Abstract
Hybrid underwater glider is a class from autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) that the concept of a buoyancy-engine to drive the vehicle sinking or floating are integrated and propeller propulsion systems for variable motion. This kind of vehicle has multi-functionality that enables to maneuver with glider and AUV mode so that it is effective tool for oceanographic research. To represent the vehicle dynamic, the mathematical model base on newton-euler approach is designed as nonlinear equation that derive from forces and moment that acting from the vehicle design. For glider motion, buoyancy-engine and moving mass are coupled for working as input controller actuator, and there is controlling need to make the vehicle go to mission point in some depth for a mission. In this paper depth controller will be designed to make the vehicle stay on depth condition. PID controller are used for controller design, that the mathematical model are derived to linier model. Simulation on Simulink MATLAB are used to design the model and get vehicle dynamic respon. With vehicle characteristic for glider motion, desired waypoint obtained with PD control for moving mass in x-axes and P controller for buoyancy engine.

Abstract
A new class of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is hybrid underwater glider (HUG) that integrates buoyancy engine and propeller as main actuator. This kind of vehicle has multi-mode to act, that is glider and AUV mode that derive to mathematical model for longitudinal and lateral plane. To design steer control of HUG, the mathematical model derive to linier equation, and the variable controller is rudder for yaw control and main thruster for speed control of HUG. The method of control design are PID, there is PD for yaw controller and P for speed controller that are simulated using Simulink MATLAB to get response so that we can verified the dynamic model for steering control using waypoint desire. The results demonstrate dynamic response for lateral plane over waypoint on the surfaces of water.

Abstract
Cathfish cultivation in Indonesia is a very promising business opportunity with a big profits. Every year, market demand continues to increase. However, this is contrary with the lack of catfish farmers knowledge, so that catfish yields are not optimal. This is because, for certain types of catfish such as Sangkuriang catfish, it is easy to contract certain diseases. This study aims to create an automated system that capable of detecting catfish disease based on its symptoms with image recognition techniques. Early detection of catfish disease can help to find out the causes and prevention, so that the yield remains optimally. The method that used in this study is Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for feature extraction in images combined with K-Nearest Neigbor (KNN) with Euclidean Distance to classify catfish diseases among others: white spots, edema (abdominal swelling), jaundice, and bent spinal disease (scoliosis and lordosis). Based on the results of the experiment using 30 images data for training and 20 images data for testing, 18 image data is classified correctly. This result proves that PCA and KNN able to detect catfish disease well with percentage of accuracy around 90%.

Abstract
The village is an area that has a low population density, homogeneous social interactions, works in the field of agriculture and is the lowest government body under the sub-district. The progress of a village varies, depending on its ease in exchanging resources for the lives of its people. Remote villages are villages that are difficult to exchange resources with other regions, so that growth is hampered. The presence of the internet is expected to be able to open access to information to empower disadvantaged villages, among others, by creating village websites. The website is one means of introducing villages to other regions, so that there is an exchange of products and cultures that increase the prosperity of the village. Based on this, the research aims to design a village website. The methodology used in this design uses the mechanism for designing object-oriented Unified Approach websites. This method provides two major stages, namely Object Oriented Analysis and Object Oriented Design, with the help of Unified Modeling Language modeling. The results of the study are village websites that provide information on agricultural products and processed products offered to other regions. Since this website can be accessed globally, information about the village can be spread throughout the world. Website information can be updated by village officials through training for six hours. System development can be done by providing consultation facilities between village officials and system makers. The conclusion of this study is that the village website produced can be used to provide information about the work of the village community so that it can be marketed to other regions. This website can also be integrated with school and marketplace web.

Abstract
We performed an investigation on (alpha)-Al(_{2})O(_{3}): Mn(^{3+}) material based on first-principles calculations without referring to any experimental parameter for the first time. In order to estimate the lattice relaxation effect due to Mn(^{3+}) substitution, we carried out a geometry optimization using Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package (CASTEP) code. Next, the molecular orbitals (MO) were calculated using the discrete variational-X(alpha) (DV-X(alpha)) method while the multiplet energies were calculated discrete variational multi-electron (DVME) method. Since, the multiplet energies are generally overestimated, here we also used the energy corrections to improve the accuracy. We thus compared our calculated results with the observed data reported by McClure et. al., (1962). The results shows that by considering both of the lattice relaxation effect and the energy corrections, the agreement between our calculated results and the observed data is improved.

Abstract
Ruby, or the trivalent chromium ion activated in alumina crystal ((alpha)-Al(_{2})O(_{3}): Cr(^{3+})), needless to say, is a beautiful gemstone and known as the first solid-state laser in history. The so-called "ruby pressure scale" using its fluorescence lines is particularly popular in high-pressure science because of the simplicity and the accuracy of optical measurements in the diamond-anvil cell (DAC) experiments. Therefore, here performed first-principles band-structure calculations on the effect of external pressure on ruby bond length without referring to any experimental parameter. Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package (CASTEP) code was utilized to estimate the lattice relaxation effect as the external pressure applied which results in the ruby bond length. Firstly, we carried out the structural optimization of the pure (alpha)-Al(_{2})O(_{3}) crystal and then followed by the geometry optimization of (alpha)-Al(_{2})O(_{3}): Cr(^{3+}). The results show that Al-O bond lengths of the pure (alpha)-Al(_{2})O(_{3}) crystal and Cr-O bond lengths of (alpha)-Al(_{2})O(_{3}): Cr(^{3+}) decreased as the applied pressure increased.

Abstract
Graphite is a fascinating material to study in nanotechnology. Surface profile and roughness of the graphite are some of the most important parameters to determine many physical and mechanical behaviors including friction or bonding condition. To acquire certain surface profile, mechanical polishing treatment is one of the easiest ways that can be applied. In this work, graphite is polished by three different grades of sandpapers (P800, P400, and P220) and cellulose-based paper. The surface properties are observed by a laser microscope and various surface roughness parameters were quantified. The sequential polishing process employed in this work is able to reduce the surface roughness and might improve the physical properties. This work sheds light on the importance of the mechanical surface treatment on graphite.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the capitation payment utilization and expenditure of drug costs in public and private primary health care. This study was a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach in Yogyakarta province, Indonesia. The most prevalent diseases found based on the type of primary health care was pulpitis (12.5%) while in private primary health care was an acute upper respiratory infection (13.5%). Characteristic of patients visited was female (68%), 46-55 age group (17%). The cost used in health services were IDR 16,093 (77%) for patient examination and services and IDR 5,097 (23%) for the drug. There were statistically difference for total cost of three diseases, including hypercholesterolemia (p=0.008); acute upper respiratory infection (p= 0.023); and functional dyspepsia (p= 0.015). The highest drug cost based on diseases was refractory anemia (IDR 18,885). The proportion of drug cost was about 23% of the total capitation fund received by PHCs. Drug costs in the capitation system at the private first level health facilities tend to be higher than in the public facilities. Moreover, it is lower than the international standard suggested by WHO. It is recommended to evaluate the capitation system especially the rational proportion of health expenditure to enhance the quality of care.

Abstract
In the dry season, water supply for agriculture is minimal. Farmers usually use fresh water from a local well to irrigate agricultural areas. Farmers who have relatively adequate capital, irrigate their agricultural areas using high-energy pumping systems to maintain the quality and amount of their farming products. However, in line with the increasing price of energy in the market, the pumping system - which is commonly carried out on remote agricultural areas that are relatively far from the electricity network - has caused a significant increase in the cost of fuel oil. Therefore efforts to utilize renewable energy available in such agricultural areas need to be encouraged. In this study, the design, the installation, and testing of the performance of the Solar-Wind Hybrid Power Plant (S/W-HPP) have been carried out. This system consists of a 100 WP solar power plant, and a 500-watt wind-turbine power plant module as the primary energy source for drip irrigation pumps in an area of 1,000 m2 of food crops. Performance testing of the S/W-HPP system is carried out by proffering the submersible pump a workload at a flow capacity of 60 litres/minute with 60 watts of electric power. The results from field test performance, then, compared with the simulation results. The final analysis will provide fundamental information in the design of the S/W-HPP generating system in drip irrigation applications.

Abstract
Pedestrian and green lanes are needed to enhance the comfort of activities of urban communities. Pedestrian pathways are important to support population circulation while the green lane functions to beautify the city and maintain air quality in cities. Nevertheless, the condition of pedestrian and green lanes in urban areas is often not well maintained so that their utilization is not optimal. This can be seen from the improper use of pedestrian paths, damage to supporting facilities and the death of plants planted in the green lane. This study identified the characteristics of pedestrian paths and green lanes in the center of Garut and evaluated the use of pedestrian paths and green lanes in cities. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The perception of the community of pedestrian users was analyzed from the results of the questionnaire. Responden was chosen randomly from pedestrian and green lane users along Ahmad Yani road which is the center of Garut. The condition of the pedestrian path along the Ahmad Yani road from the Asian crossing to the Holy Bunderan was damaged in several points so that it disturbed the comfort of pedestrians. Circulation of pedestrians is also disturbed because some pedestrian spaces are actually used by street vendors to sell. The pedestrian facilities along Ahmad Yani Road are still incomplete and some of them are in damaged condition. Facilities that are damaged and not as needed are benches, lack of trash bins and non-lit lighting. Plants in open space which is a green path are in poorly maintained condition and even many die. Community perceptions of the importance of the existence of pedestrian lanes and green lanes also influence the awareness of the user community to help maintain and maintain pedestrian paths and green lanes in urban cities.

Abstract
Cajuput plants (Melaleuca cajuputi Powell) and its waste are one of the plants that can produce essential oils. Cajuput plant essential oil has the largest compound component, 1.8 cineol which has the ability as an antibacterial to kill pathogenic bacteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of cajuput leaf waste extract against pathogenic bacteria and find out the category of inhibition zones formed from extracts of cajuput leaf waste. This study used a completely randomized design method. Cajuput leaf waste used has a shelf life of 0 months, 2 months and 4 months old. The pathogenic bacteria used consisted of 17 isolates, each treatment was repeated twice. The results showed that cajuput leaf extract had antibacterial activity known by the formation of inhibitory zones. The inhibitory zone in the extract of the 0-month leaf waste was greater than in the leaves extract of leaves of 2 months and 4 months. The diameter of the inhibition zone is at most 13 mm and at least 1 mm. With these results, it can be concluded that the antibacterial activity of eucalyptuscajuput leaf waste belongs to the category of weak to strong.

Abstract
In the digital era, social media has become an integral part of life. Social media is able to change the way people communicate, interact, collaborate and share knowledge. Today Social media is one of the main platforms for knowledge resources, both for individuals, groups and even organizations. Various techniques are used to utilize knowledge from social media, one of which is through social media data analytics. Current research trends are mostly discussing about the use of social media as a source of knowledge, including research in the field of knowledge management. The purpose of this paper is to provide a better understanding and detailed review of social media research in knowledge management. We carry out a systematic review approach to collect, analyze, and synthesize data on the accuracy and value of previous articles focused on this field of research, addressing various topics, and published in digital databases between 2013 and 2019. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used to collect and review studies by following the prescribed review procedures. We identified 78 scientific publications that present research on social media and knowledge management systems. Systematic reviews show that social media data analytics has been widely used in various fields, and has become an important part of knowledge management, but not many discuss how knowledge conversion models in the context of the knowledge management system. This discussion offers how to develop a knowledge management system in the behavior of social media.

Abstract
Membrane computing models are bio-inspired and used as intelligent algorithms. To exploit their inherent parallelism, previous studies have mapped one membrane to one thread block of a graphics processing unit (GPU). However, these previous approaches have not addressed the issue of GPU occupancy and the rate of the communication between thread blocks, which is a time consuming process. Here, we present a new classification algorithm to organize dependent objects and membranes based on the thread block communication rate and assign them to sub-matrices for execution by those same threads and thread blocks. This reduces the amount of communication required between threads and thread blocks, allowing the GPUs to maintain the highest possible occupancy. Our results indicate that for 48 objects per membrane, this algorithm facilitates a 93-fold increase in processing speed compared with a 1.6-fold increase associated with previous algorithms.

Abstract
— Social interaction is an essential component for development of both normal and special needs children. However, many special needs children suffer from a lack of social interaction because they are unable to interpret social cues as well as a failure in social gaze when communicating. One of the ways to cope with these problems is to improve their social cognitive skill by teaching basic emotions through facial expressions. This paper describes the development of a new and sustainable teaching and learning approach using robotics to promote social interaction among special needs children of aged 4-6 years old. The robotic tool can teach basic facial expressions such as happy, sad and angry to increase emotion recognition skill among special needs children. The growing demand for technological innovation to enable empowerment of developing communities requires new and creative educational initiatives. Malaysia has also address it concerns on sustainable education for all spectrum of communities. RoboTherapist is a new teaching and learning method in Malaysia-s special education which targeting the special needs children. The special needs children are children with Autism, children with Down Syndrome, children with ADHD and slow learners. The aim of this research is to make teaching and learning more attentive for special needs children and hence to improve their social interaction in daily-s life and gain confidence to communicate with the people around them.

Abstract
This paper proposes the method of Channel Resources Allocation of wireless Multi-Service Packet Switch CDMA based. As have been known CDMA cell has a fluctuated capacity mainly due to its varying co-channel interference. The simulation is performed to shows the characteristic for Multi-Service Packet Switch traffic such combine CBR, VBR, and ABR users is applied on CDMA system. The idea is to deliver the traffics when capacity increase from assigned minimum value, by implementing Proposed Token Sub-Queue and Multi-Service Traffic Channel Resources Algorithm. In the first time, this method is aim for non-real time traffic such ABR traffic, but the simulation shows that it can be applied further to the real-time connection by prioritizing delaying the drop calls of certain agreed QoS values to re-seize into services. The simulation of proposed method shows better CDMA channel or bandwidth utilization, and suppresses drop call probability for real-time traffic.
