Abstract
The research aims to examine factors that may cause inventory mismanagement in a Small Medium Enterprises (SME), which is a market leader in the Heavy Equipment after sales business, is selected. The company is selected because despite its status as market leader, the company deals with various inventory problems, for examples slow moving stocks, delivery delays to customers, etc. Those problems, at the end, may reduce companys profit. In order to determine the main causes, this study applies quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative method, specifically Pareto diagram and Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR) is mainly used to evaluate sales and inventory management. ITR is affected by spare part quantity, warehouse area used, and the material amount. The top five ITR ratings are examined further through observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. Meanwhile, the qualitative method is applied to evaluate the companys inventory information systems, procedures and coordinations among departments, and human resources. Our findings suggest that the unintegrated companys information system and lack of qualified human resources are the main factors affect inefficient inventory management. The research benefits to industry by suggesting the importance of information systems and human resources to inventory management. As for academics, this research enriches inventory management literature.

Abstract
We present a self-consistent charge density functional tight-binding (SCC-DFTB) parameterization for boron clusters. In the parameterization we devote more attention to the repulsive energy in the SCC-DFTB theory and examine the quality of the parameter fitted to different sets of reference structures. To test the quality of the parameter, we combine the SCC-DFTB with modified basin hopping method (MBH) to search for global minima of small boron clusters Bn (n=3-13). In closer examinations, we found the repulsive potential fitted to trimer is a compromise among the reference structures judging from the variation of the potential curve and the geometry that it yields. On comparing further our calculated lowest energy boron clusters are very good agreement with other theoretical calculations.

Abstract
An antenna is the most important part of wireless communication systems. Wifi has an omnidirectional radiation pattern that produces a limited beam range. Therefore, an external antenna with a higher gain is needed than an internal antenna. In this research, a rectangular Yagi microstrip antenna is designed with two levels of directors that can work on the 2.4 GHz frequency (Wifi Application). The selection of the relative permittivity of the dielectric material and setting the antenna dimensions is done carefully to obtain a gain> 5 dB. During the simulation, optimization is done by changing the dimensions of driven, director, reflector, and distance between levels. The simulation results show that the antenna has worked at a frequency of 2.4 GHz with a bandwidth of 209 MHz, a gain of 8,148 dB and a bidirectional radiation pattern. The antenna is realized using a dielectric material with a relative permittivity of 4.3. The antenna measurement results show a bandwidth of 210 MHz and a gain of 7.98 dB. By choosing the relative permittivity of material and carefulness in setting the dimensions of the antenna, it is proven to produce an antenna with gain as targeted, although the antenna only uses 1 branch and 2 levels of directors.

Abstract
This works focuses on the fouling resistance evaluation of polydopamine-blended poly (ether sulfone) (PES) ultrafiltration membrane for water treatment application. The supporting PES membrane was prepared via common phase inversion method. The dopamine was introduced to the membrane by blending technique and the modification occurred by in-situ polymerization of dopamine into polydopamine which triggered by peroxide. The antifouling performances were studied in terms of flux recovery, reversible fouling, irreversible fouling, and total fouling. The relevant characteristics of the membranes such as surface porosity, chemical composition, water permeation, and solute rejection were also provided to support the analysis of antifouling performances. The results revealed that the presence of polydopamine in the membrane system significantly enhanced the fouling resistance of the polydopamine-blended PES membrane. The hydrophilic component in polydopamine reduced the interaction of membrane with foulant thus lowered the total fouling of only 18.92% with 13.50% reversible fouling and 5.42% irreversible fouling for modified membrane. In addition, the polydopamine-modified membrane successfully recovered up to 95% of the flux after backwashing, much higher than that of original PES which was only 67%.

Abstract
This paper reports about the application of biosilica sourced from low-cost and natural biomasses such as rice husk and sugarcane bagasse as membrane modifying agents. The modification was conducted on poly(ether sulfone) membrane by blending technique. The modification was aimed to improve the performance of the PES membrane in terms of water permeability as well as separation performance. The effects of silica addition to the membrane system were evaluated through the analysis of change in chemical structure using attenuated total reflectance-fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, surface morphological change using the atomic force microscope, and surface hydrophilicity using water contact angle measurement. The results showed that addition of biosilica of both natural sources successfully enhanced the pore property and hydrophilicity (from 80 to 50 contact angle degree) of the membranes which subsequently improved the water permeability as well as filtration performance of the blended membranes.

Abstract
With the aim to reduce the negative impacts caused by the widespread of water hyacinth to the environment, this paper reports the utilization of water hyacinth as a source of biomass to fabricate a heterogeneous catalyst. The catalyst was prepared by calcinating the grounded hyacinth biomass at 600 celcius, and K2CO3 was then introduced as a co-catalyst through impregnation method. The properties of biodiesel were also evaluated in terms of viscosity, density, and acidic number. To better understand the impregnation effects, surface topography, particle size, and atom composition of water hyacinth catalyst without and with K2CO3 impregnation were analyzed. The performance of the synthesized catalyst was studied for transesterification reaction of palm oil into biodiesel. The reaction was carried out in a batch mode for 3 hours with stirring at 65 celcius. The molar ratio of methanol to oil of 12:1, and the catalyst loading was varied from 5 to 15 wt.%. The highest yield (94,47%) was obtained from the process using 15% of hyacinth-based catalyst which impregnated with 20% of K2CO3. The biodiesel produced was in the range of the SNI standard. The water hyacinth can be a promising heterogeneous catalyst for biodiesel production at industrial scale.

Abstract
The right inventory of raw materials will minimize optimal inventory costs. A company that produces bottled beverages in Medan has problems in procuring raw materials, especially sugar, which results in high inventory costs. Therefore, this study will calculate the order of requests using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Quantity Order (POQ). ) and MIN MAX. The EOQ method was chosen because it saves storage costs and ordering costs. The data analysis technique in EOQ method is calculating the optimal amount of raw material purchases, the optimal ordering frequency, the message costs, optimal cost savings and total cost of raw material inventory. EOQ method turned out to have a lower total inventory cost compared to the cost of procurement of raw material supplies set by the company, which is Rp. 215,862,536 while the EOQ method is Rp. 210,777,546. From the calculation results, the EOQ method is more efficient, because the company will be able to minimize the total inventory cost of Rp. 5,084,990 or 2,4% lower.

Abstract
Ferrous is one of the groundwater contaminants that negatively impacts health and the environment. The allowed ferrous content is < 1 ppm in water for daily use. Removal of Fe in groundwater by adsorption using low-cost bio-sorbent from rice husk has been conducted. The process was carried out in continuous mode using two types of rice husk-sourced adsorbents, one was only carbonated at 400 C and another was followed by a physical activation at 650 C. To study the effects of physical activation on the surface characteristics, both types of bio-sorbents were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. The concentration of artificial sample before and after adsorption was evaluated using the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy. From the results, the adsorption using physically activated sorbent had greater removal efficiency of 74.02% compared to that of without activation treatment, which was only 65.70%. In addition, the concentration of ferrous was successfully reduced to 1,029 and 0.779 ppm from the initial concentration of 3 ppm for the process using the adsorbent without and with activation, respectively. It can be concluded that the physically activated rice husk has the potential to be used for adsorption of Ferrous in continuous reactor.

Abstract
Abstract Additives are chemical compounds added to preserve food. There are two types of additives; natural and artificial additives. The durability of wet noodles is relatively lower compared to other staple food. There are various methods to preserve wet noodles. One of which is the addition of natural additives. Natural additives are chosen because they are safer than artificial additives which are more precarious to human health. The natural additives used are carrots because they contain B-carotene compounds functioning as antioxidants that reduce and or deactivate free radical attacks and ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) on food caused by microorganisms. These processes increase the durability of wet noodles. The research aimed to determine the effect of B-carotene content in carrots as a natural additive for wet noodle preservation. The method used was an experiment with B-carotene concentration variations in carrots; 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80%. From the results, it was found that at the 60% concentration of B-carotene, the durability of wet noodles reached the maximum 4 day. This fact showed that the addition of high concentration B-carotene will affect the durability of wet noodles. And carrots can be used as natural additives in preserving wet noodles.

Abstract
Indonesia as one of the tropical countries has a high prevalence of dengue. Pathophysiology of dengue fever is through the role of the immune system, one of which is the role of cytokines. Interleukin 8 (IL8) is one of the pro-inflammatory cytokines produced by macrophage cells in the immune response. Several studies have linked interleukin 8 levels with dengue infection. The purpose of this study was to determine interleukin 8 levels in patients with dengue fever. The research design used was a cross-sectional study. Serum samples of 50 samples were collected and then examined for interleukin 8 levels using the ELISA method. The results of this study, more research subjects diagnosed with dengue fever as much as 90% (45 samples) and 10% (5 samples) dengue hemorrhagic fever. Through the Mann-Whitney test analysis, IL8 levels are expressed in the median (minimum-maximum). Levels of IL8 in dengue fever 19.76 (13,70-89,62) and 25,15 (15,74-25,87) in dengue hemorrhagic fever. The conclusion is that interleukin 8 levels were not statistically different between patients with dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever.

Abstract
Flat foot or also known as pes planus is a condition in which the inner or medial arches are reduced or absent so that the sole of the foot will touch the ground. This situation can be physiological which is called a flexible flat foot or pathological which is called a rigid flat foot. Flat foot is one of the most common conditions encountered by pediatrics, which affects around 20% to 30% of the worlds population. With increasing age, the prevalence of flat foot will decrease. Flat foot causes foot instability as a bodybuilder. This study aims to look at the relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and the incidence of flat foot in grade 1 and 2 children at SD 5 Sumerta, Denpasar. This study is an analytical study using a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 40 conducted at SD 5 Sumerta Denpasar. The data obtained was carried out a descriptive analysis and correlation test. From this study, it was found that BMI had a correlation with Flat foot (p=0.001; r=0.695). Confidence Interval (CI) 95%. In conclusion, the Body Mass Index has a significant positive correlation with flat foot prevalence.

Abstract
In foreign exchange money trading, historical data are publicly available continuously. This historical data such as opening, highest, lowest, and closing rate are important variable to predict the future of rates movement. The available data is not only historical trading itself, but also from news release and expert analysis from expert trader. This kind of data contains text and number. This paper proposes in forecasting the rates by combining text and number data. The combination of text mining technique with several time series method i.e: simple moving average, weighted moving average and exponential moving average. Research period for this experiment is between 1st December 2018 and 31st January 2019. The currency pair are EURUSD, USDJPY and EURJPY. Forecasting results with some time series method were compared with combined time series forecasting method and naive bayes classifier. The experiment results show that combined time series method with naive bayes classifier delivered better accuracy level.

Abstract
Escherichia coli is a Gram-negative bacterium that has a natural habitat in the human digestive tract. This bacterium besides being a normal flora can also be pathogenic. Escherichia coli is the most common cause of diarrhea. Guava leaves and bay leaves contain essential oils, tannins, flavonoids, and saponins which have antimicrobial effects. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effectiveness of inhibition between ethanol extract of guava leaves and bay leaves on the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria. This type of research is an experimental laboratory. The inhibitory test was carried out by measuring the clear zone around the paper disc using callipers. The results of data analysis using one way ANOVA showed that there were significant differences between groups of extracts with F output = 49.83 and p = 0.00 (p&

Abstract
This research aims to develop a didactical design of learning about circle at junior high school, especially the relationship between central angle, length of arc, and area of segment of the circle. Developed didactical design consists of three activities obtained from three formal stages during the research process. The first stage is the analysis of the didactical situation before learning to obtain a hypothetical didactical design. Preparation of hypothetical didactical design is preceded by a preliminary study which includes the identification of obstacles student learning as well as the theoretical analysis and repersonalisasi. Identification of learning obstacle is conducted at a junior high school in South Jakarta involving 34 students of class IX by analyzing the results of the students answers on the questions provided, analyzing the results of interviews of teachers and students, as well as analyzing the textbooks used at the schools. The second stage is the analysis metapedadidaktic which is reflected in the design implementation. Design implementation is conducted at junior high school where a preliminary study done involving 36 students of class VIII. The third stage is the stage of reflection by conducting a retrospective analysis. This is done in order to obtain information for a revised design to produce empirical didactical design. The developed empirical didactical design allows for further development through the three stages of the same formal.

Abstract
Obesity is one of the greatest factors causing health problems. Many studies have shown a significant association between obesity and lung disorders in the form of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and asthma. The purpose of this study is to know the ratio of lung function before and after exercise in the normal and obesity group. The research design used was quasi experimental with pretest and posttest design, using Pearson ChiSquare hypothesis test, Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test and Mann Whitney U Test. There are 60 samples divided into normal and obese with an average age of 19.47, consisting of men and women in each of 30 people. The result of this research is in the normal group average of delta value of FEV1 equal to 0,13, FVC equal to 0,10, and lung function equal to 0,87. While in the obese group the mean value of delta FEV1 is -0.17, FVC of 0.00, and lung function of -4.92. The conclusion of this study is the change of lung function between normal and obese group showed a significant difference, that is an increase in the normal group, but in the obese group actually decreased.
