Abstract
This paper presents a study of sugarcane waste for biomass energy in the supply of electrical energy. Biomass is a renewable energy source derived from organic matter such as wood and sugarcane waste. As much as 30 percent of sugar cane raw material for sugar production is in the form of sugar cane waste. This sugarcane waste is very potential to be developed as a biomass energy raw material. In this study, an analysis of the potential of sugarcane waste at the Madukismo Yogyakarta sugar mill was carried out. Observations made to record how much cane waste is produced by sugar factory every day of the year. Furthermore, these data are analyzed using Homer Energy software to obtain the potential of electrical energy produced during a year. Analysis was also carried out on the amount of electricity demand in the sugar factory. This is done to calculate how much the contribution of electrical energy from biomass as a provider of electricity supply. The results of the analysis showed that sugarcane waste as much as 1.035 tons/day on average was able to meet all the electrical energy requirements for the operation of the Madukismo sugar factory.

Abstract
Along with advances in technology in the digital era brought many changes in relations between people, also has a role in the level of social and cultural, including in the realm of religion. A distinctive feature of the digital era that eliminates borders is in fact making private spaces in a pluralistic community in cyberspace. The cyberspace community contains those who have the same thoughts and beliefs and tend to talk about the same thing. This article tries to see a phenomenon called Echo Chambers through the perspective of Stella Ting-Toomey Intercultural Communication Theory. This study shows that the development of social media was also followed by the shadow of Echo Chambers. The tendency to isolate oneself and associate with those who understand one another will create separate spaces between one religion and another. As a result, communication which is an effort to eliminate the polarization of the differences between "Us" and "The Others" is precisely the way to form an exclusivism in cyberspace. Among the efforts to anticipate the emergence of a gap is to create melting-pot spaces in the real world. Counter narrative also needs to be built to open these exclusive barriers. Muslim scholars sought to introduce the importance of communication in achieving the harmony in community. Some Ulama have also explained the role and function of communication in achieving the goals of the ummah, as well as trying to provide an Islamic perspective regarding communication behavior. More important, is to create a person who is a wise, open user of social media and uses epoche in looking at the world outside.

Abstract
Tufa rocks are pyroclastic rocks from volcanic eruptions which are then sedimentated and subsequently undergo metamorphosis. This sedimentation and metamorphosis process causes confusion and debate in naming / classifying tufa rocks. The process of visual identification of tufa rocks in the field is based on the color and size of the pyroclastic material. Petrographic analysis was carried out to find out more about the mineral and chemical content of tuffaceous rocks so that the classification of tufa rocks could be more specific. Minerals in tufa rocks are divided into primary minerals (primary minerals) and secondary minerals (secondary minerals). Primary minerals usually number more than secondary minerals and are referred to as phenocrysts (plagioclase and quartz feldfar). Secondary minerals in the form of white mica (muscovit), chlorite, epidote / clinozoisite, albite, actinolite, titanite, pyrite, and calcite. This paper summarizes the method of identifying tufa rocks from the collection of various literature on visual identification and petrographic analysis of tufa rocks from various locations in the world including Indonesia. The classification method used is: International Union of Geological Sciences (IUGS) based on phenocrysts content (and rock color), and Total Alkalis versus Silica (TAS) based on chemical content. In general, tufa rocks from various locations in the world and Indonesia are classified as dacite or rhyodacite rocks based on IUGS classification and classified as rhyolite rocks (SiO2 = 62% - 77%) based on the TAS classification.

Abstract
Background To collect an honest answer from a respondent is not a simple task, especially when the question is concerning sensitive and personal issues. Researchers must be aware of what is deemed as a taboo topic in an individuals culture and in certain places/locations. This is so that the researcher may obtain the most honest results, and acquire important easy-to-use tools when conducting a survey. Aim The aim of this research is to find the differences of the response between paper-based survey and the response from an electronic-based survey. Method Four types of data collection methods were used in this research. Two of the methods were paper-based, one survey handed out in a sealed envelope and one without. The other two methods utilized Line Polls & Survey and Google Forms. The respondents were students coming from two study programs (SP), Civil Engineering and Medical School. The total sample amounted to 192 respondents, with a sample of 48 respondents for each method. Each method took on a respondent from both SPs (n=24 for each SP). And from out of 24, we continued to divide them into 4 cohorts based on their graduating class (class of 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016). Therefore, we had 6 students for each cohort. The data was analyzed using an Analysis of Variance. Result There were no significant differences between each survey methods. Interestingly, if we take a look at the results of the open paper-based survey and the survey using Line Survey & Polls, where the questions were openly asked and the researcher knew the respondents identity and results, the resulting score is slightly higher compared to the disclosed method (sealed paper-based and Google Forms). Conclusion Using an electronic survey has a similar result to using a paper-based survey, hence it can be used to reach more samples and is more cost-effective. Regarding the honesty of the respondents, further study is needed to address this specific topic.

Abstract
Village autonomy should be interpreted as the way the state provides guarantees for the realization of justice as well as negotiation of the democratic spaces that have been negated. The issuance of Law Number 6 Year 2014 on villages is a state regulation to build democracy and to render village in realizing prosperity. Meaning the birth of Village Law as a pragmatic solution to solve village problems in facing industrial revolution 4.0. The real condition of villages in Indonesia is not the same, each village has shortcomings and advantages, both from the scope of human or natural resources, as well as the resources of the budget. The village is a miniature state, which is expected to be able to build its citizens prosperous in a democratic framework and have independence by not ignoring the culture. The birth of Law Number 6 Year 2014 about the village proves no more neglect of the existence of the village as a unity of indigenous peoples. The existence of the village, as well as all the rights that the village possesses should be the new powers in the upsurge of the industrial revolution era 4.0.

Based on the 2016 national financial literacy and inclusive survey by OJK, public financial literacy increased significantly from 2013 estimated to be 21.84%, to 29.66% in 2016. However, sharia growth experienced a slowdown, even based on OJK data showing assets of Islamic banks decreased from 20.33 percent in 2016 to 18.98 percent in 2017 (Syauqi, Irfan, 2018). This fact warns us that the development of Islamic finance in Indonesia is still not in accordance with the expectations and desires of the Indonesian people. This study aims to illustrate how Indonesian societys literacy and sentiment regarding sharia finance uses twitter social media. The reason for using Twitter social media, Twitter data is part of big data, in this disruptive era, the use of social media is mostly done by Indonesian people to criticize, complain, and share personal experiences on social media. Therefore, we can capture the sentiments of Twitter users towards Islamic financial products in Indonesia, so that we can develop products that are suitable for Indonesian people. This research uses the mix method, which is qualitative data from social media and combined with quantitative analysis such as frequency analysis, sentiment, and social media network analysis.

Website managers are required to have the ability to manage, organize, and design the website so that users feel comfortable when searching for information on the website that has been made. Likewise with PT. Pertamina is making the companys website a place for promotion and providing information to users. The performance of a website can be increased as much as possible by analyzing and evaluating the level of satisfaction of its users. The public can assess a company by looking at how the company publishes information accurately with a view that is easily understood by the user. Ratings given are usually shared into various statuses on social media owned by users such as Twitter. On Twitter everyone makes a tweet, whatever the type of tweet that only consists of fragments of words whose meaning is difficult to know. The data is getting more and more and not systematically developed, from the existing problems a method is needed to classify a tweet from Twitter into a new knowledge using the Naive Bayes classification method and Support Vector Machine. After testing, the results showed that the SVM method produced an accuracy of 89.39% while the NB method produced an accuracy of 88.02%.

Abstract
In this paper, the effect of surface texture and composition of uniform coarse aggregate on preplaced-aggregate concrete is presented. The preplaced-aggregate concrete (PAC) or two-stage concrete is concrete produced by grouting the cement paste into formwork which is filled with coarse aggregate first. The grouting material fills the voids between aggregate. Preplaced aggregate concrete differs from conventional concrete that it is contains a higher percentage of coarse aggregate. Marbles are used as coarse artificial aggregate. Three kinds of the roughness of the surface of marbles are evaluated. The diameters of marbles are 10mm and 15mm. The data obtained has indicated that the rougher the surface of marbles, the higher the compressive strength of PAC, the optimum composition of coarse aggregate is 70% and 30% of diameter marbles of 10mm and 15mm respectively, the roughness of the surface of marbles does not influence the elastic modulus of PAC significantly and the concrete shrinkage is less the conventional concrete.

Abstract
Damping off is one of the diseases caused by soil borne pathogens that cause the death of seedling in a short time due to decay in seeds or roots and stems. Control of this disease is quite difficult, so control measures must be taken before a pathogen attack occurs. One potential for controlling this disease is the use of biofertilizers. The purpose of this study was to examine the potential of biofertilizers and the time of application to the intensity of damping off disease (Fusarium sp.) and plant growth on Japansche citroen seedling. This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design with 2 factors. The first factor was the type of biofertilizer namely Azozfor (P1), liquid biofertlizer (P2), secondary metabolite Trichoderma asperellum (P3), Mixtured of three biofertilizer (P4), and control (P5). The second factor was the time of application, namely the treatment of biofertilizers first then followed by the inoculation of Fusarium sp. (A1) and the treatment of Fusarium sp. first followed by treatment of biofertilizer (A2). Observation parameters were the intensity of the disease, seeds germinate and plant height. The results showed that the intensity of the lowest germination rate was found in A1P3 treatment (0%), while in the control of the intensity of shoot sprout disease reached 41.3%. The treatment of A1P2, A2P1, A2P2 and A2P4 showed the same disease intensity of 1.3%. The highest control effectiveness was found in A1P2, A1P3, A2P1, A2P2 and A2P4 treatments and this was not significantly different compared to A1P4, A2P4 and control treatments. The largest percentage of seeds germinate at 21 days after seedling (DAS) was shown in A1P1 treatment with a percentage of 26.7% and A2P3 treatment (25.3%), while after 28 DAS, the largest percentage of seed growth was in A2P4 treatment with percentage of 73.3%. The lowest plant height at 28 DAS was A1P4 treatment and control. Biofertilizer is effective for controlling damping off disease if applied separately.

The presence of government program called the village of resilient disaster (DESTANA) shows that disaster governance has begun to transform from a top-down to bottom up approach. The village government is the main stakeholder in managing the community for disaster. In this case democracy is made as the main pillar of vulnerable groups so that they are involved in empowering themselves after the disaster. This article aims to describe how the democracy process in post-disaster governance in Mendak Village, whether democracy is the dominant factor in restoring the economy or is there another factor that is more dominant in influencing that success. The data in this article were obtained from interviews and reviews from previous studies. The results showed that post-disaster governance was able to generate new economic resources and have an impact on improving the economy. .Although democracy exists but it turns out that all the initiations and dominant development ideas came from informal stakeholders, namely the husband of the village head who served as a Member of DPRD in Madiun District. Therefore, democratic legitimacy only seems artificial because the culture there is still "obedient" to whatever the leaders say.
