Interesting phenomenon why this research conducted. As for the purpose of this study is to answer the research question why Tourism Village development policies in the city of Semarang are not fully characterizee by sustainable development. The method of research uses qualitative descriptive. The city of Semarang. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be seen that: tourism development policies, especially about tourism villages in Wonolopo village research locations are still less irritable. The cooperation between the actors involved is still not maximal, and the governments attention is still low. In relation to the sustainable development approach this policy also still does not fully show its characteristics. This is indicated by a lack of government attention to tourist villages that already formed but then allowed to grow and develop on its own. Characteristics of having an impact on economic aspects have not been maximal, the characteristics of the aspect of resources can be said to be quite good, and seen from the aspect of the social environment in particular it is still not good. While as a new tourism village, it still needs attention and support from the government and other actors to develop it so that it can exist in the future. Recommendations that can be conveyed to the government are to increase the network of actors involved so that they are more solid in developing tourism villages that are formed and give attention and more intensive guidance and direction. For tourism villages themselves, it is necessary to continually increase their capacity by collaborating with the private sector or other third parties. Sustainable development that has not yet been identified must continue to be pursued so that it can realize Tourism Village development policies Characteristic by sustainable development

Abstract
Teacher Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the mandate of the law to improve the quality of education in Indonesia coupled with the provision of professional allowances. Until now the CPD has not been running ideal. The teacher still positions himself to wait for the professional development program from the government. The teacher has not positioned himself as an active subject in improving his professional competence. Finland is a model that can be used as an example in developing CPD. From the essence of CPD, Finland can be a leading country in education. They make CPD as an instrument designed since the period of education of prospective teachers and integrating CPD work with institutional functions of higher education. Madrasah teachers are an important subject to be considered in implementing CPD policies. They became one of the groups of teachers who helped bridge the development of education and at the same time were obliged to maintain the moral and moral character of the students religion. Several studies show that this group of teachers is at the lower level of the teacher strata in Indonesia. Starting from the education qualification mismatch with the subject matter to the low competencies they have.

Abstract
Background: Anemia still becomes a problem worldwide, especially in developing countries. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that there are still more than 50 percent of women in the world suffering from anemia. In pregnant women the incidence of anemia can cause complications both for the mother and the fetus such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight (LBW) and premature birth. WHO defines anemia in pregnant women as a condition in which hemoglobin level is less than 11 mg / dL in the first and last trimester or 10.5 mg / dL in the second trimester or the hematocrit level is less than 37 percent. Purpose: The study aim to determine the effect of Fe tablets consumption on hemoglobin (Hb) level increase in pregnant women and to find out the factors related to the compliance of pregnant women taking Fe tablets. Method: This Systematic Literature Review employed Pubmed and Science direct database with a period of 2008-2018. The selection of articles was based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The Appraisal study employed The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Result: Consuming Fe tablets had an effect on increasing Hb levels of pregnant women. Pregnant women who got support from the people closest to them felt that they were appreciated, cared for and loved. Educational material about iron supplementation (Fe) should also emphasize on how to take Fe tablets properly and should give an understanding about the effects of anemia on mother and fetus. Health practitioners need to involve families in providing health education to increase support for pregnant women in taking Fe tablet. Conclusion: Iron supplement (Fe tablet) is effective for reducing anemia in pregnancy. Family and closest people-s support plays as an important role in increasing compliance in consuming Fe tablets.

Abstract
Reducing infant and under-five mortality by 2030 is one of the goals of sustainable development. One way to achieve the aforementioned goal is to intensify the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. In Indonesia, it was recorded that in 2017 the exclusive breastfeeding had only reached 61.33%, while in Semarang, the city had reached only 67.33%. The factor that influences the lack of awareness in exclusive breastfeeding is low self-efficacy among mothers. Using descriptive qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and documentation studies, this study aims to form a collaborative governance model in exclusive breastfeeding policy practices in Semarang City. Collaborative Governance in advocating exclusive breastfeeding policy is particularly crucial because not only the government is incapable to overcome these difficulties themselves, but also the complexity of working mothers continues to increase. Collaboration involves academicians, NGOs/Civil Society, Government, and Media. The Collaborative Governance model is built on the types of stakeholders in penta-helix chart. This model is presumed to be able to enhance self-efficacy in exclusive breastfeeding based on the actors role and interests.

Abstract
Cyber space is increasingly playing an important role in the global world, affecting the pattern of relations between countries. The issue of non-traditional security threats is shifting towards the threat typology associated with cyber space. The concept of national security began to be complemented by a national cyber security strategy to support the security of its national interests, one of which was in the field of foreign trade. Where the country needs to ensure the security of cyber ecosystems to ensure the smooth flow of goods in order to maintain national economic stability. The large flow of goods in and out of a country makes the flow of data and information increasingly large and complex, and brings hidden costs in the form of cyber security threats. Cyber security concepts that are considered not responsive and resilient in dealing with and overcoming cyber attacks can occur at any time with patterns and types that continue to evolve. Cyber security gaps that are only able to respond during cyber attacks are not able to overcome the pattern and type of attack in the future in an anticipatory manner. The concept of cyber security should begin to be developed into cyber security that has patterns of recovery, adaptation, and evolution so as to be able to answer the dynamics of challenges in international trade. Interrupted cyber systems in international trade will potentially cause disruption of international relations because the threat of losses caused not only affects one country. The increasingly complex international trade context and involving big data should be one of the top priorities for cyber resilience strategies. This paper starts by explaining the state of play of cyber resilience in international relations and trade law. Next, analysis why the concept of cyber resilience in the perspective of international relations and trade law needs to be revised to face challenges in the digital economy. The specific reference in this study is ASEAN plus Six countries.

Abstract
The influence of Japanese non-state actors including private foundations on internationalisation agendas has breathed a new life in Japanese democracy promotion which was previously dominated by the state actor. This exploratory article seeks to examine the form of democracy promotion channelled by Japanese non-state actors to Malaysia through a case study of two key Japanese non-state actors in Malaysia namely the Nippon Foundation and Sasakawa Peace Foundation. In the context of state actor, Japan is right behind the US as the second largest contributor of democracy assistance to Malaysia. However, it is rather difficult to pinpoint Japans contribution due to its ambiguous nature and great emphasis on governance assistance. Such approach had invited criticisms from democrat figures like Anwar Ibrahim who called for a more grounded approach and for Japanese government to emulate its non-state actors in democracy promotion agenda. Data however indicates that Japanese non-state actor approach of democracy promotion to Malaysia is rather “docile” and serves a complementary function to the Japanese government on the basis of track two diplomacy. This is contrary to role played by high profile non-state actors such as the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) (United States) and Stiftungen (Germany) that took a more aggressive approach in their democracy promotion strategies especially in Malaysia. Japanese non-state actors are also bound by the diplomatic code set by its government as well as restricted by the Japan-Malaysia good bilateral relations factor, despite its close engagement with civil society. However, the decrease of activities by Japanese non-state actors to Malaysia had raised questions

Abstract
Sileri Crater is a manifestation of the Dieng Volcanic Complex (DVC) which has a large geothermal prospect. The problem of subsurface conductivity distribution is very important in geothermal prospecting. The geothermal prospects indicated by the presence of manifestations have characteristics of high conducivity values. The conductivity parameters were obtained by the Very Low Frequency (VLF) method. Research in DVC prospect area, precisely around Sileri Crater area using the VLF method, aims to map the subsurface structure through the distribution of conductivity values. VLF data consists of tilt, ellipse, vertical and horizontal magnetic field. VLF data processing is done by using the filter of moving average, Fraser and Karous-Hjelt. Current Density Equivalent (CDE) results are correlated to simplify the interpretation of the conductive zone. The results show that the conductive anomalies on A, B C, and D lines in the east are influenced by the presence of geothermal pipes around the crater. Other conductive anomalies found on the E and F lines are estimated to be caused by the influence of lithological contact between andesite lava and volcanic deposits. Andesite lava responds to conductive anomalies on the measurement results of the VLF method while volcanic deposits lithology has a more resistive.

Abstract
Polysaccharides are potential materials for food packaging due to their biodegradability and non-toxicity. Polysaccharides have some disadvantages like poor mechanical properties and low resistance to water. Nanomaterials could be used to enhance the thermal, mechanical and gas barrier properties without obstructing their biodegradable and non-toxic characters. In the current study, a series of chitosan based biodegradable film nanocomposites containing different ratios of TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared through a process involving blending, solution casting and evaporation. The films were characterized to explore the effects of different TiO2 nanoparticle contents to their mechanical properties and the antibacterial activity. Results showed that TiO2 addition led to improve mechanical properties of the composite film. The tensile strength of chitosan-TiO2 films reaching a maximum of 29,46 MPa and elongation at break of 8,67 % at 0,2 wt % TiO2 nanoparticles. The biodegradation study of chitosan film with 0,2 TiO2 showed 50 % of weight loss after 2 months of composting. All chitosan-TiO2 films prepared in this study possessed efficient antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus with 100% sterilization in 24 h under UV light and dark condition.

Abstract
Madegraft is a new method which is adopted from universal preconception method and was made to simplify the application in Indonesia. This method helps women to increase self-efficacy and evaluate their own cycle, then they can prepare for a conception. This study aims to describe about a midwife-s perspectives through madegraft application. Single-case single-side case design was selected as the method of this study and another midwife was involved to take out the observation. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analyses. Our findings suggest that the preconception care using madegraft was performed in three stages: (1) menstrual cycle, (2) peak day, and (3) fertility booster. Our study confirms that the madegraft can be a tool to help a midwife become a role model for preparing conception care.

Abstract
In Indonesian politics, at a glance, the Tareqah and politics seem contradictory. The first tends to take care of the spiritual dimension and the second relates to world interests (power). However, the history of the development of Tareqah actually did not escape the political world. They apply and develop their own models in the sustainability of their political development. Abstract
Disaster Mitigation in Pangkalpinang City is one of the concerns of the Pangkalpinang City Government after the major floods in 2016. The topographical condition of Pangkalpinang City makes it increasingly flood prone. This study aims to look at how disaster mitigation policies are carried out by the Pangkalpinang City Government, especially by the Disaster Management Agency of Pangkalpinang City. This study uses qualitative methods with exploratory models (case studies). Data collection techniques used are through in-depth interviews and FGDs, document studies, field observations. This research is also supported by quantitative data obtained from questionnaires. The result of the study shows that several disaster mitigation policies that have had a positive impact on Disaster Management Agency include structural and non-structural mitigation. For example in terms of social, administrative, environmental, structural, legal, and economic aspects. While the obstacles faced by the Disaster Management Agency include the aspect of funding, social aspect, and political aspects. Suggestions that can be given to the Pangkalpinang City Government are the need for more serious attention from the City Government and House of Representatives on the existence of Disaster Management Agency because Pangkalpinang City is now prone to major floods, including stagnant water conditions (small floods); The Disaster Management Agency needs to immediately map flood-prone areas in Pangkalpinang City so that it can take preventive steps in the future; and public knowledge of the risk of floods needs to be improved.

Abstract
Cigarette smoking is a global health issue and policy concern adversely influencing the health status of its consumers and others associated with fumes of cigarette smoke. This is a growing problem throughout Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta, as the number of active smokers among adolescents aged above 10 years old reached 21, 2 % in 2013. This study examines the outcomes of an online self-help group (SHG) of students at a private high school in Yogyakarta, in Central Java, Indonesia. The social media platform, Facebook, was the main medium used to facilitate interaction and exchange concerns among respondents in their efforts to motivate cessation of cigarette smoking among fellow students. A quasi-experimental study approach was used with a pre-test and post-test control group using non-probability purposive sampling method. Thirty-two students participated in the study divided into either a control or experimental group. Using the Facebook platform, the experimental group received online self-help twice a week over the course of almost three weeks from 20 April to 7 May 2015, involving online discussion and assignments. Data were collected by using the valid (r=0,666) and reliable (r=0,846) Richmond Test motivation questionnaire. Analysis of the data was undertaken using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. The intensity of use of an online SHG among respondents was 50%of the total time they should involved in the program. Following the intervention, there was no significant improvement of motivation among the experimental group (p>0, 05, t=0,527). Similarly, after the intervention, there was no significant improvement in motivation between the control group and the experimental group (p>0, 05, t=0,058). In terms of gaining and improving motivation to quit smoking among high school students, the study found participants in the online SHG were not as effective compared with those who did not take the program in terms of changing the respondents- behavior. This finding might be attributable to the low participation level of respondents. Further research is required with higher participation of research subjects to develop more interactive and longer-term interventions. This will help facilitate cost-effective social media-based smoking cessation campaigns.

Abstract
Ameloblastoma is a rare form of tumor that typically originates from the jaw bone. This tumor develops from the cells whose original purpose was to form teeth enamel, the outer surface that protects teeth. Ameloblastoma can cause pain and swelling as well as change the structure of the patients face. If left untreated for a long period of time, the tumor can become malignant and spread to the patients lymph glands. To this day, scientists remain undecided of the true cause of ameloblastoma or why certain people have a higher risk of developing this tumor. However, there are a few circumstances that could increase the risks of developing ameloblastoma such as if the patient had experienced a jaw injury or a mouth infection at one point in their life. A diagnosis should be made based on the results of radiological examination and tumor biopsy. A possible means of treatment for the patient is surgical action to remove the tumor. If the tumor has already spread to other body parts, then the patient must undergo radiation therapy once the surgery has been conducted. This case report explains what a dentist as a general practitioner can do if coming across a case such as this and what future steps they must undertake.
