Abstract
Aware or not aware, we live in the millennial era that is a continuation era of the global era.Of course, as the era progesses, there are many social problems and new challenges that we must deal wisely. So that, it can turn into a golden opportunity in todays live. Challenges that arise should be utilisezed as well as possible with an optimistic attitude to be good luck for everyone who does it seriously. We agree that the millennial era is an era that is united and inseparable from the use of digital technology and even tends to go beyond the computer era, so that many experts think hard to reach a solution to the challenge. The current millennial era has the characteristics of the post modern era and the era of globalization, which is marked by the existence of fierce competition due to the free market demands for more just, egalitarian, humane and democratic treatment, as a result of political fragmentation, political hegemony, as result of interdependence, we must learn again from the progress of science and technology and the existence of moral decadence. Education must able to answer the challenges of the millennial era teachers are required to be creative using technology as learning resource learning media and the process of teaching and learning activities. Teachers in the millennial era must be literate in IT and technology. The reason for the problem is that young or old teachers have the same responsibility in educating the nations live according to the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. The millennial era is not obstacle, theachers must address this millennial era as a challenge towards the advancement of education. One learning model that has been applied by several communities is an e learning model. E learrning is a learning model that is facilitated and supported by information technology and communication. This thought intentionally the author put forward in an effort to explore the potencial contained in education and its correlation in order to answer the challenges of the millennial era.

Abstract
Indonesia is a country of cybercrime because of the current growth of the internet and its use very rapidly in Indonesia. In addition to cybercrime, growing in online media information is also part of the impact of the development of communication technology. Cybercrime and information in online media will of course lead to anxiety in the community especially the youth, because according to the APJII years 2018 almost 49.52% of active users of the internet at this time was a teenager at the age of 16 to 35 years old. Anxiety caused by cybercrime in online media. These studies use quantitative methods with the sampling quota totaling 100 respondents in SMAN 65 West Jakarta. The results of this research show that there is a weak relationship between teenage angst against cybercrime in online media, so Ho in decline and H1 are accepted.

Abstract
The photocatalytic performance of Zinc oxide nanorods (ZnO NRs) still needs to be improved. One method that could be used to enhance the photocatalytic activity of ZnO NRs is by adding the noble metals nanoparticles and transition metals dopings. In this work,we synthesized nanocomposites of ZnO NRs/Au and Co-doped ZnO NRs/Au nanoparticles (NPs) by using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and hydrothermal methods on the glass substrate. The microstructural, morphological, and optical properties of both nanocomposites were characterized by using XRD, FESEM and UV-Vis and PL spectroscopy. The photocatalytic performance was evaluated through the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under UV radiation. The results show that the pure ZnO NRs only degrades 28.8%, while the ZnO NRs/Au NPs could degrades 37.3%. Furthermore, the Co doped ZnO NRs/Au NPs also increases the degradation rate up to 46.5%. Based on these results, we conclude that the presence of Au on ZnO NR-s surface could enhance the photocatalytic activity due to its role as an electron sink that reduces the recombination rate of electrons and holes while the incorporation of Co in ZnO NRs could also enhance the number of crystal defects that beneficial for enhancing the photocatalytic activity of ZnO NRs.

Abstract
Anatase TiO2 is one of the most attractive transition metal oxides due to its properties and its potential applications. However, transport properties of this material is still need to be explored. Recent experimental study on this materials shows that carrier concentrations and temperature affects the transport properties of anatase TiO2, but the mechanism that govern the properties have not been explained yet. Thus, in this work we present a theoretical study which investigates the transport properties of anatase TiO2 in order to model the previous experimental results. We hypothesize that electron-phonon coupling with intermediate coupling constant (large polaron) play a role on the transport properties of this material. We use Holstein model of electron-phonon interactions which then solve within Dynamical Mean Field Theory (DMFT). In this model, we tune the electron-phonon coupling constant into a value that represent the large polaron then calculate the transport properties, that is, the temperature dependent resistivity of anatase TiO2.

Abstract
Twenty years have passed since Indonesia first entered the period of reformation and womens political rights are still being fought and advocated throughout acts of various policies and official movements, such as law ratification on womens political freedom, due to the relatively low rate of womens interest in todays political form. This kind of initiative aims to remove barriers that hold women from participating in political institution, especially as leaders. The lacking number of female leaders in Indonesia has successfully portrayed politics as a male-dominated world. Using a discourse analysis and descriptive approach, this paper places strong emphasis on the rationale behind this phenomenon based on gender-related findings, literatures, and documentations from the Internet. The results of this study show that social construction of gender plays a significant part in this case and suggest an integrated application of strategical communication plan is firmly required to improve womens leadership quality and prevent women from being marginalised and muted. The study also finds that womens participation and leadership has the potential to contribute betterment to and balance the existing political system in Indonesia.

Abstract
The aims of this research are to understand the forms and model of socialization held by Ministry of Communications and Informatics (KemKominfo) and to understand the implementation of regulation (Electronic Information and Transaction Law - UU ITE) especially to regulate any actions that are prohibited regarding internet usage. The role of the KemKominfo through socialization is to provide digital education and literacy to users of social media, while the implementation of regulations means that the government becomes an apparatus that carries out internet filtering and law enforcement actions against social media users who are proven to spread negative content (despite still there are many hoaxes and hatespeeches spreaded among the social media). Using CMC theory, Knowledge Management Model and Public Policy theory, the method used in this research is a case study with qualitative approach, and the purpose is about to find out how the socialization model in the context of implementing regulations made by the government in mitigate negative content in social media. It is found that digital literacy and public socialization is more suitable for holistic long-term needs while the implementation of regulations (top down) combined with serious law enforcement is still needed to anticipate the implications caused by the use of information technology. This research recommend that government should put more effort at digital literacy and socialization to further raise the awareness of self regulation among social media as bottom up communication.

Abstract
The use of devices in children causes many negative effects including affecting growth and behavior change in children, namely excessive use of devices or addicted behavior. This study aims to determine the therapeutic communication pattern of mothers in overcoming child addictions. Using the theory of interpersonal communication, theory of Coordinated Management of Meaning, therapeutic communication, and Green Therapy. This research is using constructivitis paradigm with case study method. The researcher conducted observations and in-depth interviews with six informants, five mothers who were dealing with children that addicted to devices and one psychiatrist. The results showed that the addiction of devices in children occurred from the mothers intention to introduce the device to the child. Green therapy is one of many therapy that is used to overcome this addiction. It is a combination of ecopsychology, namely the relationship between humans and nature, and psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals to understand and create meaning from emotional and psychological difficulties. From the five informants, there were three therapeutic communication patterns applied by mothers to children. The first one is animal assistance interventions, which is spending time with animals with the participation of mothers in them. Secondly is therapy with physical activities. The media used are swimming pools and playgrounds. And the last pattern is increasing social involvement in education sector, for example like school. These various communication patterns aim to help children learn new and positive behaviors that will reduce existing problems that is the addiction for devices (behavior using devices).

Abstract
Cultural differences are not always acceptable in society, a dominant culture that makes other cultures feel alienated. The lack of peoples ability to understand cultural diversity raises intercultural communication issues, one of which is culture shock. In cultural differences require the immigrants to adapt to a new culture, one of them students from Indonesia, Evani Tami who followed the Global Citizen Program in Taiwan in 2015 ago. Given the cultural differences in the two regions, the researchers wanted to see the communication accommodation strategy as well as intercultural communication interaction by using the Culture Shock phase by Evani Tami. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. The results showed that there is a form of communication accommodation that is convergence, divergence, and also excessive accommodation during the program. While the culture shock phase shows Tamis adaptation process to communication constraints faced by Tami is also quite varied as the differences of language, perception, and culture are quite significant.

Abstract
Background: Non-pharmacological therapy has an important role in lowering blood pressure and controlling risk factors and co-morbidities. There have been many studies in the influences of banana, papaya, and watermelon (as a source of potassium) on blood pressure, but no one has examined the differences in influence between the three. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to prove the difference in the influences of banana, papaya, and watermelon consumption on the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of preeclampsia pregnant women. Methods: Quasi-experimental research design with non-equivalent pre-test post-test with a control group. The sample was 32 pregnant women with mild preeclampsia in Banyumas District with a cluster sampling technique. Statistical analysis were using paired sample t-test, one way ANOVA and post hoc with IBM SPSS software version 25. Results: The results showed there were significant differences in the SBP mean of banana (p 0.003), papaya (p 0.022) and watermelon groups (p 0.004). There were significant differences in the DBP mean of banana (p 0.005), papaya (p 0.007) and watermelon groups (p 0.000). There were no significant differences in the SBP and DBP mean between intervention groups (p> 0.05). Conclusion: There was an influence of banana, papaya and watermelon consumption on SBP and DBP of preeclampsia pregnant woman, but there was no difference in the influences between intervention groups. Banana, papaya, and watermelon can be used as an alternative non-pharmacological therapy to reduce blood pressure in preeclampsia pregnant women.

Abstract
The football competition period lasts 6-9 months on an annual training program. Long competitions certainly result in physical and mental fatigue in athletes. In the theory of training periodization, of course, there is a period of rest after the end of the competition (transition period) that gives athletes the opportunity to rest, psychic relaxation while maintaining optimal physical condition (Bompa & Haff, 2009). This paper seeks to review the literature relevant to the concepts and practices in the transition period. Discussion covers two main things, namely the facts that occur in the transition period and exercises sports that athletes need to do in the transition period. The results of this discussion are aimed at making athletes and coaches understand the things that occur during the transition period and what exercise practices such as what athletes need to do to prevent athletes from the potential detraining syndrome. So that in the preparation period of the new season the athletes performance level is in good condition.

Abstract
This study aims to compare dissolved protein content, dietary fiber, and phenolic antioxidants in red bean milk yogurt and red bean sprouts milk yogurt. Water as much as 8 times added to red beans or sprouts that are complete with the skin and then made milk by blending and filtering. In the milk, 10% sucrose is added and skim milk is 10%, then pasteurized at 70°C for 10 minutes, then cooled to 45oC. The BAL 2% was added to milk, then incubated at room temperature for 24 hours. The yogurt obtained was tested for total phenol content (by the Folin-Ciocalteu method), dissolved protein (Lowry method), and fiber (gravimetric method). Data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by Duncan test with an error rate of 5% if there was significance. The total phenol content of red bean sprouts milk yogurt was 673.03 ppm higher than red bean milk yogurt 113.29 ppm (P <0.05); as well as dissolved protein and dietary fiber (P <0.05). Therefore, yogurt with red bean sprouts milk is potential for alternative obesity drinks.

Abstract
Background: The concept of quality of life has been widely used in various fields, especially health and nursing. A discussion of the concept of quality of life is an important consideration for evaluating the end results of health services provided by health workers as in the case of cardiac surgery, hence the concept of quality of life in cardiac surgery patients requires a specific definition. Various experts have defined the concept of quality of life. However until now there has not been an agreement on appropriate and specific definitions Aim: To present a concept analysis of quality of life from the perspective of cardiac surgery Design: The method used in this paper was the approach of Walker & Avant (2011) Data Sources: This concept analysis was carried out with the aid of literature on quality of life obtained through the internet databases of CINAHL, Proquest, and Google Scholar. The key words of interest were “Quality of Life” and “Cardiac Surgery.” The search timeline was adjusted to articles published within 2009 to 2019. Review Method: This concept analysis was performed using the 8-step method Proposed by Walker and Avant. Results: Following the Walker and Avant-s method, identification of the attributes, antecedents and consequences of quality of life led to an operational definition of the concept of quality of life as the individuals perception of himself subjectively related to physical, psychological and social behavior to be prosperous in his life Conclusion: This concept analysis was able to show that, quality of life is the individuals perception of himself subjectively related to physical, psychological and social behavior to be prosperous in his life. Quality of life will provide benefits to cardiac surgery patients: reduce length of stay and maintenance costs, prevent complications and social isolation
