Abstract
The 2013 National Education Curriculum requires students to be the centre of teaching and learning process in the classroom. Having Student Centred Learning (SCL) as the teaching approach, the implementation of the curriculum implies that students should be involved actively during the transfer of the knowledge in the classroom. In addition, the students engagement during the learning process is paramount, and the teachers are supposed to be the students facilitators of learning. However, the phenomena in which students are less interested in attending the lesson and therefore affecting their class participation are commonly found in many Indonesian classrooms. Many students do not participate actively in the classroom activities, and consequently they cannot get the most benefit of their study. This study is an attempt to improve the participation of the students in the classroom using collaborative teacher professional development called lesson study. Underpinned by qualitative research design, the study employed ten secondary teachers who collaboratively conducted research lessons in which a model teacher delivered the lesson in the classroom and other colleagues observed the students learning. The data obtained from the observation and group interviews revealed the improvement in students class participation during the teaching and learning process. Thus, despite lesson study is regarded as an initial professional learning activity for the teachers, it is worth to maintain its sustainability in the school.

Abstract
This paper investigates the use of semiotics in the branding of Bali as a tourism destination through social media specifically via YouTube. Tourism Destination branding has assumed as an importance aspect over the past few years. Social media and semiotics have facilitated its rise. Semiotics corresponds to visible signs that, in this context, may be deployed as a means of attracting a customers attention and its effective utilization can make a difference to a destination choice. Moreover, the branding of a destination may be affected through social media. It is a relatively effective way to promote a destination and attempt to attract visitors. A conceptual framework was developed and content analysis was applied to promotional video of Indonesian Tourism Bali edition on its YouTube channel in order to identify the recurrent categories of attributes visible in imagery propagated. This paper employs the Semiology Analysis of Barthes (1974) to refine concepts like reconstruction of social reality, touristic representation and experience. Barthes agrees that the indicator becomes meaningful together with its environment and apart from its environment its meaning will turn out to be relative which was suggested by Saussure (1916). On the other hand, this paper also uses Peirce (2014) statement about defining the indicator as a triadic process. The finding stated as an attempt to decipher the Indonesian Tourism way of challenge the symbolic competition. That find out the tourism strategy is based on reconciling the Western values such as technology, comfort, and the values of the East: hospitality, timelessness, exotics, etc. The current tourism promotional videos highlight a local color which auto-Orientalized the tourism of Bali. This type of promotion, when considered the non-monolithic and differentiated structure of tourism, has some drawbacks in the era of symbolic competition.

Abstract
Understanding of sea bottom boundary layer characteristics, especially bottom shear stress acting on the sea bed, is an important step needed in sediment transport modeling for practical application purposes. In the present study, boundary layer characteristics on transition to turbulent flow under solitary wave over smooth bed are investigated through BSL k-w model proposed by Menter (1994) and it will consider also on the result of laboratory experiment performed by closed conduit generation system. The conclusion says that BSL k-w model capable to replicate horizontal velocity distribution at inner boundary layer on Reynolds number (Re) = 6.06x10^5 and 7.34x10^5. In addition, turbulent spike which is occurred during decelerating phases of oscillatory motion can be predicted by BSL k-w model.

Abstract
There were 347.256 divorce cases in Indonesia in 2015 (BPS). The cases tend to increase every year. The major factor causing the divorce is the communication disharmony. In fact, communication is the main essence in establishing a family. The Indonesian society, based on the culture and religiosity, still firmly believes that husbands are the decision makers, and wives need to obey. The deeply rooted patriarchal culture makes some Indonesian women have lack opportunity to speak up. It seems that there is an inequality between husbands and wives in expressing opinions or arguments. How does Islam view empowerment? This paper will explore how Islam sees empowerment in communication between husband and wives. The study used a qualitative approach, and a case study method. Whereas the data were collected through in depth interview, focus group discussion, and documentary study. The study was placed in Desa Cilame for a group of female headed household that were given empowerment programs from some Moslem scholars. The results of the study show that : The concept of Islam on the women empowerment is that women are the open gate of the heaven for their parents, as the religion complement for their husbands, and as the heaven for their children; Islam gives freedom for women to actualize themselves by taking part in some activities to make them knowledgeable and skilled; Islam perceives that husband-wife is not boss-subordinate relationship, yet relationships with love and affection where the basic convention is peace and tranquility (QS Ar-Rum [30]:21). In communication, Islam has guided through the Hadits that when speaking wives and husband must use Heart (slowly, clearly, and well arranged) "(HR Abu Dawud).

Abstract
As the potentials of halal industry rising globally, development and promotion of halal industry in the Philippines is vitally exigent. The country has lagged behind in developing halal industry compared to other ASEAN countries. The Philippines is overwhelmingly dominated by Christians, with increasing number of Muslims of around 10 percent of its population. As more Filipinos have become conscious about selection of foods and drinks for health and religious reasons, halal products become good alternative. However, due to less emphasis on the importance of the development of halal industry and low public awareness and dire perceptions towards the authenticity of halal products labeling and services in the country, Muslims in the country particularly the millennials are not considerable in differentiating between halal and non-halal products. Moreover, due to the absence of strict compliance for halal certification and labeling in the country, halal products and services are become inappreciable and negligible for consumers. Hence, this study aims to determine and analyze the level of knowledge of the consumer Muslim millennials towards Halal as well as the factors that influence their behavior in selecting halal products and services. Self-administered questionnaire will be distributed to 200 millennials in Marawi City and the data will be analyzed using SPSS. The findings of this study are indispensable in strengthening and promotion of halal industry in the country.

Abstract
Parang Hill is a hill that is composed of intrusive diabas igneous rock which breaks through the clay-stone of the Karangsambung Formation at 38 mya. The process of intrusion forms a columnar joint structure that is exposed around it. The burly structure of the pole is the main attraction for visitors, in terms of geology, morphology and aesthetics. Joint column occurs in intrusive igneous rocks as well as lava flows. Magma or lava breaks down due to cooling forming cracks that are perpendicular to the cooling plane. After cracks then develop to form a polygonal plane. Parang Hill is one of 41 geological sites in the Karangsambung-Karangbolong National Geopark area, which was inaugurated at the end of 2018. The number of geosites is necessary so that the priority of regional development and spatial planning is better. The development of geopark and tourist villages around geosite will increase the number of visitors and the carrying capacity of the environment. This study aims to look at aspects of tourism development in terms of geosite and geomorphosite assessment which includes 5 parameters namely scientific value, educational value, economic value, conservation value and added value. The method used is field observation and quantification of the 5 (five) main parameters with weighting as a feasibility value of the Bukit Parang geosite for geotourism. These quantification values can produce information and recommendations for the management of geotourism especially in Parang Hill, and generally in Karangsambung-Karangbolong Geopark. The values of quantification of the main parameters are 75% intrinsic and scientific value, 88% educational value, 66.67% economic value, 75% conservation value and 60% added value. The total score is 14, Mean 0.74, median 1, standard deviation 0.31 and coeffisient of variation 0.4. Based on the ANOVA test about the feasibility values ranging from 0-1, Bukit Parang has a feasibility value of 0.74.

Abstract
The Arab Spring became the political event that shook the Middle East since the end of 2010. This political event became the momentum of rise of the people power against the authoritarian leader. Democracy became one of the main issues as the aim of the people movement. Some states have consolidated democracy to fulfill the hope of the Arabian people. Tunisia as one of the state consolidating democracy succeeds, but some states failed, such as Egypt. Before the Arab Spring happened in Middle East, the same political turbulence had happened in Indonesia in 1998. In Indonesia, this is popularly known as the reformation. After that, Indonesia succeeds in consolidating democracy and now Indonesia is recognized as the democratic Muslim state in the world. Key success of Indonesia in consolidating democracy is the support of two biggest Islamic organizations, namely Muhammadiyah and Nahdatul Ulama, in transforming values of democracy and pluralism. The two biggest Islamic organizations are modern and they are not opposing the state. Even though some say that they are state in a state. The state can build harmonized relationship with the two biggest Islamic mass organizations. This one is not found in some states in Middle East. So, Indonesia can be the model of democracy from the states in the Middle East.

Abstract
Environmental problems have caused by the continuous human behavior which become habit and affect the environment. Based on the idea that human behavior is part of the causes of environmental damage, environmental ethical teaching is needed to be applied to change human behavior. Meanwhile, human behavior and perspective on life are influenced by religion beliefs. In Indonesia where Moslem community becomes the largest population, studies in how Islamic beliefs contribute to the enactment of environmental ethics in society through education are interesting and beneficial. Islam as religion has clear views and teachings about the relationship between human and the environment, especially human as careers and preservers of the nature. However, only few studies are found in this topic and the opportunity to do research in this area is still widely open for exploration. As researches need strong thereotical foundation, this article aims to provide information based on literature review about the potential of integrating Islamic education and environmental ethics to solve environmental problems. This information is meant to help future researchers who intend to improve the quality of Moslems life and well-being based on human understanding of the relationship between religion and environment (ecology), spesifically in the disruptive era.

Abstract
Collocation is a provision in English that requires a word to be paired or matched with another word. Such provisions are often overlooked in English implementation because students only focus on the meaning of the sentences. Educational games are basically aimed at giving the feeling of fun when learning is clearly very different from class conditions is the purpose of this game is created. In addition, user behaviour analysis is the main focus of this game. The behaviour is stored in a data log. The stored data log will represent 3 categories, for instance, Adjective + Problem (Noun), (Noun) + Verb and Verb + Problem (Noun). The method of analysis in this study that each player will be faced several questions where each question will save the special configuration of answers from the three categories tested. The configuration shows the users behaviour toward the game that leads to the level of understanding of each category. The results of this study show that from 34 participants who play this game there is a tendency players have a level of understanding about the category Adjective + Problem (Noun) is still low. It means that they have to focus on this section.

The outer space become a new arena of contestation of the two super power states in world politics. Both the U.S. and Russia deploy hegemony through the development of advanced technology. When ideological aspect has decreased in international relations, outer space technology become the new instrument to control the world. By using astropolitik approach, this paper argue that contestation of the two states are still going in the agreement of International Space Station (ISS) P project, and shows that there is contradiction of the ISS. In one side, the U.S. and Russia put humanity as the main purpose of ISS. But recently, ISS also used as new locus of power and militarization of space.

Abstract
Behavior is a human response to the environment, all behavior is determined by personalities and individual experiences. Special needs children (SNC) in Indonesia still receive less attention from the government, many facilities have not been in accordance with the needs of SNC especially skills support facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out the behavior of SNC in the skills room which includes territorial behavior, privacy, and personal space. This study uses the behavior mapping method with a qualitative descriptive approach, because it is aimed at describing all of the SNCs activities in the vocational skills room. These activities include the use of supporting facilities to practice in the skills room. The results of this study are that each child shows different behaviors in adapting depending on the constraints that he has. Students who have multiple barriers (involuntary and mental retardation) are more difficult to regulate and disorderly and disciplined in the skills room. Students who have motoric retardation who do not use a wheelchair are more adaptable and active in cooking practices. Unlike the case with students who have motoric constraints that use wheelchairs, students find it difficult to adapt with available facilities and tend to be passive during the practice. The equation of the three behaviors is that students are able to interact well with the teacher and the guest. The facilities contained in this skills room are not yet in line with SNC, especially those who are physically disabled. This is due to the relatively narrow circulation of space and is difficult to access as a whole by wheelchair users.

Nowadays this term is also in accordance with Indonesian nation which being pretty welcome with the globalisation development by giving opportunity to foreign investor including the skilled expatriates labor to join with. The regulation relate to the free investment also had already promulgated and planned well especially to manage the obstacles which may come. Pacing the postmodernism age Indonesia should be completely ready in making prediction and resolution towards every risk and obstacles from many sources. Hence the government had created the transfer knowledge obligation between the skilled and unskilled labor purposed for expatriates labor, this is to manage issues of decreases livelihood as impacts on the using expatriate labor by company. Beside that the Ministry of The Manpower of The Republic Indonesia also enforce the manpower regulation in high qualification in the wish of getting self confident to run the livelihood politic. We find many vacancies from the thousands company each day, but we also hear and read about thousands local unemployment increased. We could see lots of women walking through working places than men, it may bring some sense of the role changing of women domination over men or this phenomena are caused by the demand of postmodernism circumstances or one of the qualification on investment agreement. Our problem here is not only facing the skilled labor crisis but also the role changing of women domination labor over men. This research is hoped to give the contribution into new method knowledge and resolve the problem towards the livelihood cases using High Five touch and humanisation basic. Banyumas that located in Central Java is one of the regions in Indonesia with great tourism potential. There are lot of tourism destinations in there, such as Baturraden, Small World, Andang Pangrenan, The Village, Caping Park, and many more. Unfortunately, there are no public transportation facilities to go there. Public transportation for the tourism is the main facilities for visitors. It plays an essential role in city tourism development. The important thing to do before building a public transportation is to determine the optimal route. Scientific contributions are needed to develop it. One of the fields of study about it is graph theory. It is a branch of discrete mathematics. It is usually use in modeling of phenomena in real life. In transportation it is most commonly used to study problems. The aim of this paper is to provide the optimal public transportation route for the tourism in Banyumas.
