Abstract
Syzygium is a genus belongs to Myrtaceae. One species of the genus is cashew rose (Syzygium jambos (L.) Alston) which contains secondary metabolites, such as flavonoids, tannins, steroids/terpenoids, alkaloids and saponins. This study aimed to find the content of these secondary metabolites using thin layer chromatography (TLC) and its antioxidant activity. The simplicia of cashew rose leaves was extracted by maceration using methanol as a solvent for 64 hours. This results in methanolic extract of cashew rose leaves. The resulted chromatogram using n-hexane and ethyl acetate eluent showed that the methanolic extract of leaves cashew rose has at least five compounds with retention value (Rf) consecutively were 0.32, 0.36, 0.68, 0.72, and 0.84. The stains could be seen in UV light 356 nm, but not in UV light 254 nm. It can be concluded that these compounds were classified as nonfenolic compound. The antioxidant test of methanolic extract of cashew rose leaves showed a very strong antioxidant activity with IC50 value of 13,554 ug/mL.

Abstract
Students find physics difficult, because they have to contend with different representations such as experiments, formulas and calculations, graphs, and conceptual explanation at the same time (angell, Guttersrud, Henriksen, and Isnes : 2004). As far as we know that physics experiments wich conducted in well-equipped laboratories, improve students science process skills (Hirca:2012). It is hard to imagine learning to do science, or learning about science, without doing laboratory or fieldwork (Trumper:2003). But many schools in various part of the world have very poor or no laboratories, so the teachers have to use their own equipment and replace the students experimental work with simple demonstration experiments (Ozvoldova, Spilakova, Tkac). The purpose of this study was to create physics learning media for archimedes law using simulation to cover the lack of the availability of laboratories and physics paracticum tools. CSUQ is used to test usability of the simulation.

Abstract
Although franchise considered as a business system that has many features, that does not mean this business concept does not have weaknesses. Indeed, its been hundreds of years the format of this business is running. Even today the franchise business is getting its place as a proven business format and successfully delivering thousands of business brands across various continents and times. If the franchisor is less selective in choosing a franchisee, they may damage the franchisors image and business brand as a whole. The reason is if one franchisee does not comply with the operational standards provided by the franchisor then results in customer disappointment, it is not impossible that this customer will perceive all other outlets as bad. Using an innovation assimilation strategy framework, this paper describes how franchise organization used its implementation of a Smart Dashboard System to improve performance, allows franchisors to keep a handle on their franchise accounts and put it on a path towards digital leadership.

Abstract
In this research, we investigate the mechanical behaviour of zinc sodium phosphate glass system with the various concentration of chromium oxide doped. The glass system was synthesized using the melt quenching technique. The concentration of chromium oxide varying from 0.5% to 2.5%. Longitudinal and shear ultrasonic velocities were measured in different compositions of the glass system at temperature range between 270 K and 323 K. From the transit time data and density, we found that all the mechanical behaviour for these glasses decrease as the Cr2O3 content increase, which indicates a weakening of the binding energy in the network.

Abstract
Drugs are vital to saving and improving public health. However, medicines are often not available at the facility because stocks run out or in particular, pharmaceuticals are not available due to a shortage of supplies. Implementation of pharmacy services should ensure safe, quality, usable and affordable availability drug. A systematic review was conducted to identify related studies. Electronic databases used to identify relevant studies are, ScienceDirect, Plos, PubMed and Google Scholar. This study is limited to English and publications from 2007 to 2017. The electronic database search earned 33 articles while only six studies met the criteria for review. There is the relatively low availability of drugs in some developing countries and the average availability of generic drugs is better than Innovator Brand drugs, especially in the public sector. Most of the factors that may affect drug availability are related to government policies to improve drug access and lower prices so that national drug policy review in each country is required. Overall, the method used to measure the availability of drugs using a refer ence method used by WHO Health Action International. The availability of drugs in low, lower and upper middle countries still need to be improved by increasing drug access and enhancing prices by using appropriate government policies. The WHO HAI method is effectively used to measure the availability of drugs by using the core drug and supplementary drug references by the established reference.

Abstract
Banana skin only becomes organic waste without being able to take advantage, so the purpose of this study is to utilize kepok banana skin into microemulgel which are stable and have antioxidant activity. The skin of kepok banana was extracted using maceration method with methanol solvent. The resulting extracts were then tested for antioxidant activity with the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-pikrilhidrazil) method, obtained IC50 values of 659,544 ppm. Concentration extract in microemulgel formulation is one IC50 (F1), twice IC50 (F2), three times IC50 (F3) and positive controls containing vitamin C (F4). All formulas were evaluated including organoleptic, pH, viscosity, centrifugation, dispersion, irritation test and freeze and thaw. The evaluation results show that only formula F3 changes organoleptically and decreases viscosity. The testing of antioxidant activity microemulgel containing banana skin extract showed that F2 was the best formula on pharmaceutical requirements with the the IC50 638 ppm and good stability. For all formulas after an irritation test, no erythema or udema were found, so the irritation index was zero. The benefits of this study can provide an alternative source of phytocosmetic preparations as antioxidants and utilizing organic waste into something useful.

Abstract
Medical record (MedRec) of the patient is derived from several healthcare providers i.e. hospital, the national provider, and laboratories which contains personally identifiable information test yet referred to therapeutic procedures and medications of the patient. MedRec has been compiled and maintained by several providers thus resulting in separated and disseminated the data among the parties. Mostly, the MedRecs are stored in providers database and the patients have no control to manage and access their data. Hence, in this paper, we propose a conceptual model for managing the data of medical record using blockchain technology in the peer-to-peer network with several protocols are embedded in the system. The proposed model aims to facilitate the patients in order to manage their data from various providers into a single view. Blockchain offers the promise of an immutable, single source of truth from multiple sources and facilitates a trust as well as validates an identity without the third-party involvement.

Abstract
The Indonesian region has abundant alternative energy sources that can be used to meet electrical energy needs. One potential alternative energy source is water energy that can be converted into electrical energy with a water turbine. Water turbines are generally one stage, whereas water energy on the output side is still quite large. In this study, experiments were made using a two-stage micro water turbine model with blade angle variations on the second stage turbine. The type of turbine used in this study is a crossflow turbine with a vertical shaft. The results show that the 45 degree blade angle on the second stage turbine can increase the second stage turbine rotational speed, and also increase the first stage turbine rotational speed. So that the total power of the turbine increases up to 29% compared to 15 degrees blade angle. This indicates that the appropriate selection of the second stage turbine blade angle will significantly affect the total turbine power and its efficiency.

Abstract
In this paper we discuss the issue of linear algebra on the investment portfolio optimization models. It was assumed that stock returns are analyzed have a certain distribution, so that the mean and variance and covariance between the separation can be determined. Return of some stock used to form a vector averaging, and the number of shares used as the basis to form a unit vector. While the variance of each stock as well as the covariance between stocks, is used to form a covariance matrix. The investment portfolio was formed consisting of several stocks, in order to maximize the expected return and minimize risk. The portfolio optimization was performed using linear algebra approach. The result is a formula used to determine the optimum composition of the portfolio weights. The resulting formula is very useful for the analysis of the investment portfolio optimization.

Abstract
The spatial structure and construction of transport infrastructure in the city of Banda Aceh, which combines the development of "multi-center" and "linear-growth", the structure of service centers for urban activities there has been a shift in the role of urban service centers towards the south and east of the city of Banda Aceh, followed by an increase the growth of activity centers so that not sprawled. This has an impact on the inefficient development of transportation infrastructure with an increase in the number of vehicles 6% per year. The concept of TOD can eliminate urban sprawl, which turns urban sprawl into a compact city area. The method used is path analysis with network connectivity variables (x1),travel time(x2), travel frequency(x3) so that the equation can be obtained: Space Structure =0.52+0.20X3+0,26X2+0,10X1, the relationship with infrastructure development transportation consists from variables, diversity of public/social facilities(X1), travel frequency(X2), travel intent(x3), travel costs(x4) and travel time(x5), so that the equation is obtained, Transportation Infrastructure Development =-1,45+0,65X1+0,38X2+0,23X3+ 0,22X4+0,32X5, from the model obtained, it can be concluded that the development of transportation infrastructure with the concept of TOD is strongly influenced by the structure of space, this can be seen from the influence variables which have lower values if direct effects with the development of transportation infrastructure, but if indirect effects through the structure of space have a greater influence.

Abstract
This study explained how to combine the technology readiness and success model of information systems (IS) in the context of exploring the factors that influence the readiness and success of IS implementation performance. As explained by many studies of IS, that most IS research models are developed by adopting, combining, and adapting previous studies. The researchers developed this model based on the input-process-output logic and processional and causal models of the IS success model. The developed model was structured in twelve variables and 42 indicators. The path influences between variables were presented by 28 links. Researchers broke down the model to the level of the assessment instrument in relation to the implementation of the research. However, the model development study may have limited in the used assumptions and understanding of the researchers, the study may contribute theoretically in terms of new model propositions. In addition, the development of the proposed model and the instrument for data collection may be a practical consideration point for further study.

Abstract
Phytosome is one of the technologies use to increase bioavailability for Herbal Medicine in developing a new drug delivery system or commonly known as Novel Drug Delivery System (NDDS). a Phytosome is formed by mixing phytokonstituents and phosphatidylcholine in certain molar comparisons. This study aims to develop a phytosome formula of lyophilized powder steeping panda leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) with a variation of phosphatidylcholine concentration which produces phytosomes with the highest absorption efficiency. Phytosome is formulated by making three variations of catechin comparison: phosphotidylcholine: cholesterol ranging from 1: 1: 0.2 (F1), 1: 2: 0.2 (F2), 1: 3: 0.2 (F3) using the reflux method. Based on the results of the highest percentage percent adsorption efficiency, F2 with the molar ratio of catechins: phosphotidylcholine: 1: 3: 0.2 cholesterol results in 100% adsorption efficiency. So that it is said that phosphatidylcholine has an effect on absorbing catechin compounds in lyophilized powder steeping fragrant panda leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.)

Abstract
Nowadays, online transportation is one of the transportation that is increasingly preferred by people. It becomes important because people need transportation to be more effective and efficient. However, sentiment analysis is necessary to improve the quality of services on online transportation. Sentiment analysis includes the process of extracting opinions, sentiments, evaluations, and emotions of people about online transportation services on Twitter social media. To get more accuracy in classification, the opinion is taken in large amounts and classify into positive and negative class. There are several steps that use sentiment analysis. Data collection, preprocessing data, POS Tagging, and opinion classification use the Naive Bayes Classifier method, compared to the accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The results of the comparison of Naive Bayes Classifier and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithms uses 565 data tweets from Twitter, divided 500 trained data, and 65 test data. The result showed that the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm had achieved the accuracy rate of 66.15%, and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm produces the accuracy rate of 67.69%. From the results, the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm perform better accuracy in sentiment classification than Naive Bayes Classifier.
