Abstract
Harvesting the energy from solar has been growing significantly in the past decades. It enlarges the utilization of solar system technology, such as photovoltaic system, not only in the large-scale application, but also in the home-scale application. Indonesia is known for traditional batik clothing. There are a lot of various batik from different cities in Indonesia, and Yogyakarta is one of them. This paper reports the utilization of photovoltaic system in home-scale batik industry in Yogyakarta. The objective is to investigate the system whether there will be an extra power generated from the photovoltaic if a reflector is applied to the panel. There are two kinds of reflectors used in this experiment, they are mirror glass and aluminium foil. The experiment was conducted in the day where the amount of solar radiation are in the same intensity among three conditions; system without reflector, system with mirror glass reflector, and system with aluminium foil reflector. The result shows that in average the system with reflector has produced higher output power compared to the system without the reflector.

Abstract
Apple has high economic value and contains high vitamins. One of the causes of the decline in apple production is plant disturbing organisms. Red scales (Aonidiella aurantii) is one of the most important pests in apple. The losses caused by the scales are causing disruption of production and growth processes, even leading to plant death. The effectiveness of limestone in controlling red scales (Aonidiella aurantii) on apple trees was carried out in the experimental garden of the Indonesian Citrus and Subtropical Fruit Research Institute Jl. Raya Tlekung No.1, Junrejo-Batu City, from March to June 2017. The treatments tested are the limestone concentration of A. 10%, B. 20%, C. 30%, D. 40%, E. 50 %, F. Control. The treatments were arranged using a Randomized Block Design and repeated three times. The test results showed that limestone of E. 50% concentration applied by spraying on the stems of apple trees effectively suppressed the development of red scales population with an average population of 3/10 cm

Abstract
Low quality control in concrete work often causes a decrease in the quality of compressive strength. The effect of that, the function of the structure was not achieved as planned. There have been many studies aimed at increasing the strength of structures using CFRP, GFRP, Steel plates, steel wires, etc. This paper presents the results of the behavior of concrete slabs with cold formed steel as strengthening. Cold formed steel that easily obtained, has a high tensile strength and low prices was the ideal option for strengthening materials, particularly in flexural structures. The specimen test that has been made was the normal concrete slab (NS) and concrete slab with additional channel shape cold formed steel (SS). The test results showed an increase in stiffness and peak load on the SS specimen. On the other hand, there was no significant difference load when the first crack on the SS or NS specimens. The crack pattern that occurs in NS and SS was not much different and was still a flexural crack categories, and this was as expected that the addition of cold formed steel area considering the slab structure will not shear failure.

Abstract
Pedestrians are one of the road users who have the right to receive priority on security and comfort on the highway. Highway users such as vehicle users often violate traffic lights so that pedestrian crossing facilities are taken right. That makes pedestrians feel insecure when crossing the road. With these problems, a tool is designed to provide a warning and prevention of traffic accidents on highways, especially in pedestrian crossing areas by spraying water as a warning medium for traffic light offenders. The system is able to detect traffic violations based on changes in the value of the position of the vehicle against the stop line obtained from the Ultrasonic HC-SR04 sensor. When a violation is detected, the system turns on the pump to spray water to traffic violators as a deterrent effect. From the results of the experiment, results in lane A state that the vehicle located closest to the sensor is precision 94%, recall 88%, accuracy 85%, lane B vehicle position in the center, precision 73%, recall 100%, accuracy 75%, and in lane C the vehicle is the furthest value 75% precision, 100% recall, 85% accuracy

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of circle holes on the strength of the unidirectional rectangular composite and then compared with metal material (isotropic). This is considering that a construction generally requires holes for bolts and rivets when certain parts will be connected to other parts. The samples are the unidirectional rectangular fibers reinforcement polyester composite with variations in two types of circle holes namely one circle in the middle (model 1) and three circles with details of a larger circle in the middle and two circles are beside along the longitudinal (model 2), three types of fiber directions (0o, 45o, and 90o) with three variations of fiber content. For comparison, the metal here is steel with a variety of model 1 and model 2. From tensile testing results the nominal strength of model 2 both composite and steel is greater than model 1. For the composites, the maximum nominal tensile strength occurs at 0o fiber angle then decreases at 45o, then minimum at 90o, and the greater fiber content will make the greater of nominal tensile strength. The finite element formulation is carried out by using the analysis section of the ANSYS package.

Abstract
Study involves the study case of slope failure at FakultiKejuruteraanAlamBina (FKAB), UniversitiKebangsaan Malaysia located in Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia. Slope stability issues have become one of the main problems in construction industry due to the nature of topography and weather conditions in Malaysia. This dissertation examines the stability of the slope of FKAB and eventually to identify whether there have a failure or not using analysis software PLAXIS 2D. The three main objectives of this thesis are, to evaluate the in-situ soil properties at FKAB slope, to evaluate slope stability using PLAXIS 2D and to evaluate the stresses transferred to the piles of the FKAB building. The steps involve in solving the model of the slope were drawn, defined and assigned accordingly before the final analysis is being carried out in consequence to the methodology of the PLAXIS 2D 2008 software. There were 4 layers of soil all together. Layer l with soil parameters of 18 kN/m^3 of unit weight, 90 kPa of cohesion and 20% of angle of friction were assigned. Correspondingly for layer 4, the values of 15 kN/m^3 unit weight above the groundwater table and 18 kN/m^3 below groundwater table, 3 kPa of cohesion and 8% of angle of friction were assigned. In this study, we analyzed that there are some failure at the slope between borehole no 2 and no 3 with total displacement was 35mm. There were no failure occurred to the pile of FKAB building.

Abstract
The incidence of tuberculosis in Yogyakarta is 221 cases, 60.18% male and 39.82% women. These conditions are influenced by the lack of adherence to taking medication and carrying capacity of the family. Another problems are the lack of optimal role of health cadres in health promotion and tuberculosis in the community. Cadres are the key to the success of the tuberculosis control program, because cadres have a role as family counselors, finding suspects early, referring to residents and supervisors to swallow drugs for tuberculosis patient directly. The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of tuberculosis prevention counseling on health cadres knowledge and attitudes. The research method is experimental, pre-test and post-test group design.Counseling uses a kit containing posters, videos and leaflets. The kit contains material about the importance of family, adherence to taking medication and nutrition in dealing with tuberculosis. Before and after the intervention, the cadres knowledge and attitudes were measured against tuberculosis prevention efforts with a standardized questionnaire. Data were analyzed to compare with the non-parametric Wilcoxon method test. The number of subjects who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria were 62 health cadre subjects. The characteristics of the study subjects showed that the highest level of education was high school 36 subjects (58.1%), junior high school 12 subjects (19.4%), elementary school 5 subjects (8.1%) and undergraduate 4 subjects (6.5%). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between counseling using the kit above with knowledge and attitudes towards tuberculosis prevention efforts in the Bantul area of Yogyakarta (p = 0,000). A good level of knowledge is expected to increase the prevention of tuberculosis transmission. In addition, improving the quality of cadres is expected to be an effort to increase knowledge in the community through the provision of communication, information and education by healthy cadres, so that these efforts will reduce the prevalence and incidence of tuberculosis. The conclusion of the study is a significant increase the level of knowledge and attitudes of health cadres in an effort to prevent tuberculosis cases after counseling with poster kits, videos and leaflets about the importance of family, adherence to taking medication and nutrition in dealing with tuberculosis.

Abstract
Bantul faced high damage when the earthquake strike on May 27, 2006 and one village that totally destroyed is Nglepen Village. Then, 72 house-families obtained house-living aid in unique shape. The construction of the house is a dome shaped, that turned out to be look like a Teletubbies house (cartoon movie in early 2000). Its uniqueness then make Nglepen villager transform their house-living as tourism village. The debate that occur is how the humanitarian assistance or house aid for victims to live-in after disaster happen then turn into one commodity for economy oriented goals in capitalism system. The research method for this paper are interview and field observation. The result shows there is the new formation of power relations among village government, POKDARWIS, and villager in the circle of Teletubbies Village. This power relations very closely with profit-oriented in economy aspect. Moreover, the initial situation in disaster and after that turn out into capitalism after disaster.

Abstract
The drafting and amending process of Indonesian bankruptcy law which was carried out in response to a crisis resulted in the resulting legal politics in favor of the interests of creditors so it caused controversy. Comparison with Thailands bankruptcy law is interesting because it has a legal system and bankruptcy construction that is not much different. This micro comparison study uses a legislative approach and a conceptual approach to review the criteria and requirements for bankruptcy applications. The study found that the fundamental differences in the criteria and requirements for bankruptcy applications between Indonesian and Thailand bankruptcy laws lay in insolvency criteria, minimum debt requirements, discharges, and the absence of specific mechanisms for certain debtors. Except for the minimum debt requirement, the criteria for bankruptcy application in Thailand law are more in line with the basic concept of bankruptcy institutions so that they are expected to be able to maximize their functions in protecting the interests of the parties equally. Insolvency criteria and discharge to honest debtors should be adopted in Indonesian bankruptcy law so that improving the construction of bankruptcy institutions in Indonesia becomes more ideal. Abuse of bankruptcy institutions can be avoided because only insolvent debtors can be bankrupt so that there is no need for a special mechanism to protect certain debtors.

Abstract
The closures of the intersections because of construction, particularly in an urban area, are potentially impact on the congestion on the other road networks. The intersection which under construction in Yogyakarta city is the Kenthungan junction that located in North Ring Road of Yogyakarta. This study aims to create the optimization model of an existing junction condition (without project) and junction condition in the future (with project) to minimize the traffic impact. The software that used in this study was PTV. VISSIM 9.0 which is one of the micro simulation programs invented by PTV Group with the model results in the form of dynamic simulation. It could be concluded that the model result on existing conditions produce the level of service (LOS) E with the delay of 721.85 sec/passenger car unit (> 60 sec/pcu). Furthermore, the impact of the construction on this intersection caused the increasing of delay at other intersections, those are Kenthungan (771.71 sec/pcu), Gejayan (from 669.53 sec/pcu to 719.69 sec/pcu), and Monjali (from 591.67 sec/pcu to 641.11 sec/pcu). Therefore, it was recommended to widen the highway lane to become 2 m and the vehicle driver suggested avoid to passing the kenthungan intersection and choose another routes, i.e Southern Ring Road, especially for heavy vehicle in order to reduce traffic impact.
