Abstract

Abstract
Current analytical characterization of phytochemical is expensive and laborious. Alternatively, techniques such as biosensor with high binding affinity and specificity to the target such as aptamer emerged recently. Aptamers are oligonucleotides with structured molecules that can bind to their targets by specific 3-D conformation. Though aptamer technology have taken place for the past 30 years, little works have been conducted on its capacity to bind phytochemical compounds. Here, DNA aptamers named APT1 to APT30 3-D structures and possible binding mechanism of the aptamers-quercetin complex were evaluated in-silico. Secondary and tertiary structure of 28 potential DNA aptamers candidates were modelled adopting MFold and RNA Composer, respectively. The correspond sequence further modified from RNA to DNA by Discovery Studio Visualizer software. Applying AutoDock Vina, the aptamer-quercetin interactions were predicted. Amongst the aptamers, APT14, APT15 and APT1 displayed highest binding affinity with -9.4, -9.3 and -9.3 kcal/mol, respectively. Upon structure analysis, most of the binding sites that possess high docking energy were positioned at loops and stem conformation. The later plays an important role in stabilization while the bases within the loop motifs responsible in supporting the binding. The stability of potential aptamers-quercetin complex will be further explored for their specific intermolecular interaction using molecular dynamics simulation.

Abstract
Recently, there has been renewed interest among the interdisciplinary discussion in the topic of Zakat and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The current practice of Zakat distribution by The National Board of Zakat, Republic of Indonesia (BAZNAS), has been innovative. Among the recent projects is the construction of lavatories in some of the underdeveloped villages in Indonesia. This practice has contributed to the idea that Zakat not only promotes the SDGs of zero poverty and no hunger but also advances the sustainability of clean water and sanitation (SDGs No. 6). However, this notion demands an extensive academic explanation. Hence, this paper aims to explore the subject matters by conducting a case study from BAZNAS- project in Boyolali, Indonesia, which the data are collected through observation and semi-structured interviews. The findings validate the relationship among health, water and sanitation. Further, the involvement of the local government implies that such proper sanitation is achievable through collaborative works. This is the first paper to resolutely crediting scholarly-based evidence about the impact of Zakat fund for the sustainability of clean water and sanitation. This study is relevant for academics, Zakat institution, the Indonesian government, and other related stakeholders of SDGs.

Abstract
There is a phenomenon of abnormal behavior of Muslim investors who are investing their money with an ideological foundation instead of profit orientation. In Indonesia, there is an example from Koperasi Syariah 212 that have succeeded to expand its business with tremendous progress just within two years. One of Koperasi Syariah 212 business is as the supplier for “212 Supermarket” retail store. Within two years it already has 212 stores established around Indonesia with more than 200.000 members and still increases every year. Instead of promoting the “Financial Benefit” from its business to gain those members, Koperasi Syariah 212 use ideological approach by claimed its self as an Islamic business entity that will fight for Islamic Economics. In this research we analyze the motives behind this phenomenon, why so many people want to become the member of Koperasi Syariah 212 despite the fact not every retail store generating profit but the number the member and store still increase every year. We use Regression method to calculate the significance factors that affect the member-s decision to invest in Koperasi Syariah 212. The result shows that financial motive is not significantly affect the decision but instead other factor like Achievement Oriented, Non-monetary Focus, Self-Actualization, and Closeness to Social Problems are significantly affect the decision. We proof that this ideological approach that used by the Koperasi Syariah 212 is good strategy to encourage its business.

Abstract
Issuance of Indonesian Government Securities (SBN) is increasing every year. The issuance of SBN is expected to spur economic growth so that Indonesia can reach the SDGs. Indonesian securities consists of Islamic (SBSN) and conventional (SUN) bonds. Quite a number of studies have analyzed the differences between sukuk and conventional bonds from results, performance and reliability perspective, but there are still few studies that analyze their correlation with sustainable development. In this paper, each SBSN and SUN are analyzed with one of SDGs indicator, constant GDP per capita. Then compared which one has a stronger correlation. The analytical method used is the Pearson correlation test. Secondary data was obtained from literature studies and processed with SPSS 25 software. The finding is: each SBSN and SUN had strong and significant correlation, but SUN correlation is stronger than SBSN on Indonesia constant GDP per capita. SBSN issuance needs to be improved considering its potential is still very large in Indonesia.

Abstract
This study investigates the relationship of access to finance and the dimensions of sustainable development in OIC countries. The analysis technique used Fixed Effect Estimation (FE) and Random Effect (RE) from the panel data of selected OIC member countries in the period 2006-2014. The estimation results show that financial access does not have a significant effect on economic growth and environmental quality, but has a positive effect on human development. Based on these results, the OIC countries are expected to increase the reach and ease of funding for all levels of society. On the other hand, careful funding is needed to avoid projects that endanger sustainable development.

Abstract
Prior research has shown that peoples utility can be obtained by doing consumption or spending money to fulfill their needs. This research demonstrates that people who spend their money not to fulfill their needs, but to others also matters for their utility. Using the data from the Indonesia Family Life Survey (wave 4 and wave 5) with 26,464 observations, we estimate the correlation between prosocial expenditure and subjective well-being. The result of the probit model estimation showed that prosocial expenditure has a positive correlation to subjective well-being. On average, people who spend more on charity are happier than people who spend less on it. We also found that preschool expenditure between Muslim and nonmuslim observations has a different effect on happiness and life satisfaction. The theoretical framework and implications are discussed.

Abstract
At present the sales competition for insurance products has Increased dramatically starting in the last few years. In addition, competition began to become more fierce, marked by the active start of the AEC organization or the ASEAN Economic Community in early 2016. Competition in insurance sales is assumed to be even more fierce with the existence of the AEC, because insurance companies will not only compete with domestic insurance company rivals, but also will face new competition from insurance companies from countries that are members of ASEAN. With this dramatic increase in competition, several insurance companies located in Bandung experienced a decline in sales of insurance products for a while before returning to a stable state. The opposite happened to Prudential insurance companies, although it had experienced a decline in sales but quickly returned to stability and increased sales more than in previous years. If this is left for the foreseeable future, other insurance companies will lag far behind Prudential. With the above problems, the author tries to help other insurance companies besides Prudential to increase sales by conducting research that is expected to help solve problems. This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix has an influence on insurance product purchasing decisions at the Prudential company Bandung branch office. This type of research is included in quantitative research, and based on its objectives classified as descriptive studies. The sample studied was decided using the Accidental Sampling technique which is one of technique used in Non Probability Sampling Method by selecting individuals that is easier to meet with a total sample of 96 respondents by result of sampling technique computation. The method of data collection is use survey questionare and analyze using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Research and testing is done with the help of SPSS program. From result of the research, is it found that variable product and process are the most significant marketing mixes variables toward purchase decision. Result of the research also point out that seven variables of marketing mixes simultaneously influence customer purchase decision.
