Abstract
Most major cities in Indonesia face relatively similar problems, namely the existence of limited infrastructure and limited government costs. Whereas the existence of infrastructure is absolutely essential for various activities such as business, administrative, social, tourism and other activities. The same problem also faced by government of Bandung City. One way to deal with the above problems is by cooperating with the private sector, namely using investment from the private sector in order to provide the infrastructures. The partnership program between the government and the private sector is known as Public-Private Partnership (PPP). There are many PPP programs, for example, the Build Operation Transfer (BOT) program which is considered suitable for long-term investment and sustainable infrastructure development. In order to realize a city based on the concept of the target of sustainable development goals (SDGs), the role of PPP is very important. However, the target SDGs are complex, require sustainability, require multiple perspectives, and scientific disciplines. Therefore, the role of PPP in building the infrastructures of the city of Bandung based on the SDGs concept is a necessity.

Crane equipment with hydraulic power is widely used to lift heavy loads at construction sites. The working principle of hydraulic cranes that utilizes the nature of the pressure of the liquid in the hydraulic pump according to Pascals Law. The working principle of the hydraulic pump has been applied to design a solution of electrical conductivity test equipment. The hydraulic system of a large device has been modified using tools and materials that are easily available in everyday life. The design of the electrical conductivity test equipment is composed of: a hydraulic pump made from used injection hydraulic hose and hydraulic fluid. When the hydraulic pump is given pressure, the fluid (colored liquid) will continue the pressure through the hydraulic hose to the hydraulic working cylinder, so that the crane connected to the two electrodes can move. As a current source, Powerbank circuits are used with a USB (Universal Seral Bus) cable and 5 Watt LED lights for conductivity indicators. Miniature props with hydraulic working principles are expected to provide new experiences in the electrical conductivity tests of solutions so that the chemical learning process is more fun for students.

Abstract
Water level measurement is a very important task, especially to obtain information about the availability of water in a reservoir or overflow of river water in flood management. In this paper, we investigate the water level management using ultrasonic sensor to get data in real time. The monitoring system consist of an ultrasonic sensor, LCD displays, and resource tank interfaced with Arduino. To improve the accuracy of the measurement results we introduced the Kalman filter, an algorithm that uses a series of measurements observed over time to produces estimates of unknown variables by estimating a joint probability distribution over the variables for each time frame. This technique is applied for improving the precision of trace water levels based on ultrasonic sensors in the presence of various noise sources. Filter performance is demonstrated to be adaptive to real-time noise. The effectiveness of this technique is evaluated by measuring the water level in the disturbed container with three different levels. Experiment results indicated reducing the errors of measurement significantly up to 60% for a high disturbed water level condition.

Abstract
The volumetric method is the initial method used in calculating hydrocabon reserves obtained from exploration stage obtained geological data from a field in the oil and gas industry. The hydrocabon reserve calculation obtained from volumetric method is the result of interpretation data, such as seismic and logging data that have a small range of trust, in this study estimated hydrocarbon reserves in the XY formation gas reservoir using material balance method and P/Z method in assessing optimism or pessimism of the reserve value generated from volumetric method. material balance method and P/Z method were chosen as a reliable method because it has better accuracy data such as pressure measurement data, reservoir rock and fluid analysis data, and cumulative production measurement data compared to interpretation data on volumetric method. From this research, it can be concluded that the reserve value produced by the volumetric method is more pessimistic than the reserve value using material balance method and P/Z method. By knowing pessimism of the results of the volumetric backup method for the other two methods, it will affect the amount of oil and gas industry reserves so that geological modeling needs to be done again after more accurate data is obtained

Studi area is located in Rambatan river and Ciseureh river Malahayu Brebes Central Java. Porosity and permeability are very important to oil and gas industry because the meaning of porosity is a measure of the void spaces in a rock and is a part of the total volume rock. Permeability is defined as the ability of a rock to transmit fluids. Deep-water gravity flow or deep marine reservoir are important exploration targets worldwide and there is complicated when little subsurface data available. Porosity and pemeability analysis from outcrops data may considered as the data used in this study. The result from three measuring section show there is thin intercalated carbonaceous sandstone, marl, and shale. 20 outcrop samples was carried out the helium porosimetry for porosity permeability value, 17 samples was examined thin section analysis for fabric discussion, and 2 samples was calcimetry analysis. Litology are generally contains many foraminifera from very fine to fine grained and mostly moderate grained on inner-outer fan environment. Sedimentary structure represent slope sedimentary structure such as graded bedding, lower lamination, slump bedding, ripple, convolute ripple, cross lamination, and trace fossil as feature of deep-marine deposits. Smaller porosity value in the limestone abundant foraminifera 2% and horizontal permealibity 0.005 mD. Then the higher porosity value is 27.9% with the higher permeability 76 mD in sandstone.

One of the maintenance management on broiler chickens is setting the density number of hens in the cage (cage density). Cage density effect on the comfort of the enclosure in the tropics, temperatures and high humidity can be a major cause of stress in chickens. The space of the cage with a level of density that does not negatively affect the performance of appropriate production and meat quality. This research aims to identify the density of the enclosure temperature and moisture origin as well as its influence on the quality of the meat. A complete Random design are used on research with 3 (three) treatment namely 8, 10 and 12 tail density per m2 of space enclosure. Each treatment was repeated 3 (three times). The results showed the difference in density of cage on maintenance of chicken broiler until the age of 5 weeks, no influence on the quality of the meat. Be advised, with a density of broiler chicken research 12 tails per m2 can be done without affecting the quality of the meat and can save space enclosure used.

Abstract
Contiuous increasing of fuel need in Indonesia, at least in the last ten years, is the reason for improving domestically crude oil production. Exploitation in the form of oil drainage activities needs to be investigated further. Surfactants as an agents that believed can reduce interfacial tension, need to be determined the formulation and compatibility in their use for oil drainage from reservoirs. Screening of the conditions of surfactant operation needs to be done in order to provide optimal oil recovery. In this study a surfactant behavior test was carried out on AOS (Alpha Olephin Sulfonate) in a laboratory scale, using sandpack as a sandstone reservoir rock prototype, measured the effect of salinity and concentration on oil recovery in chemical flooding. From the measurements, it was found that a surfactant concentration of 1.5% worked optimally in formation water with a salinity of 10,000 ppm, and produced a recovery factor of 7.5%. The emulsion formed shows that the surfactant works in the upper phase, or tends to dissolve in oil, correlates with the basic ingredients of surfactant which is an oil base.

Deafness is a hearing barrier that causes people who experience it to have limited auditory feedback so that their vocabulary is limited. Deaf students at the junior level get Natural Sciences learning material about light refraction. This is used as a basis for developing their skills in communicating one event based on simple scientific observations. The vocabulary baseline of deaf students related to light refraction was measured, then used as a basis for developing their language of understanding through a simple experiment of refraction of light in a coffee solution with three types of coffee size (0.5 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm). During the experiment 5 deaf students with different IQ classifications (high, average, below average, and low) were asked to observe and write the light refraction process that occurred. The researcher observes and records all activities that occur. At the baseline session all students seemed amazed to observe the effects of the observed events. But they did not write or say anything during the experiment. In the intervention session students began to be stimulated with a number of scientific questions, the results of their ability to analyze the effects of light refraction, the ability to write reports, and their verbal abilities seemed to increase.

Abstract
Textile materials, especially yarns formed from polymers such as polyester during deformation, have viscoelastic properties, namely a combination of elastic and viscous properties. Several studies have been conducted to model viscoelastic on textile materials, especially yarns. In this study, modeling is done by fitting data through experiments which are then modeled with a theory of the modification of the Maxwell model as a reference in making predictions through the data fitting method. The results of the data fitting prediction in the form of exponential curves have a regression value that approaches the experimental curve (R^2 = 0.999 and 0.999).

Abstract
The group size of seeds below the size of 7 cm which is 20% is not feasible for enlargement, because it tends to harm farmers who are engaged in hatcheries and cultivators, so this type of seed is not utilized optimally. To be able to increase the economic value of seeds less than 7 cm in size, researchers are innovating to make crispy baby fish. In making Crispy Baby fish requires additional ingredients in the form of flour. This study aims to determine the different types of flour that produce the best quality crispy baby fish. The study was conducted in March to April at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Warmadewa University and the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University. The method used is an experiment with experimental design using a completely randomized design. The results showed the best results in treatment D were the use of three flour mixes namely sago flour, rice and cornstarch, with 30.97% fat content, 49.08% protein content, 17.02% moisture content and ash content 9.80%. Whereas from the observation of the subjective color 9.43%, the smell of 9.40%, the texture of 9.13%, the sense of 9.29% with the criteria is very very favored by the panelists.

Abstract
The objective of this research is to make a constant pressure control in water supply with the method of PID using PLC Siemens S7-1200 as controller and also to monitor the process of its work system from a distance through internet of things (IoT). Water distribution system is created utilizing 3 phase pump which will supply water from the tank. Pressure sensor will be used as analog input signal of PLC to detect the pressure of water in the pipe. Using inverter, water pressure will be kept constantly matched with the desirable set point through the setting of pump speed using digital PID method that is available on PLC. Score of set point is done through HMI of touch panel KTP700basic. By using wifi communication that has been connected to internet, PLC data can be sent to cloud server through raspberry pi3 using MQTT protocol. Raspberry pi3 program is design using the java script coding language. Research result showing that this system is able to keep the water pressure in a constant level of 1.2 bar in water supply. It is also able to monitor the water pressure through HMI and handphone via IoT Technology in the GoIoT server.

Abstract
CO2 Injection is one of Enhanced Oil Recovery methods that developed to contribute to decrease global warming issues and to improve oil recovery. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of increasing CO2 volume injection on reservoir characteristic fluid. This research was conducted by laboratory experiment. Samples used to analyse were come from Beta field in Tuban Formation. This research was conducted into three steps, there were determination of Minimum Miscible Pressure of CO2, determination of PVT fluid composition, and determination of CO2 injection to fluid characteristic that include viscosity and swelling oil. From the experimental, yield the minimum miscible pressure of CO2 injection for Beta field is 2800 Psig. By increasing 10% volume CO2 injection, oil recovery was increased due to increase CO2 solubility. The swelling effect due to dissolved CO2 also led to changes in viscosity for Beta field is 0.588 to 0.541 cp. In addition, percentage of CO2 composition increase 30% from the original since CO2 injection due to solubility CO2 into hydrocarbon fluid. This research can be concluded that by increasing of volume CO2 injection into miscible displacement can affect in changes of fluid characteristic reservoir and improve oil recovery.
