Abstract
The gas lift system is widely used as an artificial lift for oil production in petroleum industry. At the point of gas injection Gas lift valve use square edge orifice geometry. The problem in the optimization of gas lift wells is the flow instability due to gas flow rate fluctuations, the limited volumetric gas injection and limited gas compressor pressure. With the limited compressor pressure, the lift flow and gas design is dependent on the amount of pressure on the compressor, the production wells with limited injection pressure will result in a limited amount of gas injection, the square edge orifice requires a pressure difference of 40% to achieve the maximum gas flow rate. This GLV design modification includes changing the GLV orifice geometry. Design studies using Fluid Dynamic simulations to analyze any changes in GLV geometry design. The design modification approach is base on literature study venturi orifice geometry and the availability of equipment for GLV modification. The results of this study are expected to increase the gas flow rate of injection, according to the needs of gas lift well optimization.

Abstract
Current technological developments are so rapid, the use of technology is needed for humans, one of which is in the field of agriculture / plantation. Caring for plants in addition to good fertilization, it is also necessary to water the right plants. The amount of water can be too much if the watering time is too long and vice versa. Therefore we need an automatic plant sprinkler based on the Arduino microcontroller that is able to process the entire circuit and control all watering. The use of Mamdani fuzzy logic is implanted in the microcontroller as a reference in making decisions when plants are watered or not based on the value of the soil moisture sensor and air temperature sensor, so that the water requirements in the plant can be fulfilled.

Abstract
This study aims to get an overview of students conceptual changes about water properties. The study samples were fifth grade elementary school students who had obtained water properties in their schools. The quasi-experimental method was used to obtain the data. This design consisted of two groups namely the experimental group and the control group. The instrument used was a written test with the five-tier test method. KIT IPA was used as a learning media. The experimental class was given a learning treatment with a practicum-based Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) model and the control class did not learn through practicum-based Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) model. The results showed that there were generally significant differences in conceptual changes between the experimental class and the control class. Practical activities using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) model were one way to convey the correct concept of the concept of water properties. In the process of mastering the concept, students went through the stages of thinking starting from the stages of predicting, observing and giving an explanation of a phenomenon. This shows that practical activities with the use of the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) model provided better conditions to provide students with a correct understanding of the concept.

Abstract
We investigated the thermodynamics and structural change of Copper thin film irradiated by ultrafast high intensities laser. The film has dimension of 10 nm x 10 nm in lateral periodic condition and thickness 20 nm with free condition. The system is given such amount of laser energy above ablation threshold. The dynamics of the trajectories of atoms are followed using molecular dynamics simulation. At the beginning of the simulation, the system is compressive but followed by tensile pressure that break the system. Temperature and pressure properties indicated that the system are brought to non-equilibrium state. Structural analysis on the system as a function of time shows the phase change of the material, where at the end of simulation its already evaporated.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Nitrate pollution of groundwater is a problem especially in agricultural areas. Users who rely solely on groundwater sources are exposed to nitrate that seep from adjacent agricultural areas or septic tanks that are built very close to the water source. In Malaysia, the maximum allowable concentration of nitrate in water used for drinking is 45 mg/L (in NO3-). A study on nitrate in groundwater and its associated health risk was conducted in Bukit Bator village in Bachok district, Kelantan, Malaysia. METHODOLOGY: This study was implemented in the month of January 2019. A total of forty-two (42) respondents took part in the study with the same number of wells sampled for nitrate. Respondents were chosen based on the criteria that they only used groundwater for drinking and cooking and they do not have any type of filtration systems installed in their homes. Nitrate concentration was determined using a HANNA Instrument brand multimeter with an attached nitrate electrode. Samples were collected in duplicates and the readings were then averaged. Other data such as weight of respondents, age and depth of wells, as well as distance of well from source of nitrate were also recorded. RESULTS: Nitrate in sampled groundwater ranged from 0.61 to 25.10 mg/L NO3- with a mean of 3.61 + sd 1.88 mg/L. One-sample T Test analysis showed that there is a significant difference in nitrate concentration between sampling sites (p<0.05). In contrast, there are no significant relationships between nitrate concentration with age and depth of well, as well as distance to nitrate source (p>0.05). All respondents were calculated to have a Hazard Index (HI) of less than 1 (HI<1), meaning it is less likely for nitrate to cause adverse health effects on the users. CONCLUSION: Nitrate levels in groundwater is low and is not detrimental to health. Nevertheless, periodic assessment is encouraged to ensure the levels stay low at all times.

Abstract
The research purpose is to find out about neutralization, coagulation and filtration processes in peat water. Water is an environmental component that has a considerable role and the requirements in terms of quality and quantity. The presence of water in peatland areas is less profitable, because peat water is surface water from peat soil with striking features because it is brownish red in color, contains high organic matter, tastes sour, pH 2-5 and has a low hardness level. This research method uses experimental design and the variables are the processes of neutralization, coagulation, and filtration of peat water. Descriptive statistical analysis is an analysis carried out to assess the characteristics of a data. The results of the research were from the initial test obtained pH = 4.32. There are some changes from all parameters starting from dark black water color (1088 PtCo) to 179 PtCo, high turbidity (13.2 NTU to 6.55 NTU, high iron content (1.68 mg / l) to 0.26 mg / l, high chromium (0.093) mg / l to 0.023 mg / l), low acidity (pH) (4.32) to pH 5.57 and high sulphate (744 mg / l) to 24 mg / l.
