Abstract
In this paper, we design the power monitoring systems at the heavy equipment company. In a production process, the need for pressurized air supply in this company is quite large. In this case it is fulfilled by the operation of 2 compressor units. The compressor used has a working power of 90 KW, so that in its operation also requires a large electricity supply. In the list of company facilities, compressors are machines with the largest energy consumption. With regard to energy efficiency programs, the company plans to reduce energy use from each machine, especially compressors, while paying attention to existing production targets. In this research, the first step taken is by monitoring power usage. This is useful to find out whether the machine is working according to needs, or there are uses that are not to support existing production. For example, the machine turns on when it is not working hours, or there is a machine that is not in good condition. To facilitate this work, we design a compressor power usage monitoring system based on the microcontroller Arduino Mega 2560. In this system, the data taken is the working flow of the compressor using the ACS712 current sensor, which is then processed by Arduino so that the value of power usage is obtained. Next, data is sent via the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module to the database. The output of this system is the value of work flow and compressor working power in real time, along with the total value of power usage by the compressor displayed on a website. Through the site, data can be accessed by PCs or the hand phone that connected to the companys network. The measurement results of this system have a measurement accuracy of 98.48%.

Abstract
Along with technological developments, online learning has been generally accepted as one component in the teaching and learning process. This is evidenced by the many educational institutions applying e-learning. E-Learning is a type of learning system that allows the delivery of teaching materials to students using the Internet, Intranet or other computer network media. E-Learning is a learning process (learning) using / utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as tools that can be available whenever and wherever needed, so that it can overcome space and time constraints. The Japanese language education program is a study program that has just implemented e-learning in the process of learning Japanese in the Middle School 2018/2019 academic year, especially in the Chukyu Bunkei (Intermediary Gramer) and Nihongo Indonesiago Honyaku courses (Japanese Language to Indonesian Language Translator). So in this paper we will discuss the implementation of e- learning in the form of activities carried out, such as assessment, quiz, discussion. Grading in both courses. And the problems faced by lecturers. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with results, in the Chukyu Bunkei (Intermediary Gramer) lecture the activities carried out were Assessment, discussion, and Quiz, as well as the Nihongo Indonesiago Honyaku course (Japanese Language to Indonesian Language Translator). Abstract
One of the functions of Indonesian national education is developing human resources. It is a great responsibility for our government to build up education curriculum which support good human skill and knowledge and also contribute to form attitude and behavior. Students- good attitude and behavior have been the focus of our education system since the issue of character building is becoming very crucial in the global education. We realize that it is very important to instill good characters which relevant to Indonesian culture and wisdom. Indonesia is a multicultural country in which there are so many local wisdom lies within the people folks and legends. In fact those folks and legends represent the people norms, believes and way of thinking. However some of those norms and believes have nearly forgotten by young generation. Therefore it is a necessity to transfer those to them in such a way that attracts them. Narratives have been used to attract young students to strengthen moral value and building good characters. Young learners are always interested in story because they can learn and at the same time they get entertained. Those which reveal local folks and legends will be useful for introducing the history and the wisdom of their former. Kudus is well-known as moslem city and has many folks and legends related to the dissemination of Islamic religion. Two of The Islamic former in java or known as ‘Wali Songo-, Sunan Muria and Sunan Kudus are the figures that are believed as the role model of the local wisdom and has established the people attitude in every aspects of social-economic life. Therefore in this paper, the writer will try to figure out how local narrative can be used as the source of learning English and also introducing the tradition and norms to English Education Department students.

Abstract
The menace of armed bandits has in recent times assumed a devastating dimension and as such, a source of concern to all and sundry especially with its attendant socio-economic implications on the people. Relying on the use of secondary sources of data as well as narrative analysis in the presentation, the paper attempts an overview of the genesis of armed banditry in the area as well as their activities and mode of operation which have assumed complex dimensions in recent times vis a vis the likely effect of this phenomenon on food security in the area. A major finding of the study among others is that as a result of the rampant kidnappings, killings, cattle rustling, looting, rape and other nefarious activities of the bandits which have made several areas unsafe for habitation, whole communities have been displaced and have had to relocate to other seemingly safer locations thereby giving rise to the proliferation of Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps. The paper asserts that the massive displacement of the people who are predominantly farmers will in the long run lead to decreasing farming/agricultural activities thereby hampering food production and animal husbandry and ultimately, food security. The paper recommends among others a holistic and concerted approach to routing out the bandits through developing the needed political will by the political class to address the issue, proper intelligence gathering approach, deployment of well-equipped and technologically driven security paraphernalia which will herald the resettlement of the displaced persons in their communities.

Abstract
This research propose to analyze how social media practices take its role in diverse society using online ethnography. Using practice-based theory and the notion of affordances, I analyze how LGBTQ issues take turn between two different group of accounts, the pro LGBTQ and the anti LGBTQ. The data is collected using observation and in-depth interview. The first observation data is gathered in the period of March 2016 until July 2018 by looking at the pro LGBTQ and the anti LGBTQ Facebook accounts. Finally, the in-depth interview is being used to obtain focused and interactive information about the LGBTQ issues. The result shows, even though the issues discussed is the same but the discussions that occur can be very different between both groups. Furthermore, Facebook users can have different opinions, not only because they belong to different groups, but also because of their way of doing with their Facebook account.

Abstract
As social beings, in every activity communication activities are important things to do. One of the most important communications in human life is health communication. According to the Health Act No.23 of 1992, health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that allows every person to live productively socially and economically. This health includes 4 aspects, namely physical (body), mental (soul), social, and economic (Notoatmodjo, 2007: 3). The purpose of health communication is as a means of delivering information or messages about health to the community. Health communication is practically useful for health promotion, and preventing disease in a particular area. To achieve goals in health promotion, a strategy is needed before carrying out health promotion. The health promotion strategy consists of advocacy, social support, and also community empowerment. In this case to convey the message of health to the community a promotion mix (marketing mix) is needed so that the message in effective health communication is conveyed to the community as its communicant. In this study the health message in question is related to the dangers of smoking to people in the Non-Smoking Area (KTR). The Special Region of Yogyakarta, which consists of five regency and municipal regions, already has rules regarding the area without cigarettes (KTR). Some of the regencies have KTR rules in the form of regents regulation (Perbup), and the other three regions have rules in the form of Regional Regulations (Perda) KTR. In terms of implementing the policy, it is very important to pay attention to the strategies used and the media that will be used in enforcing the rules in each region. Media communication will be an important factor, especially related to how to design appropriate media and optimize the results of health campaigns in improving the degree of public health.

Abstract
Use of instagram curently to communicate the promotional messages has an increasingly. At the end of the decade 2010 was lots of business that use instagram to communicate their product to the consumers in the market. This tendency is driven by the nature of social media instagram that can reach audience with a lowcost. By their very nature, currently more marketers are utilizing instagram to communicate with individual consumers from generation Y (1981-1994) and Z (1995-2010). Despite that not least also marketers who utilize instagram to reach individual consumers from generation X (1961-1980) which assessed could still compromise with presence of new media. Social background differences between generations X, Y and Z can be expected to affect the way the individual consumer in responding to social media instagram presence as sources of information to obtain marketing information they need. With reference to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis and coauthors (2007, Jogiyanto) then this article will compare how individual consumer perceptions of generation X, Y and Z regarding the usefulness and ease of use of social media instagram as a source of information to get marketing information they need.

Abstract
Seed vigour evaluation is important as one of seed quality parameters to meet the farmers demand. The direct and indirect methods could be used to test the seed vigour. Even though, the different population cultivar may show a different response when vigour test. Therefore, the accurate method is needed. In this study, we used UNPAD Mutant (one population) and Non-Mutant (two populations) sweetcorn lines to determine the characteristics of vigour among populations after 2 months storage using direct (vigour index and normal dry seedling) and indirect (electrical conductivity) methods. The results showed that there were significant difference among populations (Tukeys test) on electrical conductivity parameter at 0 month and normal seedling dry weight parameter at 2 months after storage. Besides, we found the significant correlation between vigour index and electrical conductivity at 0 month and between normal seedling dry weight and vigour index at 2 months after storage. We assumed that the significant correlation between two parameters in this study due to the significant difference among populations at the time of measurement. These results suggested that among populations have different vigour characteristic. The electrical conductivity and normal dry weight seedling were an important approach to investigate seed vigour.

Abstract
Seed vigour is more sensitive compared to the germination test and usually it is used to observe the ability of seed germination at a sub-optimum area and seed longevity. The variation among cultivar in seed vigour could be useful for the breeding program to develop a new cultivar. In this study, we used thirteen of new UNPAD sweetcorn lines and three SR lines to evaluate variation of seed vigour after storage among these lines. The results showed that these lines differentiated into two major groups using clustering analysis based on seed vigour (vigour index, electrical conductivity and normal dry weight seedling) parameters. The first group consisted of eight new UNPAD sweetcorn lines and the second groups consisted of five new UNPAD sweetcorn line and three SR lines. These result indicated that the new UNPAD sweetcorn line have a new genetic constituent. Besides, the result revealed that the new line which grouped with SR lines was higher on the vigour index and normal dry weight seedling parameter after 4 months storage than the other group by Students test. These result suggested that these lines could be useful for the breeding program to develop new cultivar with high seed vigour

Abstract
Some people make a living out of the dead as the case with workers and owners of funeral homes. Since the 1950s, traditionally operated funeral homes or funeraria which are family-owned have been existing in Iligan City, Philippines. However, with the advent of technology and modernity, funeraria have to compete with modern funeral homes owned by corporations. The emergence of modern funeral homes created a competitive market on the business of dealing with the dead that includes funeral and burial services, wake preparations for the dead and the bereaved families. The collected narratives of funeraria owners revealed challenges on profitability of the business and sustainability of livelihood of families. Such challenges affect the citys social system for political and economic growth since funeral homes bring in job opportunities, makes the community relations stronger and promote prominence of local politicians. To ensure the undying culture of funeraria, local government of Iligan must extend support in protecting the funeraria against corporate funeral homes, community must fight against excessive consumerism for small funeral businesses to continue and the academe to scholarly sustain the discussions on culture, identity and heritage preservation.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to compare the effects of conventional banking development and islamic banking development on the economic growth in the case of Indonesia. The resistance of Islamic banking and finance in Indonesia to economic crises had been proved in 1998, when Bank Muamalat Indonesia was able to withstand the global crisis while conventional banks suffered losses. The increasing presence of Islamic banking and finance in Indonesia based on fair profit-loss sharing (PLS) and risk sharing is supposed to have a stronger contribution to encourage real economic growth compared conventional banking and finance which applies fixed interest rate with the main goal being maximizing profit without regard to clients bussines condition. In order to empirically compare and investigate the impact of financial development on performances of macroeconomic indicators, this study applies Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach on monthly data set for Indonesia covering the period from 2011 to 2013. The results signify a rejection to the hypothesis that Islamic finance significantly contribute to the acceleration economic growth compared to conventional banks. In the long run, Bound F-test cointegration demonstrates that there is statistical eviedence of a relationship between conventional banking and economic growth. However no significant relationship was observed between islamic banking development and growth. To increase the role of Indonesian Islamic banks as financial intermediaries that faciliate the capital accumulation and the economic growth, the paper suggests both the government and especially society to be more aware of commence in using islamic banking products that represent our values as muslim ummah. Moreover, islamic banks itself, should be required to improve the percentage of mudharabah and musyarakah in allocation of their financial deposito. The limitation of this study is the lack of commercial and syariah banks performance data before the economic crisis in indonesia.

Abstract
This study discusses the development of constitutional testing decisions that are different from those of Hans Kelsen (1920) and shows that at this time the Constitutional Court not only canceled the provisions of the law, but also added words and expressions in a provision. By using case studies of Constitutional Court Decisions in Germany, South Korea and Indonesia through a comparative legal approach. This study argues that variations in decisions are made as alternatives in the event that there is no need to cancel a law, and each type of decision is used to avoid a constitutional crisis. For example, by allowing judges to leave legal norms that are considered unconstitutional for a while to avoid a legal vacuum or allow the judge to announce that, even though the norm may be constitutional at the time of testing, the norm can be considered unconstitutional after the verdict.

Abstract
Yogyakarta Sultanate is recognized by the 1945 Constitution as a special regional government unit. The leader of Special Region of Yogyakarta, Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X, has dual position, namely as the Governor as well as the King. The dual position of Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X has raised several classical problems, e.g. the term of office of the Governor, the establishment of the mechanism of the Sultan to be the Governor, accountability of the Governor, and the standard of carrying out daily tasks. This normative research examines the position of the Governor based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and the Paugeran of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta. The research shows that firstly, the dual position of Sultan had prompted conflict after the Constitutional Court decided that a woman can also be the Sultan of Yogyakarta, while the Paugeran of the Sultanate asserted that the Sultan must be a man. In addition, the Sultan tries to settle the issue of succession by declaring "Sabda Raja" (the Royal Proclamation) which given an opportunity to his daughter becomes the Sultan. However, the other family of Sultan rejects the idea of having a woman as the Sultan of Yogyakarta. Thirdly, the vacuum of internal disputes settlement mechanism in the Sultanate of Yogyakarta has made the issue of succession become unresolved until today since both conflicting parties do not yet meet the consensus on how to resolve the problems. Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect of external variables and risk premiums on sectoral stock index in Indonesia. External variables in this study include world oil prices and their volatility, while risk premiums are measured using standard deviations obtained from the historical price of sectoral stock index that illustrate the volatility risk of sectoral stock index in volatile condition. The data used in the study are secondary data using GARCH method in mean (GARCH-M). The results show that external influences, namely world oil prices, have a significant and direct effect on sectoral stock return index, except for the consumption sector stock index. This is because the consumption sector stock index is a defensive stock, therefore external factors such as world oil prices will not affect the movement of this sector-s stocks. On the other hand, the volatility of world oil prices and the risk of volatility (risk premiums) do not influence the return index of sectoral stocks.

Abstract
The interaction between endophytic fungi and their hosts is specific, both as biological agents controlling plant diseases and plant growth promoting agents. Eight endophytics fungi was isolated from chili plants (Capsicum annum), selected based on pathogenicity tests, and were known to stimulate the growth of chili seedlings would be tested for ability to colonize the roots and stems of chili seedlings. The endophytic fungi suspension was tested with concentration of 2.8 x 106 cfu mL-1 by soaking 100 seeds in 100 mL of each endophytic fungi suspension. The application then repeated by watering 10 mL suspension of endophytic fungi on the roots seedlings area. Isolation of endophytic fungi was carried out for 4 weeks after sowing from the seedlings root and stem. The colonization rate of endophytic fungi was calculated based on the infected part of the plant and the distribution pattern of endophytic fungi on the stem was observed. The results showed that the endophytic fungus that was applied had the ability to colonize chili seeds, not only in the roots (20 - 60%), but also in the stem (20 - 40%) with the distribution pattern of colonization detected up to 3 cm from the soil surface.

Abstract
Cyberfeminists are considered as new media to promote womens opinions. There is one community that determines itself as a cyberfeminist that promotes gender equality, especially for mothers, this community is called the Emak-Emak Community (the Community of Emak-Emak). This community is interesting because its presence is at the time of election contestation in Indonesia 2019. By using cyberfeminist theory, this study analyzes the existence of patriarchal wrappings that exist in the community of Emak-emak. As a result, there is some patriarchal dominance that exists in the community of Emak-emak. The author finds that women in this community are still guided by a man who gives or directs his vision and mission; in the end, this becomes a contradiction with the meaning of cyberfeminist. Afterward, there is a power of dominance from one of the presidential candidates campaign teams to increase the power of their voters.
