Abstract
The GOST algorithm is an algorithm that has good encryption and decryption speeds because the encryption and decryption process is simple with the use of keys that are not too good. Security in cryptographic ciphertext results is one of the factors that depends on the use of a good key too, one of the techniques that can be used is the Triple Transposition Key that processes keys as much as 3 x rounds with the transposition function. The Triple Transposition Key and GOST algorithms are combined during the key formation process so that the key obtained from the process of using the Triple Transposition Key algorithm is quite strong and minimizes the brute force attack. The use of the Triple Transposition Key algorithm on GOST can be used as an alternative to increase security on the key so that it does not have to have a combination of 2 or more algorithms that will only consume process resources and also do not significantly affect the speed of encryption and decryption.

Abstract
This study aims to obtain an overview of the effect of temperature on energy transfer capacity by laser which can later be used as one of the basic considerations for transferring electrical energy through air that is converted into the form of light until it is received by the receiver (receiver) by comparing the transmitted power and power received. The research method used an experimental method with the design of a laser and a photovoltaic cell as a receiver. Schematic experiment starts with setting up equipment. Then treated with temperature changes as an effect on the laser. The results of the treatment were analyzed so that conclusions were obtained. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the significance level of the calculation of the probability price or the significance coefficient was 8.26E-30 which means smaller than the specified error rate / alpha (α) of 0.05. And if using the coefficient F, the price of the calculated coefficient F is 459.3736 which means it is greater than F table 4.001191. In accordance with the provisions that apply in testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (H_o) which states "No effect of temperature on output power" is rejected. This means that the results of the evidence accept the alternative hypothesis (H_1) which states "There is an influence of temperature on the output power". The correlation of the effect of changes in temperature to output power gives the equation y=3E-10x^3-3E-08x^2+6E-07x+5E-05. So it can be concluded that temperature changes have an effect on output power

Abstract
Covariational reasoning plays significant role for solving problems. This study examines the covariational reasoning of postgraduate students when solving mathematics problems such as fraction, velocity and acceleration, proportion, and integral. 26 postgraduate students of mathematics education are involved in this study. Generally, mental action of students more prominent on fraction and proportion than on the other issues. On fraction and proportion problems, all students are able to fulfill all mental actions such as coordinating the value, the direction, and the amount of change of one variable, and also coordinating the average and the instantaneous rate of change of the function. However, on velocity, acceleration, and integral problems students can not show their mental actions well. The shape of their graph are irrespective with initial point, so that they only fulfill 3 of 5 mental actions in covariational reasoning. These findings suggest that learning in mathematics should place increased emphasis on problem involving graph to promote covariational reasoning of the students.
