Abstract
In recent years, there has been a growing interest in learning through games. However, learning through games has never been measured; thus, failed to attract many investors in this field. As such, the goal of this paper is to identify the concept of progress curves in edutainment games using the proposed Curiosity Model or momentum-in-mind. The importance of curiosity during the progress of the game is discussed. Further, it explores the possible interpreting the physics in the real world to physics that goes in the mind during the game-play. The approach was then applied to SameGame (entertainment game) and Memrise (edutainment game) to identify the differences between the two categories of single player game. The results indicate that the curve of momentum is built up differently in edutainment games and entertainment games. Therefore, the approach used in this paper can help developers and educators increase the effectiveness of edutainment games.

Abstract
In 2015, the Government through a special allocation fund has finished constructing an off-grid 15 KWp off-grid solar power plant in Paya Tampah Village, Aceh Tamiang district. Currently, it has been utilized by at least 50 heads of local transmigration families. With the lighting of renewable energy is expected to provide more value to improve peoples living standards and support educational activities in order to continue to run. The construction of this centralized solar power plant is based on the ministerial regulation of energy and mineral resources of the republic of Indonesia, year 2015 no.10, on technical guidance on the use of special allocation funds for rural energy in 2015. The long term reliability of concentrated solar power plants is highly dependent on on-site measurements because of the uncertainty in some of the ever-changing data such as irradiation value, drought rate, which can cause significant power losses and then affect the estimated cost of PV (kWh). With the aim of upgrading capabilities in off-grid solar power plant planning especially in the province of Aceh, this paper will outline in detail the comparison of the results of calculating the performance of off-grid 15 KWp off-grid solar power with system performance measurement results after 2 years of operation. Performance calculations were performed with PVsyst software and software HOME. From the measurement results obtained the total power generated by off-grid solar power plant is 12 kWp and used by 45 households. The cost incurred during installation is USD 300 thousand. From the simulation results with the same technical specifications obtained cheaper cost with the output power of 15 kWp. The results of this study are expected to be used by local governments to be a benchmark on the future planned off-grid solar power plant planning.

Abstract
Indonesias energy consumption pattern for housing sector for heating or cooling reached 43%, water heater 27%, lighting 3.4%, appliances 26.6%. As for the use of electrical energy, reaching 50% of the total energy needs is absorbed in the building sector. Therefore, the residential sector has a very dominant role in electricity consumption, whether for lighting purposes, the use of household appliances as well as for conditioning the room. Indonesia, as a developing country, will undoubtedly move to improve the lives of its population. It will affect and induced a shift in energy pattern used by the community, whereby most of it will be used to increase the comfort of the space, whether by improving the air conditioning system, the lighting system, or water heater. On the other side, the current energy consumption pattern for the commercial building sector reaches 50-60% for air conditioning systems, 30% for lighting and the rest to drive other machines. The combination of building materials and Phase Change Materials (PCM) is an efficient way to increase the thermal energy storage capacity of building components. The technique of combining with encapsulation-PCM composite form is the most straightforward method, practical and economical method, and has attracted the interest of many researchers in the last decade. This paper will discuss the results of developing numerical modeling for simulation of thermal energy storage on composites equipped with macro-encapsulation PCM. The simulation is conducted using the EnergyPlus software. Furthermore, the validation of modeling result will later be conducted through comparison of simulation result with field test result. In this study used beeswax as a phase change material. Beeswax has a moderate melting temperature, which is placed within the indoor thermal comfort range and the bentonite clay will be used as a binder. From the results of numerical analysis of the use of PCM on the walls of the building can be concluded that PCM is able to store heat energy from solar radiation, thus reducing energy consumption for cooling the room. Increasing the thermal conductivity of PCM will increase the value of the overall heat transfer coefficient of the wall resulting in increased energy consumption for room cooling

Abstract
The Solar cell performances as a power plant does not only convert energy, so that electricity is generated, but in the study of power systems it becomes a major element that has an important role in the study of power systems. As a power system element, the Solar cell acts as an element of electricity generation in this study modeled as a PV system and connected to the network, so it must meet the requirements of the electric power network operation. Through MATLAB / SIMULINK modeling and simulation, a 100 kW peak Solar Cell power plant has been modeled connected to the network. From the simulation and analysis obtained, this Solar Cell model shows that the connected load affects the voltage condition but does not affect the frequency. The load power factor also affects the network, namely with a lower load power factor, it affects the voltage on the grid.

This study was an experimental observation conducted on primary health care centers by taking the prescriptions of semi-solid dosage forms used as samples. Hydrocortison and Gentamycin by microbial testing used selective media for 5 pathogenic microbes, namely Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by comparing the results of the study with the requirements contained in United States Pharmacopeia (USP). Based on USP requirements, there were three semi-solid non-sterile dosage forms of extemporaneous compounding from primary health care centers A, B and D that have not meet the requirements because from the microbial test results it was found bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa and/or Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract
In the supervised machine learning framework sufficient labeled data are needed to achieve satisfying performance. In many domains, however, the labeled data are often expensive to obtain and requires laborious human effort. In this paper, we propose a query technique by introduce the expected log-likelihood as a criterion to minimize the training data in active machine learning framework. In this scenario, the expected log-likelihood is calculated for all unlabeled data points then an instant with highest value is chosen to be labeled. Some experiments were conducted to test the effectiveness of the method using the Gaussian mixture model classifiers with different number of kernels for each class. The method was applied on a training and test data set generated from the two normal distributions with the same proportion for each class. The result of the experiments using the proposed method show a significant reducing of the labeled data compared with the passive learning method. On the data set, the passive learning reached an error rate of 4.50% after 81 queries, meanwhile the same error was reached after 36 queries by the active learning technique or 1,25 times faster than passive learning.

Abstract
Information technology is one of the campus facilities. The information system department periodically evaluates its utilization by measuring user satisfaction. This study uses the Kano model to describe student satisfaction related to the utilization and improvement of academic information, as well as its services and information technology platforms. Representation of Kano quality categories generated by this study shows that the availability of conventional academic information and services affects the increase in student satisfaction. The existence of a platform that provides self-service practices without space and time constraints can further enhance student satisfaction.

Abstract
Food processing needs to pay attention to health principles so that the food produced is not only nutritious but also healthy and safe to eat. Healthy food should not harm the body. For that the application of sanitation and hygiene is an absolute thing in the implementation of food by a food handler. One form of the application of the principle of hygiene sanitation is personal hygiene behavior. The importance of this is related as an effort to prevent contamination of food. The researcher wanted to know the personal hygiene behavior of Vocational School students during cooking practices. The study used a cross sectional design with desktiptif analysis. Data collection is done by observation. Respondents were 161 students of the School of Culinary Vocational School in Bandung Raya, namely SMKN 9 Bandung, SMK 3 Cimahi, Baleendah 2 Vocational High School and SMK IT Nurul Imam. The results of the study revealed that there are 13 indicators of personal hygiene behavior practices that must be applied by students when cooking. The practice that should receive more attention is to get used to always washing hands properly before and after touching food. In addition, an attempt to refrain from talking too much when processing food. The use of double bress, headgear and apron has been carried out mostly well. While the habit of using nect tie needs to be increased so that it becomes an important concern for students.
