Abstract
PicsArt is an image and collage editing application that allows its users to edit or create pictures and then share them in a social networking community. PicsArt users can create or edit interesting pictures based on their preferred theme. This study was aimed to utilize the PicsArt application to disseminate the Standard Dictionary of Indonesian (KBBI) and to introduce appropriate terminologies to the community in social networks. To date, many people do not know the appropriate terminologies or name of objects, for example the word kapak with kampak. Using PicsArt application, an image was displayed and underneath, the word kapak and kampak were written accompanied by green and red checklists. The green checklist indicated the correct terminology and the red checklist symbolized the incorrect one. After that, an explanation of the definition of the term was given. The method used in this study was qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicated that the PicsArt application facilitated community members to capture the message conveyed through the images. The modified images made community members understand the meaning relevant to KBBI and increasingly recognize the correct terminologies.

Abstract
Referring to the Government Regulation of the Republic of Number 79 of 2014 on National Energy Policy, the Indonesian government is committed to developing a renewable energy mix by 23% in 2025. However, the realization is still below 5%. This prompts the Garut Regency government to jointly commit to developing renewable energy by utilizing domestic waste for electricity generation. The purpose of this study is to design a strategic partnership in the development of a waste-to-renewable energy in Garut and analyze its social impacts. Data were obtained from Garut Environmental Office and Garut Bureau of Statistics and through interviews with related stakeholders. The results showed that the governments limitation in technology can be overcome by the involvement of the private sectors (investors from South Korea and Japan). Strategic partnership can help the Garut government realize their waste-to-renewable project.

Abstract
Situ Parigi is located in Parigi Lama Village, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City. Based on the water quality measurements of Situ Parigi, BOD parameter has the highest concentration. This indicates that the type of waste that enters this water body is dominated by organic waste produced from domestic activities around it. The purpose of this study is to determine the pollutant load capacity of BOD in Situ Parigi. Pollutant load capacity is calculated using formulas in Minister of Environment Regulation No. 28 of 2009 concerning Capacity of Lake Water Pollution and/or Reservoir Load. Situ Parigi has an area of 4 Ha, an average depth of 0.98 m, a debit of 0.023 m3/sec and a hydraulic residence time of 18.25 days. Based on the calculations results, the pollutant load capacity of Situ Parigi is 3,169.81 kg/year but must accommodate a load of 20,553.15 kg/year. These results show that the pollution that occurs in Situ Parigi has exceeded its capacity. Control strategies such as dredging work and the construction of communal wastewater treatment plants could be carried out in an effort to reduce the occurring pollution levels.

Abstract
Previous sudies on commercial sex workers reported that the number of commercial sex workers spreading throughout Denpasar city and its surroundings is 250 persons and 14% of them had been infected with HIV/ AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/ Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). However, referring to the data in the City Health Service of Denpasar, the number of direct commercial sex workers throughout Sanur area in 2017 is 450 persons. Such number confirms that the risk of sexually transmitted infection among the direct commercial sex workers in the area is intensely high. Condom use is seemingly ruled out. Thus, by the present study, an explorative investigation is carried out to explore more about the condom use among the direct commercial sex workers in Sanur. The study applies qualitative research design. A purposive sampling technique was implemented in selecting 15 informants. The 15 informants included the direct commercial sex workers, pimps, and customers. These informants were provided with in-depth interviews. The results of data analysis showed that during sexual intercourses not all the direct commercial sex workers applied the use of condoms. The leading reason was the male partners disliked the condoms in the sexual intercourse. However, it is also found that economic factor had given rise to avoiding the condom use. It should be noted well that using condoms during sexual intercourse decreases the growing number of the direct commercial sex workers.

Abstract
The efficiency of ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate and its derivatives as corrosion inhibitors of iron corrosion in acid environment has been studied to find the relationship between molecular structure parameters with the efficiency of corrosion inhibition. The MP2 perturbation theory was applied to calculate molecular structure and electronic parameters. Computational and experimental corrosion inhibition efficiency show that the electronic properties of molecules, including the orbital molecular frontier energy (HOMO and LUMO energy), ionization potential, electron affinity, electronegativity, softness, hardness, number of electron transfer from inhibitor to metal, and interaction energy have a strong relationship with inhibition performance. Furthermore, Fukui function obtained from natural bond orbital analysis was employed to study the interactions between inhibitors with iron metal in more detail. The presence of heteroatom and electron donor groups within the frameworks of inhibitors has a significant effect on corrosion inhibition performance.

Abstract
This paper discusses the complementary of the Quaternion method and the Boole method on the IMU sensor to calculate the orientation angle of the Stewart Platform. Validation of orientation angles The Stewart platform is very difficult to do using manual measuring devices, so it requires an IMU sensor to calculate the orientation angle. The IMU sensor consists of three types of sensors, namely the accelerometer, magnetometer, and gyroscope sensors. The Quaternion method is used to calculate the pitch angles and the roll of the accelerometer sensor, and calculate the yaw angle of the magnetometer sensor. The Boole method is used to calculate the pitch, roll, and yaw angles of the gyroscope sensor. Next, the orientation angle of the accelerometer and magnetometer is combined with the orientation angle of the gyroscope using complementary. The test is performed in six repetitions with angular parameters: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 degrees. Overall, the pitch angle has an average of error percentage of 2.31%, roll angle has an average of error percentage of 1.98%, and yaw angle has an average of error percentage of 1.63%. The measurement results of the orientation angle of the Stewart Platform using the IMU sensor show that the complementary of Quaternion and Boole methods on the IMU sensor is quite feasible to be used as measuring instruments for the orientation angle of the Stewart Platform

The data analysis technique used was paired sample t-test and independent sample t test using SPSS 18 software. The results showed that: (1) There was the influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the students self-esteem. (2) STAD type cooperative learning model was better than conventional learning model (direct) towards the development of the students self-esteem. This study recommends that learning in physical education should use the STAD type cooperative learning model.

Abstract
Malnutrition is the primary cause of morbidity and mortality in children. The term of malnutrition includes a state of undernutrition and overnutrition. The purpose of this study is to assess the nutritional status of children age in local village, Bali. This research was a cross-sectional descriptive study with 60 subject which were kindergarten students in Bali and with 60 respondents which were the mother of the subjects. The data collecting technique of this research was purposive sampling, with using questionnaire for respondents and direct measurement for the subjects. Most of the respondents were in normal category based on anthropometry index. We also found the prevalence of overnutrition were higher than undernutrition. Undernutrition status was found more in children with less nutrient intake, normal nutrition status was found more in children with good nutrition intake, while overnutrition status was more dominant in children with high nutrition intake. Measurement of nutritional status for children is very important as anticipation data for further research and basis for making public health programs.

Abstract
Academics in the field of health need to understand anatomy visually needed to know the details and functions of each component of the anatomy of the body. More specifically, the female reproductive system in the pelvis based on its anatomy consists of two parts: the external genitalia (which are on the outside), and the internal genitalia (which are on the pelvis). The female reproductive system in the field of education and knowledge of Virtual Reality technology is very beneficial for midwifery and science students to support knowledge. Because with the existence of a technology Virtual Reality (VR) organs contained in the body will look more clearly. VR-based simulation methods have several important benefits when compared with the method of using anatomy props. Markerless Virtual Reality every object or whole room can be an object. the object that will be raised is the reproductive and female pelvic system objects and each of each marker displays an animated 3D object in accordance with the database that has been stored and 3D objects can be manipulated by moving, rotating and enlarging objects. The process of interaction between the model and the user, especially health academics, increases the psychological deprivation of users in terms of understanding womens reproductive anatomy.

Abstract
Abstract Bintaro fruit contains a lot of organic compounds that cause mortality of a number of insects including cockroaches. The reasearch aims to determine the effect of various concentrations of bintaro fruit (Cerberra manghas) as bioinsecticides, and to know the effective concentration to achieve mortality from Periplaneta americana cockroaches . The method used in this study is a pure experimental method that uses Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 5 repetitions, with different concentrations namely concentrations of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%, so that the sum of all a sample of 125 Periplaneta americana cockroaches. Based on the results of statistical tests using the ANOVA test and Scheffe further test, the treatment of the concentration of bintaro fruit extract (Cerberra manghas) 40% significantly affected the Periplaneta americana cockroach compared with other treatments and in terms of LC50 values, is the mortality rate had reached 50% in observations 5 x 4 hours and more mortality than other concentrations.

Abstract
Multivariate Control Charts is an effective tool in Statistical Process Control to identify either an out-of-control process or in-control process. Hotelling T2 control chart is a quite popular and widely used technique in this field. However, its performance is deteriorated when the underlying distribution of the quality characteristics is not following the multivariate normal distribution. Multivariate control chart usually recommended a procedure in the phase-in Hotelling T2 control chart although there is difficulty in interpreting the signals from multivariate control charts more work is needed on data reduction methods and graphics techniques. Basically, the multivariate control chart refers to the theory of prediction interval. Therefore, its called predictive multivariate control charts. We aim to construct what so-called predictive multivariate control chart both classical in this part in the phase-in Hotelling T2 and Copula-based ones. We argue that appropriate joint distribution function may be well estimated by employing Copula. A numerical analysis is carried out to illustrate that an Application Copula-based Multivariate control chart outperforms than bivariate control chart and others.

Abstract
Cavitation has been one of the critical issues in turbomachinery operation which often causes the reduction of service life of the components. In order to predict the service life, cavitation intensity (CI) needs to be measured accurately. In this paper, several notable developments of techniques to measure CI are reviewed briefly. Those techniques can be classified into two groups, i.e. direct and indirect measurements. For the indirect technique, a method which estimates the impact load of bubble collapse by inverse analysis is particularly elaborated. For the direct technique, a method which utilizes painting technique to quantify the actual CI is specifically presented. The advantages and disadvantages are also comprehensively discussed.
