Abstract
Autograder is used to measure source code quality based on blackbox testing. It will compare source code execution result with existing test cases and generate grade based on comparation result. Autograder can be used in college to help lecturer to test students skill in programming. It can be applied in laboratory or online course so students can use it to test their skill. Most of autograder use centralized architecture which it just execute and grade only one request at a time so if students submit their code to test, it will create a long queue and can risk highly to cause timeout because of long queue and unexecuted request. In this paper, we propose to apply distributed architecture for autograder to reduce queue and lower the risk for unexecuted request that can cause error in grading.

Abstract
Leaf shape biometric design shows promising potential as a flow field to supply air reactants in Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell. However, studies that discuss the dimensions of biometric flow field in detail are rarely encountered. The channel width can affect the supply of reactants, the better the supply of reactants the better the cell performance can be achieved. In this study we investigated the effect of the mother channel width on the biometric flow field towards cell performance using numerical simulations. The model is composed of 9 layers with 25 cm2 of active area. The channel dimension is varied by considering Murray theory. Simulation results show that the optimal width of the mother channel can increase power density by up to 6% compared to other variations. This increase can be achieved due to a more uniform distribution of oxygen concentration.

Abstract
In Tofus micro and medium enterprises, there is one traditional activity that is conducted repeatedly, called the cutting process. This cutting process is done by using a kitchen knife which makes it not efficient and can cause fatigue for operators. In addition, there is also the possibility of different sizes of tofu pieces because there is no measuring tools to cut it. This is because operators just follow the mold flow on the tofu. This study is aimed to make a product plan for tofu cutting tools. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was used as a research method in this study. This method begins with conducting interviews regarding the choices in level 1, 2 and 3 actions to several respondents. The respondents must choose and give an assessment on a scale of 1 to 9. The result taken from a variety of alternative solutions, which is made based on requirements specifications, is that the product of the tofu cutting tool is selected with materials made of pine wood, strings, handles, naples, and naple bolts. Moreover, the product produced will have a size of 52 x 52 cm2. The product design is based on material and tool specifications to produce a simple design. This is made so that the tofu cutting tool is easy to use as well as low cost.

Abstract
The proportion of concrete material affects the strength of concrete. The innovation of a mixture of waste red bricks can be used in concrete. The research method used experiments in the laboratory with normal concrete compressive strength compared to the composition of the mixture of red brick waste in the proportion of 25% and 50% based on SNI. The research objective was to find out the limits of the proportion of the design strength of normal K-200 concrete and by adding red brick waste as a fine aggregate substitute. The results of the use test with 25% and 50% of red brick waste are able to achieve the strength of the plan with reference to a normal concrete comparison so that the material is feasible as a substitute material. The addition of 50% waste is able to reach K-200 but compared to an additional 25%, there is a decrease in strength at 7 days at 16.7%, age 14 days by 20%, and age 24 days at 36.8%. Recommendation for the limit of the proportion of adding red brick waste to 25%.

Abstract
At present there has been a paradigm shift in the guidance and counseling approach, namely from a traditional, remedial, clinical, and centered approach to counselors to a development and preventive oriented approach. One of the counselors creative efforts is to grow and build relationships with the counselee by implementing cross-cultural counseling services with problems that can be measured in terms of culture, ethnicity, and even gender. One form of the problem that currently often occurs is the low empathy. Empathy is the ability to put ourselves in others, that we understand how other people feel, and what causes their reactions without our emotions dissolved in the emotions of others. Efforts to increase student empathy that have been carried out by BK teachers have only been merely instructional which essentially only "attacks" the cognitive aspects of students. Therefore, a new counseling approach for life is needed in this 21st century, the tendency of cross-cultural insightful counseling. The cross-cultural approach is seen as the fourth force after a psychodynamic, behavioral and humanistic approach according to Paul Pedersen. Cross-cultural counseling involves counselors and counselees who come from different cultural backgrounds, and therefore the counseling process is very vulnerable to the occurrence of cultural biases on the part of the counselor which results in counseling not being effective.

Abstract
Theoretically, the process of improving organizational performance can be accelerated by information technology (IT). This paper aims to discuss a sharpened concept for improving the performance of an organization. Researchers use different perspectives in formulating the relationships of variables based on the levels of significances towards the value-added creations. These variables include the model and strategy of business, and innovation and deployment of technology. Since the organizational capability parameters change dynamically driven by the rapid of advancing technology, hence the previous paradigms regarding the mapping of variables to organizational performance need to be sharpened. In this paper, we expand presumption for analyzing that other variables such as competitive environment, competitive strategy, and competitive factors influence organizational performance. This study is conducted using an in-depth comparative investigation of existing literature involving some discussion of both Strategic Management of Information Technology (SMIT) framework and model as a piece of literature review in research work. To obtain the right dosage and the better application method, a study has been conducted to investigate two packages of fertilizer doses and placement methods which were tested on dry land of Dompu, Indonesia. Research to test the three types of fertilizers (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium) in corn was tested in five sub-district locations in Dompu (1 ha in each location), namely Huu, Pajo, Woja, Kempo, and Manggalewa sub-districts. There were two fertilization packages tested in this study; (1) Urea 300 kg/ha and PONSKA 300 kg/ha given 2 times by row placement, and (2) Urea 300 kg/ha and PONSKA 400 kg/ha given 1 time by broadcasting. The results showed that the first package of treatment produced significantly higher dry weight of corn seeds (12.26 tons/ha) compared to the second package (7.98 tons/ha). In addition, the leaves of the corn plant in the first package treatment were still green at the time of harvest which can be a source of animal feed, compared to plants in the second fertilizing package that have dried and are brown in color.

Abstract
This research seeks to analyze the process of ICT-based Al-Quran phonology learning by using MTT Tahsin application. To Indonesian people, whose mother language is not Arabic, they need to learn the Al-Quran phonology to avoid letter sound interference in Al-Quran reading. The research method conducted the following stages: (1) search and download MTT Tahsin application; (2) explain the application features; (3) learn Al-Quran using the application; and (4) evaluate the learning process. The subjects of this research were students with Java culture background, consisting of 14 male students and nine female students of a university in Sumedang Regency. The findings are: (1) MTT Tahsin application was equipped with trans-literacy feature and explanation of hijaiyyah letters characteristics, hence, it assisted the students to comprehend the pronunciation; (2) The application is equipped with makhroj (place from which the sound of a letter originates) pronunciation with all marks, hence, it assisted the students to comprehend makhroj pronunciation; (3) The learning process could be done wherever and wherever; and (4) the evaluation of learning process showed that MTT Tahsin application could minimize the phonology interference in Al-Quran reading practices. To conclude, Al-Quran learning using MTT Tahsin application could improve phonology mastery for Java people.

Abstract
Controlling a differential drive robot balancing system is a challanging task since it is highly unstable, non-linear and under-actuated system. This paper proposes a PID controller algorithm to balance the a differential drive robot at upright position. The system model derived using lagrangian method is discussed. The resulting mathematical model of the proposed closed-loop system was simulated. To verify the system performances, the real time experiments have been conducted. An arduino uno and an MPU6050 were used as the main controller and the main sensor, respectively. The PID parameters were manually tuned until the desired performance was achieved. From the simulation and the real time experiment results, the proposed method has demonstrated its capability to stabilize robot at upright position.

Abstract
Speed, cost, and quality have been the central issues in the translation industry. While computers can offer fast and economical translation, their ability to produce accurate translation at a publishable level like human translators may do is still questionable. In the present study, we evaluate the accuracy of English to Indonesian translation generated by Google Translate. Freely accessible English texts of various types were chosen to heuristically exemplify the units of analysis. Our findings lead to a conclusion that while Google Neural Machine Translation system is quite an improvement to the conventional phrase-based translation system, highly accurate translation does not seem to be achieved by Google Translate in the near future.
