Abstract
The quality or quality of seeds is the beginning of the success of planting shallots from seeds (TSS). The study aimed to determine the growth of shallot seed from the seeds of the direct seed sowing system (Tabela) in sand soil. The study uses of on farm research approach with farmers as cooperators. The research was conducted in two different locations of beach sand, namely the Manunggal Farmer Group, Srigading, Sanden, Bantul and Sidodadi Farmer Group of Trisik, Banaran, Galur, Kulon Progo in April - July 2018. The study was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with the treatment of three shallot varieties namely Bima, Trisula and Lokananta. The study was repeated 4 times, on a land of 0.5 ha per variety. The results of the study showed that growth power, root length, seedling population were not significantly different, whereas plant height, leaf number and adaptability were significantly different for each variety. Seed weight produced for plant material was significantly different between varieties. The use of TSS was more efficient by 47-57% compared to the origin of the tuber as seeds. The cost of TSS seed was relatively small (29%), so it as feasible to develop it as a substitute for the source of seeds from tubers at a cost of 50% of the total cost of shallots farming. The implementation was shallots farming using TSS in sandy land was more beneficial than seeds from tubers.

Abstract
Synchytrium pogostemonis is one of the most important fungal pathogens. This fungus causes budok disease on patchouli plant. Research to control the disease was conducted at Indonesian Spices and Medicinal Crop Research Institute (ISMCRI) Bogor. Research purpose was to evaluate effectiveness of citronella, clove, and neem essential oil formulas on budok disease incidence. Single formula of citronella, clove, and neem were tested, as well as, their combination formulas of those three essential oils. Two synthetic fungicides (benomyl and bourdeaux mixture) were also tested as comparisons, as well as, water as a control treatment. One-month-old patchouli plants were sprayed with single and combination formulas of those three essential oils (5 ml/l), benomyl (3 g/l), bourdeaux mixture (1 g/l) and water as much as (100-200 ml/plant) every two weeks for 5 times respectively. Experiment was conducted in a Randomized Completelly Block Designed (10 treatments, 3 replicates, and 16 plants/replicate). This experiment indicated that application of combination formula of (neem+citronella) was the most effective (56.51%) against budok disease. Its effectiveness was higher and comparable to benomyl (47.82%) and bourdeaux mixture (52.18%). This combination formula of (citronella+neem) could be recommended for the control of budok disease of patchouli. The use of essential oils combination formulas, hopefully could control budok disease, inhibit the resistancy of target pathogens, reduce the concentration of the more toxic essential oil once, reduce phytotoxicity, as well as, to reduce the use of synthetic pesticides.

Abstract
Wilt disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum is one of the major diseases that cause yield loss on shallot plants. An environmentally save control method can be carried out by using biological agents. The antagonistic microorganism that has the potency to control wilt disease is Trichoderma harzianum. A carrier will be needed in a formulation of this antagonistic fungus. The formulation can also be enriched with plant micronutrient. Carbon was proven useful as a carrier of some antagonistic bacteria. Addition of silica nano particles (silica NPs.) in the formulation did not reduce the vialbility of the same antagonistic bacteria. An experiment was carried out to determine the ability of T. harzianum in the formulation with carbon fiber and silica NPs. to suppress the in-vitro growth of F. oxysporum. The experiment was arranged in the completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments were challenging F. oxysporum by T. harzianum in different formulation on potato dextrose agar. The formulation consisted of T. harzianum + 0.5% silica NPs., T. harzianum + 1% silica NPs., T. harzianum + 0.5% silica NPs. + 5% carbon fiber, T. harzianum + 1% silica NPs. + 5% carbon fiber, and T. harzianum only. The results showed that each treatment with T. harzianum in the formulation of carbon fiber + various concentrations of silica NPs. was able to suppress the in vitro growth of F. oxysporum.

Abstract
Conditions of shipping lanes in the Malacca - Singapore Strait is very crowded, making deep sea pilot services in this region very important, especially in ensuring the safety of shipping for sailing ships. Indonesia, which has the most dominant territory (60%) in the Straits of Malacca, should be able to seize opportunities for the development of economic activities such as providing ship guidance services, ship to ship transfer activities, ship provision equipment supply, ship crewing activities, ship repairs and others . This study aims to develop recommendations to optimize deep sea pilot services in the Malacca - Singapore Strait. The analytical method used is costumer satisfaction index (CSI) and importance performance analysis (IPA) to evaluate the implementation of guide services in terms of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, implementation of ship guidance services, non-tax state revenues and business marketing systems. The implementation of the deep sea pilot in the Malacca - Singapore Strait currently carried out by Pelindo I is considered to be not optimal. This condition can be seen from the lack of guided ships, only around 14-16 ships are recorded in a year, very far with the potential of guided ships in 2016 reaching 7,535 calls

Abstract
Tasikmalaya municipal has an area of 183.85 Km2 which is divided into 10 Subdistricts and 69 Villages with a population of around 662,723 people. Tasikmalaya also experienced the same problems in waste management, there is still a lot of waste that has not been managed and many wild polling stations. The average waste in Tasikmalaya is 0.44 kg /day. Waste of Tasikmalaya on 2018 was 291,598.12 kg/day. Garbage services in Tasikmalaya only reaching 56.76% or 165,499.81 kg / day of garbage transported. Some area have not yet received garbage services from the government, that is Purbaratu sub-district and Tamansari sub-district. These two sub-districts are more like rural conditions and have large vacant land. The population of Purbaratu Subdistrict is 39,956 people with total garbage of 17,580.52 kg/day, and the population of Tamansari Sub-District is 65,669 people with the amount of garbage 28,894.18 kg/day. To achieve good waste management in the two sub-districts, community-based waste management needs to be planned where all management is managed by the community. With community-based waste management, it is expected that waste management in both sub-districts can be overcome and reduce the burden on the city government in solid waste services. To support community-based solid waste management, it is necessary to plan waste management infrastructure, which is the provision of Temporary Waste Storage (TPSS) and composting units.

Abstract
Climate change is one of the global issues of concern and included in the purpose of the SDGs (action on climate change). Sutan Ngemplak Village, Mojosongo Village is located in the northernmost part of Surakarta municipal. The topography is hilly and is the highest plateau in Surakarta municipal. In the east, Bengawan Solo flows and in the north flows Pepe River which is part of the Solo River Basin. The Mojosongo area is a rural village in Surakarta municipal, where population density is still low. Some of the sutan ngemplak areas are relocations from the pucangsawit sub-district (river bengawan solo). The village of Sutan ngemplak still has local wisdom even though it is located on the edge of urban areas. The majority of residents livelihoods are from gardening. The source of water in this village comes from arterial wells, because water sources are difficult to get in arid highlands, thus potentially drought dry season. The risk of changes in rain patterns is one of the effects of climate change can be a threat to agricultural / plantation activities which are the livelihoods of the population. From the aspect of climate change mitigation, waste generation that was not initially managed properly is one of the sources greenhouse emissions . The village of Ngemplak Sutan is one of the Kampung Iklim, and is a village of organic vegetables. Abstract
Along with the development of technology that enters all walks of life including agriculture provides an opportunity for farmers to be able to trade agriculture directly because of the problems that occur in the distribution of agricultural products for quite a long time so that they are directly in hand. Consumers sometimes make farmers quite disadvantaged because they get income that is not comparable if sold directly to consumers (end users). But the limited space and lack of information make it a problem for farmers to sell it directly. E-commerce is one solution to this problem. E-Commerce is a forum that brings together sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions directly using online electronic devices. The software development methodology used is the XP (Extreme Programming) method. The results of this study are in the form of e-commerce applications that can be used as a medium for promotion, communication, information and provide direct benefits to farmers and consumers. The application testing technique using the Black-Box Testing method is Equivalence Partitioning. The results of the study used a user questionnaire that the application had a percentage value of 88.84% included in the excellent category.

Abstract
A hospital is a labor-intensive organization that requires many personnel and professions from various disciplines. Employees are one of the determinants of the success of a company. One way that agencies use to obtain qualified employees is by making a selection at the time of employee recruitment. The problem that is often encountered is that part-time employee selection is done manually so that it is less efficient and accurate in the selection process. Decision support systems with the TOPSIS method are considered suitable to assist the personnel section of the public hospital in selecting prospective part-time employees. TOPSIS is a multicriteria decision-making method based on a concept where the chosen alternative has the closest distance from a positive ideal solution and also has the farthest distance from a negative ideal solution. The completion criteria applied to the selection of employees include the results of written tests, psychological tests, health tests, and interviews. The results of the tests show that the TOPSIS method can be used well in selecting and sorting from the largest to the smallest value with an accuracy rate of 85% in the amount of 20 data.

Abstract
Making lecture schedules is a complicated matter because it involves many parties and resources. There are several aspects that must be considered in making the lecture schedule, such as: at one time a lecturer may only teach in 1 class, students may not be scheduled to study in 2 different subjects at the same time, the availability of teaching time for non-permanent lecturers, limitations room, and the weight of teaching time based on the credit. In order to arrange the schedule optimally, a method is needed that can produce the best optimization value. In this paper, we will discuss the comparison of Genetic Algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization to design lecture schedules. The results showed that in the 25th iteration the Genetic algorithm succeeded in compiling a lecture schedule with the best fitness value of 0.021 and 9.36 second execution time compared to the PSO algorithm which produced a fitness value of 0.099 and execution time of 61.95 seconds in the same iteration.

Abstract
The environmental crisis that hit the global world has threatened the future of the human being and all living in the world. The root of the environmental crisis today that is due because of the "human factors". Human mindset embodied in various forms of exploitation of the natural act of damaging our environment tragically. Understand anthropocentric is so permeated human thought patterns stimulate human passion to continue to exploit nature without human arbitrarily. Natural objectified and regarded as a place to suck it for the benefit of human. And nature environment needs to be protected by human as moral person. One way to protect nature is not a great design technology, but change the mind set of people from anthropocentric paradigm to eco-centrism awareness in order to protect the environment entity. Using reflection methods especially deconstruction of Derrida, continuously critical of anthropocentric is a must as one way to protect the environment in theoretical thinking frame. Through this frame of thinking, it can constructed the concept of ecological awareness for protecting environment and the good condition to the earth and all reality of life.

Abstract
The 4.0 industrial revolution, on the one hand, will open opportunities for the domestic product market to compete internationally and vice versa. Business competition is so tight, the existence of free markets and advances in information technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, transportation, and communication are rapid, giving changes quick on the economy. The way to adapt to the outlook and the ability to project change in the environment and be able to determine the right strategy for this change is a must for organizations that are committed to survival as in Cooperatives in Indonesia. Regarding this problem, there are several e-readiness models that have been developed to test readiness or ability to provide platforms, comparisons, and estimates including TRAM (Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model) and several variables namely business content and institutional contexts that influence the model. The TRAM model is a combination of the TRI 2.0 (Technology Readiness Index 2.0) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) models. Each model developed has its own objectives intended to guide IT improvement efforts by providing benchmarks for the progress of comparison and evaluation, so it covers various aspects that can help organizations succeed in the readiness to implement IT.

Abstract
This study aims to see the extent to which the use of games can affect the level of intelligence in children. The concept of education for children is important. Aspects that must be considered are methods and learning media. As we all know playing games is very liked by children. The use of games in the world of education has been carried out mostly at the elementary level such as in elementary schools and kindergartens. So far there has been no research about the effect of using the game on childrens learning outcomes. The game material used is basic knowledge such as the introduction of colors, letters, numbers, and the introduction names of animals and also fruits. A sample of 40 respondents was selected purposively, were elementary and kindergarten students. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical method. The results obtained showed that both elementary and kindergarten students were very fond of the lessons presented in the form of games / games, but this did not have much effect on the results of the learning evaluation compared to the delivery of material directly. Better stimulants are needed by combining games and subject matter synergistically to improve childrens intelligence.

Abstract
Determining the needs of each item of a product that has many types is something that is difficult to do if done manually. If this happens it will be a problem in decision making by management. As experienced by Cileunyi Collection Store where as of October 2018 the number of goods reached 2,469 types / Stock Keeping Units. (SKU). Production staff find it difficult to analyze how much production needs of each item so that it influences the decision-making by management in determining capital decisions and storage space that must be allocated. In this study will explaine the proposed decision support system in the form software application to assist the process of clustering goods and provide recommendations for the procurement of goods based on predetermined criteria in the Cileunyi Collection Store. Two algorithmic approaches, Multiple Decision Making Criteria (MCDM) and Fuzzy C-Mean (FCM) are used. The MCDM algorithm is used to determine the order or priority in multi-criteria analysis and the FCM algorithm is used to cluster with the same membership. The results of study indicate that the MCDM algorithm and the FCM algorithm can provide recommendations for the procurement of goods with various specified criteria. Based on the calculation of the accuration of both algorithm, the MCDM algorithm reaches 90% and the FCM algorithm reaches 90%.

Abstract
The ability of students to determine their chosen field of expertise is still subjective, many students choose the field of expertise because their classmates choose the field of expertise not by considering their abilities and interests. This research uses the KNN classification method to determine areas of expertise that are in accordance with student expertise. The KNN method was chosen because it is a method that uses supervised algorithms where the results of new query instances are classified based on the majority of the categories in the KNN whose purpose is to classify test data based on training data. This system was tested using the confusion matrix method and the results were 98.30% of the total student data sample of 30 people.

Abstract
Games are attractive and engaging due to the complexity they pose to the player. Some games are complex enough which made them attractive to play. However, popular games would lose their attractiveness due to the large advantage of initiative. High-performance AI like AlphaZero suggests from their actual games played that advantage of the first player would become larger as the performance level increases. This implies that games with a large advantage of the initiative would lose their attractiveness due to the unfairness. This paper explores an innovative way to make a game stay attractive. A link between the advantage of initiative and performance level is investigated while using Scrabble AI. Using two measures: the advantage of initiative and game refinement, possible treatments are considered. The experimental results with Scrabble AI suggest that reduction of search space from 15x15 to 13x13 board size is a possible enhancement.

Abstract
This paper explores the entertainment environment that focuses on platform transformation based on the respond of the users demand. Improvement factor has been introduced to identify the key concept that was related to the perceived enjoyment. A player model was analyzed based on the perspective of user psychology. Scale-Rating questionnaires were distributed and collected which then analyzed based on the model to determine the improvement factors that largely effects different gaming platforms. The two-tailed t-test was also conducted to clarify the significant difference of each platform based on the improvement factors. The result found that the gaming platform can be transformed in the future based on specific improvement factor. While the findings may have limitations, it clarifies the effectiveness of improvement factors towards a better understanding of the entertainment space for both game platforms and contents which potentially drive future development and improvement of in-game community and industry.
