That high-technology and its derivative devices has disrupted the old established mode of life is widely understood. Many studies investigated how the late development of technology interrupts human enterprise in economy, politics, culture, ets. However, few researchs are conducted to see wether this advancement also infiltrates the most determinant base of human life: domain of faith. This paper argues that although it is unnoticed by many, the effects of technological disruption in the field of believe are massive and substantial. The way people interract in social media, as one of high-technology devices, erodes people-s bond to moral and spiritual consciences. For example, the use of social media enabling netizen to act as in anonym account. This anonymity are increasing the dissemination of fake news and superficial religious interpretation. The algorithm of some spesific media platform that promotes appealing but corny popularity also works to decrease people commitment to classical ethic norms. This is a literature study using previous research related to media studies. It aims to analyse how the development in social media in the cyberworld affect the field of religious faith and moral conscience.

ABSTRACT THE SECRECT TO ENHANCE INNOVATIVENESS IN DIGITAL INDUSTRY The Effects of Leadership Styles on Organizational Performance are still arguable due to the inconsistencies. Many researchers analyzed the direct and indirect relationships with antecedents- variables of organizational performance, but organizations sometimes fail to achieve organizational innovativeness and enhance organizational performance due to their limited understanding of the relationships between these antecedents- variables. Current study constructed empowering knowledge sharing interaction capability to fill this research gap between leadership styles and organizational performance, and empowering knowledge sharing interaction capability as mediating. Through analyzing theoretically and empirically how the leader-s perceptions of different intermediate variables related to empowering knowledge sharing interaction capacity and organizational innovativeness influence the relation between transformational leadership and organizational performance. This research will deploy 300 digital firms- Manager in Indonesia as samples. Data gathering through online questionnaire of Likert-s Scales, data will be analyzing with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS‐SEM) and statistical software Amos version 18. The objective of this research is to answer research question: should firms consider the empowering knowledge sharing interaction capability to enhance Innovativeness in Digital Industry?

Abstract
One of the classic reasons for being a scapegoat from womens political backwardness is a matter of patriarchal culture, that is, women are considered more suitable to take care of domestic (private) areas while men in the public sphere. This reason certainly tends to be cliched, because if we are honest, the low number of representation of women in the political space cannot be separated from the influence of the political party (political party) platform itself. The partisanship of political parties towards gender equality is still half-hearted. As an important pillar of democracy, it is time for political parties to take on the role of making the agenda of womens representation successful. This study aims to find out the political party platform? What is the model of political education carried out in political parties? Is it based on gender sensitivity? The location of this study is in Malang, this region has a phenomenon of dynamics of local politics that is interesting to study. The approach in this study is an interpretive approach with a qualitative descriptive type. The results of this study indicate that from the platforms of four political parties (PDIP, Golkar, Gerindra and PKS), the missions, objectives and gender sensitive program have not been explicitly stated yet. Only one political party, PKS stated that in its platform between men and women bound in a proportional relation of complementarity in order to realize the "mandate" of human creation. In the four political parties there has been no specific implementation of gender sensitivity-based political education, there are only a few programs related to the field of women. From the conditions of political education that mentioned above, a model of gender sensitivity-based political education can be developed

Abstract
Bacha posh is a girl who looks and behaves like a boy, or a girl who is raised as a boy. The bacha posh identity entails adopting male clothing, male hairstyle and a boy name. Becoming a bacha posh also requires a girl to embrace masculine mannerisms, such that she could resemble a boy. This paper analyzes bacha posh performativity as demonstrated by the characters Parvana and Shauzia in the novel Parvana written by Deborah Ellis. In doing so, the paper employs the theory of gender performativity formulated by Judith Butler (Gender Trouble: 1990). The results of the analysis shed light on the following points. First, the bacha posh performativity as demonstrated by Parvana is shown through several processes of transformation; these include (1) changes in appearance (wearing male clothing and having male hairstyle), (2) the use of a boy name (Kaseem instead of her girl name, Parvana), (3) a change in her behavior (how she confronts and positions herself against her male counterparts). The use of male attributes suggests the ongoing formation of bacha posh identity in Parvana. Secondly, the bacha posh performativity in Shauzia is conveyed through the use of a boy name (Shafiq) and the adoption of male appearance and mannerisms. Unlike Parvana, the bacha posh identity in Shauzia has been well-established. Through these two bacha posh characters, it can be concluded that gender is a matter of ‘nurture- instead of ‘nature-; it is an act, instead of an absolute reality, that is performed repeatedly so that it becomes a stable identity.

Being critical is an important and urgent condition for students in a mission to enrich their knowledge. Indonesian Students have a chance to sharpen their critical thinking for example through the activity of critical reading class. Here, the students have chance to practice how to make analysis after they have completed their reading process. Giving comments related to the topic of the text discussed is a routine activity in critical reading class. Here, the students can explore their opinion freely based on their mindset as long as it is still in the topic area discussed. There will be possibly known styles on the students- opinions and style, characteristics of their thinking, and level of knowledge they have. Students with good bravery and high attention towards their surrounding life are basically good assets for teacher and school. Some students are usually too critical in responding to certain issues found in a text. Often, they also show their rather extreme opinion for a sharp and sensitive issue. This study, therefore, is in a mission to explore the contribution of literary critical reading class in building students motivation to have critical thinking. In fact, critical thinking may take the students to be rather extreme but this is natural since their existence give color for the progress of the development of education especially Indonesian Education.

Abstract
Waste of soybean husk seeds (SHS) is very potential organic waste to be used as organic fertilizer through vermicomposting techniques. To find out the potential, it is necessary to characterize the vermicompost metabolites produced, because by detecting metabolites it will be useful in studying the profile and its metabolic pathway. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS) is used to detect metabolites because it is a powerful tool in characterizing vermicompost. The purpose of this study is to detect vermicompost metabolites made from raw materials of SHS waste and combination with cow manure. Thus, further information obtained can be used as a recommendation in handling SHS waste specifically as organic fertilizer through vermicomposting techniques. The study of vermicomposting was conducted using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments and 5 repetition. The treatment details are: V1: SHS waste (100%), V2: cow manure (100%), V3: SHS waste: cow manure (50%: 50%), V4: SHS waste: cow manure (75 %: 25%) and V5: SHS waste: cow manure (25%: 75%). Data were analyzed using GC-MS and Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test. Based on the analysis using GC-MS in all treatments (V1-V5), there were detected metabolites classified as primary metabolites, consisting of: seven sugar compounds, 20 amino acid compounds, nine vitamins, three hormones and 43 organic acids. The treatment showed an increase in the chromatogram start of treatment V1-V5, and this result is directly proportional to HSD test where V5 treatment also showed the highest total curve. Abstract
Without question, having the first-rate label is a privilege. As its label, it can be the first priority, the first to be highlighted, including the first to be facilitated. So as in the field of small-medium industries, from the public sector perspective, the first-rate will be the ones to be first supported and developed by any means of the government programs. The common practice of the government to define the first-rate small-medium industries is by projecting the value-added of excess natural resources which can be converted into industrial products. It takes many efforts and times to guarantee that all those excess natural resources can be produced into value-added industrial products. This paper offers another perspective to define first-rate small-medium industries that are from existing industries instead of projection. The variables to determine first-rate small-medium industries are number of industries, number of manpower, unit price, total production value, monthly consumption, the ratio of demand vs local production, investment value and raw material cost. The comprehensive weight of those variables will be put into a Free Disposal Hull Analysis and the ones defined as the first-rate small-medium industries are the ones positioned on the top left of the Free Disposal Hull Analysis graph. For the empirical study, data are collected from the industry sector of West Nusa Tenggara Province for the year 2006-2016. As for the comparison, it is mentioned in the government regulations that handicraft group is the first-rate of small-medium industry in Mataram City, Lombok Barat, and Lombok Tengah; food & beverage group is the first-rate of small-medium industry in Lombok Timur, Lombok Utara, Sumbawa Barat, Sumbawa, Dompu, and Bima; while clothing & fabric group is the first-rate of small-medium industry in Bima City.

Abstract
In agricultural landscapes, natural habitat play may enhance species diversity or the abundance of natural enemies in arable lands, and thereby suppress pest populations effectively. However, there is a lack of studies in Tropical regions about these interactions. The aim of this study was to investigate the community structure of Hymenoptera parasites at two distances (< 200m and > 400 m) from edges of natural habitat to cucumber fields. This research was carried out in twelve cucumber fields in West Java, Indonesia. Hymenopteran parasites were collected by yellow pan trap and hand picking of parasitized lepidopteran larvae. In total, 19 family and 132 parasitoid species, comprising 19,167 individuals, were collected in our experiments. A number of 56 (43.1%) hymenopteran parasites species found only in cropping with a certain distance away from the natural habitat. Of these, as many as 39 species (69.6%) hymenopteran parasites found in cucumber fields within close natural habitats, while the crop is being of natural habitats found 17 species (13.1%). Moreover, the functional diversity of hymenopteran parasites tends to increase on cropland closed to natural habitat. We conclude that distance of agricultural land to natural habitat affect hymenopteran parasites.

Abstract
The fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) marked by artificial intelligence and cyber-physical systems has transformed the landscape of education including literacy learning. Some literacy educators claim that the success of students- today as millennial kids (Gen-Zs) and future employees has been linked to digital literacy. This literacy is defined as the skills associated with using digital technology to enable users to locate, organize, understand, evaluate and create information and using those skills to solve problems in technology-rich environments. This study attempts to investigate the extent to which multimodal pedagogy helps improve students- digital literacy skills in an English for Specific (ESP) setting in vocational higher education. A theoretical multimodal semiotic approach along with multiliteracies pedagogy is served as the overarching guideline in the overall instructional procedures grounded specifically from the principles of learner-centeredness, constructivist learning, and social interaction. A qualitative case study approach was adopted to provide an in-depth explication and analysis of students- literacy development. Data collection included classroom observations, field notes, and students- digital artefacts. In the course of the study, the students engaged in the creation of two digital projects of different genres: digital information report and digital persuasive talk. The key findings of this study suggest that multimodal pedagogy is an effective instructional method for digital literacy learning in an ESP classroom context in vocational higher education. The study produced a number of recommendations for ESP teachers and literacy educators in relation to implementing multimodal pedagogy into the curriculum.

Abstract
Technological developments not only changed the social order, but also penetrated the Sufistic region. Sufis, known as esoteric movements, cannot be separated from media devices, because the Sufi movement began to reveal its identity on social media without removing esoteric essence. The purpose of this article is to know and construct the spiritual space or Sufi movement in Indonesia which is mobilized through social media, as well as the involvement of the Sufi movement in providing social solutions. This paper is produced from a netnographic study of Sufi mysticism in social mesia. Leonard Swidler and Paul Mojzess theories about creed, code of behavior, cult and community-structure and Ahmad SyafiI Mufid about revitalizing urban sufism were used as analysis. The conclusions that can be taken are that there are certain contemporary Indonesian Sufism patterns on social media that provide opportunities for contemporary Sufism movements to give the concept of spirituality on social media

Abstract
In April 2019, Indonesia started a new model of election, that is simultaneous election. The silmutaneous election is expected to resolve the problem of ineffeciency of separate previous election. However, the implementation of the simultaneous election seems not easy. The research aims to evaluate the working of the simultaneous election 2019 and recommend future agenda of the simultaneous election in Indonesia, whether it is still needed or not. This is a normative legal research which uses constitutional, statute and case approach. The result of research shows that there are some problems of the simultaneous election. First, structuring the national elections simultaneously seems not easy. Second, there is no a stable political party-s coalition design which may produce a more qualified election. Third, in practice, due to lack of maturity, the simultaneous election has produced more social and political conflicts in the society. For the future agenda, the research recommends that first, there is a need to have a better management of election in the future. The weakness and the strenghts of the simultaneous election needs a further assessment. Second, It also need a better model of political partys design of coalition to produce a better qualtiy of elections. Third, there should be a massive political education to promote a better political climate of democracy in the future.

Abstract
This research aims to find out the readiness of Muhammadiyah elementary schools in implementing an inclusive education in the schools. The inclusive education in the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 70 of 2009 - Article 1 is explained as a system of education that provides opportunities for all students who have abnormalities and the potential of intelligence and / or special talents to participate in education or learning in a single educational environment together with other students. Therefore, inclusive schools must adjust the curriculum and learning process according to the needs of all the students. School readiness is the essential pathway in organising inclusive education. This study uses a case study methodology with a purposive sampling technique to research the school readiness. The data collecting uses in-depth interview and observation and will be analysed by thematic analysis method. This research provides worthy indicators of school readiness in executing inclusive education.

Abstract
Mosaic disease on patchouli has developed very rapidly, in a period of 3 years it has spread to patchouli cultivation centers in Sumatra, Java, and Sulawesi. Therefore, prevention of the spread and control of this disease is a major concern. Volatile oil and plant extracts contain active substances that can inhibit viral infections in plant tissues. The highest percentage of mosaic virus inhibition originating from patchouli plant in Chenopodium amaranticolor test by nanoemulsion formula citronella dose 1% (74.87%) and clove dose 0.5% (43.55%). Citronella nano pesticide fragrant dose of 1% with the application time every month effectively suppresses the development of mosaic disease in patchouli plants of Sidikalang variety in Bandung-West Java and Banten. This study aims to look at the effectiveness of the clove nano biopesticide formula against patchouli mosaic virus and its economic feasibility study. The study was conducted at the Manoko Experimental Garden, Bandung, West Java from March to November 2018. This study was compiled with Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments of 10 replications and each replication of 100 plants. The results obtained showed that the efficacy of citronella, clove, and commercial citronella (Asimbo) nano biopesticide formulas on the intensity of mosaic disease compared to without treatment were 14.68%, 9.06%, and 5.83%, respectively. While the intensity of attack of patchouli leaf rollers were 38.03%, 35.21%, and 0% respectively. The efficacy of chemical insecticides on aphids attack was 32.39%, not different from the administration of the biopesticide nano formula citronella and clove. The yield loss of patchoulina 2 varieties compare with control without treatment ranged from 5.14 to 14.96%. Levels of patchouli alcohol> 30% (meet SNI standard of quality) but oil yield <1. Nano Biopesticides cloves have the potential as biopesticides to control plant viruses.

Abstract
The turn of the 21 century also marks the turn in Second Language Acquisition in which socio-cultural approach has enriched this trans-disciplinary field of study which had been dominated by cognitive approach. This new approach has opened not only a new direction in terms of theoretical framework but also more diverse methodological elements of research. A novel breakthrough of research design in SLA is Self-study (Bullough and Pinnegar, 2001) in which a learner interrogates his/her process of acquiring a second language. This study invited 11 (eleven) graduate students of English teaching program to reflect their journey of learning English. Each of them was required to write an auto-ethnography (Canagarajah, 2005) by connecting their lived experiences with SLA theories. The analysis of the participants- autoethnographies reveal the diversity of cultural background of the participants who come from monocultural to pluricultural backgrounds has shaped the way they encounter English as a foreign language. While many participants support the role of motivation (Gardner, 2010) in learning a second language, some of them also start to embrace the construct of identity (Norton, 2010) as a significant factor. The critical moments that the participants experienced that mark their awareness to reach their goal to be a competent speaker of English are explored to reveal the complexity of how a second language is acquired. The diverse settings from Islamic boarding school (pesantren) to living abroad contrast how , sociocultural sociocultural approach in SLA has opened a new horizon of both theoretical and practical consequences.

Abstract
Cassava has been a premier commodity as the raw material for local-s food production. Gunungkidul regency well known as the central production of cassava, thus, become the main reference for the consumers i.e. persons, group, and firms. However, Cassava-s availability has remained a problem as its productivity cannot fulfill the demand of the market. Planting and harvest time are the premier problem as it is remain unclear, especially for local variety at Gunungkidul regency. This research aim to determine the proper time to plant and harvest for Gambyong varietycassava. Factorial experiment method is used in this research, which is arranged by Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). This research tested some a set of treatments on the planting times (September, October, November, and December), and the harvest age (four, five, six, seven, eight, and nine month). Each treatment is repeated three times, so that there are 72 treatment units that tested. The research result showed that the cassava planted on the September has growth, development, and tuber yield tend to increased started from 4 - 9 month of harvest age. Whereas, the cassava that planted on October up to December showed growth, development, and tuber yield tend to decreased on all harvest age.
