Abstract
Local politics is a study that tends to be studied post-reform a lot. Agree with Jayadi Nas who mentioned the same thing (2006). There are at least two big topics of local politics that have become the topic of study in the last three years, namely Direct Local Elections and Political Parties at the local level. This paper will focus the study on the second topic. However, it is different from previous research which saw Political Parties in the context of Direct Local Election. This research will look at Political Parties after the Local Elections, especially the Election of Deputi Governor of Riau Islands in 2017. This research will be limited by several things: first, the time of research. This study limits the post-election context in question, namely in the case of the election of Deputy Governor of Riau Islands 2017 to April 2018. The Concept of Political Choice will be approached using Rational Choice theory. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation studies. The findings of this study, there is a tendency for political pragmatism from political parties at the local level, through economic calculations (risk and reward) carried out by political parties in the process of candidacy and political recruitment. This can be seen from the political decisions made by the Deputy Governor elected after the inauguration. However, this research has weaknesses considering the indicators used tend not to be maximal with time constraints. Further studies are needed to look at other indicators that might influence political choices, such as political marketing or political psychology. Abstract
This study explains the impact of using Google Translate in the heutagogy education era on the general English course at UNSERA. This research uses qualitative research methods, through documentation, observation and interviews. The results showed that the lack of confidence and ability of students to general English made them look for short ways to complete lecture assignment by using the translation engine Google Translate. Google translate is chosen because in addition to being easy to apply and the sentence structure it produces also approaches accuracy. That makes students fully believe in google translate to complete lecture assignments. In fact, the translator will only translate what they wrote without correcting the words. So, the results obtained are exactly what they wrote. Because of the ease of the translation process through the internet, students are reluctant to bring dictionaries and rely more on their mobile phones. This makes its own space in the process of increasing capacity in students and will become a habit that is difficult to avoid.

Abstract
Physical activity increases formation of oxidant compounds. The formation of oxidants can trigger oxidative stress, a condition caused by the imbalance between the production of free radicals and the antioxidants. Malondialdehyde (MDA) is one of the biological markers of oxidative stress in organism. Oxidative stress can be prevented by giving exogenous antioxidants. Coconut sugar is a rich source of antioxidants. This study aims to determine the effect of coconut sugar towards the levels of plasma MDA after submaximal physical activity. The study was an experimental laboratory with the pretest-posttest control group design and which was conducted in 7 days. The sample of this study used 30 human subjects aged 18 to 20 years. The results showed that the mean plasma MDA levels K0, K1 and K2 were significant. The decrease in plasma MDA levels in K1 was 19.15% and K2 was 37.42%. The giving of coconut sugar can inhibit plasma MDA levels after submaximal physical activity.

Abstract
Background: Jobs related to the nursing profession will always be stressful, traumatic or difficult because of the difficulties inherent in nursing work. Some researchers have documented resilience among nurses and have conceptualized nurses as resilient populations of health services, but there is still a dearth of qualitative studies that hear personal narratives about why nurses remain and develop in stressful workplaces in the context of nurses working in remote areas. Objectives : The objectives of this study were to explore, understand, and ultimately illustrate the lived experiences and meaning of nurses work resilience in remote health centers areas, eastern Indonesia. Methodology: This qualitative study was conducted by qualitative content analysis approach. Six nurses selected for participation using purposive sampling technique and determined based on inclusion criteria. Data were collected through semistructured interviews in depth until saturation was reached. The interviews were transcribed verbatim, and the qualitative content was used to analyze the data. Results: The researcher identified two themes: tough nurses; they will depend on social support from colleagues, family, or even the work environment to continue to assume responsibility and continue to develop and move forward even in difficult situations. They will tend to think positively, use humor to have fun and laugh and depend on spiritual beliefs that allow them to continue to adapt to the difficulties during their duty. Conclusion: This study explains the superiority of resilience shown by nurses working in remote health centers in eastern Indonesia

Abstract
Background : Diabetes melitus is metabolic diseases which characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormality of insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. In diabetes melitus, either type 1 or type 2 diabetes, abnormalities of lipoprotein metabolism could be found. Green tea contains of a lot of antioxidant and may influenced lipoprotein metabolism. Purpose of this research was to determine the effect of green tea on LDL levels in diabetes mellitus rats. Purpose : Purpose of this research was to determine the effect of green tea drinking on triglyceride and total cholesterol serum levels in diabetes melitus rats. Methods : This research was an experimental research conducted on 27 male rats. Rats were divided into 5 groups (negative control, positive control, and tretament group). Positive and treatment group were injected by alloxan (150 mg/kg BW), and treatment group were given green tea drinking with 3 doses (27 mg/200 g BW/day, 54 mg/200 g BW/day, and 81 mg/200 g BW/day) for four weeks. In the last day of research, blood were collected and triglyceride and total cholesterol serum level were examined Results : Green tea drinking decreased both triglyceride and total cholesterol serum level significantly compared to positive control group. Conclusion : Green tea drinking has a lowering effect on triglyceride and total cholesterol serum level in diabetes melitus

Abstract
Background: Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience related to both actual and potential tissue damage. Uncontrolled pain had a negative impact on postoperative recovery, complications, poor quality of life and the risk of prolonged pain. Postoperative pain were subjective and can be influenced by gender. Visual analogue scale was a pain assessment tools that can be used to evaluation of postoperative pain. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare pain intensity of male and female postoperative patients using visual analogue scale. Methods: This study applied a observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample included 89 postoperative patients who admitted to surgical ward were determined by purposive-sampling. Data was collected using observation sheet using visual analogue scale were evaluated for pain intensity within 24 hours after surgery which 3 times observation. Results: This study demonstrated that more than a half (60.70%) respondent were females. Mean visual analogue scale at 8 hours after surgery was 55.13 mm while mean visual analogue scale at 16 hours and 24 hours after surgery was 37.75 mm and 21.56 mm respectively. Using Mann-Whitney analysis, we found that none of the observation had significant difference correlation between visual analogue scale and gender. Conclusion: This study reflects that gender has no contributes to postoperative pain. According to this study it is recommended to evaluate the another factors that influence postoperative pain using visual analogue scale

Abstract
Exercise is a form of physical exercise that can improve physical fitness if done with the right frequency and intensity. Regular and measured exercise requires various training programs, such as interval training, circuit training, continuous training, combination exercise, or weight exercise, each of which has measurable exercise ratio to individual needs. Regular and measured exercise will result in increased work of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system, strengthen skeletal muscles and endurance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of exercise ratio 1:2 on changes of anaerobic threshold and lactic acid levels in students of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program, Sport Education Department, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (PJKR FIK UNY). The research method was by quasi-experimental. Research design used pretest-posttest group design, with quantitative research type. Data collection for the variables studied was done by test instrument (1) anaerobic threshold test using Fitmate version 2.2, Wellness Technology a Division of Cosmed and treadmill, (2) lactic acid level test using Accutrend Plus. Research results indicate that there is significant effect between exercise ratio 1:2 on anaerobic threshold and lactic acid level changes of PJKR FIK UNY students

Abstract
The pace of technology evolution is very fast. The technology has brought us to the limitless world and becoming our ally in every daily life. The technology has created a visionary autonomous agent that could surpass human capability with little or without human intervention, called by Artificial Intelligence (AI). In the implementation of AI in every area that could be in industrial, health, agriculture, artist, etc. Consequently, AI can damage individual or congregation life that are protected by criminal law. In the current Indonesian criminal system, it just acknowledge person and legal person (recht persoon) as the subject of law that can be imposed by criminal sanction. Hitherto and near forseeable future AI has notable role in every aspect, which affect also criminal aspect due to the damage resulted. AI has no sufficient legal status to be explained in Indonesian criminal system. In this paper, the author will assess whether the current criminal system of Indonesia can sue the criminal liability of artificial intelligence, and also will make it clear to whom the possibility of criminal liability of artificial intelligence shall be charged.

Abstract
The Kulon Progo Mountains, which are on the southern side of Java Island, have the dominant influence of N-S compressional stress, the result of the subduction of the Indian Ocean plate at southern of. To the east of the Kulon Progo Mountains, there is Yogyakarta area, which has tectonic interaction with the Southern Mountain of Java. This tectonic interaction has an influence on the geological structure of Kulon Progo Mountains. This research was conducted by mapping and analyzing the geological structure found in the Kulon Progo Mountains. Analysis of the geological structure using stereographic method was carried out on the structure of faults which were found in the field so that the stress direction forming them was obtained. Kulon Progo Mountains have compressional stress from the East (E) to Southeast (SE) direction or from Yogyakarta and the Southern Mountain of Java. The East to Southeast compressional directions gives effect to the Kulon Progo Mountains in addition to the main compressions of the N-S direction.
