that is converted into electricity throughout the day is 5 hours. Electricity in the morning is stored in the battery, so electricity can be used at night, where without sunlight. Based on the identification of the load in the GP is 26.12 KW, then in the design using solar energy as many as 27 solar panels are needed. As for the storage system uses 44 batteries 100Ah battery. Off-grid solar panel systems are only used when PLN electricity goes out or can be used at night. The research method used is observing the amount of electrical load, calculating the capacity of solar panels and batteries, and simulating the model using a Power Simulator.

Abstract
Digital Age 4.0 is only considered as a digitalization era that focuses on the progress of humanity. However, the digitalization process legitimizes the reduction of wealth in meaningful experiences of human life (ausdrück) with all the intuitive traits contained in humans. This trait that makes a person fully human becomes lost as what has been applied in Criminal Law so far. Finally, written and oral languages are also analyzed based on logical atomistic logic through the mechanism of decomposition of elements in the article. This study uses a normative juridical method based on secondary data through library research. However, this study also uses several approach methods, namely empirical approaches, conceptual approaches, philosophical approaches, pragmatic approaches, case approaches, and critical approaches. The results of this study indicate that the social context that has an effect on the creation of speech and writing is not considered in the process of proof through Criminal Law.

Abstract
Corrosion fatigue properties of ultrafine grained (UFG) Fe-20%Cr steel by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) was investigated in term of grain refinement and stored energy. Iron chromium alloy as referred to as stainless-steel has been wide used as a material for cardiovascular stents, orthopedic and different implants used as biomedical application because of the plasticity and corrosion resistance. The improvement of strength was related to the grain refinement by ECAP process, however the decreasing of ductility is occurred. Effect of the grain boundary status can be examined by comparison between equilibrium dan non-equilibrium by annealing at 698 K. Under annealing temperature of 698 K, due to the recovery stage, there was a little difference in microstructure from the four passes ECAP. The corrosion fatigue life of the ECAP processed and the post-ECAP annealed sample was analyzed. Two mechanisms for crack propagation have been well recognized for stainless steel. One is slipping step dissolution mode. In this model, the slip step formed by active dislocation at a crack tip is anodic dissolution reaction, so that crack tip advance to further distance. The other is stress adsorption mechanism. The corrosion fatigue cracks initiation and cracks propagation process of iron-chromium alloy can be characterized by corrosion pits and intergranular fracture, respectively.

Abstract
Zirconium-based materials have attracted extended analysis interest because of their high structural practicality, excellent chemical sturdiness, and intractableness. ZrO2 is additionally wide identified to be used as a surrogate for learning the mechanism of UO2 kernel fabrication of High-Temperature Reactor (HTR) fuels. ZrO2 has similar properties to UO2 system in such a way that microbeads are of paramount importance, especially in the case of such nuclear stimuli-responsive systems. This beads stability will be strongly correlated to the precursor composition and the steps of the synthesis process. One of the simple synthesis processes of ZrO2 microbeads is by gelation process, which could be carried out by internal gelation or external gelation. This article will discuss the synthesis result of ZrO2 microbeads system using external gelation process to understand the gelation process with the emphasis will be given to the interaction of PVA-THFA host–ZrO2 guest systems. FTIR and thermal data were thoroughly explored to derive the mechanism during the gelation process concerning conventional gels in describing general aspects of gel formation.

Abstract
Abundant coffee pulp waste can be used as a potential biogas feedstock due to its high cellulose and hemicellulose content. However, it contains lignin, caffeine, and tannin that cause severe effects on microbial activity inside the digester, leading to ineffective biogas production. Therefore, alkaline hydrogen peroxide followed by rumen fluid pretreatment had been performed to remove those compounds and improve digestibility of the substrate, respectively. Moreover, the study obtained to find the reaction kinetics in biogas production from coffee pulp waste using a semi-continuous anaerobic reactor with HRT 20, 25, 30 and 35 days and a working volume of 1.5 L operated at 37 oC. In this study, the chemical pretreatment resulted in 75% of lignin removal, 57.76% of caffeine removal and a decrease in tannin until 0.54%. The highest methane yield obtained in this study was 0.24 L CH4 g VS-1. The kinetic constants (k) obtained were; k1 (reaction-s kinetic constant): 0.2923 day-1; k2 (maximum rate of soluble organics production/degradation): 720.1309 mg SCOD L-1 day-1; k3 (saturation constant): 253.2091 mg SCOD L-1 day-1; k4 (maximum rate of TVA consumption): 1,426.0831 mg TVA-COD L-1 day-1; and k5 (saturation constant): 57,794.4025 mg TVA-COD L-1 day-1.

Abstract
The environmental pollution caused by the waste and the strict regulations of waste were currently a major concern for industries, such as the palm oil industry. Constraints experienced today are the difficulty of degradation process of the waste due to the high quantity and the content of contaminants in the waste. One of the efforts that can be prepared to reduce the negative impact is by using the waste as a raw material for biodiesel. Among the potential wastes to become a raw material for making the biodiesel is the wastewater from the cooling pond as a part of the wastewater treatment in palm oil industry. The objectives of this research are to study the process of oil separation from wastewater cooling pond by liquid-liquid extraction method to recover oil and use it as a raw material for making biodiesel. Extraction is carried out at room temperature. The solvent type, wastewater sample to solvent ratio, and extraction time were varied. Based on the results, the highest oil yield of 90% was reached by using n-hexane solvent, the wastewater sample to solvent ratio of 2: 3, and extraction time of 72 hours, while the acid number of 78.49 mg KOH/g oil was obtained. The separated oil can be used as a raw material for making biodiesel through the esterification and transesterification processes. The biodiesel produced has been met the standard of SNI 0471822006 for density, kinematic viscosity, acid number, saponification number, methyl ester, free glycerol, total glycerol, and oxidation stability.

The research approach used a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used: in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and final conclusion. The validity test of data is used the method of source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research findings conclude that the understanding of CSR adopted by PT KTI was still focused on the external dimension, so the structure of PT KTI-s CSR-HRM was limited to administrative relations. HRM in the HRD Department of PT KTI does not have a strategic role related to the development of CSR, but has an administrative role related to employee licensing in implementing CSR. PT KTI-s HRD department contributes to corporate sustainability through HRM core tasks. The limitation of this study is its limitation to be generalized to other sites/objects. The sound generalization could be applied only to objects/sites that have similar or similar characteristics

Abstract
The data used in this study is IFLS data with fixed effect estimation method. The study shows that informal credit has a more negative impact on household welfare compared to the use of formal credit. And, the use of semi-formal credit has a more negative impact on household welfare compared to the use of formal credit. It can be due to higher interest rates in the use of informal credit compared to semi-formal and formal credit. This study also shows that credit used for productive purposes has a more positive impact than credit used for consumptive purposes. The greater the amount of credit used, the more positive the impact on household welfare is compared to the use of fewer loans. The results of this study can be the basis for the government to be concerned about the policy of credit interest rates to the public.

Abstract
Death caused by Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) remains high because people do not have sufficient knowledge in interpreting the perceived sign and symptoms. This has an impact on the lack of people-s attitudes and beliefs in seeking health services. Providing information is a key factor to increase knowledge, attitude and belief toward ACS. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on knowledge, attitudes and beliefs about acute coronary syndrome in Public Health Centre Tabanan III. This research implemented pre-experimental design. There 38 samples involved in this research which were selected through purposive sampling in the Public Health Centre Tabanan III. The health education was provided through 30 minutes presentation with the media of brochure and flyer. The data were collected by using ACS Response Index questionnaire and analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed there was a statistically significant increase in knowledge, attitudes and beliefs after they were given health education. On the domain of knowledge, z = –5.40, p<0.001, r = 0.61, median score increased from pre-program (Md = 10) to post-program (Md = 16). On the domain of attitudes, z = –5.38, p<0.001, r = 0.61, median score increased from pre-program (Md = 8.5) to post-program (Md = 17). On the domain of beliefs, z = –5.40, p<0.001, r = 0.62, median score increased from pre-program (Md = 18) to post-program (Md = 21). Abstract
Interference can occur because of the existence of two or more information/knowledge, which is mixed. Interference is due to the similarity of information/knowledge that is close together. One of the material in SMP that allows interference is a proportion. This study aims to develop a proportion test instrument to identify students thinking interference in solving problems. The question instrument contained three questions, namely direct proportion and inverse proportion and two types of proportions in one question. The development process involves experts both in the field of mathematics and in the field of mathematics education so that instruments are valid questions. Also, the development process involved 32 seventh grade junior high school students in one of the junior high schools in Yogyakarta. The result is that the instruments developed are declared valid and can be used to identify students thinking interference in solving comparison problems. This is reinforced by the results of trials that of 32 junior high school students, six students were wrong in solving comparative problems of value, 17 students were wrong in the turnover ratio, and 14 students were wrong if both types of comparisons were present together. Of the students who experienced this error, there were more than 40% who indicated interference thinking.
