Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine alkali metal content by means of flame using smartphone application with experiment. Method stages are performed by making a standard solution and test solution first. Standard solution for determining density line equations to vector norm value. While the test solution is to determine the known concentration of NaCl from the line equations. The standard solutions of each RGB value is tested to get an equation with the value gradient must be close to or equal to 1. The analysis shows that the use values of RGB obtained from a captured image of the video is the color intensity resulting from the flame sodium metal. Level of the standard solution 1 shows result that is quite accurate with test solution levels of 0.0313 g/mL. Likewise with standard solution 2, the result is 0.0063 g/mL and standard solution 3 is 0.00032 g/mL. The value of gradient of the standard solutions must have a value close to or equal to 1. This is because the value of gradient affects the concentration results obtained. If gradient has a value that is very close to 1, an accurate result will be obtained.

Abstract
The Availability of water for irrigation is very important in the sustainability of crops. One of the main water sources to maintain and even increase yields is the river. Mount Galunggung has many sources of water. Cibanjaran River is one of the rivers that originates on Galunggung mountain used to irrigate an area of 595 ha of rice fields. At present, the river has undergone silting due to sand mining activities next to the weir. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the available discharges in the river in meeting the needs of the rice fields that are due to river sedimentation. Available data processing methods are used to analyze the availability and needs of water. Planting plan in November, water requirements in the rice fields are 1.5 lt /sec/ ha. The available discharge is not able to meet the needs of 595 ha of rice fields. River sedimentation due to sand mining upstream affect the availability of water because a lot of water overflows above the spillway so that it cannot be utilized. The use of a group system and scheduling water supply provides the right solution in the distribution of water.

Abstract
Researchers often use interpretative data analysis to test questionnaires by confirming the results of statistical analysis, but the researchers did not elaborate comprehensively how confirmation was made. Most use statistical analysis techniques only to test and assess questionnaires. In addition, interpretive confirmation is common for experienced researchers when conducting research, in contrast to novice researchers who have problems confirming the interpretive results of the questionnaire. This study explains how to combine statistical and interpretative analysis with testing the IT implementation questionnaire on HEI. The aim is to assess the questionnaire using statistics and interpret the results of statistical analysis. This finding can help researchers to test questionnaires; confirmation results can be a consideration and knowledge to revise the questionnaire.

Abstract
Evaluation activities are essential to be conducted to measure the effectiveness level of the ICT-based learning process in colleges, including also specifically for health colleges. Evaluation models that are often used to measure ICT-based learning effectiveness in health colleges are formative-summative models. However, reality shows that the evaluation model is not effective. The problems solving to overcome that problem is to develop a new evaluation model in the form of CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product) model based on SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) so that it can show the assessment accuracy level to ICT-based learning quality aspects. This study purpose was to know the initial design of the CIPP model based on SAW. This research uses the Borg & Gall development method, which focuses on the model design phase. Subjects involved in designing this evaluation model were three peoples with academic classifications in the fields of information technology, educational evaluation, and health. The research results showed that there was a clear evaluation model design using CIPP evaluation components and SAW methods in conducting learning evaluation.

Abstract
This research is entitled "Implementation of a Special Criminal Guidance Program for Corruption Crimes at the Sukamiskin Bandung Class I Correctional Institution". The low level of governance ethics in public officials can be proven through the tabulation data of the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) which shows an increase in corruption cases in Indonesia and the rehabilitation policy for perpetrators of corruption is the background of this research. The policy guideline in implementing this program is Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Correctional Services. The author uses the theory of implementation of the Charles O Jones program, namely there are three activities as a pillars in the implementation of the program consisting of Organization, Interpretation, Application. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques used are field studies and literature studies. While to test the validity of the data the author uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study based on interviews and direct observations in the field, showed that the implementation of this coaching had not been optimally related to the pillars of the program proposed by Charles O Jones. In the pillars of the Organization, lack of human resources in both quantity and quality. In the Interpretation pillar, lack of understanding of program implementers is due to lack of socialization and quality of education. Besides the pillar of application, infrastructure in supporting the success of the program is very limited. Better preparedness and effort are needed from program implementers, so the program can run more optimally.

Abstract
Since the 1960s, Indonesia and Malaysia often argued about the Ambalat Block. The peak of the feud took place in 2002 when the International Court of Justice won Malaysia in the ownership dispute of Sipadan and Ligitan Islands in the Ambalat Block. Border disputes between two neighboring countries are actually a natural thing, especially the disputed area of the sea which is not a human habitat, whose physical boundaries are visually difficult to recognize. It becomes unnatural that the dispute then involves the mobilization of soldiers, warships, fighter jets on both sides, and often inflicts endless public anger, whereas Indonesia and Malaysia are both member countries of ASEAN. The article is set in order to reveal: why has the dispute not been completed for more than half a century? What have been done by both parties so that the Ambalat Block problem is still far from a peace agreement? What sort of obstacles are faced by both parties so that the negotiation process takes so long?

Abstract
Consolidation settlement in clay soils can be predicted by analyzing the consolidation parameters. Consolidation parameters were obtained from the results of a laboratory consolidation test using an Oedometer and Rowe cell. The Rowe cell can measure pore water pressure, soil saturation, and back pressure as a simulation of field condition while the Oedometer cannot. However, there are significant differences between the results of the analysis with the consolidation settlement occurred in the field caused by drainage conditions, the micro characteristics of the soil structure, and the thickness of the soil layer. Therefore, it is necessary to validate the results of settlement in oedometer and Rowe cell consolidation analysis with the value of settlement of experimental results. The method used is a laboratory consolidation test using an Oedometer and Rowe cell as well as a laboratory-scale experimental consolidation test. The results obtain 79% of differences between experimental and Oedometer, while Rowe cell had a difference of 37% from experimental. Based on this, analysis using Rowe cell consolidation parameters can predict a settlement in consolidation in the field more accurately than Oedometer, because it has a smaller difference in value.

The basic strength parameter that is important for use in designing pavement is the modulus of subgrade reaction (k). Increase in value of modulus subgrade reactions can be obtained by soil improvement using PVD (Prefabricated Vertical Drain). The method used to obtain the modulus of subgrade reaction value is a plate load test using plates with a diameter of 304.8 mm in soil conditions without PVD and with PVD with a distance of 100 mm and 150 mm. The results obtained from the plate load test are pressure and settlement data. The plate load test results are then graphed between pressure and settlement. The modulus of the subgrade reaction is based on a pressure of 69 kN/m2 which determines a certain settlement. The most significant increase in modulus of subgrade reaction from soil conditions without PVD was found in the condition of soil with 100 mm PVD, which is 80.73%. Whereas the condition of soil with 150 mm PVD has an increase of 56.24%. Based on this, soil with PVD with a closer distance gives a more significant increase in subgrade modulus of reaction.

Abstract
Electrolysis material is one of the materials presented in a practical manner. Learning that must be carried out with practicum being an obstacle for teachers to prepare the tools and materials while for schools that are still developing are constrained by the high cost of tools and materials needed. Based on these problems, an alternative learning media is needed which aims to assist and help teachers or students for studying electrolysis material. This research used method of research and development with the stages of analysis, design and development to produce Micro scale electrolysis KIT by using coin type lithium batteries. The results showed that the stages of the manufacture of micro-scale electrolysis KIT includes the step of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation has been well done. The results of the feasibility test of micro-scale electrolysis KIT were declared valid with an average value of r count of 0.91. This shows that the micro-scale electrolysis KIT media that is made has a quite enough interesting, economical and practical appearance. Media presented with guided inquiry stages can help students learn electrolysis material.

Abstract
Scaffolding is a technique that can be used to make learning more meaningful. It is designed to help students realize their goals and provide support for students in need in the learning process. It is important to understand that students have their own development tempo, or better known as Zone Proximal Development (ZPD). Therefore, the teacher can conduct the learning process in accordance with the ZPD of each student. This individual difference will affect the students learning process and outcome. This study, which was conducted using descriptive qualitative design, was aimed at describing the application of scaffolding in each stage of Situation-Based Learning (SBL) in the topic of Force. Respondents in this study include fifth-grade primary school students aged 10 to 12 years old. The study found that optimal scaffolding could maximize students learning processes in understanding the concept of Force. This maximum learning process could later affect the quality of the students learning outcomes.

Abstract
Language is an element of culture in every nation. The contributions to maintaining this element are to be a good and consistent speaker in daily conversations. Along with the history of the Sundanese tradition, language has an important role to show the existence of Sundanese culture, especially in Banten and West Java. Today, the use of Sundanese language become less frequent due to a competition of regional languages with national languages even with foreign languages. This issue becomes popular in the last decade due to the death of a language issue. The existence of Sundanese language will reflect the strength of the mother tongue uses that becomes characteristic of a region culture, especially for Sundanese language. The objectives of this study are: (1) to classify the Sundanese and not Sundanese language that usually used in social media; (2) to analyze the sentiment of the vocabulary that used in Sundanese language. Classification process takes several types of words from Sundanese vocabulary which divided into three levels: Loma (Ribaldry level), Hormat ka sorangan (Standard level), and Hormat ka batur (Polite level). This process will evaluate the existence of Sundanese language used by users in social media. In this research, the data was taken randomly from Twitter users based on their area, especially in Banten and West Java Provinces.
