Abstract
This study aims to determine the amount of nutrients given in feed for bali cows in Bali in different seasons. The study used a survey method through observations on 27 livestock groups in Bali by measuring the amount of feed given, diversity of feed ingredients, and sampling of feed ingredients for analysis. Measurements were made three times, namely in the rainy season (February-March), mid-dry season (June-July), and the peak of the dry season (September-October). The results showed a decrease in the type and diversity of feed ingredients in the ration, while the amount of ration given (kg/day of fresh weight) was almost the same (33.17; 33.15; and 32.82 kg). The total protein available in the ration was decreased in the rations given, namely: 706.52 g (rainy season), 648.65 g (mid-dry season), and 611.37 g (peak dry season). While the total energy tends to increase according to successive seasonal changes: 12,650.70; 13,820.18; and 13,974.21 kcal ME. From this study it can be concluded that although there is a decrease in the type and diversity of feed ingredients in the rations given to bali cows according to the season in Bali, but the amount of protein and energy above the basic livelihood needs of livestock.

Abstract
Powertrain by electric battery has been a growing trend in various industries including automotive, manufacture, and agriculture. Electric battery has been applied on several agricultural robots for multiple purposes such as liquid distribution, autonomous harvest, and sensors. In agricultural utility tractor, powertrain by electric battery has potential to replace powertrain by Internal Combustion Engines (ICEs) which commonly use fossil fuel as source of energy. However, application of electric battery power system has not been feasible due to overweight which lead soil compaction, lower speed, and high energy consumption. Overweight values are calculated on 5 utility tractors with different size and output power, in which the results vary from 33.53% to 93.46%. This study aims to optimize the design of utility tractors which will reduce the weight to standard operational weight dependent on tractor size. Alternative components are considered including Li4.4Si battery, Li2Sn battery and Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) for component selection, system design, and simulation on MATLAB Simulink Simscape. Throughout the process, effect of overweight on tractor speed and state of charge (SOC) are identified. Further, electric battery power system is expected to be applied on utility tractors, replacing the use of ICE and fossil fuel within conventional tractor.

Abstract
Violence tends to not only occur due to unconsolidated differences, but also used in political interests. Political opportunities for the emergence of violence tend to be open at the moment of elections. The DKI Jakarta regional election in 2017 was marked by the dimensions of direct violence which included clashes and beatings as well as dimensions of indirect violence which included hate speech, hate spin, intolerance, manipulative and discrimination. Violence that arises as a twist of hatred and offense does not come from a vacuum, but the Hate Spin Cherian George Concept argues that there is a mobilization of political entrepreneurs. Moreover, Clifford Geertz argues that the existence of identity factors contributes to the emergence of conflict or not. This study uses a qualitative method. As a result, this study assumes that political violence in the DKI Jakarta Election is not just a mobilization of political interests, but rather grows as an individual and communal awareness of the conditions that occur in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract
Disaster has an impact on the increasing community vulnerability. Vulnerability is positively correlated with poverty risk. The risk of poverty will increase if traditional societies perpetuate a cultural belief system in which people depend on help of others. To break the dependency culture circle, the government seeks to do disaster risk reduction (DRR). Dana Desa are one of the policies that support the implementation of DRR because carry the theme of village development within sustainable development framework. This article aims to discuss further how dana desa can break the cultural system of dependence on the community so can decrease vulnerability and poverty. The method used a literature review. The results show that dana desa policies are consistent in encouraging the use of dana desa for sustainable development for DRR-based. This is evidenced by the presence of programs related to the development of community and institutional capacity, the provision of cooperation in risk and disaster management, and programs that facilitate the strengthening of productive economies in disaster-prone areas. With community capacity, community resilience to disasters also increases so that people can empower themselves and not depend on other peoples assistance.

Innovation is an opportunity for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to do business according to market needs. It helps SMEs have new market shares. As a spearhead of the Indonesian economy, SMEs can survive extreme inflation. SMEs may survive, but the growth of SMEs is offset by the fall of SMEs whose business types are not a current trend. SMEs in Indonesia are spread throughout the region, including Koto Gadang which has indigenous SMEs for the regional specialty products. The Koto Gadang community (Minangnese) is known as a smart businessman, but the number of indigenous SMEs tends to be stagnant every year. This is influenced by the motivation of the Minangnese in doing business. The necessary motivation is higher than the the opportunity motivation. Because of that, the innovation is lack to be applied. This study uses a quantitative approach to see innovation that is characterized by motivation in indigenous SMEs in Koto Gadang. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to indigenous SMEs and conducting in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results of observations and comparisons with existing theories, indigenous SMEs in Koto Gadang can survive if they innovate while maintaining the distinctive characteristics of the products sold.

Abstract
Computation of highly-localized multiplet energy levels of transition metal dopants is essential to the design of materials such as laser host crystals. A purely first-principles density functional theory-configuration interaction (DFT-CI) hybrid computational method has been developed to accurately compute multiplet energy levels for single atoms of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, sodium, aluminum, silicon, titanium, and chromium. The multiplet energy levels have been computed with close experimental agreement in terms of magnitude and degeneracy, and the method does not depend on empirical information (i.e. Racah parameters). The computed multiplet energy level results are distributed according to term symbols, which are then compared to experimentally-observed multiplet energy levels. The hybrid method consists of analytic computation of two-electron integrals via the DFT-based orthogonalized linear combination of atomic orbitals (OLCAO) method, which are subsequently used as input for the CI-based discrete variational multi-electron (DVME) method to obtain the multiplet energy values.

Abstract
The development of increasingly sophisticated technology will have positive and negative impact, some equipment will result in greater heat compensation. This heat dissipation must be removed immediately to keep the device working properly. Therefore, equipment is needed that can move this heat quickly and large capacity. In addition to be discarded, heat from potential sources can also be utilized. One heat transfer device that does not require energy as a driver is a heat pipe. This tool is very potential for the application, but not yet widely used especially in Indonesia, then in this paper will be described the process from planning to testing. The heat pipe in the material selection is strongly influenced by the plan of its use, both its physical components on the form of pipes, axis structures, and working fluids as well as the operating range of the heat pipe. Some types of heat pipe and the use of materials will be different to the manufacturing process. One of the heat pipe tests applied to the solar collector showed a positive result.

Abstract
In this digital era the usage of locks are no longer only relies on traditional key systems, but also relies on usage of electronic sensors that can improve security system. Raspberry pi is a mini computer that can be used for various needs. In this research utilizing a raspberry pi and a servo motor as a locking device, a web server as a data storage center, a mobile device software aplication as a user interface. The password will be sent over internet from mobile device to web server and raspberry pi will give a command to the servo to unlock and lock. Now the threat to keyless locking system does not only come from physical sources but also come from non-physical or digital sources. This treat can be prevented by using cryptography to hide digital data in the system. This study will compare between combination of RSA, 3DES, AES 128 bit, and 256bit AES algorithms to obtain an algorithm that could be operated optimally on the system based on encryption and decryption speed. The final result of this study is a method to implement cryptographic algorithms on smart key systems to obtain better security.

Abstract
Abstract The position of customary sanctions in resolving non-performing loans in Kerobokan Customary Village LPD is one type of banking law that is legally required to obtain legal protection so that legal certainty is clear to LPD customers. Legal protection for LPDs in this case is enforced because the legal umbrella is clearly stipulated in the Regional Regulation concerning LPD. Legal protection for PLD includes all LPD rights and obligations in the Regional Regulation concerning LPD, so that when there is bad credit by customers originating from outside the traditional village of Kerobokan basically based on "bad faith" with the aim of implementing civil sanctions and social sanctions so that all customers originating from either the Kerobokan traditional village or outside the Pakraman village are bound by a credit agreement. From this, it can be seen that the legal protection of the Kerobokan LPD in dealing with bad credit can be done by means of involving Bendesa Adat as an authority that has authority in traditional villages dealing with bad credit in implementing social sanctions. Forms of legal protection for LPD Kerobokan in resolving bad credit, namely legal certainty in the credit agreement must be clear the rights and obligations of the parties. And when one of the parties violates, the sanctions are expressly regulated in the credit agreement. Settlement of bad loans for customers given outside the Kerobokan Customary Village is a preventive legal effort, meaning that when signing a credit agreement it is understood that the rights and obligations of the parties and repressive actions mean that the parties are obliged to carry out the credit agreement in good faith. The application of civil law sanctions in the form of compensation and customary sanctions are social sanctions in the form of being broadcast in village paruman (community), deactivated as citizens (krama) banjar /village by customary villages and those who are convicted of criminal acts applied by imprisonment by the formal justice as a deterrent effect.
