Abstract
The purpose of this study is to make it easier for consumers to make buying and selling transactions and also make it easier for sellers to promote various products that can be reached by consumers without having to visit the store. In this study writing uses descriptive analysis method by conducting direct interviews with PD. XYZ store as a case study in this study. The results of this study indicate that the design of website sales can increase buying and selling transactions in stores. To increase the attractiveness of buyers, media campaigns are needed in addition to conventional promotions. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the design of sales information systems can help sellers in promoting products in an effort to increase revenue from the store and make it easier for customers to make online sales transactions. besides that it can also provide information about the product as a promotional event in detail and can bring prospective customers either directly to the store or chat directly through the chat feature with customers to be able to communicate easily, making this website can create a professional impression because in terms of branding has characteristics own and makes it easy for customers to make online sales transactions.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine effectively or not buying a furniture product by online using augmented reality. The method used for this research is the descriptive method by conducting interviews with consumers and analysis. The results obtained based on the research method used is using augmented reality is very effective because the products that will be purchased can be tried by virtually, so that consumers do not need to come to the store to buy the product that they want.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify whether the application of online ticket as a method in purchasing bus tickets can be fully implemented or not. The research method used a descriptive method to analyze the application of online ticket in the XYZ autobus companies. XYZ autobus company is one of the company in Bandung that engaged in bus-based transport service especially tourism. The results of this study are to determine the effect of the online ticket on consumers and autobus companies. Also, the research was obtained based on observations and exploring sources related to the bus ticket purchase process by conducting surveys, interviews, and analysis. After doing the research, it can be concluded by applying online ticket is influential for consumers and companies. For consumers, the online ticket makes it easy to purchase tickets, because the consumers do not need to come to the sales agent for purchasing bus tickets. As for the companies, online tickets affect managing transaction data, safer and as a promotional media for the companies.

The information system in document management for accreditation is a tool in the search process for supporting accreditation regulatory documents. Using the development method. Abstract
The purpose of this measure the effectiveness research on ordering food and drink using android-based applications and manually. The methods used by the descriptive approach, through observation and design android-based applications to order food and drinks. On the measurement of the results of the effectiveness, consumers will be given the option to use the system manually and use the application. The results of this study indicate many consumers prefer using an application compared to the order manually. Use the application provides convenience, for customer viewing and ordering food and drinks only from the desk, without the need to come in person. In addition to providing convenience to consumers, also provides convenience to restaurant owners to manage each menu are presented.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the internet has on the development of local tourism in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods and through literature studies. The results of the study state that the role of the internet is very influential on the development of local tourism so that it can now compete with national and foreign tourism. Because the internet is the widest and fastest network that can transmit information in just minutes to all corners of the world without having to face each other. The conclusion that it has been proven that the role of the internet as a local tourism promotion strategy is indeed an effective and efficient alternative when compared to other strategies, because it has a huge impact on the progress of tourism.

Abstract
The development of the culinary business was started by various celebrities today in various cities including the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing strategies for a product using celebrities in this social digital era. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with case studies that take based on the phenomena that occur. The results of the study were to find out the effect of marketing strategies carried out using celebrity ambassadors. From the strategy used, there is a change in the attitude of the audience in accordance with the objectives of marketing communication carried out, this is due to the importance of ambasador brands in introducing or promoting products through their social media.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain how a student must be able to utilize social media, including social media, a virtual world that is very fast and easy to access the internet in conversation, of course giving a big positive contribution for students. Social media is now very easy to use and accessible for anyone including in the business world as a market opportunity. In this scientific work the author uses descriptive methods that provide a detailed description of the matter in writing. The results of the writing made to see the scope of social media influence the selling power of the culinary business. Abstract
The writing of this thesis aimed to explain about communication pattern online trading apps which one of the user is Shopee user app. The background of the study about this thesis based on the fact that not all of trade acts happen on the market, but also can happen and be done on some online trading apps like Shopee, BukaLapak, Lazada, and so on. This is possible because of the fast technology development that eases human into communicate with each other. This research is a comparative descriptive study so that the data obtained will be based on a comparison of communication patterns between users of the application to buy and sell online. Data retrieval will be based on the results in terms of how many consumers are satisfied with the services of producers who sell using the Shopee application. Communication strategy that they take is by using interesting and good grammar that will attract consumer into buying their products. The research results obtained are communication patterns that must be done by users of the application to buy and sell online to get the maximum profit.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the extent of the application of digitalization systems (information systems) to facilitate journalists in handling public complaints in government institutions and state apparatus. So that all information conveyed will be centralized into a system that is in a data, in this study will be presented in the form of images so that an in-depth explanation of the digitization system and in a structured. The method used in this study is the observation method which is observing the field in search of information related to research. The results of the study are, with the implementation of this digitizing system, the public complaints process that was not previously handled by the system, with the help of the handling process system to be faster and more accurate, because it is real-time in the process of submitting public complaints. The conclusion of this study is Thus the use of a digitization system can help facilitate the process of reporting public complaints, because the complaints process can be done at any time and can be immediately handled once there is a report that goes to the relevant agency, and can accommodate various complaints because it is stored in the information system.

Abstract
This study was made aiming to see the influence of technological developments in the world of business in the agricultural sector, and the use of e-commerce technology in the agricultural sector. The research method used is descriptive method where this method presents an overview of the object studied in detail. The results of this study indicate that with e-commerce, farmers income increases compared to before using this system. In this study discusses the payment system, sales and purchases made in E-agribusiness activities. The real role of the agricultural sector in this case as a provider of employment and also as an economic driver for the community and the main source of income for farmers.But in the utilization of information technology in agriculture, in Indonesia is still lacking.. This e-agribusiness system is expected to help the community, especially farmers, in marketing their products or agricultural products so that they can be easier and can increase the income of farmers.

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of e-commerce on marketing plan of a product. The method used in this research was the descriptive method. The result of this research was e-commerce has a positive impact on marketing plan of a product. E-commerce can improve products sales which automatically increase the profit, because trusted e-commerce can gather more customer and online transaction method can decrease the time to buy a product. The research was done by discussing the sales of products, flash sale system, payment method, and customer review system in an e-commerce application. Abstract
The relationship between online transportation applications and cashless payment methods is mutualism. But that doesnt mean everything is fine. This research was conducted with the aim of describing the ease of business people in conducting services when transacting with customers using the Cashless payment method in the Online Transportation application. In addition, this study also reviews the problems that arise from other studies discussing the usefulness of online transportation applications that are increasingly advanced so that it can be used for Cashless payment methods. The research method used is qualitative, namely direct interviews with business people to obtain objective results and supplemented by review literature. The results of this study indicate that, with this online transportation application, it is easier for sellers to make transactions with customers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the quantitative comparison between two variables of sales promotion media that have different system concepts. The first comparison describes online media promotion as an example such as promotion on youtube, and the second comparison explains the media of offline promotion as examples such as promotions on television are usually called advertisements. Quantitative methods with various components of variable and indicator problems that are appropriate to the case of analysis. The results of this study are a generalization in a particular population obtained from the case. Abstract
The purpose of this research is to measure the frecuency of human sound waves with presented data in software Praat through acoustic phonetic approxiation to identify that speaker can pronounce the word well. The writer focussed of Sundanese as a speaker. Praat provides many benefits for people to knowing information about the exising frequency, duration, and intonation of sound that spoken by speaker. In addition, this software can identify extraordinary sound as example bat sound. Bat has 20.000hz frequency that can not hear of the ear. Through Praat, the frequency can be identify. The method used in research is observation, collecting recording of speaker. The result of this discussion is to identify component of aoustic phonetic, that are frequency, duration, and intonantion. The conclusion can be concluded that it will provide sundanese can say english word that conucted of consonant.

The background of this writing is because e-sport in the world is growing rapidly in all corners of the world but there is not yet a place to accommodate these professional gamers to be seen by eSport management in the world. This application has good potential to be implemented because it can produce a new high-quality player. Abstract
The purpose of this scientific work is to find out the product marketing strategy carried out by Threepoint Jersey to attract customers, how they ensure their products are quality. The research method is qualitative with descriptive studies, data collection techniques used, in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, documentation, and literature study. The research informants were selected by purposive sampling technique. The validity of the data is the increase in perseverance, peer discussion, and member check. Data analysis techniques were carried out with data reduction stages, data models, and conclusions. The results of the research will be seen to what extent Threepoint Jersey promotes the community through social media, how can the product be known by many people so as to achieve the desired goals. The theory used in this research is Uses and Gratifications Theory, such as sales through new media by Three Point Jersey, they provide products while new media users can receive, select, or be interested (fulfill the needs) on the product or not at all. The conclusion of this study is to find out how Three Point Jersey promotes, extends cooperation networks, delivers products, adapts to clothing designs according to current trends, and competes with other products that already have extensive networks and have a well-known brand.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to discover and explore the role of a brochure as a non-verbal English language communication in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has now been significant for the development of a country because of its ability to drive an economic growth. Entrepreneur has also adapted to varying times to resource the essentials of their communities through the application of information. One of the uses of giving information is through the brochure that includes to a non-verbal communication. The following idea takes an earlier look at what is meant by communication, it defines the stages intricate in the communication process that entrepreneurs utilize in their efforts to achieve entrepreneurial success. English language has also taken its part to support this kind of non-verbal English language communication to reach economic growth at its best. The method used in this study was descriptive-analytic, and content analysis research for further method. The results indicated that the use of brochure in communicating is very effective for strategic persuasive.

Abstract
Creative-economy has become a center attention of the Indonesian government, which is established with Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) in 2015. However, funding or capital is still considered as the main obstacle for the creative-industrys startups, as the driver for creative-economy, in developing their business. The difficulties faced by the creative industries actors to get funding from banks or financial institutions, because the majority of the actors hold intangible assets. This study focuses on creative industries sub-sector which dominantly holds intangible assets, namely application and game developer sub-sectors and has purpose to examine the parameters of loans, credit and funding in organizational and institutional. These contain indicators that will be analyzed whether these might influence the funding to the actors. The study was conducted by interviewing the investors who were speakers and pitching judges at the Go-Startup Indonesia event on October 26, 2018 in Bandung. Explorative research is carried out by using qualitative methods. Triangulation is used for checking the validity of data. The result of the analysis shows there are nine indicators that influence investors in determining their investment. By optimizing these indicators, it is expected that creative-industrys startups become easier in obtaining the funding for their business sustainability.
