Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate how Work Engagement and Work Environment affect the turnover of employees in IT companies with a sample of programmers. By using Resource Conservation theory as a theoretical framework, this study contributes to existing research by examining the relationship between Work Engagement (ie Vigour, Dedication and Absorbtion) and Work Environmnent moderated by Work Family Conflict. Descriptive analysis and correlation will be conducted using SPSS. Then, to test the hypothesis above, Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis is used using SMARTPLS. From the results of the study indicated to have significant influence on TurnOver Intension from the three variables studied, they are Work Environment, Work-Engagement and Work-Family Conflict, only Work Engagement has significant influence on TurnOver Intension, and it is negative. This means that the higher the employees Work Engagement, the lower the TurnOver level in the company that becomes the object of study.

Abstract
The performance of employees in the company was not spared in the training and discipline of work therefore this study aims to determine the effect of training and discipline on the performance of employees at the companys plantations in the city of Medan, population in this study are employees of the plantation company in the city of Medan. Techniques of collecting data is by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) is a list of statements about the training, the discipline of work and employee performance. Questionnaire in this study using 10 statement developed indicators for training, work discipline and employee performance. The theory used in this study relates to Human Resource Management, namely, training, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The results showed that the training and discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously on a plantation company in the city of Medan

Abstract
Abstract The emergence of online transportation provides new choices for the community. But its existence is a threat to public transportation. The community prefers online transportation because it is seen as easy to access, more accessible to the area, cheap and free of traffic jams. Therefore public transportation needs to be improved. Sustainable public transportation must be achieved in order to keep up with the times. Sustainable transportation includes social, economic and environmental dimensions. This article tries to discuss how efforts to achieve sustainable public transportation. The method used in this article to answer research questions is a review of literature from journals, books, reports and results of previous research with related topics. The results of the study indicate that there needs to be a policy that supports the creation of sustainable public transportation. The need for a grand design that reaches the majority of the community, affordable costs for the community, a budget that supports the operation of public transportation, integration with other transportation and the use of environmentally friendly fuels. Further implications are made in this article.

Abstract
Employee Engagement is an importance strategy on increasing company performance. The aims of this research is to elucidate influences of leadership styles, training and work life balance to the employee engagement; also influence of employee engagement to the employee performance. To achieve this aim, the data was collected from 223 employees using questionnaire as instrument of research. The collected data was analysed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling. This research conducted in the company which provide transportation and material handling service in the steel industry. From this research can be concluded that work life balance have most significance influence to employee engagement, and employee engagement have strong influence to the employee performance.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of normative commitment to employee performance, to analyze the effect of continuance commitment to employee performance and to analyze the influence of affective commitment to employee performance at Plantation Company in Medan. This research approach is associative approach. The population in this study permanent employees plantation in Medan with until as many as 151 people. Data collection techniques in this study with questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study shows there is no significant effect between affective commitment to employee performance Plantation Company in Medan. A significant effect between continuance commitment to employee performance Plantation Company in Medan. A significant effect between the normative commitment to employee performance Plantation Company in Medan.

Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction, to find out and analyze the influence of supervision on employee job satisfaction, to find out and analyze the effect of promotion on employee job satisfaction and to know and analyze the effects of compensation, supervision and promotion on satisfaction employee work. The research approach uses associative, with a total sample of 67 employees, where sampling is done with the provisions using the Slovin formula. The results of this study were collected through questionnaires which were processed and analyzed using Multiple Regression. To test the hypothesis in this study. The researcher used the t test, and the F test and conducted a test of determination. Research results show that there is a positive effect of compensation variables on the variable job satisfaction, there is a positive effect of supervision variables on the variable job satisfaction, there are positive effects of promotion variables on job satisfaction variables and simultaneously there are also influences between Compensation, Supervision and Promotion affect the Employee Satisfaction.

Abstract
Savings and Loan Cooperative have an important role to play in accelerating Indonesia s economic growth. But, Saving and loan cooperative in Indonesia in down trend. KSP Sinar Mandiri Sejahtera is one of savings and loan cooperative in Banyuwangi City that has decrease performance . The purpose of this study is to find out factors that influence level of employee s satisfaction at KSP Sinar Mandiri Sejahtera and its effects on employee performance. The study employed a quantitative methodology. Data was collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is adopted from a previous validated survey. A sample of 55 staff, which is all employee at KSP Sinar Mandiri Sejahtera. SEM-PLS is used for data analysis statistically. It is concluded form study that facets such as working environment, compensation, and job characteristic affect the employee s satisfaction which leads to increased performance. The findings of the paper emphasize the need for management to improve working environment, compensation, and job characteristic to boost employee performance.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Government Internal Control System on the Quality of Financial Statements at the Village Office. This study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were village office employees with a sample of 35 respondents. Data collection techniques used with questionnaire media (questionnaires), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the governments internal control system (SPIP) does not affect the Quality of Financial Statements.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of Quality of Service to the Customer Satisfaction, to analyze the impact of facilities on the Customer Satisfaction and to determine the effect of simultaneous variable quality of service and amenities to Customer Satisfaction. The research design uses associative research and quantitative approach, in this study the data collected by a questionnaire tools to 100 customers using accidental sampling technique, which aims to determine the response of customers to each variable. The analysis includes the validity, reliability, classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test), multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, F test, coefficient of determination). The results showed that the quality of services and facilities and a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine MNC Groups strategy in developing MNC Groups content marketing on media sites sharing videos through the YouTube Channel. This study uses the theory of marketing communication and new media with a qualitative descriptive research approach. In addition to conducting observations and literature studies, researchers also conducted interviews with MNC Group, namely in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the MNC group uses the Youtube Channel business strategy in the era of media convergence to get the attention and interest of the public about the program at the MNC.

Abstract
Security issues and data confidentiality are very important in the digital and internet era today. Important files circulating on the internet, both in the form of documents, images, and videos need to be supported with good security. This article aims to secure files by utilizing steganography technology, both in encryption and decryption of the file. The method used is the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) which is applied to Stego-Object. Experiments are done on document files with extensions .doc, .xlsx, .pdf, and .txt, also on image files with extensions .jpeg, .png, and .bitmap. The experimental results show that AES can encrypt and decrypt quite effectively without changing the quality of files both images and documents. This research can develop for video files.

Abstract
This research is about observation of validity and reliability of ability agility Bangsbo Sprint Test to the football player. Ability agility is most important aspect to be an athlete in every sport chapter. This purpose research to explain the level of validity and reliability of ability agility Bangsbo Sprint Test. Method used in this research is descriptive method. This research is conducted in UKM Sepak Bola UPI Bandung use purposive sampling technical from 16 members of UKM Sepak Bola UPI Bandung U-21. Based on result study, produce results of ability agility Bangsbo Sprint Test have validity level in the amounts of Γ= 0,749 include the medium level and the results is significant. Reliability test in the amounts of Γ= 0,935 include the high level and the results is significant. Based on result study, the conclusion is ability agility Bangsbo Sprint Test can be reference to measure instrument of ability agility cause have validity and reliability values with standard scale is used to give meaning of test results to help the coach to evaluation training process with data test results.

Abstract
Abstract Spike is the main weapon used in volleyball games. The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of angle knee joint and angular knee flexion to ball speed. This research used a descriptive correlational method and purposive sampling technique. Samples of this study were 10 female volleyball athletes. The instrument used in this study was based on 2-dimensional analysis using kinovea software and radar speed gun to determine the speed of the ball. data analysis was processed using SPSS software version 23. From the results of data analysis there was a significant contribution between maximal speed shoulder to maximal shoulder abduction with a contribution value of 0.79 and sig 0.009 <0.01, and there was a significant contribution between maximal shoulder hyperekstention to maximal shoulder abduction with a contribution value of 0.80 and sig.0,008 <0.01.

Abstract
This research has been done to find out how the significance of digitalization on learning module in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, specifically in physics learning. In education field, industrial revolution 4.0 can give effects on how to learn, how to think, and how to act to the students. So as the increasing of human resources- competence through link and match program between the education and industry be required. On physics learning, is found that many digital learning devices, either online or offline, for instance, lab virtual digital book, and digital learning module. The method used in this research, is content analysis that analyses the compatibility of the content on digital learning device to the learning objectives. The devices of digital learning which are going to be analysed, are learning module and physics practical module. Abstract
The education system that has not been evenly distributed in Indonesia causes a disparity in knowledge between urban and rural communities. Youth in the village still have a minimal understanding of marriage as a process of forming social structures. Labeling "perawan tua " to unmarried women over the age of 20 in the village community is also the cause of early marriage in Central Kalimantan Dayak tribes are listed as one of the provinces with the highest rate of marriage in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the forms of social control of adat institutions against early marriage in Central Kalimantan using qualitative methods with the phenomenology approach in Garantung Village, Maliku District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Technique of data retrieval is done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. Validation of data is done by the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a social control mechanism through the customary Dayak provisions called Kawin Hisek with 3 stages, namely the pre-marriage stage including Bisik Kukrik, Kahumbang Auh (exploratory), Mamanggul (wooing), Maja Misek or Kajan Bawi (engagement), and the stage of marriage include the Penganten Haguet/ Mandai and Haluang, and the post-marriage stage. This study provides a direction of renewal in the study of social control in society.

Abstract
A supply chain (SC) is a whole set of activities involved in taking and managing a product or products from the point of production to the point of consumption. Between these extremes, there are many activities ranging from simple to complex that are carried out to satisfy the consumption side in meeting their varied demands and the production end in increasing performance in its entirety. These activities can either be functional or operational or both. To enhance the smooth transition, healthy collaborative initiatives are important. This research seeks to evaluate the meaningful contributions of collaborative inventory management for seasonal products with demand uncertainties having a single order in a cycle through newsvendor and buyback contract for the mutual benefits of a two-tier SC. If these uncertainties are not properly managed, they will adversely affect the players of the SC. To mitigate these negative effects, a Monte Carlo simulation model was used to optimize the decision variable to improve the performance of the SC and at the same time meeting service level. The results indicate that the efficient and collaborative management of these products through buyback contract could potentially improve the entire SC significantly.

Nowadays, intensive exploitation of aquifers is seen as one of the main environmental issues in Grobogan together with other phenomena such as climate change, changes in land use, and so on. To that respect, the artificial groundwater recharge almost stands as the only solution in order to reduce directly the effects of aquifer exploitation and increasing the groundwater capacity. Data of Water level, Hydrogeology, Geology, Topography and Lithology as the material to calculate the deficit of aquifer and recovering the groundwater to support the water requirement for the peoples. Investigation of groundwater is using geoelectrical method. The result of this research as the important tools for decision making in providing the good, sustain and adequate water for the People in Grobogan Regency.

Grobogan as the main area to produce soybean in Central Java and Indonesia face a problem to increase the soybean production. Unstable price which caused by undifferentiated between GMO and Non-GMO Soybean as the main factor for the farmer to consistently cultivate the soybean. So, it is required the new method to consistently producing soybean in Grobogan Regency. This research focused on the efficiency of relay crops method of soybean with maize and horticulture commodities to increase the production of soybean in Grobogan Regency. The research from 2017-2018 has shown that this method gave many advantages to the farmers. So, this method potentially will be a future method to consistently increasing the soybean production in Grobogan Regency.

The aims of this study were to find out the kinds of meaning equivalence in Abdullah Yusuf Ali translation of Surah al Waqiah from English into Indonesian, and to describe the rules of Abdullah Yusuf Ali traslated in contextual meaning equivalence of Surah al Waqiah from English into Indonesian, and to describe the ways Abdullah Yusuf Ali translated Surah al Waqiah from English into Indonesian. The research was conducted by using qualitative descriotive design. Al Quran is the guide of life of human beings in the world and has many features that contained in the Quran. The Quran is Kalam Illahi, so as not to damage the contents of messages that contained in the Quran and can be easily understood by the reader. Translation is very important, because language and translation cannot be separed. Abdullah Yusuf Ali has succeeded to translate the Quran perfectly, especially in traslating surah al Waqiah Besides that, informants were needed to validate data. The data was analyzed by using Modification of Accuracy Rating Instrument (Kurnianingtyas, 2008). The result of this study were There werethree kinds of meaning equivalence in the translation of Surah al Waqiah from English into Indonesian namely equivalence (62,5%), almost equivalence (26%) and non equivalence (11,5%).

Abstract
The maturity level of melon affects its harvested quality. Harvested fruit too ripe, it causes easily damage and shortens the self-life. The level of maturity also influences on the postharvest handling of the fruit. Therefore, investigation of fruit maturity is required as reference to determine the appropriate postharvest handling on the fruit. Commonly, the detection of melon maturity is conducted by conventional method by using a difference sound while fruit knocked. This method is very subjective because the hearing sensitive is quite different among individuals resulting in difference of maturity level. The purpose of study was to design of maturity detection tool of melon fruit by using sound sensor (KY-037) based on microcontroller (ATMEGA328). The maturity detection tool was designed by correlating between the sound frequency knocked of fruit with their qualities such as firmness, water content and total soluble solid. From the result obtained that the maturity detection tool was very accurate, which the coefficients determination were 0.8, 0.9 and 0,7 for the firmness, water content and total soluble solid.

Abstract
This research was intended to measure and compare students- ability in learning human body recognition. Students who were participants in this study were five year-olds in kindergarten and eight-year-olds in elementary school in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. They studied in 19 kindergartens and 5 elementary schools in Kubu Raya Regency. The sample total of students in kindergarten was 223 and the students from elementary school was 107 students. Both groups learned the human body during as many as three meetings. Data was collected and measured by questionnaire with 7 statements including 2 statements about what they knew before the lesson, 2 statements about what they did during the lesson, and 3 statements about how they did their homework; alone, with their parents, or their friends. Overall, these results indicate that 72% of students in elementary schools were better prepared for the lesson than students in kindergarten, but 89% of students in kindergarten did their homework alone and 63% of students in elementary school did their homework with their parents and their friends. In Summary, five-year- old students in kindergarten are more autonomous than eight-year-old students in elementary school.

Abstract
During processing and storaging of strawberry products like puree were often found some problems such as loss or change of red colour anthocyanin, formation of brown pigment and loss of ascorbic acid. The purpose of this research is to determined the best of precise dextrin concentration to stabilitation of red colour anthocyanin pigment and the quality during storage at temperature 10±2oC for 30 days. Rendomized block designed used with dextrin concentration as treatments that consists of three levels with four replications. The treatments are, dextrin concentration 0,8%, 1,6%, and 2,4%. The data were analyzed using of ANOVA and continoued by LSD analyzed if the treatment given significantly effect. To get the best treatment used of effectivity index value. The result showed that the treatment of dextrin 1,6% having the highest of total product value 2,27 and produced strawberry puree with the best quality during storage at temperature 10±2oC for 30 days. The characteristics of the strawberry puree are anthocyanin concentration 23,67 mg/kg, total ascorbic acid 78,12 mg/100g, total soluble solid 13,23%, moisture content 79,88%, pH 3,16, red colour intencity (a* value) +30,80, degree of lightness (L* value) 35,40, and total of microba 21,6 x 103 sel/g.

Abstract
Abstract This game was designed because of the lack of supporting media to introduce or educate children to get to know the culture in the area, especially in the Kamasan Puppet Art. Therefore, an interesting means is needed and can introduce Kamasan Puppet Art culture by designing a Puzzle Game. Randomization method is important in designing a Game Puzzle, one of which is the Fisher-yates shuffle randomization algorithm. This algorithm can be used in randomizing Puzzle Games to produce good randomization. And to test the effectiveness of the Kamasan Puppet Puzzle Game, the validity and reliability tests are used. In this test, it was found that the Kamasan Puppet Puzzle Game can be used as a means of educating character recognition on Kamasan Puppet art. Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop technology so that it can be used in transportation modes, one of which is "Travel" transportation. The method used in this security technology is the action research which aims to develop new knowledge products to solve problems with direct application in the real field. The results of this security solution research proved to be effective and efficient in helping travel parties to monitor employees , the location of vehicles and passengers who were given a sense of security, comfort and trust in choosing the travel service. This is because passengers often feel restless because of lack of security facilities, therefore a security system is needed that can be a security and comfort solution for passengers. It is expected that the application of this system can be applied by travel service providers and other public transportation.

Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the effect of return on equity and investment opportunity set on price earnings ratio with the current ratio as a moderating variable. The dependent variable in this study is the price earnings ratio. While the independent variable is retrun on equity and investment opportunity set. Current ratio as a moderating variable. This population is 16 metal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Sample selection technique using purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria obtained, there were 11 manufacturing companies which were the research samples. The data analysis techniques used are multiple, residual, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) regerations. To obtain the data needed in this study, the author uses documentation techniques from data published by the company from the official IDX website www.idx.co.id. As well as annual reports owned by the company. The data analysis technique in this study is using path analysis, classical assumption test, hypothensic testing, t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination, moderation regression analysis, resedual test which is processed using SPSS version 16. The results of this study shows that retrun on equity has a positive and significant effect on price earnings ratio. The investment opportunity set has a negative effect on price earnings ratio. With MRA analysis, the current ratio is able to moderate the effect of return on equity on price earnings ratio. Current ratio is able to moderate the effect of investment opportunity set on price earnings ratio.

Abstract
The objective of this study is to make digital platform design as the innovative solution to overcome an unemployment problem in West Java. West java has been in the highest position of unemployment in Indonesia. It has been caused not only by social but also by cultural matter. Moreover, West Java has become the favorite destination for migrants from other provinces to seek for jobs and to go to study. This study used the method of a socio-technical system analysis by combining social and technical aspects as the basic analysis to solve this problem. The steps of this analysis done in this study were by documental observation and data statistical process. The result of this study will be the digital platform designs that are web and mobile named as UDUNAN. This platform will be a community from various groups in which concern about solving the problem of unemployment through online forums, workshops, and free entrepreneur trainings.

Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Cash Position on Dividend Payout Ratio, the effect of Firm Size on Dividend Payout Ratio, the effect of Growth Opportunity on Dividend Payout Ratio, the effect of Ownership on Dividend Payout Ratio, the effect of Return On Asset on Dividend Payout Ratio and Cash Position. Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, Ownership, and Return On Assets (ROA) on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in Automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The approach taken in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were all automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which numbered 13 companies, while the samples that met the criteria for sampling for this study amounted to 10 companies. Analysis of sample data for this study is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Determinant Coefficient using SPSS 20 measuring instruments. The results showed that Cash Position did not show a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio , Firm Size did not show a significant effect on the Payout Ratio Dividend, Growth Opportunity showed a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Ownership showed a significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio, Return On Asset shows a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio of, and simultaneously Cash Position, Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, Ownership, and Return On Asset have a positive relationship and a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.
