Abstract
ABSTRACK Coconut pulp is a waste food ingredient from the manufacture of coconut oil and VCO. The disadvantage of feed ingredients derived from waste is the low quality of the feed ingredients. Therefore, it is necessary to do processing technology, namely fermentation which is useful to improve the quality, digestibility and shelf life of these feed ingredients. The research was divided into two stages, namely 1) collecting coconut pulp, drying it, pressing it and then fermenting the coconut pulp produced. 2) Research on the maintenance of super female native chickens whose purpose is to prepare hens as producers of native chicken eggs. The research was carried out at the Basic Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Warmadewa University with a level of use of fermented coconut pulp, namely R0 (ration that contains no fermented coconut pulp, R1 (ration containing 5% fermented coconut pulp flour), R2 (ration containing 10 % fermented coconut pulp) and R3 (rations containing 15% fermented coconut pulp). Each combination of treatments was repeated three (3) times, and each replication consisted of 4 super female native chickens. Variables observed included: 1 ). Age of chicken growth includes the weight gain and final weight of super native chicken, 2) Percentage of carcass and non carcasses for super native chicken, 3) Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR, 4) Feed consumption, and 5) B / C ratio. From this study it was found that the giving of coconut pulp flour was fermented up to 10% (R2) significantly (P <0.05) could increase weight gain and final weight and B / C ratio of 14 weeks super female native chicken, and flour dregs fermented coconut to the level of 10% also decreases ration consumption and the conversion of ration for super female chicken 14 weeks old. Thus for the maintenance of super female native chickens it is recommended to provide fermented coconut pulp flour up to the level of 10%

Abstract
One type of light weight cement is foam cement which can be used in cementing operations in weak zones with the possibility of small fractures, and reducing the amount of light weight cement suspension levels. The foam cement suspension can be used to solve lost circulation due to natural vertical fractures or cavernous formations. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of foam cement slurry to solve the loss circulation in geothermal wells Making slurry cement uses class G cement at 200 mesh and 100 mesh sizes with the composition of Cement. The cement is put into the waring blender containing water, stir it for 35 seconds, adding foam agent into cement slurry with variations in foam agent concentration of 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.09%, 0.12% and 0.15%. Observation of foam cement slurry above was carried out for 30 minutes to test the stability of bubbles in the mixture. The results this study showed different compressive strength values at variations of the concentration of foam agent. The strength value is strongly influenced by evaluation of permeability, porosity and bulk density of core foam cement. The test results of samples with 0.03% Sika-aer concentration have a compressive strength value of 3745,533 psia, while samples with Sika-aer concentration of 0.15% have compressive value of 1701.459 psia The value of compressive strength core foam cement samples can form a linear line relationship between variations in foam agent concentration.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compost and biochar and their interactions on the growth and yield of red chili plants. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial pattern, which consisted of two factors: compost (0, 10, 20, and 30 tons ha-1) and the type of biochar (bamboo and coconut shell). The results showed that the interaction between compost and biochar did not have a significant effect on all observed variables. The dosage of compost has significant effect on fruit length, fresh fruit weight, and fresh weight of roots. The biochar treatment has no significant effect on all observed variables except for the number of fruits that have a significant effect. The treatment at different dosage levels was not significant, but the compost dose of 30 tons ha-1 tended to produce the highest fresh fruit weight 185.35 g which increased by 20.94% compared to the lowest yield without compost 153.26 g. The treatment of this type of biochar only had a significant effect on the number of chili fruit, namely coconut shell biochar which gave the highest value of 17.17 chilies and was significantly different from bamboo-based biochar which produced 15.00 chilies.

Abstract
Ground water is one of the most important resources that support human life. The use of groundwater increase because of many factors, such as good quality, low cost and easy retrieval. Wonosobo is a rain catchment area on Java island. Development and population growth has lead clean water demand in Wonosobo District. The percentage of population growth in Wonosobo district is 0.48% with the total population at the end of 2017 are 784,091 peoples, to fulfill these needs, people in this area are use ground water. Free groundwater is very susceptible to pollution due to its superficial influence and human activity. Because of that, it requires an assessment of the groundwater vulnerability and risk of contaminant. It was analyzed by DRASTIC method. The DRASTIC method is applied by using weighted of some parameters, i.e.: groundwater Depth (D), amount of Recharge (R), Aquifer type (A), Soil type (S), topography (T), Impact of unsatuated zone (I), and hydraulic Conductivity (C, that are combined with overlay using ArcGIS. DRASTIC Index (DI) results in three vulnerability levels which are low, medium and high vulnerable of contaminants.

Abstract
The Internet of things is the new paradigm in the way of the human live result of telecommunication and information technology improvement. That-s paradigm also influences the agriculture sector. Currently, many agriculture apps are introduced in playstore apps by some startup companies. At list 16 apps are recognized in the android platform such as TaniHub, Igrow, Regopantes and etc. Each of them contains usefull information regarding cultivation tips, product price and experience sharing. Many apss provide an up tp date price of the agriculture product such as vegetable and fruit. It connects a farmer and buyer, thus the customer can buy the product diretcly. It called e-commerce. That-s idea aims to erase the long terms distribution because of Tengkulak role. Tengkulak is a person who buys the farmer product directly and on a vast scale. The problem is tengkulak usually buy that product in the lower price compare to market price. Even though the farmer obtains a small benefit or even loss, they still encash it because they have no market option. Toward agriculture apps, the startup developer attempt to solve this problem. In the other hand, the bond between tengkulak and farmer is not an ordinary bond between seller and buyer. In some place such as in Demak Regency, the tengkulak involve in the social structure because they are recognized as an elder in the community such as tetua desa, head of the village moreover religion leader. The other problem is not of all farmers have the capacity and knowledge to operate the apps. These phenomena result in the failure of e-commerce goal in price control. However, in the other condition where the farmer has their own community company such as koperasi tani, the app successfully improved the farmer revenue because of direct sale at a decent price. Abstract
Sragen is one of the poorest districts in Indonesia with a poverty rate of 13.8%; this figure is higher than the poverty rate of Central Java Province that was 11% in 2018 (sragenkab.bps.go.id). One of the poorer villages in Sragen is Krikilan Village, Kalijambe District that also a part of the Sangiran tourist area. However, the existence of this Sangiran museum has not had much impact on the community economic development. The poverty portrait is not only seen from the community income level, but also can be seen from the quality of most semi-permanent housing. The government efforts to overcome the poverty are still focused on developing the Sangiran Museum physically and have not involved the local community. The lack of good cooperation in the tourism development in Sangiran and its surrounding area is the important key that needs to be studied further. Therefore, this study aims to identify the stages needed in the development of Krikilan Tourism Village based on the principle of sustainable rural tourism especially on institutional and policy aspects. The research method used is qualitative with several objectives; starting from mapping potentials and problems carried out to determine the main issues. Then, identification of tourism development policies and stakeholder mapping to find out related actors in the development of Krikilan tourism village. Likewise, some lessons learned from best practice in developing rural tourism has become one of the inputs in the formulation of stages. Whereas the data collection method of is done through field observations and interviews with stakeholders in Sragen Regency, the analysis method used is qualitative descriptive.

Abstract
Tirto Urban Village is one of the locations for slum upgrading. This urban village is located about five km from the coast, but it is one of the relatively slum. Slum environmental conditions are caused by rob. The improvements made in the Tirto Village are upgrading in clean water, drainage, roads, street lighting and open space. The existence of improvements has improved the environmental image, but now the environmental conditions have declined again. Declining environmental conditions indicate a decline in the quality of life of the community. This is contrary to the purpose of slum upgrading. The purpose of this study was to examine changes in the quality of life of community in Tirto Urban Village after slum upgrading. The research approach used is quantitative research. The study was conducted in 4 RW-s in Tirto Urban Village with sample of 94 households. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from BKM, Tirto Village Office and Bappeda. The analysis used was scoring. The results of the study showed that there were changes in aspects of quality of life after the slum upgrading. These changes take the form of improving the quality of life of the community. This study uses five aspects as sub-variables of quality of life. The four aspects experienced an increase, but there was a decrease in one of them. The aspect that has decreased is the aspect of recreational and play opportunities (RPO). Decreasing RPO aspect is closely related to decreasing open space conditions. This decrease in condition is caused by rob with a high enough intensity. There needs to be repairs to open space, in the following ways: improving the quality of the land surface, addition of vegetation and improvement of physical attributes.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Memorandum of Understanding is a new blueprint in every sector of Aceh development, including politics, economy, and social. The MoU itself is the foundation of the enactment of the 2006 Law, Section 11, on the Acehnese Government. This Law enables the central government to significantly grant political decentralization for Aceh. As the result, it would enable the Acehnese to establish local parties, as the political tool of delivering the aspirations, besides national parties situated in other regions in Indonesia. On that Law, the opportunity to optimally actualize gender participation or affirmative action on political activity is becoming possible. The political decentralization awarded to the Acehnese government is considered relevant with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly on gender equality aspect. The gender equality is also existing on the Article 75, Section 2, on the Law of Acehnese government. It asserts that political parties have to provide thirty per cents allocations for female representatives. It is expected that SDGs could empower gender and constitute Gender and Development (GAD) within the Acehnese government. In consequence, it is hoped that the post-war construction could be optimally implemented in every field, notably the representation of women in politics, and maximized the gender equality role for better and prestigious Aceh development.

In this study will analyze the internal and external factors that determine the level of efficiency of sharia banking in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Two-Stage Data Envelopment Analysis. In the first stage, this research measures efficiency by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach and the second stage is regression analysis of Tobit Model. The efficiency scores that have been obtained are used as the dependent variable in the regression model in determining the efficiency determination on the Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The result of the research shows that the efficiency level of Sharia Public Bank during the research period is 69.28% and it is categorized as less efficient. Based on the tobit model results, internal factors that determine the efficiency level include asset, FDR, and ROA. All of them have a negative effect on the efficiency level of Sharia Commercial Banks. Meanwhile, the external factors determining the efficiency level of Sharia Commercial Banks are GDP, inflation, and market share. All of them have a positive effect on the efficiency level of Sharia Commercial Banks.

Abstract
Background: Irrational use of medicines has become a problem in health services, both in developed and developing countries.Treatment of Acute Respiratory Tract infections (ARTI) is not only dependent on antibiotics, but only with supportive treatment for cases caused by viruses. Purpose: This study aimed to determine treatment patterns for children under-five with ARTI in hospitals in Bogor, Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using medical records of patients under-five with ARTI in a government and a private hospital in Bogor in the period of January 1st through December 31st, 2015. Analysis was performed using Chi-square test. Results: There were 105 medical records collected from both hospitals. The pattern of ARTI-s outpatient treatments (n= 32) at private hospital were mucolytic (81.3%), decongestants (56.3%), antipyretic (43.8%), and antibiotics (6.3%). Meanwhile, the government hospital (n=8) used antibiotics (75%), antipyretics (50%) and mucolytic (50%). The pattern of ARTI-s inpatient treatments in private hospitals (n=27) were antibiotics (85.2%), antipyretic (63%), corticosteroids (33.3%), and mucolytics (25.9%). Otherwise, the government hospital (n=38) used antibiotics ( 92.1%), antipyretic (89.5% ), corticosteroids (31.6%) and mucolytics (71.1%). Factors affected outpatient treatment could not be traced because it lacked of clinical information and laboratory test results. Meanwhile, antibiotic use for inpatients in both hospitals were not related to blood leukocytes level and body temperature. Conclusion: This study showed that antibiotic use for ARTI in government hospital was relatively higher than private hospital. Abstract
Periurbanisation has gradually challenged the model of the dense city. In fact, urban sprawl is no longer contiguous with existing built-up areas, but by the spread of suburban residential in peri-urban areas. This geographical distance is possible as a result of the massive and daily use of the automobile. Mobility has been considered as an important factor of urban sprawl. Mobility plays an important role to spatial development and quality of life. Low-density territories, where public transport is a minority, are now very dependent on the automobile. This condition generates certain problems, such as, access to public service, development economic, environmental problem. In general, especially in cities of developed countries, their conclusion is that along with the increasing urban density, travel distances decrease. Nevertheless, such researches on developing countries are still limited. Do they bring a similar conclusion? Using Bandung Metropolitan Area (BMA) as the case study, this paper tries to investigate the travel pattern and it-s relation with density in metropolitan area, with a special focus on peri-urban area. Here household survey data are used as the basis for analysis, together with additional, complementary data taken from authority datasets. The analysis will use quantitative methods. The aim of this paper is to contribute to better informed and targeted spatial and mobility management policies in metropolitan areas, especially in peri-urban area.
