Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find out the extent of consumer interest in online shopping for the current e-marketing era. The research method used in making this paper is a descriptive method by comparing existing research with research in this paper. From the results of research that consumers teach a marketing activity in a company or business must begin with an effort to recognize the desires and needs of consumers themselves. Therefore basically, consumer interest in online shopping in the e-marketing era is very influential because currently marketing through the internet is an interesting thing in business, one of which is e-marketing to attract consumers attention to online shopping. So the need for marketing via the internet or e-marketing of consumer interest in online shopping is needed.

Abstract
This is year 2-research aiming at designing TPACK-based model for teaching TEFL. The objectives of the reseach are to design learning materials implementing TPACK framework and its manual for its users. The designed is based on the ADDIE model. As the A and D (analisis and designed model) have been conducted at year 2, this research covers the development, implementation and evaluation (DIE). The implementation here is in the form of a tryout in one class. An expert in technology validated the learning material. Giving closed and open-ended questions to the students joining the tryout was done to evaluate the learning materials. The findings of the research are TPACK-based learning materials for teaching TEFL that has been validated and evaluated. The expert judgment considered the designed material good. Based on the questionairres given to the students they considered TPACK-based learning mterials is a positive model. Most students answer with quite agree and agree with the model.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify e-commerce in shaping brand image through publication media. The method used in this research is descriptive method, to present a complete picture of the situation related to several situations of the variables under study. The results of this study are to identify the extent to which e-commerce shapes the brand image. This research was conducted by discussing e-commerce activities in publication media to shape brand image. So it is expected that the impact of this research will result in e-commerce not only selling products but also providing information and promotion with the strength of the product.

Abstract
Changes in the 4.0 Era in the midst of instability in human contractions and their environment, require strategic steps in the context of social reality change, i.e. through education. It is expected that environment vision education may reconstruct the patterns of understanding that regards environment as an object that can be treated spontaneously in a paradigm building that makes the environment as a part of our lives and requires ethics and procedures for interacting with it. The global warming issue in the 4.0 industrial era is definitely the responsibility for all elements of education implementation, i.e. school principal, students, parents of students as a community in the school environment and its surroundings. Through the research activities on the Effects of Environment Vision Knowledge on Students Character, it is another expectation that the establishment of education participants character will be more responsible for the surrounding environmental preservation. The research purpose is to find out the magnitude of the effect of environment vision knowledge on students characters. Character education and environment vision have been taught from the grade 1 to grade 6, and therefore after graduating from elementary school the students already have good character, responsibility and care to environment. It is expected that teachers have increased their creativity and innovation in the uses of internet media and understand the development of social media.

Abstract
The development of communication technology further facilitates the flow of information exchange. The number of users who make this social network grow becomes a medium for doing business. Researchers want to know social media as an online business media when used as an online business communication medium. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive methods, namely data that contains words and images. In the results of the study showed that social media is not only a medium of learning in online business, but also as a medium for communicating with potential customers. Besides that it also provides extensive information for online business people. As a result of this research, social media is a social network that allows it to be maximized as a medium for doing business online. This role as a promotional media is considered effective.

Abstract
The increase in cases of delinquency in middle school age shows that the leadership role of the principal is still low. Principals in increasing teacher professionalism have an impact on improving student achievement and improving student character. This study aims to determine the ability of principals to carry out Instructional Leadership to improve teacher teaching performance so that it has an impact on improving student character. This research model is descriptive evaluative. Subjects were selected by purposive sampling and triadic covering 15 principals, 150 teachers and 450 students from DIY. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using mixed methods. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression, while qualitative data were analyzed using Miler and Hubermans theories which included 4 stages: reduction, display, triangulation, and conclusion. The results of this study conclude as follows: (1) Mild delinquency is still done by students, including: smoking, scribbling, truant, bullying friends, making gangs, opposing parents, playing lots of cellphones, and being lazy to worship; (2) Character strengthening is carried out through extracurricular programs, socialization of order books, cooperation with external parties; (3) The instructional leadership ability of the Muhammadiyah Middle School principals is still low, in terms of preparing targets and strategies for school achievement, making standards for learning services, and creating patterns of teacher competency development; (4) The magnitude of the influence of Instructional Leadership in changing student characters is obtained by a percentage of 12%, while 78% is influenced by other factors; and (5) the inhibiting factor of principals instructional leadership is the lack of cooperation in building a shared vision in educating children between school and parents.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find out what benefits can be obtained from education in the use of information technology in the world of education. The results showed that the use of information technology in supporting the world of education was very useful and also very efficient to produce quality human resources. Abstract
This research alludes to the practice of monism and dualism theory in terms of the application of international law within national jurisdiction and its regulations. It is referred to the countries which applying Civil and Common legal system, or in this case represent by Indonesia and Malaysia. This issue has been arising especially due to the absence of specific regulations for modulating the international law application in Indonesia. Comparing with Malaysia which commonly would be revisiting the legacy of the British legal system as they were colonized by the British if there are none of the regulations in settling the case. The tendency to have a specific reference for having special regulation upon the existence and use of international law in the municipal area is to restrict the power of law enforcer, with special reference to the Judges and giving clarity of which doctrine is supposed to be used in dealing with the issue. Conversely, this matter also brings the concern on state sovereignty in determining the role of international law as the instruments of resolving the national issue. The results show that Indonesia is still having the inconsistency for functioning the international law in the local legal practice. It triggered by the lack of prevailed regulations even more in the Indonesian Constitution concerning the International law application. This is supposed to be crystal clear to consider, either the international law can be applied by transformation or corporation theoretically.

Abstract
Social media networks or new media are one of the most widely used communication media by all people or the wider community today. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing communication through social media. This research uses descriptive method, to present a complete picture of the situation related to several situations of variables examined. The results revealed that marketing communication using social media has an effect on consumer interest in buying goods offered through social media such as marketing conducted by Instagram social media most frequently visited by people today. This study discusses the marketing strategies that are involved in social media instagram. These results make social media one of the suitable media to deliver a marketing communication. So that this marketing technique is expected to help online sellers in managing their business. This marketing technique has more real time advantages in serving customers to invite more customers to develop online businesses that have been built.

Abstract
The objective of this research was to reveal the implementation of feedback and weekly journal activity to develop students autonomous learning in writing.This paper was qualitative research which used 6 students and in-depth interview to collect the data. The results showed that, feedback and weekly journal activity apparently were a significant combination which could contribute specific effects to the students. The effects were consisted of as follows: the students could develop their autonomous learning to practice their writing, the feedback could trigger the students to think critically, and the feedback could address the students problem about grammar, vocabulary, diction, etc. Apparently, from the finding, to develop students autonomous learning in writing, the students preferred to acquire written feedback.

Abstract
The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the effect of developing digital payments on current patterns of public spending. The method used in the writing of this paper is a descriptive method, where this method is intended to describe events related to digital payments and public spending patterns, and supported by theoretical foundations both from abroad and domestically. Digital payment is a payment system that uses internet facilities as an intermediary. The results of this study indicate that digital payments have an effect on public spending patterns. Many people feel helped by the existence of this digital payment because with the existence of digital payments the public feels easier in making transactions. This can be seen from the number of people who make transactions using e-money every day. Therefore, many patterns of public spending change, from those who initially shop at direct retail stores (offline), now shop through applications (online stores) or what we often know as e-commerce.

Abstract
Numerous studies on language assessment have reported that there are different practices of assessment among language teachers. These differences might be due to the various levels of understanding about language assessment literacy (LAL) which include the ability to effectively plan, execute, evaluate, and report assessment processes and data. This issue becomes prominent in English as a foreign language context, especially in Indonesia, where there are numerous calls for changing the nature of assessment practice from a traditional assessment into alternative one such like authentic assessment mandated by the current national curriculum. Accordingly, this paper reports on a case study regarding changes in two secondary EFL teachers in Indonesia after involving a professional learning community project for developing authentic assessment model. A key research question guides this study: What changes did the two teachers experience in their assessment beliefs during the project? Findings show that the professional learning community broadened teacher understanding of assessment literacy and the use of authentic assessment in practice

Abstract
This study intends to find out the effect of advertising on existing products in supermarkets, especially in the area of West Bandung. The method used in this study is qualitative research. The results of the research can be in the form of strategies used by the Supermarket in attracting interest from consumers through mass media. The results of this study, researchers have assumed that there is an influence in advertising through mass media and can increase buyer interest in the supermarket by issuing promos that are quite tempting consumers. The conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence in advertising supermarket products through mass media and can attract consumers in the supermarket.

Abstract
This study aims to measure the accuracy of the sentiment analysis classification model using deep learning and neural networks. This study uses the algorithm Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and word2vec. No previous research has used this model to analyze sentiments written using Indonesian language so that the level of accuracy is unknown. The research began by making a classification model of sentiment analysis. Then test the model through experiments. In this study, we use two classification (positive and negative). Experiments are carried out using training data sets and test set data sourced from the Travelokas website. The result show that the model shows outstanding results and reaches about 91,9%.

Abstract
This study aims to explain how the communication strategy of pitching in starting a Startup business. Abstract
Selection of the type of support foundation should be taken accurately because the strength of the foundation as a support for the upper structure greatly influences the strength of building. Wherefore, analysis of foundation carrying capacity and settlement are indispensable. This research aims to determine support capacity by applying various methods and the value of settlement that occurs due to loading from upper structures.This research utilizes method, such as Skempton Method, Cooke dan Whitaker Method, Meyerhoff Method, Alpha Method, Lambdha Method and Betha Method. Its also employes Finite Element Method, namely Software Plaxis 2D V.8.6 as calculation and modelling tools, final results of the analysis could be compared with empirical and non-empirical methods. The object of this is Lemah Abang Bridge that located in Sleman Regency and Gunungkidul Regency frontier, Yogyakarta Province, with Well Foundation or Caisson foundation as the lower structure. The results show that the support capacity meets the requirements, such as : Skempton Method is 1693,701 kN; Cooke dan Whitaker Method 2695,063 kN; Meyerhoff Method is 2695,063 kN; Alpha Method is 632,374 kN; Lambdha Method is 1663,359 kN; Betha Method is 1579,751 kN and field data is sebesar 20570,876 kN. According to the research, the minimum value of Qu are obtained by using Meyerhoff Method and Betha Method. Furthermore, The value of settlement with empirical method is 2,5075 cm and the settlement with Software Plaxis 2D is 4,62 cm. Based on the results, further analysis are needed by using another empirical methods or other softwares, to get various results.

The purpose of this research is to find out how fast economic growth is developing in the past few years, where many SMEs have switched from offline stores to online stores through applications and the web. This research uses descriptive method, which can provide a real picture of this research. The results of the study show that one example of a digital-based economy is an e-commerce business. This is due to the many interests of consumers to switch online and increase the number of SMEs who sell online. Abstract
Abstract Morally, employing Performance-Enhancing Medicines (PEMs) in sports simply is repudiated. Yet, taking these medicines in sports competitions is associated with legal consequences. Hitherto, because of rapid advances in the genetic modification technologies, it is feared that these therapeutic technologies and many others have been applied to athletes (e.g., to prevent Myostatin from incapacitating muscles groups). The taking and giving performance-enhancing medicine, not just against ethics, but actually, these acts break the laws because of the dangerous side effects of the drugs that they comprise of. The main problems of this study are the absence of the Penal Code which can legally address the actions of doping and Gene doping in many countries. Another problem is the lack of laboratory screening methods that can ratify the occurrence of gene modifications. The main objective of this study is to examine the legal theory of the development of panel disciplinary or penal liability for doping and Gene doping.

Abstract
Bank Muamalat was the first sharia bank to appear in 1992, and successfully passed the 1998 crisis. This bank is also among the most protected banks from negative spreads and does not need to be given any liquidity assistance by Bank Indonesia. Bank Muamalat has spread to almost all cities in Indonesia, including in Malang. The study aims to determine the interest of the people of Malang city on Bank Muamalat products. The population of this study is the people of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling, while the object of this research is Bank Muamalat products, Data collection uses techniques, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. The results of this study state that the enthusiasm of the Malang community towards Islamic banks is very high. The three types of products that have the greatest interest are Murabahah and Mmq for service financing, then Special Ratio Deposits for third-party funds. Malang people are very eager to move from conventional banks to Bank Muamalat products

Abstract
Abstract. Marketing in online media is the activity of delivering information about certain products by utilizing media accessed through the internet network. Online media marketing with the provisions of online advertising is published on various pages of websites such as websites. Although online media is said to be an effective medium in advertising, it is important to know the types of online advertising that can meet prospective customer information. The purpose of this research is to find out the type of online advertising and its understanding to prospective consumers in obtaining information. Th method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with this descriptive research method, to determine the understanding of types of online advertising that can meet consumer information needs. This research was carried out by Universitas Komputer Indonesia students on several websites that contained online advertisements. Relevance and impact clearly show that online ads that are packaged attractively and contain information as needed can illustrate the understanding of consumers to attract consumer buying interest

Abstract
This article is intended to theoretically analyze experiential learning as one of the approaches based on human experiences in Islamic education. Further, it explains the experiential learning steps applied in Islamic education. As critically shown, many settings of Islamic education practices have longer been considered as normative, verbalistic and un-contextual. Values teaching as emphasized by this subject have been too theoretic and cognitive-oriented while affective dimensions have generally been ignored. In addition, coincided with the strongly theoretical orientation, learning methods applied are likely to promote one-way communication by which teachers are mostly dominant in knowledge transformation. As a result, students are placed as objects as well as passive learners. This article further explores the experiential learning processes where those students are able to experience, express, explore/discuss, conclude and implement relevant knowledge. This type of learning is possible for students to be active and directly involved in their dynamic classes. Through these experiential activities, the Islamic teaching can be more interesting and fun for both students and teachers.

Abstract
Construction industry has been developing rapidly around the world. In Indonesia, the construction industry plays a significant role in the economic sectors. One of problems in construction management is construction waste. It has major impact on cost, time and quality of construction management. To reduce these negative impacts, it needs a comprehensive understanding on the cause factor of construction waste and management. The aim of the study is to examine the model of relationship between construction waste to cost and time that impacts quality of management project. The variable of construction waste was identified from interviews and site observation. Variable and Indicator of cost and time founded from Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model approach. A survey was carried out through a structured questionnaire. The respondents are been experienced people in construction and management of building projects. In this earlier study, questionnaires were completed by 383 respondents. Data was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the aid of Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) statistical package. The results shown that the cause factor of construction waste has correlation by cost and time with path coefficient value of 0.54. Correlation of cost and time with path coefficient value is 0.51 with value of significantly 0.05. It has indirectly an impact on quality of construction management system. The finding will help construction practitioners to reduce construction waste and gives better understanding to improve construction management sustainability.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explain the growth of the video game industry from year to year, and also to explain the business opportunities that exist in the industry. The method used in this research is Descriptive and Literature method by describing the development of the video game industry from years to years, and also looking for sources of information or references available on internet sites. From the results of this study the Video game industry is growing very rapidly, Video games seem to be a necessity for young and old, Video games are also not only played by men but women are now starting to play it. Even in Japan this industry is one of the main industries of the countrys economy. Many successful big companies (game studios), such as Rock Star, Ubisoft, Nintendo, etc. In conclusion, in making or developing a video game, a software system called Game engine is needed, for example, like Frostbite Engine, Unreal Engine, Cry Engine, etc. The more developed technology the better the engine is created, the automatic video games that are produced are getting better. And because of the development of technology also now video games are present on various platforms such as Consol, Personal Computer (PC), even Smartphone. That is why the video game industry is an industry that is difficult to dim.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discover the impact of Patriarchal System as a barrier to Women Entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The Method used in this research was qualitative Method by collecting the data through the Documentation. In collecting the Data, the writer will use Secundary data to complete this paper taken from the Tempo.Co-s Survey about the development of Women Entrepreneurs in Indonesia 2018. Interestingly, the result of this research shows that Patriarchy cannot always be a burden to most of Entrepreneurs specifically Women. Though the patriarchal system is increasingly grow so fast in Indonesia and become a troublesome for women including entrepreneurs, the results of a survey by Tempo shows that the increase in female entrepreneurs is based on the courageous attitude of Indonesian women against patriarchy. This research can be a reference to investigate more about the issues discussed. Based on this study it can be concluded that the Patriarchy System is indeed a barrier for women entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
