Abstract
Indonesia is the largest producer of palm oil commodity in the world. Around on fifth of the palm oil processing weight end up as oil palm empty fruit bunches (OPEFB). OPEFB is lignocellulosic biomass which contains cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. The utilizations of cellulose and hemicellulose require pretreatment to open the lignin bond that covers those components. In this study, pretreatment of OPEFB using microwave assisted dilute ammonia method was carried out. OPEFB (30 - 40 mesh) were pretreated by ammonia solution with solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 under variated parameters such as ammonia concentration (7.5; 10; 12.5 %), microwave power (280; 560; 840 Watt) and reaction time (3; 6; 9 minutes). The hemicellulose contents of all samples were then characterized according to SNI 01-1561-1989. The results obtained were finally optimized using response surface methodology with the application of Box-Behnken model. The model showed that highest hemicellulose content of 27.3% can be reached at pretreatment condition of 665 Watt microwave power at 7.5 % ammonia concentration for 3 minutes.

Abstract
Globalization has opened space for all people in various countries to be able to connect with each other. This development provided an opportunity for the loss of monopoly which was later replaced by dependence between one culture and another. Besides culture, now the economic aspects are also affected by this era of globalization. Every country is like a door that is open to other countries to be able to carry out economic activities. Including Indonesia, which has now become a place to carry out economic activities that are not only for the people of Indonesia, but also for workers from other countries. Its just that in carrying out economic activities in a country, capabilities in the aspect of communication are needed, in this case inter-cultural communication. A foreign worker often has obstacles in this aspect that creates difficulties in his work. This journal discusses a foreign national foreign worker who works in Indonesia through the perspective of intercultural communication and explains the obstacles that occur in the communication by observing the subject of research.

Abstract
Regarding the WHO plan on 2020 to eradicate polio globally, Indonesia is one of the countries that supports this, with program called polio eradication. Life science company in Indonesia revealed that the companys profit had decreased significantly because of the program. In order to survive in a competitive environment, the company must be able to follow the pattern of change. Organizational culture naturally depends on the market situation and needs to adapt to it in order to survive or to maintain its competitive position. Due to organizational culture change in life science company brings about problems in balancing in work and family life of the employee. This work life balance concept has not yet received special attention in Indonesia. Research from Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh and Ms. Amanjot shows the relationship between work life balance and subjective well being. Employee with higher subjective well being tend to be more productive in the work place and also predicted organizational performance. This study examines employee-s work life balance and subjective well being of 146 employees at a life science company in Indonesia. We used the work life balance questionnaire from Fisher (2009). Subjective well being measures compiled by Ed Diener and Robert Biswas-Diener (2009). This measuring instrument has two parts, namely the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) to see the degree of overall life satisfaction, and Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) to see how often respondents experience positive or negative feelings. Result correlation between work life balance and subjective well being are low (0.240). Demographic characteristics also did not impact work life balance and subjective well being of respondents. Future research should provide a greater understanding regarding how subjective well being is related to others dependent variable, such as person organization fit, because employees will be more interested in organizations that have the same value, belief, and so instead, especially in Indonesia. Research in Indonesia show that person organization fit has strong correlation with subjective well being, same result as research by Park, Monnot, Jacob & Wagner (2011). The higher alignment of values, goals, needs, and personality of the individual with the organization, the higher subjective well being of employees.

Abstract
Traditional architecture is an architecture built based upon the rules of tradition adopted. Balinese traditional architecture is conctructed following the layout, spatial and building layout in line with on the concept of Asta Kosala Kosali and Asta Bumi. The Balinese traditional architecture of dwelling houses is one of the Indonesias architectural works that needs to be preserved and developed without eliminating the rules of local wisdom prevailing in Bali. The order of Balinese traditional residences, in general, involves several building periods including: Holy place, Bale meten (Bale Daje), Bale Dangin, Bale Dauh, Kitchen (Paon), and Jineng / klumpu (place to store unhulled rice). The concept of Balinese traditional architecture is one of the concepts used in the structuring techniques for dwelling houses based on the anatomy of the human body (anthropometry) of its owner. This study makes use of the design of quasi-experiment. At this stage the modeling of the "Sakenem" buildings in the village of Singapadu Tengah is created. In this year, the measurements made for modeling the building of the bale sakenem have been adjusted to the users antopometry to obtain the size of the saka, bale-bale, and bataran that meet the cosiness of the user-s antopometry. After the modeling and the assessment of cosiness applied, the results of a positive and significant comfort assessment on all aspects are obtained, namely those involving the height of the saka, the height of the bale-bale, and the height of the bataran in the Bale Sakenem building in the village of Singapadu Tengah.

Abstract
Nowadays, the ratio of non performing loans at commercial banks is very high, therefore the impact on credit risk assessment is not only related to bank profitability, but also in maintaining the stability of the entire financial system, which can affect the national economy. In other words, it is not sufficient to only gaining benefits from the credit, but to assess whether the benefits obtained can cover the risks that will occur is also needed. Based on the explanation above, banks need a model that can measure credit risk and predict credit risk that will be faced by the banks. Currently, Bank Mandiri has applied a standard approach in measuring Credit Risk, but this approach is assumed not to reflect the actual credit risk, especially SME loans. This study aims to measure credit risk for Bank Mandiri SMEs using the CreditRisk plus approach by comparing the cost of capital provided using a standardized approach and evaluating whether the CreditRisk plus approach can be used as an internal model that fulfills Bank of Indonesia criteria

The aim of this study is to characterize Bayah natural zeolites and tested for ammonium capture. Characterization of Bayah natural zeolites were performed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and nitrogen physisorption. The natural zeolites were identified as mordenite and clinoptilolite. Non-zeolitic phase appeared on the XRD pattern was quartz. The morphology of clinoptilolite and mordenite were observed as platy and needle shape in the SEM images, respectively. Major cations were K+ and Ca2+ which were determined by energy dispersive X-ray. Nitrogen isotherm physisorption suggested that the natural zeolites was typical of type IV isotherm. Pore size distribution were determined using Barrett, Joyner, and Halenda model with mesopore size 3-5 nm. Ammonium exchange on Bayah natural zeolites were conducted in a batch experiment by varying the particle sizes, time and mass loading. Non-linear least squared method was applied to fit the experimental data with various kinetic and isotherm models. The kinetic data was well fitted with the Elovich equation with error 1.6 x 10-4. Internet user is growing incrementally over the world. Most of them use mobile devices to connect the internet. They aim to stay in connection every time and everywhere. Thus, they use mobile IP communication to get always connected to the internet while they move to another place. Fortunately, the telco infrastructure has reached many places in the world. In addition, the video file transmission is now becoming a new trend especially a short movie transmitted via social media. The huge of the internet connection caused the scarcity of Internet address. This was anticipated by introducing IPv6 that supported the mobility by presenting the Mobile IPv6. This paper evaluates the performance on the MIPv6 mechanism on transferring video when the user moves to another place that usually different network infrastructure. Therefore, the vertical handover does not disturb the quality of the video transmission. The experimentation results show during the vertical handover, transmission packet loss less than 3% that categorized as good. Thus, the handover success ratio for all video format file reached 100%

Abstract
Formic acid is the simplest carboxylic acid which has myriad applications in food, textiles, agriculture, pharmaceutics, and chemicals. Formic acid can be synthesized in laboratory as major by-product from hydrolysis process of lignocellulosic biomass. Oil palm empty fruit bunch (OPEFB) is an abundant lignocellulosic biomass produced by oil palm industries to which the cellulose content has potential for conversion into formic acid by dilute acid hydrolysis. In this study, we investigated effects of three parameters in acid-catalysed hydrolysis reaction of OPEFB such as reaction time (20, 40, 60 minutes), temperature (140, 160, 180 °C), and H2SO4 concentration (0.3; 0.5; 0.7 M) and optimized them to obtain maximum formic acid concentration by using response surface methodology with Box-Behnken Design (BBD). Microwave assisted alkaline pretreatment of OPEFB sample under microwave radiation at 840 Watt for 9 minutes with 2% NaOH concentration was done prior to the hydrolysis process. The pretreatment was effective to reduce lignin content of OPEFB from 28.9% to 7.6%. The highest actual formic acid concentration we obtained from the experiment was 2725 ppm at 180 °C, 60 minutes reaction time, and 0,5 M H2SO4. While according to the polynomial model, the optimal condition for obtaining maximum formic acid concentration of 2890.673 ppm was at 180 °C, reaction time of 60 minutes, and 0.3 M H2SO4.

Abstract
Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch (OPEFB) is one of the main types of solid waste which is continuously produced from palm oil mills. OPEFB contains lignocellulose to which the hemicellulose can be converted into furfural, an important precursor material used for producing high value chemicals, by means of hydrolysis reaction. This process must be preceded by pretreatment in order to disrupt compact lignocellulose structure of OPEFB and to expose hemicellulose for further hydrolysis reaction. In this study, the optimum pretreatment conditions of OPEFB for hemicellulose recovery by microwave assisted alkali method with aqueous sodium hydroxide is evaluated by using response surface methodology (RSM) based on three-level three-factorial Box-Behnken design. OPEFB powder with different size ranging from 30 - 40 mesh was immersed into sodium hydroxide solution at 1 : 10 solid-liquid ratio. Variations of sodium hydroxide concentrations (1; 2; 3%), microwave power (280; 560; 840 Watt), and radiation time (3; 6; 9 minutes) were examined in this study. The quadratic model showed that pretreatment at 593.43-Watt and 1.15 % sodium hydroxide concentration for 5.99 minutes recovered the highest hemicellulose of OPEFB i.e. 23.22%.

Abstract
Digital transformation in the Islamic Fintech industry is vital in this era of digitalization and smart regulations from the regulators are needed to enhance its development. Islamic Fintech can be a tool to reach out to the masses, which are not served by the Islamic finance industry, especially Islamic banks. Globally there are different regulatory approaches applied to Fintech that are historically provided by banks. This sometimes creates confusion regarding the category to place Fintech, that is, whether as a bank or as a separate entity. Policymakers should devise new rules and standardized regulations for Islamic Fintech. In that case, the numerous opportunities provided by the Islamic Fintech, such as financial inclusion, empowerment of underserved consumers and the achievement of Maqasid Al-Shariah, will become truly and apparent. This paper discusses the different regulatory approaches being adopted around the globe and also elucidates essential elements required to establish robust and standardized regulation for Islamic Fintech.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Corporate governance (CG) issue remain a continuous process that required an efficient and long-term solution. Using Shariah Committee Quality (SCQ) as a moderating variable on the relationship between board of directors (BOD) characteristics and Malaysian takaful performance is remain an area unexploited in CG research. This relationship can effectively measure by the extent of SCQ interactions between BOD and Malaysian takaful performance. Despite various studies on CG mechanisms, firm performance, SCQ implementation level, and BOD characteristics, the empirical results appeared inconclusive and the findings are inconsistent. None of the studies have addressed the role play by SCQ as a moderator between BOD, and firm performance. It is demonstrated that the SCQ has the potential to moderate between the different BOD characteristics and Malaysian takaful performance, and this moderation has never been reported in the literature. It is expected that this SCQ moderation may considerably improve corporate performance by determining the strength or weakness of the relationship between BOD characteristics and firm performance. Thus, this paper, with regards to available literature, conceptualized that ‘SCQ- moderates the relationship between Board Size, Board Independence, CEO duality, Meting frequency total number of women on the board, and Malaysian takaful performance.

Abstract
Modeling and estimation of ore grade are very essential in geostatistical ore resources estimation. Resource modeling is generally carried out on gold, copper, nickel and bauxite ores. This study applies the geostatistical method for modeling and estimation of iron ore grade. The objective of the study is to apply estimation techniques (OK, ordinary kriging; IDW, inverse distance weighting, and NNP, nearest neighbor polygon) and evaluate the accuracy of these techniques in iron ore resources. This study uses detailed exploration, which are 68 drill holes with 170 iron ore grade composite data. In the iron ore resources estimation, block modeling method is applied. The results showed RMSE (root mean square error) values of various estimation techniques. Based on statistical analysis, visualization of comparisons between borehole data and models, and probability plots, the accuracy of each iron ore resource estimation technique in the study area can be determined. All estimation techniques have the same accuracy on low CV (coefficient of variance) values. The relative kriging standard deviation values determine the classification of measured iron ore resources.

Abstract
Situated in the Province of Central Java, Indonesia, Lasem has some requirements that a tourism destination deserves. However, as less popular, not many tourists who visit this small town. This research was conducted in two steps. The first stage aims to explore brand association and brand personification from Lasem. The first study involved 289 participants, most of whom had never heard of Lasem, as a city. The second stage aims to explore the motivation to visit Lasem if participants have the opportunity, and constraints to not visit Lasem. The second study involved 120 participants who, before filling out the questionnaires, they were provided with information on Lasem. Data from both studies were collected through two different online surveys. As a result, Lasem was perceived as a man between 21-25 years old, unmarried but employed, like blue and mountainous or rural areas for his holiday destination. In the second study, it was revealed that the majority of the participants were motivated to visit Lasem by external factors. These factors are attraction, accessibilities, and atmospherics.

Abstract
Moment resistance of bamboo lamination joint is semi-empirically analyzed by considering the experimental results of various punched plate connector-bolt connections and the energy conservation principle. Laminated bamboo is a product that can act as substitution material of timber. In the analysis, experimental load-slip response plate connector-bolt connection is approximated by exponential and bi-linear models. Verification of the proposed models is carried out through full scale test of semi-rigid joints that monotonically loaded by a pure moment. Four-point bending test was applied on beam moment connection of laminated bamboo structure with plate connector 8 mm thick and 12.2 mm diameter bolts. Bamboo specimens of Petung, split dimension 5×20 mm2, cold pressure 1.5-2.0 MPa, of diameter with pre-stressed bolts of 0.5 MPa-1,00 MPa and two various plate connector fasteners are implemented in both laminated bamboo-steel-to-laminated bamboo connections. Experimental results show punched plate connector fasteners that have long distance along the grain between bolts gives high moment capacity, high ductility, and high rotational stiffness. Laminated bamboo-punched plate-to-laminated bamboo connections have higher moment resistance and higher ultimate joint rotation than laminated bamboo-steel-to-laminated bamboo. Punched plate connector fasteners gave contribution higher friction than steel connector. It indicated that the punched plate connector contributed greater dissipation energy in this connection.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of zakat in overcoming the problem of poverty and unemployment. In Islamic fiscal policy, zakat is used as an instrument to improve peoples welfare by empowering the needy. This study is qualitative research that applies the study literature approach, obtained from books, Al-Quran, Hadiths and related journals. This study concludes, if the utilization of productive zakat assets is well managed, zakat can be used as a solution to overcome the existing problems of poverty and high rate of unemployment. Productive zakat provides a prolonged benefit for mustahik (the receiver of zakat), more than just fulfilling their basic needs.

Abstract
Wound healing is still remaining a problem worldwide, especially in dentistry. Wound healing has four stages , that in this article will be focused on the inflammatory phase. TNF-alpha is cytokine related with wound healing and one of its receptor called Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 1 (TNFR1) related with TrkA and NF-KB. The former relates with peptidergic nociceptors (Substance P (SP), Calcitonine Gene Related Protein (CGRP)) and the latter relates transcription factor. Capsaicin is one of the traditional herbals that has vasodilatation effect, so that it can enlarge the blood vessels and shorten the duration of wound healing. This study was analytic experimental laboratory. Post weaned wistar rats (rattus norvegicus) were divided into three groups, K0 negative control group, K1 positive control group, and K2 treatment group. Both K1 and K2 were administered with Aggregatibacteractinomycetemcommitans serotype b on the surface of gingiva, and K2 was alse administered with extract cayenne pepper with dose 0.0912 mg/kg/day. A week after the treatment, the rats were sacrificed with thionembutal and then it was done HE staining and immunohistochemistry method using polyclonal antibody on TNF-Alpha and TRPV-1 expression. Kolmogorov-smirnov and posthoc test showed that TRPV-1 count and TNF-Alpha expression of the K2 to be significantly higher than the K0 and K1 groups (p<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the TRPV-1 and TNF-Alpha expression between K0 and K1 groups(p>0.05). Capsaicin promotes the number of TNF-Alpha so that it can be confirmed as the alternative treatment of periodontitis.

Abstract
Reducing infant and under-five mortality by 2030 is one of the goals of sustainable development. One way to achieve the aforementioned goal is to intensify the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. In Indonesia, it was recorded that in 2017 the exclusive breastfeeding had only reached 61.33%, while in Semarang, the city had reached only 67.33%. The factor that influences the lack of awareness in exclusive breastfeeding is low self-efficacy among mothers. Using descriptive qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and documentation studies, this study aims to form a collaborative governance model in exclusive breastfeeding policy practices in Semarang City. Collaborative Governance in advocating exclusive breastfeeding policy is particularly crucial because not only the government is incapable to overcome these difficulties themselves, but also the complexity of working mothers continues to increase. Collaboration involves academicians, NGOs/Civil Society, Government, and Media. The Collaborative Governance model is built on the types of stakeholders in penta-helix chart. This model is presumed to be able to enhance self-efficacy in exclusive breastfeeding based on the actors role and interests.

Abstract
Cyber space is increasingly playing an important role in the global world, affecting the pattern of relations between countries. The issue of non-traditional security threats is shifting towards the threat typology associated with cyber space. The concept of national security began to be complemented by a national cyber security strategy to support the security of its national interests, one of which was in the field of foreign trade. Where the country needs to ensure the security of cyber ecosystems to ensure the smooth flow of goods in order to maintain national economic stability. The large flow of goods in and out of a country makes the flow of data and information increasingly large and complex, and brings hidden costs in the form of cyber security threats. Cyber security concepts that are considered not responsive and resilient in dealing with and overcoming cyber attacks can occur at any time with patterns and types that continue to evolve. Cyber security gaps that are only able to respond during cyber attacks are not able to overcome the pattern and type of attack in the future in an anticipatory manner. The concept of cyber security should begin to be developed into cyber security that has patterns of recovery, adaptation, and evolution so as to be able to answer the dynamics of challenges in international trade. Interrupted cyber systems in international trade will potentially cause disruption of international relations because the threat of losses caused not only affects one country. The increasingly complex international trade context and involving big data should be one of the top priorities for cyber resilience strategies. This paper starts by explaining the state of play of cyber resilience in international relations and trade law. Next, analysis why the concept of cyber resilience in the perspective of international relations and trade law needs to be revised to face challenges in the digital economy. The specific reference in this study is ASEAN plus Six countries.
