Abstract
Quality Control is an activity to maintain and direct to quality company product (and) services which can maintain the existence of the product in the long term period. In this study, we used the application of the Hotelling T2 Control Chart and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to control the quality of bread production. Hotelling T2 Control chart is the type of multivariate control chart that is used to monitor the process of identifying the causes of variance and improve the process. In the application of the Hotelling T2 Control Chart, we used three major characteristics of quality, those are expiry, packaging, and price. The second method, Statistical Quality Control, is using the control charts of the cause-effect techniques and diagrams in quality control to minimize the rejected products. Based on the identification the number of products that fail is still within reasonable limits located between UCL and LCL. The main cause of the signal out of control is the packaging of the product. As the endeavor improvement from the company, the production process is increasing in the second phase.

Abstract
The use of fly ash as cement replacement material in geopolymer is able to overcome the environmental problems caused by the cement production process. One type of fly ash that is widely used is class C fly ash which has a high calcium content. However, the main issue of this materials is the low silicate content which is required in forming geopolymer matrix. The use of zeolite which has a high silicate content is one alternative to overcome this problem. This research aims to identify the effect of zeolit addition in strength of high calcium class C fly ash geopolymer mortar. The ratio of zeolit to fly ash was 5% : 95%, 10% : 90%, 15% : 85%, 20% : 80%, and 25% : 75%, respectively. The specimen was developed using the blended 12 molar NaOH and sodium silicate at room temperature. The results showed that the combination of 95% fly ash and 5% zeolit gives the highest compressive strength. The zeolit significantly affects the strength development rate of geopolymer and accelerates the setting time rate. This can be concluded that the mix of class C fly ash and zeolite can provide an alternative in geopolymer production at room temperature.

Abstract
The kidneys are organs that play an important role in maintaining the balance of body fluid and removing metabolic waste products. The incidence and prevalence of kidneys disease continue to increase throughout the world. Various conditions can cause failure of kidney function. Acute kidney failure (ARF) can increase the risk of chronic kidney failure. The severity of the disease, duration, and frequency of ARF are predictive factors that are important for the patients condition. This study aims to compare the degree of kidney damage based on tubular injury scores in acute and chronic renal failure conditions using an experimental model of ischemic reperfusion injury and renal ablation. Eighteen male Swiss mice will be grouped into 3 treatment groups: the sham operation group (SO, n=6), the ischemic reperfusion injury group (IRI, n=6), and the renal ablation group (RA, n=6). Kidney tissue was stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and tubular injury scores were assessed blindly. This study found that there were significant differences in tubular injury scores between the SO groups (0.43 pm 0.49) and RA (3.6 pm 0.70), but there were no significant differences between the SO groups (0.43 pm 0.49) vs IRI (2.23 pm 0.55) and IRI (2.23 pm 0.55) vs RA (3.6 pm 0.70). Based on the results it can be concluded that there are no differences in tubular injury scores between the ischemic reperfusion injury and renal ablation condition.

Abstract
Key-based security is still the most widely used form of security today with a key distribution process between senders and receivers that is commonly perform and also it is a classic problem in cryptography where key must be share to other parties (sender or receiver) and its maybe known when third parties do sniffing process or man in the middle attack. Three-Pass Protocol is one solution that can be used to overcome the problem of key distribution, because the sender and receiver can encrypt and decrypt without need to exchange keys. Security in Three-Pass Protocol uses XOR logic so that the resulting ciphertext will be very easy to decrypt by those who are not responsible, to improve data security in the Three-Pass Protocol process which is use Caesar Cipher and Vigenere Cipher algorithms in the encryption and decryption process in the Pass Protocol scheme, and ciphertext encryption results are quite difficult to read and require a long time to decrypt them.

Abstract
Anthracene, together with other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), is a persistent and toxic soil contaminant because its low water solubility and high hydrophobicity. The effectiveness of PAH degradation could be enhanced by using biosurfactant. In this study, we isolated bacteria that were able to degrade anthracene and also produce biosurfactant. Samples were taken from oil contaminated soil at Jakarta Bay. Isolation was done in a Minimal Salt Medium (MSM) supplemented with 1% crude oil. Screening methods for biosurfactant production include Blood Hemolysis, Drop Collapse Assay and Oil Displacement Assay. Three isolates which have biosurfactant production and anthracene degradation capability was identified based on 16SrRNA gene. These isolates were identified as Ochrobactrum intermedium AMA9, Ochrobactrum tritici CHA60, and Pseudomonas stutzeri CRA7. Based on GC-MS analysis, Ochrobactrum intermedium AMA9 showed high ability to degrade 84,79% anthracene in liquid MSM medium supplemented by 100 ppm anthracene after seven days incubation.

Abstract
Induction motor slip ring-type technology has been widely used in industrial as one of crucial electrical components to convert energy mechanically. The construction of this motor is more complex than other standardized induction motors such as squirrel cage. The complexity lies on the connection between the rings and brushes which requires more maintenance. Meanwhile, Squirrel cage motor that is supported by a VSD system allows its user to start motor smoothly and adjusts the speed more efficiently. In this study, we exclusively investigate the possibility of the outdated technology replacement by using squirrel cage standardized induction motor based on its compatibility and the financial perspective as well. To prevent any coming up problems, the selections of new motor and VSD must fulfill the requirement of the existed system. Technical data were collected from customer-s SCADA and nameplates While the financial calculation was made based on payback period. In this case, the payback period is projected within two years that basically depends on operation patterns. According to our point of view, standardized squirrel cage motor potentially replaces the slip ring motor in which squirrel cage motor is not only for having simple operation but also less maintenance and energy cost.

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the performance of Satellite Nusantara Satu which has just been launched. Satelit Nusantara Satu is a broadband satellite that uses High Throughput Satellite (HTS) technology and uses Ku-band transponders to cover all regions in Indonesia. However, the use of Ku-band frequencies in Indonesia, which is located at a tropical region, must be evaluated because of the characteristics of the Ku-band frequency are very vulnerable to rain attenuation. In general, a broadband service requires link availability of 99.9% with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps. Our simulation results show that in the western part of Indonesia, to reach 100 Mbps with 99.9% link availability, the EIRP of the earth station VSAT is minimum at 79 dBW. In the central part of Indonesia, to reach speeds of 100 Mbps with 99.9% link availability, the EIRP of the earth station VSAT is minimum at 83 dBW. And in the eastern part of Indonesia, to reach speeds of 100 Mbps with 99.9% link availability, the EIRP of the earth station VSAT is minimum at 84 dBW.

Abstract
Azadirachta indica, A., Juss is a medicinal plant that is used traditionally for some disease, especially its leaves are used to treat a rheumatic diseases and lower blood uric acid levels. This study has been carried out to examine antihyperuricemia activity of ethanol extract, water fraction, ethyl acetat fraction and n-hexane fraction of the A. Indica leaves in male mice of Swiss-Webster strain. Extract and fraction doses used were 125, 250, and 500 mg/kg bw. The tests were conducted on mice suffering from hyperuricemia induced by potassium oxonat intraperitoneally and chicken liver juice orally. Measurement of blood uric acid levels were performed every hour for 4 hours after being given test preparations. The results showed that the ethanol extract and the fractions lowered blood uric acid levels. The n-hexane fractions at the three doses showed the highest activity. Then, the most active fraction, n-hexane fraction, was tested for its inhibitory activity on xanthine oxidase enzyme to determine its mechanism of action. The results showed that the n-hexane fraction inhibited uric acid biosynthesis by inhibiting the activity of xanthine oxidase enzyme with the IC50 value of 132 microgram/mL.

Abstract
Motivation and physical fitness of a teacher are the most important things in improving the performance of physical education teachers, even teachers who have been certified. A physical education teacher must have good fitness to improve his performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and physical fitness on the performance of physical education teachers. This study uses the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on calculations, the influence coefficient of motivation on teacher performance is 0.194. t-count value of 2.124> t-table of 1.984. The effect of physical fitness on teacher performance is 0.376. t-count value of 4.913> t-table of 1.984. Effect of motivation on physical fitness, amounting to 0.298. t-count value of 3.349> t-table of 1.984. The results of the study concluded that certified teacher performance in dominant physical education subjects was directly influenced positively by motivation and physical fitness. But there are still other exogenous factors that directly or indirectly affect teacher performance. Therefore, the variables in this study must be used as a reference in an effort to improve the performance of high school teachers, especially in Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract
3D printing is considered as a highly convenient manufacturing process since it enables to create objects of many shapes, sizes and rigidity based on the material properties and the printing parameters. However, the mechanical properties of 3D printed materials is not yet fully understood. There are a lot of different printing parameter combinations which results in different mechanical properties and printing time. This research work aims to investigate the relationship between printing parameters, i.e. infill density and infill pattern, and tensile property of Polylactic Acid (PLA) material. Anycubic i3 Mega 3D printer is used to print the specimens and an open-source slicing software Cura is used to vary the printing parameters. The two varied printing parameters are infill densities of 25%, 50%, 75% and infill patterns namely Grid, Tri-Hexagon, and Concentric. The specimen and tensile testing procedure are based on ASTM D638 Type 1 standard. Three tensile properties, in this case, elastic modulus, yield strength, and tensile strength were examined. The obtained results can be used as a data reference for making finite element model (FEM) as well as predicting the optimum tensile property with respect to the printing parameters.

Abstract
Database design can be done using a relational approach. In this type of relational database, there is a clear description of the relationship between a table and another table that can do; this relationship described as a solid line that connects one field name to one table, with one name field in the other table. This situation will produce an integrated and accurate database design. Managing student data manually, for various information needs on different management lines both horizontally and vertically, will cause several problems. These problems are related to accuracy and response time. It is because each identified file is independent so that when a search for records or data is made difficult and the data accuracy not maintained because of data redundancy. Based on the conditions above, in this study, a database of student data management will be conducted using the relational approach. From the resulting menu system and the interface shown, concluded that the database design of student data management using the relational approach has been able to accommodate data and information needs relevant to business processes that occur within the student data management system.
