Abstract
One of the paramount criterion in designing a building is safety, including fire safety. Bank Jateng Pecangaan Jepara is a new building that was designed with limited consideration of fire safety, therefore requires some fire safety improvement. This paper evaluates and proposes fire safety retrofitting to the design of the building. At the first step, fire risk assessment analysis was carried out by using National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standard. Some parameters would be used to measure the safety level such as the use of active protection systems which include fire alarm (NFPA 72), sprinkler (NFPA 13), portable fire extinguisher (NFPA 10), and hydrant (NFPA 10). Fire risk level is influenced by the initial point of the fire and its propagation. Therefore, at the second stage, a computer based simulation was performed to obtain an appropriate approach in reviewing the existing protection system. A 3D BIM model was built based on shop drawing and specification of the Building by means of Revit software. ProSym software is used to convert DWG BIM file into Fire Dynamics Simulator-s file. The parameters used include building geometry data, material specifications, ventilation and openings, initial of fire and time of evacuation. Ta the final stage, some scenarios of active fire protection were proposed and evaluated to measure its efficacy. It is expected from this ongoing research that fire safety will be increased and some insights on how prevent fire hazard will be gained.

Abstract
This study is related to the behavior of children and parents in communication mediated by digital messages. The purpose of this paper is to describe the pattern of family communication felt by children and their parents in interacting using digital messages and how different perceptions of communication between them. The study sample consisted of 30 family pairs consisting of teenagers and their parents who provided reports on existing communication patterns formed in their families. The questionnaire about interaction and communication used refers to the concept of the Family Communication Pattern (Fitzpatrick and Ritchie, 2002) using the child and parent version. Factor analysis is used to process data. The results showed that 50% of parent-child couples had different perceptions in family communication patterns. Communication mediated by digital messages provides a gap in the orientation of conformity and conversation orientation in the family, parents view a higher orientation to conformity than their children, while children perceive a higher conversation orientation than their parents. Using the Mann-Whitney test found differences in conformity orientation between children and parents. This finding is the basis for a deeper exploration of the dimensions of family communication patterns. Some of the main substantive and methodological implications are discussed.

Abstract
The article analyzes the value of tolerance in fiqh (Islamic law) books in Muhammadiyah Schools. Tolerance is an important value and attitude to be cultivated in a pluralistic society so that humans can live meaningfully and side by side with other parties. Since the schools provide learning materials and educational venues, they can play a very strategic role in spreading, promoting, and educating values of tolerance as well. Fiqh book and materials are specifically chosen in this study because they cover and regulate a broad dimension of Muslim life, especially in the realm of rituals (ibadah) and social (muamalah). Differences of opinion among ulama (Muslim scholars) are prevalent in this context. This article in fact will focus on the values of tolerance contained in the fiqh books that have been published by Muhammadiyah and discuss whether the fiqh materials provide an insight and basis for promoting moderate Islam (wasa&

Abstract
The involvement of husband in reproductive health is a complex process of social and behavioral change that requires them to be more supported and responsible for women reproductive health. The role of men in women health is felt to be very little, for various reasons that have taken root in Indonesian society which tends to be patriarchal. This descriptive study aimed to describe the perceptions of women towards husbands support in making decisions related to women reproductive health in 105 childbearing married women aged 15-49 years in Public Health Center 1, Kasihan, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Womens Perception of Males Involvement in Maternal Healthcare Questionnaire (WPMIMHQ) was modified and validated used to collect the women perception data based on health condition, health services, and financial status. The results show that majority of the women agree if the decision making should be done by both husband and wife, not only one side. Most women believe that selection of health care facilities should be consider with the completeness of the medical services needed, as well as the comfortable place for them, not based on the distance of the health center. In addition, some women who do not have a job also feel that they have to earn their own income, so they can contribute to choose the type of service they need and will be more independent. The recommendation from this study is equality of position and status between men and women in decision making. Therefore, women are encouraged to be more courageous in expressing their opinions as a form of their involvement in decision making in terms of their health especially.

Abstract
Lack of antibiotic prescription could cause the bacteria mutated into organisms that led to multidrug-resistant infection. Preventing this infection at patient in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) should be a priority for health care provider because the treatment is difficult and costly. Chlorhexidine that has been widely known as antiseptic in health care setting shows promising protector effect from infection. This review will identify the efficacy of daily bathing with chlorhexidine to prevent multidrug-resistant infection in the ICU. Five online databases were searched for the articles that meet with the criteria. Seventeen articles were included in this review. Daily bathing with chlorhexidine had a different effect for preventing infections caused by the multidrug-resistant organisms including methicillin-resistant straphylococcus aureus (MRSA), voncomycin-resistant enterococcus (VRE), fluoroquinolone-resistant gram-negative bacilli (FQRGNB), carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB), and highly resistant Enterobacteriaceae (HRE). To enhance the protector effect in ICU, chlorhexidine bathing must be combined with the other approaches such as antimicrobial prescription and hand hygiene program. The future research related to bacteria resistant to chlorhexidine is needed to monitor whether this approach will effective following trend of infection disease in ICU.

Abstract
LGBT and Feminist are the examples of prominent social movements nowadays, although there must be more. The growth of social movements is significant in the past few years. Many of them have successfully achieved some of their goals gradually. Moreover, they have awakened the conservative society or country that they have the right to voice the unfair treatment they experienced to fight together for their rights. For example, in Indonesia, the rising of LGBT movement is massive regardless of the rejection they get. This rising has a relation to the development of LGBT issues in other nations that arouse their awareness of the similarities. As the social movement, it is important to achieve their goals by many ways. Gaining massive followers is one of the ways; to do so campaign through literature apparently is a delectable option. Hence, the objective of this paper is to define the significance of pop Literature for the development of the social movement. It becomes interesting when pop Literature can advocate the issues while in cannon Literature cannot. To get the result the method that I choose is library research where many books and other resources are the core of the findings.

Abstract
The Government of Bojonegoro Regency was an Indonesia representative in Open Government Partnership (OGP) of Subnational Government Pilot Program. This achievement raised new energy to implement openness in rural government. This policy was also in line with Rural Law. Meanwhile, to implement government openness, the use of e-government was highly prioritized. By e-government, the governance would be effective and efficient. However, only one of 419 villages in Bojonegoro succesded in implementing government openness, that was Pejambon Village. This village won the best website in East Java in 2016 and 2017. Thereafter, it took the first place as the most informative and transparant village in national level in 2018. This study was aimed at acknowledging e-government stages using maturity model of evolutionary e-government and understanding e-government implementation strategy using the theory of Indrajit (2006). A qualitative method by the approach of interview and document analysis was used in this study. The result showed that e-government implementation in Pejambon Village reached the transactional stage. This stage was attained by the political will of the village authorities, financial availability, competent human resources, infrastructure, and e-government application. Abstract
Introduction: Pain during labor is a well known cause of unsatisfaction amongst women in labor. The use of lumbar epidural analgesia (LEA) in labor is becoming widespread due to its benefit in terms of pain relief and shortening of time labor. Method: After approval of the local Ethics Committee on Research and obtaining informed consent, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II 50 consecutive primiparous women in labor at Asri Medical Centre requesting pain relief were enrolled in this prospective study. After providing description of the two options of pain relief available to them, they were allocated into two groups according to their request—to receive either parenteral opioid/sedative or lumbar epidural analgesia. Both groups received analgesia of choice at 4-cm cervical os dilatation. The epidural group received 0.125% plain bupivacaine, while the other group received pentazocine intravenously. The time taken to locate the epidural space, catheter-related complications encountered and the amount of intravenous fluid used were documented. Result: The two groups were comparable in terms of socio-demographic data. The mean duration of the first and second stages of labor, respectively, were significantly shorter in the lumbar epidural group when compared with those in the non-lumbar epidural group ([P=0.01] and [P=0.02]). There was no difference in the rate of cesarean delivery between them with epidural analgesia (32% [8/25]) versus parenteral opioid/sedative (44% [11/25]), (OR= 0.60; 95% CI= 0.19-1.90). The maternal blood loss from delivery was minimal, with no statistical difference between the two groups (P = 0.27). The neonatal outcome was the same in both groups. Closed questionnaire showed that the overall experience of labor was much better in the lumbar epidural group when compared with that in the non lumbar epidural group (80% versus 4%). Eighteen (72%) women had inadequate pain relief in the non-epidural group as compared to 2 (8%) women in the epidural group. Conclusion: The study shows that epidural analgesia is acceptable to women in our setting. More women in the epidural analgesia group were satisfied with the experience of labor than those who did not receive this form of lumbar epidural analgesia than among those who received parenteral opioid/sedative.

Abstract
Two main problems of PID Control are determining the parameter gain and incapability of stabilizing higher order system (triple order system or above). The paper will discuss the first problem of PID Control by optimizing the tuning by using a bat algorithm. The advantage of the method is having a converged solution. The objective function in the optimization process is modified to give better performance. The controller design is then tested to control a linearized magnetic levitation system. Based on the simulation result, the method is proven to be able to tune the PID controllers parameters with good consistency in the optimized solution. Also, the optimized system performs well by having rising time and settling time faster than 2 seconds and overshoot not more than 10 percents.

Abstract
Abstract Water quality in Batanghari River has decreased due to changes in land use. One of the changes in land use is the existence of Unlicensed Gold Mining (PETI) in the upper part of the river. The test results of the Environmental Laboratory of the Environmental Office of Jambi Province showed that the upper and downstream of the Batang Asai River contained 0.003 mg / l of mercury and the Batang Limun River has 0.005 mg / l ini its upperstream and 0.004 mg / l in its downstream. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of unlicensed gold mining on the spatial quality of the Batanghari watershed. This research approach uses the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) model through remote sensing techniques and Geographic Information Systems. The results of this study are expected to obtain a database of changes in the quality of Batanghari River water due to spatial-based gold mining activities which form the basis for the utilization of Batanghari river water as raw water for drinking water.

Abstract
Abstract. The beam column joint is the most vulnerable area in the moment resisting frame system. The failure in this area can causes the failure of the overall system. The beam column joint must be in elastic behaviour, therefore the beams which assembling in the joint achieve the flexural capacity. The condition of the joint will be even more critical during an earthquake. The seismic load causes the beams that arranged in the interior column resist a directional moment. This condition is different from the behaviour of the beam when resist the gravitation loads. This study shows how beam column joints without reinforcement are not adequate to resist the lateral earthquake load that occurs. The joint is only adequate to resist the load in the amount 38% of the beams flexural capacity. The amount of concrete shear capacity on the joint is compared to the joint concrete shear capacity on SNI 2847:2013 and the joint shear capacity of Park and Paulay (1974). The calculation of the concrete shear capacity on the SNI 2847:2013 reached 80.2% the joint shear capacity of the experiment. The calculation of the concrete shear capacity of the Park and Paulays reached 31.2% joint shear capacity in the experiment.

Abstract
The boundary equilibrium method is one of the methods used in numerical analysis in the geotechnical field. Slope stability is determined by the values of safety factors. This is obtained from various methods, discussing the usual method or Fellenius method, Bishop method, Bishop Simple method, Simple Janbu Method, Spencer Method, and General Limit Equilibrium method, GLE/Morgenstern-Price method. Pore water pressure, soil shear strength, and slope geometry are factors that can affect slope stability. The slope stability analysis was carried out on the slope by multi-level gravity walls. The research location was the natural slope in Tupa Village, Bulango Utara, Bone Bolango Regency. The natural slope had collapsed. After reinforcing the slope with a multi-level gravity walls, the slope was stable. The safety against sliding, FSs = 1.65, the safety against the overturning, FSo = 3.06, the safety against of the bearing capacity failure, FS = 6.48, and the safety factor for global slope (using GLE/Morgenstern-Price method), FS = 1.64. The results of the study show how to increase slope stability increases with increasing shear strength. However, more pore pressure can cause a significant decrease in safety factors. In addition, increasing the load on the slope can also reduce the value of the safety factor.

Abstract
Abstract The development of Ongole cattle has been developed in Indonesia. The study aimed to determine the behavior of farmers in the development program of Ongole cattle, and the factors that influence it. Research locations in Wonosari District and Playen District. There were 40 farmer samples from 4 farmer groups who had implemented all Ongole cattle development programs in Gunungkidul Regency. Data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows good behavior from farmers in technical guidance, development of forage fodder, implementation of integrated animal services, and the rescue of productive female cattle from farmers who receive or not receive assistance from Ongole breeds. However, its behavior is not good in making and using alternative animal feed. Partially, the age of the farmer and the frequency of joining the program have a positive effect on the behavior of farmers in the development program on Ongole cattle. In addition, the experience of Ongole cattle breeding and the cost of maintaining Ongole cattle breed have a negative influence on the behavior of farmers in the development program of Ongole cattle. Farmers income and education, the number of Ongole breeds that are maintained, and the frequency of attending group meetings do not affect the behavior of farmers in the development program of Ongole cattle. In order for the Ongole cattle breeding development program to develop better in Gunungkidul Regency, the related department motivates farmers to carry out alternative animal feed making and check the reproductive conditions of cattle.

Abstract
Abstract. The work of square column is felt easier than the work of round column, on the implementation. The work is both on reinforcement assembly and when making formwork. However, the comparison of the strength of the two cross sections of the column still has to be proven. The column cross-sectional area and the reinforcement area are made equal to compare the strengths both in terms of the nominal axial resistance nominal and the nominal moment resistance. The analysis was carried out in the short column and in the slender column, with reference to SNI 2847: 2013. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the round column produces the nominal moment resistance greater than the square column with the same compressive force. The graph interactions depictions of the round column greater than square columns.

Abstract
National examination which called Ujian Nasional (UN) in Indonesia, is an activity of measuring and evaluating the achievement of national graduate competencies in certain subjects. Nevertheless, UN is always be a controversy because of many negative effects in multi-aspects, such as physical, moral, and psychological. The students are spending their time in study (try out, course) for preparing UN and it makes students lack of sleep, lack of exercise, and lack of appetite which makes them fatigue and easy to get sick. National examination is also increase cheating practice due to afraid of failing the examination and pressure from parents to get high score. Besides, UN can cause many negative effects on psychological, one of them is anxiety. The anxiety arises due to excessive subjects facing the students, and they feel fear that the result of the national examination is not satisfactory. Extreme anxiety can harm physically, cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally. However, the anxiety disorder can be treated using pharmacology and non-pharmacology treatments. One of the non-pharmacological treatments for the anxiety stays through a wudu intervention. Besides having the value of worship for the doors, the wudu has similar principle as hydrotherapy in overcoming the anxiety. This research aims to determine the effect of performing wudu in reducing the anxiety among high school students facing the National Examination. The study is a quasi-experimental using the pretest and posttest with control group research design. The subject was 70 respondents who selected through the simple random sampling technique. The instrument is S-AI (State-Anxiety Inventory). The data was analyzed its significance by using T-Test. The results of paired t-test analysis show the value of p= 0.000 (p <0.05) in the intervention group and p= 0.948 (p> 0.05) in the control group, which means that there are significant differences in the intervention group before and after performing wudu therapy. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is the effect of implementing wudu in reducing the anxiety in the high school students facing the National Examination.
