Abstract
In some cities in Indonesia the function of bus terminals for the convenience of movement from one mode to another mode or vehicle has not been effective. This case happening due to a lot of activities to carrying and drop off passengers at random places. This condition also happened at Oebobo bus terminal in Kupang City. In doing its activities the AKDP bus should stop inside the terminal, in fact most of AKDP buses stop outside the terminal (Oesapa T junction). This condition is still happening continuously until now. Revealed Preference technique is used to obtain primary data by distributing questionnaires and interviews directly to bus passengers both inside and outside terminal. From the analysis, it can be conclude that 77,65% bus passengers prefer to take a ride the bus outside than inside the terminal. The reason is because it is faster to wait for the bus outside the terminal. The proportion of passengers who choose a hitching location is influenced by the fare variable Rp. 20000 to reach hitching location, with a probability value 64.36% choosing the location to take a ride outside the Oebobo terminal (Oesapa T junction)

Abstract
The LQ45 category is one of the indexes that investors are interested in because it has high liquidity and large market capitalization. However, based on the LQ45 index in the past five years (2013-2017), in 2015 the LQ45 index significantly decreased. It indicates the LQ45 index does not always provide positive returns for the investors. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance and macroeconomic conditions on the companys stock returns recorded in the LQ45 index. This study uses 38 samples listed in the LQ45 index for the period 2013-2017, selected using the purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression is used to determine the relationship between financial performance components: Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and macroeconomic conditions: BI Rate, Inflation, Gross Domestic Product Growth (GDP Growth), with stock returns. The result of this study indicates that ROA and GDP Growth have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. CR, BI rate, and inflation have a negative and significant effect on stock returns. DAR has a negative effect on stock returns, but statistically, the effect is not significant. And simultaneously, ROA, CR, DAR, BI Rate, Inflation, and GDP Growth have a negative and significant impact on LQ45 company stock returns.

Abstract
Telecommunications technology continues to grow every year because the need for communication that is used by the community to support life needs in terms of the use of information is increasing. The process of transmitting information through a channel will not be separated from obstacles in the form of errors. One of the transmission technologies is modulation. Modulation is the process of laying on information from the modulation signal to the carrier (the high frequency) by varying the carrier signal according to the modulation signal. One parameter that determines the quality of digital modulation is the Bit Error Rate (BER) by looking at the effect of the energy value per bit of the power spectral density ratio (Eb / N0) and signal to noise ratio (SNR). The purpose of the research can be a reference for the comparison between modulations in the implementation of the fifth generation (5G) technology and can be developed in further research, so that the benefits generated can maximize the implementation of 5G technology. Data collection in this study uses two scenarios, namely Additive White Gaussian Noise and Frequency-flat Rayleigh Fading channels. In each scenario using modulation that is different from the modulation of BPSK, QPSK and 16-QAM. After the simulation results using Matlab are obtained, these results will be compared with the BER theory of each modulation.

Abstract
The issue of sexual abused today is quite alarming. Many cases occur not only in big cities, but also throughout the country, including Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. A social rehabilitation center that provides services to Children Associated with Law (ABH) in Lombok, is quite overwhelmed with client problems, especially those related to sexual abused issues among minors. The cases handled are quite complex and varied, such as the high incidence of incest and usually perpetrators of sexual abused are the people closest to the victims. The "Merarik" culture is the habit of "escaping" the bride to marry. This is actually used by many underage children, who love each other. This condition does not support the prevention of sexual abused or the occurrence of early marriage which results in children facing the law. This research is intended to find out 1). What are the causes of the high incidence of sexual abused in Lombok? 2). How to settle incest or "Merarik" cases by the local community, and 3). Who has the role to resolve incest or "Merarik" cases. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques: interviews, documentation studies and focus group discussions. The results showed that: It turned out that incest cases (perpetrators were biological fathers) dominated the problems encountered (as many as 77.78%, 62.5% and 37.5%), respectively in 2016, 2017 and 2018. In addition, cases of early marriage are still found in Lombok, because without careful consideration, underage children who are still dating, because of the "Merarik" end in early marriage. Even though they are actually not yet fit to build a household. The conclusion of this study is that culture also influences the high incidence of sexual violence in Lombok. Boys become perpetrators, and girls become victims of culture and victims of sexual abused from the people closest to them, who should give them protection.

The development of a superhydrophobic surface on an aluminum substrate as a self- cleaning surface has been carried out. In the research, a superhydrophobic aluminum surface was fabricated using a combination of boiling and STA modification technique which is environmentally friendly. The specimens in circular shape with a diameter of 14 mm were cut from a 1 mm thick aluminum sheet and were then cleaned using ultrasonic cleaner. Afterward, the specimens were boiled for 10 minutes in water. Following this, the specimens were immersed in STA-ethanol-deionized water solution at a temperature of 60o for 5, 10, 15 and 20 hours. Surface morphology, roughness, and hardness of the superhydrophobic aluminum surface were examined. The surface morphology analysis presents the existence of rough microstructure on the coated aluminum surface. While the roughness value increase with the increase of immersion times, the surface hardness value does not appear to change significantly for immersion time up to 15 hours and slightly decrease for the longer immersion time. The water contact angle of 133o and rolling angle of 13o was achieved which indicates the superhydrophobicity of aluminum surface has been obtained.

Abstract
In order to solve the development of railroad organise traffic in Indonesia, particularly in Cirebon-Cikampek Line, where its course is the busiest course in the north Java. It can influence the state of the track geometry and causes a reduction in rail quality. Thus, there is a need for maintenance of a condition and track quality of railroad tracks by using a measuring train that will produce the value of the condition of a track. Track quality is defined as a numerical value that represents the relative conditions of the track surface geometry. The results of the measuring train show the value of the related parameters which are then calculated as the standard deviation so that the overall quality results of the segment are usually called the Track Quality Index. Some geometric parameters that affect the good or bad of a path include profile, alignment, gauge, and cant. In this study an analysis of the Track Quality Index (TQI) was based on Indonesian railroad standards and with reference to several methods. From the analysis carried out, several other methods are used to compare the results of geometry track quality, including Poland J Synthetic Coefficient and Indian Railways. Because both methods have the same parameters so that this analysis can be done. In this case, the Difference Test statistical method is used to compare the differences in the results of the analysis of TQI values from the two methods that have been used.

Abstract
The limited service area of public transport in Yogyakarta has caused the high number of private vehicles ownership and resulted in the classic transportation problems such as traffic congestion and air pollution. Due to these problems, the local government expanded the service area of public transport (i.e. Trans Jogja Bus) by adding several new routes and new fleets in 2017. However, after operating for one year, almost none of private vehicle users shifted to public transport and the number of private vehicles is keep increasing. This research aims to evaluate the services quality of Trans Jogja Bus in terms of bus routes focusing on in-vehicle travel time. This research also compares the factor of travel time and travel cost between Trans Jogja Bus and private vehicle. By this, an optimal performance of Trans Jogja Bus routes can be proposed and the number of private vehicle user shifting to Trans Jogja Bus can be increased.

Abstract
Indonesia has committed to making a development transition in a low-carbon in the future. Increased use of private vehicles that are not controlled will lead to congestion and fuel consumption contributes to greenhouse gas emissions. One alternative mode of transportation that is environmentally friendly in sustainable transportation is cycling. This study aims to identify the factors that encourage and discourage the choice of modes of transportation by cycling, rank the choice of cycling facilities according to societys preferences and develop a strategy for developing bicycle facilities in Semarang City. From the results of factor analysis, factors that discourage the choice of cycling are discomfort, environment & safety, and daily activity. While the factors that encourage cycling choices is the pleasure factor. The assessment of cycling facilities was carried out by multiple attribute analysis with the highest rank results are bicycle lanes, bicycle parking, and signaling. One strategy for developing cycling facilities is in the form of bicycle lanes with continuous routes that are shady and connected to public transportation routes. These efforts are expected to reduce the factors that discourage the choice of cycling, and also for supporting tourism and the concept of Transit Oriented Development in Semarang City.

Hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2: HAp) is widely used as biomaterials. Properties of Kulon Progo hydroxyapatite (KPHAp) derived from local materials Kulon Progo natural gypsum (KPNG) were investigated. Kulon Progo is the name of a district in Yogyakarta Indonesia. KPHAp powder was synthesized from KPNG with diammonium hydrogen phosphate [(NH4)2HPO4] via hydrothermal (microwave) method at 100oC for 30 minutes, then compacted and heated (sintering). The results of this study are as follows. The KPHAp has X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transforms infrared (FTIR) patterns are similar to HAp SRM 2910 and HAp 200. With increasing temperatures, density and diametral tensile strength (DTS) will increase. The sintering temperature at 1400oC presented the maximum value of density and DTS. The sintering temperature at 800oC and 1400oC presented the multiple phases of calcium phosphate. With increasing compaction value, density will increase, nevertheless DTS will decrease. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are also used for analyzing the microstructure of samples. From SEM indicated that the real sintering is at the temperature of 1400oC.

Abstract
A football match is an activity involved a high number of individuals. In Indonesia, the number of audiences might reach more than 20.000. The presence of thousands of people, thereby, should be well-managed, notably regarding the mitigation-based management of information. There are two potential disasters in the Indonesian football match which should be taken into account. Firstly, those which originate from the nature, such as earthquake, which Sultan Agung Stadium located in Opak earthquake rupture may be a prominent example, and, secondly, those which are impinged by human beings, such as riot, which, in 2018, in Bandung Lautan Api and Sultan Agung Stadium, has coasted two lives. In light of that, the research aims to investigate the capacity of Indonesian stadiums in addressing the issue. The research applies the study-case method and focuses upon stadiums in Yogyakarta. The informants are the organizers which hold football matches in Yogyakarta. The result shows that the match organizers have never transmitted information regarding disaster mitigation toward audiences before the event. It may enable a chaotic situation since the audiences are ignorant of the way they secure themselves. Furthermore, signs of directions and evacuative meeting points for showing the guidance for the audiences are empty. The research recommends that the stadium organizers should complete the disaster-related signs and the event organizer should deliver the information to audiences regarding the evacuation route before the match is started.

Abstract
Earthquake has been one of many disaster issues in Indonesia since many victims were affected. A lot of buildings, especially mid rise buildings type collapsed at the earthquake events because many of its designs were not considering big force that happened. In Indonesia, National Center for Earthquake Studies has published new seismic hazard map in 2017, however few studies have checked the building with the new hazard map. This research performed linear analysis of structural buildings. Reinforced concrete building with the same floor plan and typical structural dimensions was modeled as object of the research, assuming that the mid rise building type in Indonesia is similar with the model. The earthquake loads given to the model were three different time histories which were matched by response spectrum retrieved from hazard map for 99 big cities in Indonesia. Displacements for each floor were compared to the limit stated in Building Earthquake Code 2012, which is 2 percent of its height. The study shows that displacement of same buildings located in some cities are exceed the limit. For further research, the improvement of buildings with additional affordable structural members can be developed.

Abstract
This study examined the modalities and roles of local governments to face the threat of terrorism in Indonesia, with the case study in the region of Malang, consisted of Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City. The selection of these three regional governments was interesting because some of the suspected terrorists were arrested and arranged their actions to some other places in Indonesia from the region of Malang during last two decades. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, where the primary data collected by doing interviews with representatives from Malang City Government, Malang Regency, and Batu City. In addition, primary data was also collected from official local government documents which are related to terrorism threats in the region of Malang. By using the concept of securitization, this study found that the governments of Malang have some modalities to face the issues of terrorism, both internal and external modalities. In optimizing those modalities, they also have played some preventive, proactive, curative, and rehabilitative roles. However, there were some obstacles founded demanding the government to collaborate with other stakeholders, such as civil societies from pesantren, to face the issues of terrorism in the region.

Abstract
This paper analyzes the effect of Free Trade and Regional Trade Agreement, openness, democracy and governance of Indonesia and Turkey bilateral trade toward OIC countries in disruptive era. The Gravity model is used to analyze the effect of FTA and RTA on trade flows. Instead of standard gravity model that use three basic variables such as RGDP reporter, RGDP partners and distance. We use extended gravity model equation by add more variables such as population as country-s characteristic also exchange rate and inflation as macroeconomics variables. In this Gravity model, this research employs economic factors such as RTA and openness. Moreover, we use political factors such as democracy and governance (e.g., political stability) to enforce the political economy analysis of international trade. Dependent variable of this gravity model is total value of export ($US). Data of trade flow of export from Indonesia and Turkey toward OIC countries is obtained from UN-COMTRADE using Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) Rev.2-3 digits. Employing random effect, Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) and Poisson Pseudo Maximum Likelihood (PPML), results show that this model robust for every estimation. Result also show that, some FTAs and RTAs of Indonesia and Turkey are ineffective due to overlapping. Turkey also has the same situation, since Turkey also has FTA and RTA with other economic community outside the OIC countries.

Abstract
In childhood, it still supports 0 to 6 years at an early age, a time that is very important for the future both growth and development. This age must have a lot of experience and learning through the right stimulus from the right people. Experience related to things that discuss things that can form good character. In this case the person closest to the child who can contribute is the offspring. The role of parents is important here, because it is not only guided by sufficient needs that are needed by children also must pay attention to whether given according to the development and needs of children. Parents in this case are father and mother. Connecting has the same duty in parenting, but here the mother is in focus, where she has more difficulty with the baby (child). Mothers (mothers) skills in parenting are no longer questionable, because many say that a child is born so mothers instincts are born. In this case, the mothers skills will be more maximal in parenting if based on proper media knowledge in shaping dogeng characters. The aim here is to support mothers who use their ability to nurture through storytelling skills to use their childrens character-making abilities. Fairy tales are used as a medium for character building in early childhood, because the storytelling can include moral values so that forming characters can be formed. (1) reading stories before going to bed or at leisure (2) provided fairytale readings at home to attract childrens reading interest (3) talking about understanding stories that have often been read, about moral messages that can be learned.
