Abstract
Current research on Zakah focuses more on potential zakah collection, factors affecting zakah payment, best practices of zakah in certain region/country, zakah as social finance, or even the performance and efficiency of zakah institution. General finding from all previous studies concludes that zakah is able to reduce poverty and hence will minimize income inequality. At this point, a question rise, i.e., by how much Gini index- a measure of income inequality- can be reduced after zakah enforcement? Considering this gap of research, this study is proposed to measure a decrease in Gini index when zakah is received by all recipients.Since the existing economy is under interest based system, thus this study will develop a model of artificial economy to simulate the impact of zakah enforcement on Gini index. To achieve the main objective, this research will simulate the interactions amongst three economic agents (households, firms, and bank) in the system. That is, households will supply labour for the firms; meanwhile firms will supply product in the goods market. Both households and firms can ask credit with certain interest rate from the bank. There will be two scenarios where the economy will simulate zakah is not exist and where zakah is introduced in the system. From these two scenarios, it can be observed a potential reduction or increment on Gini index after zakah is disbursed to all recipients. This research fundamentally is an exploratory research, thus many findings will be examined in the analysis. One of the most interesting findings is that in the long run only arround 1 percent of population own about 25 percent of total wealth in the economy without zakah. Further, the findings also observe that reason of an increase in Gini index where the economy has no zakah and observe a group of population which will dominate total wealth in the economy. An Agent-based Computational Model (ABM) simulation will be employed to conduct the simulation. The application of ABM in this research is to bring the use of computational study as an alternative methodology to develop research in the area of Islamic economics.

Abstract
The discourse in integrating social and financial functions of Islamic financial institution has emerged as an intellectual critique since it has arguably deviated from the Islamic moral economic expectation. This argument is further supported by the advent of the urgency of combining Islamic finance with impact investing, which should have been in its endogenous facet. We found a number of research papers with well-established theories that Islamic financial and economic institutions, as distinct organizations, require a distinct management framework to be able to achieve their multidimensional purposes. This paper argues that a hybrid organizational management framework could be the most appropriate existing framework to be utilized regarding mission drift and dysfunctional effect that might happen within the hybrid organizations. Hence, this paper provides notion for leaders to develop hybrid organizations in terms of time needed for leaders to develop, selective criterion in hiring, different types of organizational structures, and the need of new parameter.

Airlines are facing challenges from high cost structures and intense competition. This has made airlines universally look for opportunities to generate ancillary revenue, additional income apart from their main sources, including Full Service Carriers (FSC). Measuring consumer-s willingness to pay is pivotal in pricing and estimating ancillary revenue demand. This study analyzes whether customer-s type of journey, purpose of journey, length of flight, and type of flight class have an impact on willingness to pay (WTP) of Garuda Indonesia-s ancillary revenues which comprises of unbundled products and commission based income. This paper uses data from a survey to Garuda Indonesia-s customer and follows quantitative studies to identify and describe the relationship between the WTP of Garuda Indonesia-s ancillary revenue and all variables involved. The study found that passengers value more the unbundled products. It is also found differences in WTP for particular ancillary products and services based on purpose of journey, length of flight, and type of flight class.

Abstract
The behavior of procyclicality is one of the important sources that encourage systemic risk in banking system in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze amplitude and frequency on credit cycle of Islamic and conventional banking in Indonesia. The data used are total Islamic bank financing and total conventional bank lending in monthly from 2004 to 2017. The methodology used is frequency based filter analysis (FBF) and turning point analysis. Determination of time range of cycle is examined using equation of standard deviation ratio between credit cycle and business cycle. The results showed that size of Islamic bank-s amplitude is larger than size of conventional bank-s amplitude. This is as characteristic of Sharia banks based on the pattern of financing of real sector. Meanwhile, unlike conventional banks encourage creation of bubble capital because it is related on the credit pattern based on speculative activities on basis of the interest system. Therefore, conventional banks need to encourage credit patterns based on the capital. Meanwhile, for the size of the frequency of Sharia banks has a longer frequency measure than conventional banks, but number of cycles formed is the same as a perfect cycle.

Abstract
Ministries and institutions still hold the first rank in the number of corruption in Indonesia, namely 154 cases with a trend that continues to increase over the last 10 years followed by district / city governments, this is reasoned because the ministrys control range is very large with the budget authority from the very large APBN, making it very possible Overlapping provides an opportunity to commit fraud from officials or technical implementers. Corruption is not only carried out by government officials, but is carried out by employers and related parties both at the central and regional levels. One positive response to prevent the rampant acts of fraud or fraud in the public sector and / or the business world, is early detection in the form of accounting and legal inspection procedures which have recently become more popular with the name of forensic accounting and investigative audits. In simple terms, forensic accounting and investigative auditing are a combination of three or more disciplines, namely accounting, audit science, legal science and IT-based information systems science, This research is quantitative research which is often referred to as traditional methods, positivistic, scientific, and non-experimental discovery. The method used in the study is descriptive and verification, namely research that aims to provide an overview and find verification or examine the existence of empirical theories of the relationship of variables formulated in the hypothesis. Therefore, the nature of this research is "hypothesis testing", which analyzes the influence or relationship between variables based on empirical data through hypothesis testing.

Abstract
The ultimate objective of shariah is to protect the well-being of people and nature, which lies in the safeguarding of these five fundamental objectives through the promotion of social justice. These objectives have great resemblance to the United Nations- Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In order to solve the specific and social issue, a new developed innovative Islamic financial instrument, Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) Sukuk might be used. SRI Sukuk is a viable solution to address global needs for green and other forms of sustainable and responsible financing. SRI sukuk has been issued by several countries to finance green and society development project. However, it is also clear that it is customarily issued by powerful institutions and government agencies, therefore sukuk become very costly in terms of issuances and it has not taken the opportunity to compete with the far larger and well-developed conventional global debt market. Smart sukuk structure using blockchain technology could be significant to improve the efficiency of the issuance process (such as time of market) and also widen both the issuer and investor base. This paper aims to explore the potential of Smart SRI sukuk and propose scheme in attempt to achieve SDGs. This paper reviews the benefit, opportunity, cost and risk of Smart SRI sukuk to discern the possibility of issuing that feature. The first smart SRI sukuk is issued by Blossom. It is Mudharaba facility to finance SMEs in Indonesia. Several Sharia contracts like istisna, ijarah and wakalah have potential to be implemented as well. Smart SRI sukuk has potential to support SDGs. Ethical, equitable, social and sustainable investments concept of SRI sukuk are relevant in achieving SDGs. Implementation smart contract for sukuk will robust sukuk issuance for all sustainable and responsible projects. In the other side, a regulatory framework and infrastructure is a must to promote this feature.

Abstract
This paper evaluates the extent to which Islamic banks support SMEs financing as compared to conventional banks. The evaluation is conducted using dynamic panel regression estimations, where the sample includes aggregate level data from Indonesian Islamic and conventional banking industries. The results provide evidence that, there is no indication that Islamic banks are more SMEs friendly than conventional banks. Most SMEs do not have access to credit, or have limited access to credit. SMEs limited access to finance reflects the interaction of demand, supply, institutional, regulatory, and other policy factors that are a hindrance for the growth of SMEs. SMEs also lack awareness and knowledge regarding Islamic banking products and what products may suit their requirements.

Abstract
The involvement of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (IMFI) in building the national economy is paramount to help the poor. Providing access and lower-level household services has the potential to create conflict with its sustainability. This study analyzes the social outreach factors that determine financial and social efficiencies. Mixed methods by combining quantitative and qualitative are able to answer the problems and desired goals. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and multivariate analysis are statistical instruments, while interviews further clarify or deepen existing information. The estimation process of the dependent variables is influenced by the proxy of depth, breadth, length, scope, and cost. The results show that the average loan installments, the number of female borrowers, age, profit orientation and operational costs have a significant effect on financial and social efficiencies. The collection of funds and the amount and type of financing do not have a significant impact on financial efficiency, but is significant for social efficiency. Meanwhile, the amount and type of savings do not contribute significantly to both. The coefficients of determination were 45.1572% and 60.4167%. When compared to existing standards, the proportion is included as in the strong criteria.

Abstract
This study investigates the determinants of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and accounting narrative disclosure in Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) over the period 2014-2016 using a comprehensive ESG index through content analysis method in annual reports. ESG disclosure index exhibits that IFIs engage in ESG activities and varies across countries. IFIs also present its disclosure towards universal disclosure than specific, meaning it emphasises on broad stakeholder focus. However, IFIs display its highest concern on governance dimension and pay least attention to social environment, implying IFIs should concern more about social and environment. Regarding narrative disclosure, this study tries to assess whether IFIs are conducting impression management as their strategy. The empirical result of this study exhibit that financial performance associates positively with ESG performance and the level of certainty in narrative disclosure. This means the higher the financial performance of the firm results in higher ESG disclosure and a more certain language. While concerning the relationship between ESG performance and the level of certainty, it is found that the higher certainty in the disclosure links with the lower ESG performance of IFIs, meaning that it indicates impression management in the firms. The findings of this study contribute to the body of academic knowledge by providing literature on the determinant of ESG performance and quality of narrative disclosure in IFIs and managerial implications for IFIs management and regulator. Therefore, this study is essential in stepping forward to the exploration and development of ESG performance of IFIs.

Abstract
This study examines the characteristics of Non-Profit Microfinance Institutions (NMFI) clients and discuss the determinant factors used by Islamic NMFI to select the clients. Primary data was collected using questionnaires of 270 respondents including the clients and non-clients of three case study institutions in Jakarta and Yogjakarta Indonesia. Data was analyzed using poverty level analysis and logistic regression. The findings show that clients and the non-clients of NMFIs have a similar profile in relation to age, formal education period, and family size variables. Further analysis of poverty level shows that the majority NMFIs- clients live above the national poverty line, but they live perilously close to the edge of the poverty line. Using logistic regression, this study found that the higher the client-s income level, the higher the probability of their being selected in the program. This finding indicates that Islamic non profit microfinance institutions have not selected the more vulnerable group in society to be their clients. This study suggests some possible barriers to include the poor in the microfinance including institutional selection policy and self exclusion factors.

Abstract
Journalism can play an important role in the topic of disasters. With the broad and massive characteristics of the mass media and their ability to create agenda settings, mass media has become an important tool in disaster issues. Last December 2018, Banten Province was hit by tsunami, which destroyed the north coast of the Sunda Strait. This made headlines in various mass media in Indonesia and international media. They competed with each other to make the topic of the Sunda Strait Tsunami the main news. According to the journalistic point of view, the task of journalists is not only telling the reader what happened (heres what happened) but also must give meaning (heres what it means) and what the reader can do (heres what you can do about). In Disaster Management Cycle there is five step, disaster, response, rehabilitation, mitigation and preparedness. This study looks at how the media in Indonesia reports on The Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. This study uses quantitative content analysis methods by taking news that appear in national media (Kumparan, Tirto ID, Beritagar and Kompas) as well as on Banten local media (Radar Banten, Newsmedia and Banten Pos) one month after the tsunami occurred (December 2018-January 2019). The results of this study indicate that (1) The role of mass media in Indonesia both locally and nationally is still in the first stage, Response (Rescue and Evacuation & Relief and External Support); (2) The news value raised by the majority is impact and popularity. The conclusion of this study, the mass media in Indonesia still raises the issue of suffering and sadness, has not arrived at the issue of disaster mitigation and disaster literacy.

Abstract
The rapid development of urban areas in Malaysia has changed the land use of the natural environment to built environment. The usage of heritage trees are important in giving historical identity and cultural symbolic to landscape of the cities. Heritage trees will create emphasize historical environment which give important roles of landscape to the cities. Lack of awareness on the environment benefits and services offered by the urban heritage trees among the decision makers and society has endangered these urban heritage trees, thus there are not recognized as an important asset. This situation causes a lot of urban heritage trees have been felled to make way for urban development. The main objective of this paper is to identify and analyzes the willingness-to-pay value of the Urban Heritage Tree in Taiping Lake Garden. This research applied a contingent valuation survey questionnaire in collecting the data. A total of 400 tourists were randomly interviewed in Taiping Lake Garden. The goal of this paper is to show the importance of preserving the non-use value and induce public awareness in conservation of the heritage trees as part of landscape roles to create culture and historical value in cities. Analyzing values though a participatory process that involved the tourists could help to promote the sustainability of the Urban Heritage Trees conservation efforts in Taiping Lake Garden.

Abstract
The enhancement of HIV/AIDS in Denpasar, Bali occurs in varied age and gender. Teenagers are one of high-risk group because of the high-risk behaviour such as free sex and drugs. Counselling and socialisation by the government and health provider have been conducted. Necessarily the continuously information should be increasing willingness of teenager toward Voluntary Counselling Testing (VCT). In fact, VCT utilisation still lack in teenagers, in October 2017 only 87 teenagers of 1.608 people used VCT facilities. The aim of this study was to find out the correlation between Health Belief Model (HBM) components toward willingness of the teenager to do VCT. This study implemented analytic-correlational design with cross-sectional approach. Respondents were 120 XI grade students in SMAN 6 Denpasar selected using stratified sampling technique. A validated Champion-s questionnaire for mammograms which consisted of 32 questions was used in this study. Data were then analysed by using correlational test Spearman-s Rho and SPPSS version 23.0 for MacBook. Among 120 respondents 68% were male and Hindu was the majority religion (77,5%). The result showed that respondents have high perception of perceived severity, susceptibility, benefit, cues to action, and self-efficacy. The Bivariate result showed that all components of HBM had p value <0,001. There is correlation between each component of HBM toward willingness to do VCT in teenager. Supports from friends should be not only from Association of Student Caring for HIV/AIDS and Narcotics & Psychotropic, but also optimising other kinds of extracurricular activities to allow health education on HIV/AIDS delivered more interestingly.

Abstract
Urinary incontinence is a common problem affecting older people living in the community. However, research on the prevalence rate and health seeking behaviors is lacking in the Indonesian context. The aim of this study was to identify prevalence rate and health seeking behavior among older people with urinary incontinence living in the area of Community Health Center of Northern Denpasar III. Descriptive design was used in this study with cross sectional approach. Respondents were 285 older people selected using a consecutive sampling technique. ISI (Incontinence Severity Index), QUID ( The Questionnaire of Urinary Incontinence) and health seeking behavior questionnaire was used in collecting the data. Data was analyzed using univariate analysis. Among 285 respondents, 62.1% were female. Median age was 69 years old (ranged from 60 to 90). The prevalence of urinary incontinence in this research was 27% (77/285). Among 77 respondents with urinary incontinence, only 22.1% of them seeking health services. Interestingly, the reason of not seeking treatment is because urine leakage is considered as part of a normal aging process. Health seeking behavior in older people with urinary incontinence is low. It is expected that health practitioners provide further information about urinary incontinence and supporting system to overcome the urinary incontinence problem.

Abstract
This research is aimed to explore the cognitive load of learners in the learning process of rotating object volume as well as to provide alternative solutions in managing the intrinsic cognitive load, reducing the extraneous cognitive load as well as improving the germane cognitive load. This research was conducted in Muhammadiyah Purworejo Senior High School with the 3 (three) learners from XII grade as the subjects. The purposive sampling technique was used to determine the research subject. The data collecting method used were test and interview. The data were analyzed by using a qualitative descriptive analysis. This research has provided the results which show that the occurrence of intrinsic cognitive load in the learning process of a rotating object volume is caused by the amount of interactivity elements that have to be studied and the complexity of material learned. The interacting elements are Arithmetic, Algebra, the intersection between two curves, the concept and rule of integration, while the elements of material complexity are the difficulties in imagining the rotating object, and conducting the algebra operation. The occurrence of extraneous cognitive load in the learning process of rotating object volume is caused by the way of teacher delivering the meaningless materials as well as the absence of geometric illustration from the teaching performed by teacher. The next discussion is regarding the germane cognitive load in the learning process of rotating object volume, it is known that this cognitive load is very low. This condition is caused by the learning process in class that tends to be more conventional as well as the minimum activities of learners in studying the materials.
