Abstract
Cellulose from grass (imperata cylindrica) had been used as reinforcement in chitosan film preparation. Cellulose was obtained from grass through hydrolysis process. Hydrolysis was conducted with different concentration of sulfuric acid at room temperature for 2 h. The results show that the highest crystallinity of cellulose was obtained at sulfuric acid concentration of 40% (v/v) on hydrolysis process. The isolated cellulose with the highest crystallinity was used on chitosan film preparation. Mechanical test shows addition of cellulose into chitosan film improved the tensile strength. The FTIR analysis was used to define the interaction between components. XRD analysis shows the addition of cellulose decrease the crystallinity of chitosan film.

This study aims to find out how villages legally regulate spatial planning within their villages. and knowing the concept of village spatial planning after the issuance of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Research uses empirical legal research methods. with methods of collecting data through in-depth interviews and literature studies. study sample in several industrial villages in the area of Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Research results show that the existence of this village spatial plan is a strategic matter. Because the use of space or land resources in the village continues to get structural pressure from the expansion of land-based industries, so that villages continue to lose access to space resources. Because it is important for the village to ensure the spatial arrangement. With good spatial planning in the village, the harmonization between the environmental, social and economic conditions in the village will also be good. The concept of regulation on spatial planning is a legal product that is top-down in nature, while village initiation in forming village regulations on village spatial planning after the issuance of the Village Law can be considered as bottom-up efforts. Therefore, the process of village spatial planning must combine a top-down and bottom-up approach while at the same time requiring alignment between spatial arrangements at the district level and spatial arrangement in the village.

Abstract
Complex and dynamic urban changes have an impact on the expansion or physical propagation of cities (urban sprawl) into the surrounding area. The physical propagation of the city to Peri Urban Area (WPU) is dynamic and interesting to learn. One of them is found in Malang Regency, East Java. The location of Malang Regency is directly adjacent to Malang City and Batu City. As an area bordering two city centers, it will certainly experience dynamics in accordance with the development of the two cities. Malang City and Batu city have a fairly high population growth rate. Malang city growth rate of 0.58 percent per year in 2017 and Batu city has a growth rate of 0.83 percent per year (BPS, 2018). The high population growth rate is directly proportional to the increasing density of built-in areas, especially those that function as settlements and infrastructure. This research was conducted at Malang Regency where the potential development of peri-urban regions can be found as borders directly with city of Malang. The research will identify peri-urban regions in Malang Regency using indicators based on the characteristics of urban areas. The research unit is based on the administrative border rural throughout districts Malang Regency. The objectives of this study are (1) Identifying the spatial distribution conditions of periurban areas in Malang Regency, (2) Mapping the spatial distribution of peri urban areas in Malang Regency. The research method uses an analytical survey approach with secondary data. A literature study to identify the characteristics of urban areas as indicators constituent. This research method is included in the analytical survey method by considering that the entire data processed is quantitative and the analysis uses descriptive statistical methods and spatial statistics K - Means Cluster. The results of the study show that some sub-districts in Malang Regency which have areas directly adjacent to Malang City and Batu City have become primary peri-urban related to urban sprawl developments that occur in Malang City and Batu City. The characteristics of the city area can be seen from the population, building density, and the number of non-agricultural households, as well as existing service facilities. In some villages it can also be found that the development of settlements in the form of housing or clusters was developed by private developers but was not balanced with infrastructure growth. Malang Regency WPU can be grouped into 3 typologies, namely primary peri-urban, secondary peri-urban, and rural peri-urban.

Abstract
Catfish cultivation is one of the improvements in the increasing affiliation of the Boyolali community. The main problem in catfish farming is the cost of feed. To fulfill the need of fish feed, most farmers rely on feed manufacturers where the price of factory feed continues to increase in accordance with the prices of feed raw materials. By increasing factory fish feed prices without being offset by increases in fish meat prices increases farmers lose. The Center for Brackish Water Aquaculture (BBPBAP) Jepara through the Artificial Feed Laboratory tried to make catfish feed. This feed is assisted while being tested directly on catfish farmers in the Boyolali district of Central Java. The results obtained from the trial and assistance activities are Feed Concertion Ratio (FCR) 0.8-1 with 90-100 g Average Body Weigth (ABW) with a maintenance period of 3 months. From the use of this independent feed, farmers get a profit margin of Rp. 550,000, - per 1,000 heads of catfish is higher than the use of feed manufacturers with a profit margin of Rp. 300,000 per 1,000 catfish.

Abstract
Gayo Lues is a regency in Aceh Province well known as a producing center for citronella, cymbopogon nardus. Today, the area of production reaches around 34,000 hectares managed by more than 2000 households. Until now, citronella oil was collected by the community through simple extraction technology and has not been able to improve the earnings of farmers. In this study, an experimental study of extraction of citronella essential oil has been carried out using a steam distillation system. The scope of this study is to optimize the extraction process of citronella essential oil using a steam distillation system. The process variables evaluated in this study comprise the extraction time and the nature of raw material (wet or dry). The results confirmed that there was a significant effect of extraction time proceeding the amount of oil produced whereas pressure and raw material requirements strongly influence oil quality. The results of this investigation could secure necessary information for the citronella farmers in Gayo Lues to develop better quality and value of the essential oil product.

Abstract
Measurements of the magnetic susceptibility and chemical elements have been carried out on soils or sediments in various depositional environments for various purposes. Theoretically, the magnetic mineral content in nature is generally ferromagnetic which is characterized by the presence of an element of Fe and is positively correlated with the value of magnetic susceptibility. However, the presence of measured elements does not always have a positive correlation with magnetic susceptibility or very low. In this study, we propose a method to find out the magnetic factor that correlates significantly with magnetic susceptibility. The method consists of several steps: (i) a correlation analysis between magnetic susceptibility and each measured element is carried out; (ii) the elements that have a positive correlation are chosen as dominant elements; (iii) determine the magnetic factor as aggregation of the dominant elements. The method has been tested for various depositional environments and successfully found the magnetic factor of dominant elements with a very significant correlation value. The discovery of dominant elements that contributes to magnetic susceptibility will facilitate the determination of the minerals carrying magnetic properties and can be used as an indicator of environmental conditions.

Abstract
The Immigration Office is one of the public service offices that has many activities carried out. These activities are often covered and published in the form of news articles. The news that has been published is very much making it difficult to find the desired news. One way to search is by ranking. Ranking is one branch of knowledge from information retrieval. Information retrieval is to find material (usually documents) from a collection of unstructured data (usually text) to meet the information needs of a large collection. One method of searching documents is to use Vector Space Model (VSM). VSM uses a concept found in linear algebra, namely vector space. Based on the concept used, document modeling was developed to search the required documents. Column vector representation is used in converting input documents. Another concept used is to know the closeness between two vectors, namely by calculating the amount of angle formed between two vectors and then sorted from data that has the smallest to the largest angles that indicate the order of ranking data from the most relevant to not relevant. One of the weighting algorithms is the tf-idf algorithm which is influenced by the frequency of occurrence of words in each online document and the frequency of online documents that have the word. In this study explained the visualization of VSM in searching documents on news about immigration in the East Nusa Tenggara region.

Abstract
Transmission automatic or known as (CVT) is a transmission that makes us feel comfortable because we only need to pull the gas without moving the transmission because the transmission is automatic. Automatic motors not only make driving easier but also facilitate the maintenance of the transmission. However, among racing motorbike lovers, this automatic transmission type motor is lacking in power. So it needs to be modified to the CVT component to improve the performance of the machine. To improve this performance, we analyze pulley and standard roller manufacturers and primary pulleys with 3 kinds of pulley, namely standard angles of 14o, 13o, 12o and roller 11 gram variations to determine the comparison of peforma (horse power and torque). To find out the comparison of the test, we do the test using the Dyno test. From the test results, 13o pulley and 11 gram roller have increased significantly compared to standard 14o and 13 gram roller standard pulleys. This can be seen from the results of an increase in horse power and torque when using pulley 13o and 11gram roller can be obtained on the highest horse power (Hp) at 3246 Rpm rotation which is the highest 9.0 hp and torque (Nm) at the engine speed 2087 Rpm which is 22.16 Nm. While the standard pulley of the factory is 14o and the standard 13gram roller can be seen the highest horse power (Hp) at 3923 Rpm round, which is 7.8 Hp and the highest Torque (Nm) at 2972 Rpm engine speed which is 16.99 Nm. then from the results of this test analysis has increased horse power 1.2 hp and torque of 5.17 Nm.

Abstract
The drought tolerant phosphate solubilizing bacteria is needed to dissolve phosphate (P) inorganic which is usually low in availability at dry land. This study is aimed to obtain a consortium of drought tolerant phosphate solubilizing bacteria which has high potential in dissolving P-inorganic. An experimental study which has 4 treatments of bacterial combinations has been conducted in a laboratory. The first treatment was the combinations of Pseudomonas azotoformans (PA), Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) and Bacillus paramycoides (BP). The second treatment was the combination of PA and AB. The third treatment was PA and BP, then the fourth treatment was AB and BP. The potential of the consortium bacteria in dissolving P-inorganic was measured qualitatively using phosphate dissolution index (FDI) on solid pikovskayas medium. While, the potential of the consortium bacteria in dissolving P-inorganic was measured quantitatively by measuring dissolved P using the ascorbic acid method in liquid pikovskayas medium containing 0.5% Ca3(PO4)2. The results showed that the consortium of those three bacteria (PA AB and BP) has the best potential to dissolve P-inorganic compared to other combinations. In addition, the three bacteria combination also resulted in the highest dissolved P with 0.29% potential dissolution, followed by combination of AB and BP (0.19%), and PA and BP (0.18%), respectively. Thus, before the consortium of these three bacteria is applied in soil, it is needed further experiment of potential of the bacteria in dissolving soil P-inorganic.

The purpose of this study is to find production capacity and storage capacity of raw material warehouses in agriculture-based industries. It is a concern; the supply of raw materials can only be done during the harvest period while production must continue throughout the year. This case occurs in the coffee processing industry, where the supply of raw materials for the harvest period is from April to August while production must be carried out every day throughout the year. To model, the problem is used by simulation using deterministic variables. Various capacity scenarios are tested to see system performance. The results obtained show maximum production capacity is to follow working hours with a minimum raw material storage capacity&

Agency or Officer in the state administration (office of the state administration) has broad authority in conducting the affairs of government (executive). With this broad authority tend to abuse that caused harm and injustice in the society, therefore there must be other institutions that control it. Based on the theory of triad politics of the executive is politically controlled by the legislative and juridical institutions controlled by the judiciary, because the state administration officials running the executive functions that control the judiciary is legally the state administrative court. Judicial control by the state administrative court is currently under Law Number 51 Year 2009 (second amendment) and Law Number 9 Year 2004 (first change) is revising the Law Number 5 Year 1986 about the administrative court only in the case of administrative provisions (beschikking) issued by the agency or official of the state administration alone, whereas in absolute philosophical competence the state administrative court is resolving state administrative disputes in a broad sense. Therefore, this tudy uses a type of normative research, where the data is obtained comes from the literature literature.

Abstract
This study investigates the use of biodiesel (pangium edule reinw and cocos nucifera) in diesel engines as alternative fuels. A direct injection diesel engine was simulated via a thermodynamic cycle model for investigation. Thermodynamic and performance parameters and compared for diesel, biodiesel (pangium edule reinw and cocos nucifera) fuels at two different states. The results showed that pangium edule reinw and cocos nucifera presented a lower cylinder temperature and pressure, and thus a lower engine performance than diesel fuel for the equal injection conditions. The brake power declines about 29.3% and 28.2% at 3200 rpm while brake specific fuel consumption increases about 34.3% and 19.8% at 2200 rpm for pangium edule reinw and cocos nucifera, respectively. Engine performance for pangium edule reinw and cocos nucifera, respectively. extensively improves for the same equivalence ratio condition, but a more amount of fuel is needed about 44% for cocos nucifera and 36% for pangium edule reinw. The gains in the brake power by cocos nucifera and pangium edule reinw are about 13.6% and 6% at 3200 rpm compared to diesel fuel. The brake specific fuel consumption is also higher about 42.2% for cocos nucifera and 24.3% for pangium edule reinw than diesel fuel. The brake thermal efficiency for pangium edule reinw and cocos nucifera is generally better than diesel fuel.

Abstract
Nitrogen (N) is a vital macro nutrient for plant growth. The adequate amount of this nutrient in rice paddy field is one of the key factors for generating optimum plant production. However, measuring soil N using conventional analysis takes time and expensive. Most of previous researches reported that near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), which is rapid and inexpensive method, is able to successfully predict soil N due to its high correlation with soil carbon (C). The aim of this research is to test the ability of NIR technology to predict soil N content which is independently predicted from soil C of rice paddy field. Soil samples in 147 locations, including the coordinates, were collected from rice paddy field of Lombok Island, Indonesia. Parts of the samples were analysed in a laboratory using conventional analysis for total N and organic C, and other parts were scanned using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) for spectral data collection. A Partial Least Square Regression (PLSR) calibration model was developed using laboratory-analysed soil N (and C) data and soil spectral data. As the soil N and soil C have a poor correlation, but both can be predicted well using NIR technology, this means that the soil N was independently predicted from soil C using NIR technology. This shows that the NIR technology can be rapidly used to measure both soil total N and organic C, although both of them have low correlation.

Abstract
In each unmanned vehicle (UAV) task, the power used is limited. UAVs are often forced to land when the battery runs out before the mission is completed. The gliding controller is proposed in this paper so that Fixed Wing Aircraft (FWA) can fly with minimal power and can adjust direction, altitude, zero pitch and zero roll stability. The FWA uses a BMP sensor at the tip of the wing to detect the difference in pressure experienced by both wings, therefore, the direction of the wind can be determined. The information of the wind direction was then used to maintain the desired altitude of the FWA. The PID control algorithm was implemented to stabilize the FWA altitude to keep cruising or flying in a flat position. Real-time experiments using FWA have been conducted. It can be observed that the FWA was able to air with automatic glider mode for almost 2 minutes. Tests carried out include altitude data, roll and pitch movement from BMP120 sensor readings, The glidding performance has been observed with respect to the altitude, roll and pitch errors. It was measured that the altitude, the roll and the pitch errors were 1.74%, 0.23% and 0.34%, respectively.
