Abstract
This study aims to discuss in depth the relevance of the Know, Wan, and Learn (KWL) strategy to facilitate students in reading comprehension activities. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is obtained by examining several textbooks and related journals. Reading comprehension is a skill that students need in all subjects, not only language-related subjects. The results of the study indicate that the KWL strategy is a reading strategy that can enable prior knowledge of students as readers to be able to associate the text with the knowledge they already have, so they can more easily understand the text. The KWL strategy step can be combined with the steps of reading learning in general which include the pre-reading, reading, and post-reading stages. The pre-read stage is covered by stage K (know), the reading stage is covered by stage W (Want), and the post-reading stage is covered by stage L (Learn). This strategy also requires the active role of students in the three stages of reading. Thus it can be said that the KWL strategy is very suitable to be applied in reading comprehension learning activities.

Abstract
Background Female Sex Worker (FSW) in Indonesia also has high-risk behavior to STIs and HIV. Gonorrhoea (GO) is one of the major infections. The AIDS and STI program has many approaches to tackle and WHO suggests correct and consistent use of condoms programme. However, there are many conditions that can affect the practice of the programme. The aim of this paper is to describe risks factors to GO prevalence among FSW in 3 cities. Method The data that analyzed originated from cross sectional study of GO resistancies and the respondents were 880 FSW chosen by cluster random sampling from Tangerang, Palembang, and East Jakarta in 2012. Endocervical swab were collected from respondents. The Diagnosis of gonorrhea confirmed in accordance with the results of microscopic examination after being given Gram staining, as well as culture on Jembec media to confirm. Demographic and behavioral data collected through structured questionnaire. Result The prevalence of GO among respondents was 25.8% (227/880). Demographic characteristics of respondents were mostly at age range 18-63 (96.14%), mostly direct sex worker (82.39%), almost half were Junior High School graduated (42.27%), and 63.75% divorced. Some demographic data related to the highest prevalence of GO were among direct FSW there was 28.4% cases (p=0.001), among FSW younger than 18 old years there was 47.06% cases (p=0.006), among not married and divorced there were 31.75% and 27.99% cases (p=0.001 and p=0.002), and among Junior High School graduated FSW there were 31.18% cases (p=0.012). Relation between behavior and GO were found on sex debut before 17 years old (p=0.024), condom use in the last week (p=0.017), and multi-ways of sex intercourse (p=0.041). Health promotion that was given by pimps and Outreach worker has no strong relation to GO cases. There is possibility of drug resistance that triggered by self-prescribed prophylactic antibiotic use, together with inconsistent condom use has cause high GO prevalence. Conclusion Risk factors from demographic and behavior ailments still impacting GO cases among FSW. There is urgent need to educate them to protect themselves besides reducing the younger FSW approaching. Although program has been carried out, there is a trend of more unprotective the condom use to GO cases. A comprehensive STIs-HIV prevention program is required.

Abstract
A few games can be done in water as an effort to stimulate aquatic learning activities that have a PAIKEM principle (Boyke Mulyana, 2018). Water activity is a very enjoyable activity and has a good impact on cardiorespiratory endurance if applied systematically and structured. This research aims to determaine that water activities can be increase the cardiorespiratory endurance. This research is Quasi Experimental with one group pre-post-test research design, where treatment was given treatment for 12 weeks. The population in this reaserch were students who attended the aquatic learning course. Consists of two classes; A and B totaling 74 students. The sample was taken by purposive sampling, total samples in this study were 42 students who had passed the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Inclusion: a). Male students b). Willing to follow the research process c). Age 18-20 years. Exclusion: Students in physical health. The independent variable in this reaserch is water activity carried out in before process of aquatic learning, while the dependent variable is cardiovascular ability of male students. Analysis passed the data normality test and paired T test. Be based on the results of the paired sample t test obtained a value of t = -7,634 and significance = 0,000 <0,05, it can be stated that there is a significant effect on water activity against Cardiorespiratory Endurance. The model of water activities applied with the right composition can be means of methods for increasing cardiorespiratory endurance of PJKR man students.

Abstract
Background: Wounds are injuries to parts of the body, when the skin and underlying tissue lose their tissue continuity. Antimicrobial preparation such as povidine iodine is commonly used to reduce the risk of infection in minor injuries, but it can cause side effects. Lemongrass is one of the grass plants often used as a medicine. It has broad indications as analgesic, antiseptic, antiemetic, antitussive, antirheumatic, and anticonvulsant. Lemongrass is also used as an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidants that can affect the wound healing process. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of lemongrass extract (Cymbopogon citratus) 30%, 60 and 80% compared with negative control and positive control group on incised wound healing in white mice. Methods: This study is a true experimental research with post-test only control group design using complete randomized. This research used 25 white mice divided into 5 groups: 30% lemongrass extract, 60% lemongrass extract, 80% lemongrass extract, negative control (Aquades) and positive control (Bioplacenton). Result: Analysis of Shapiro Wilk normality test data show p value > 0.05. Levenes Test homogeneity test was obtained p = 0.730 (p> 0.05), it showed that homogeneous data. Based on One Way ANOVA test showed result with p value > 0.05 (0.881). It means no difference the healing of incision wound. But for the average wound healing time it is known that lemongrass extract 60% is more effective in healing wounds in white mice compared to the concentration of lemongrass extract 30% and 80%, where total wound healing occurred on day 14 in the 60% lemongrass extract. Conclusion: There is no difference in effectiveness of lemongrass extract (Cymbopogon citratus) 30%, 60% and 80% compared with negative control groups and positive control on incision wound healing in white mice.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in constructivist learning environments in conventional and MOOC-based STEM learning. the research method uses experimental design, with a subject of 210 students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in Medan, Indonesia. Data is collected through the Constructivist Learning Environment Survey (CLES) instrument. The questionnaire consisted of 34 questions consisting of six dimensions, namely - working with ideas, personal relevance, collaboration, respect for difference, critical voice and uncertainty of science. The results showed that the learning environment in the STEM class in the two STEM class groups was not significantly different. The average level of constructivist learning environment in conventional STEM is 81.14% and 79.80% for STEM based on MOOCs. Constructivist environmental dimensions in the two STEM groups, have the same sequence of outcomes with achievement levels more than 72%. The dimension with the highest achievement is “respect for difference”-, while “working with ideas” is the lowest achievement dimension. It can be concluded that the application of STEM learning both conventionally and MOOCs has similar constructive learning environment conditions.

Abstract
Abstract: Within the decade of 1994 until 2010, Mt. Merapi erupted, which occurred in 1994, 2006, and 2010. In 1994, the hot cloud of Mt. Merapi went to northern west area, precisely to Boyong River. Then, in 2006, the threat changed the direction, to the southern part, precisely to Gendol River. Then, it escalated quickly in 2010, in which the hot cloud went 15 kilometers along with Gendol River. By examining the directional change of threat, the risk perception and adaptation strategy within the community can be influenced. This research aimed to (a). Review the Turgo Hamlet risk model (b). Assessing perceptions of changes in the eruption character of G. Merapi(c). Assessing the Adaptation of Livelihood Assets of Turgo Hamlet residents. Participative data collection was utilized in this research, with a qualitative method also used, by involving residents of Turgo hamlet within disaster-prone area III of Mt. Merapi a data resource. Primary data collection was assessed through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) or participative rural condition assessment. The instruments were: interview, tendency and change, diversion, village history, mobility map, and Focused-Group Discussion. The results were descriptive-qualitatively analyzed. The research was located in Turgo hamlet, Purwobinangun village, Sub-district of Pakem. The research found that the resident of turgo understood the model of risk perception. The model of risk perception was in form change of directional of threat and the eruption character of Mt. Merapi. The residents- resiliency can be seen through their ability in implementing the strategy of adaptation while also analyzing and assessing to build community resilience.

Abstract
Relatively few Pre-Tertiary outcrop examples have been described in the literature. Pre-Tertiary rocks outcrop at these islands is hardly found due to high levels of weathering and dense vegetation. This area needs a further geological works because this is one of the few area near offshore of Arafura sea where we can get Pre-Tertiary rocks outcrop analog for subsurface interpretation. The main objective of this paper is to recognize the stratigraphic successions of the Pre-Tertiary sedimentary rocks exposed in the study area based on their lithological characteristic and palynological ages. The methods used are geological fieldwork and palynological analysis for samples obtained. Four lithostratigraphic units are recognized from the outcrops: 1) Upper Triassic (Rhaetian to Carnian) limestone, sandstones, and claystone of Wotar Formation with depositional environment ranging from marginal marine to deep water environment, 2) Lower Jurassic (Toarcian to Hettangian) sandstones and claystone of Selu Formation, the unit was deposited at shallow marine with tide influenced environment, 3) Upper Jurassic (Tithonian) to Lower Cretaceous (Barrimian) red and brown claystone and siltstone of Arumit Formation, which was deposited in tidal environment, and 4) Lower Cretaceous (Aptian) to Upper Cretaceous (Maastrichtian) sandstone of Ungar Formation, which was deposited in foreshore, shoreface to marine offshore environment. Middle to Upper Jurassic rock unit was not found at the studied area. This time interval is probably represented by the clay dominated matrix of mud volcano (Bubuan Mud Complex).
