Abstract
Background: Shift in demographic structure in Indonesia has raised concern over number of issues, including change in family structure. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine adult children-s choice of future living arrangement for elderly parent and its associated factors. Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted among 300 young adults in Central Java, Indonesia. A self-administered questionnaire was used to examine the choice of future living arrangement for parents and characteristics of adult children, parents and families. Descriptive statistics and Fisher exact test were used to analyze the data. Results: Majority of respondents (97.3%) wanted parents to live at home with children and/or grandchildren (82.3%). Only 2.7% respondents saw nursing home as a choice. Even though majority of respondent agreed that decision regarding living arrangement should be made together (80.7%), none of adult children, parents, and families characteristics was found to influence the decision. Conclusions: Living in multi-generational household still became a favorable option of living arrangement for elderly parents. Living in nursing home seems not yet considered to be an alternative for elderly care. Further researches are needed to investigate other factors possibly influencing the choice of elderly living arrangement.

Abstract
The goal of this study is to analyze Sustainable Tourism Development in the Kepulauan Seribu. The methodology employed the usage of three indicators for sustainable tourism proposed by Twining-Ward (2002) and swarbrooke (2000). They are development strategies, visitor behavior, and general concepts. We found that the tourism management model in each island depends on the island management and owner of the island .The results shows that tourism development carried out by private owner has lack the principles of sustainability. Tourism development is oriented to non-local parties. On the Contrary, the island that is managed by the community and the government implements the principles of sustainable tourism development. The owner of hotels and home stays use local labor. Considering visitor behavior indicator, islands managed by private companies, only apply one out of 6 sustainable indicators, namely trip preparation. For the other 4 sustainable tourism development indicators to the private island, since they do not learn the local language, these tourists have no desire to visit again. Thirdly, considering development strategies indicators, the island is managed by the community and government implements the principles of sustainable tourism development , because it implements the most determined sustainable tourism indicators using local developers, local labor, and local architecture. The islands are managed by private sector only implement a number of sustainable indicators, namely using local architecture and planning prior to the development.

Abstract
Interactions that occur between Bureaucratic Leadership, Electronic Government Implementation, and Quality of Public Services, are in accordance with the definition of e-Leadership stated by Avolio and Kahai (2002). Furthermore, the proposed Public Service Bureaucracy e-Leadership model follows a new study trend with strategic leadership, collective leadership, digital leadership, and leadership development. The Public Service Bureaucracy e-Leadership model in Cilegon was built using a combination of ASOCA variables with strategic factors derived from all dimensions in the bureaucratic leadership variables, Electronic Government Implementation, and Quality of Public Services. One of the strengths of this model is that there is a control process (feedback process) in the form of a feedback line to ensure the condition of each element forming this model in accordance with the criteria that should be. The model is basically congruent with a plan that can be said to be good if it has been executed showing success. The execution of the Public Service Bureaucracy e-Leadership model requires that the Bureaucracy Leaders understand and undermine ICT, the Bureaucracy implements Electronic Government, and Public Services organized by government institutions utilize Electronic Government.

Abstract
This work presents a wavelet-based analysis for locating higher amplitude segments of an acceleration signal. The acceleration signal was measured at an automotive coil spring driven on a public road surface using an accelerometer and a data acquisition to record the signal. The wavelet coefficient provided the energy distributions of a particular time and frequency. The energy was then utilized to locate the damaging segments in the acceleration signal. When the damaging segments were recombined into a single acceleration signal, it has an equivalent behavior with less than 10 % difference in terms of statistical parameters. It proved that the method successfully located the damaging segments in the acceleration signal.

This research is a quantitative research that applies the Data Panel Regression with Fixed Effect. The empirical result shows, the currency exchange rate has a positive and significant influence. A higher value of IDR against USD (depreciation), will increase the inflow of foreign investment. In addition, country risk, economic growth, and inflation do not play an important role in influencing the motivation of foreign investors. Trade is negatively and significantly correlated with foreign investment and this opposes the mainstream theory.

Abstract
The challenged of sanitation development in Indonesia was the socio-cultural problem and behavior of people who were used to defecating in vain places, especially to water bodies that were also used for washing, bathing, sanitation, and other hygienic needs. A global studied by WHO and UNICEF (2015) on sanitation facilities found that more than 2.4 billion people had not been accessed by sanitation facilities that met the requirements. The existence of latrines in Indonesia according to World Bank data in 2015 about 18% of Indonesias population did not have latrines. The national coverage for urban areas were 79% and for rural areas were 49%. Data on the progress of sanitation utilization of East Java in 2015 only reached 80.28%, until 2018 it would have reached until 88.26%. To overcome these problems, there were several alternative policies that could be applied, one of which was community empowerment in improving hygiene behavior and improvement in sanitation used. Abstract
Indonesia has a tourist attraction that is currently starting to develop rapidly, namely farm based tourism. One of the efforts needed to develop farm based tourism is by providing agro tourism. Utilizing agriculture in tourism activities is an alternative, especially in an agrarian country such as Indonesia which has the potential of agriculture with many species diversity. One of the largest agricultural producer areas in Indonesia is West Java, especially West Bandung Districts. West Bandung Districts is one of the regions that has the potential for agro tourism development because the location is relatively cool. Most of the area is in the form of mountains with high rainfall around 1500 - 3500 mm / year so that it has fertile land, therefore the community mostly works in agriculture. The high number of farmers and agricultural production in West Bandung Districts has not been used optimally to be said as an agro tourism location. A study of aspects that affect the success and sustainability of tourist destinations is needed so that the potential in a tourist destination is known and becomes the basis for the development that will be carried out. This study uses a spatial analysis method that describes spatial patterns based on the potential of agro tourism land, and Community Based Tourism with the help of maps that will be seen in its distribution. Also using simple statistical analysis is the chi-square test to find out the correlation and then draw conclusions and describe briefly based on the research objectives.

Abstract
This research aims to find out: 1) the rate of land conversion; 2) the condition of food resilience based on the availability aspect; 3) the analysis of agricultural land conversion on food availability. This research was conducted in Bangunjiwo village, Kasihan Sub-district, Bantul district. The data was a secondary data since 2007 to 2016 which was collected from Bantul Regency Statistics Center, Agricultural Extension Center, and Bantul Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The results were as the following: 1) the rate of land conversion in Bangunjiwo was 20.3% or it can be said that agricultural conversion was decreased around 69.72 hectares. 2) the condition of food resilience based on the daily food availability per capita in Bangunjiwo was still in category of “food insecurity”. The trend of food security condition on the availability aspect since 2007 to 2016 was also decreased from “quite insecurity” in 2007 to “insecurity” in 2016. 3) the effect of agricultural conversion on food security ratio which was implemented a simple linear regression approach in Bangunjiwo, was found that the activity of agricultural conversion to non-agricultural was affected significantly toward food availability in Bangunjiwo village.

Abstract
Background and purpose : Iodine is reported has antineoplastic effect on tumour. This study investigate the proliferation effect of three types of breast cancer cell lines after iodine (I2) , lugol and combination of both treatments. Materials and Methods : We used MCF7, SKBR3 and MDAMB 231 cell lines which represented luminal A, HER2+ and triple negative breast cancer subtypes. Those cells were treated with I2, lugol and combination of both. Cells proliferation was assed using colorimetric assay. Results : Cell proliferation rate of MDA MB321 cell which received combination of I2 and lugol with doses 1%, 0,1%, 0,01% are 2% ± 0%, 9% ± 1%, 10% ± 0% respectively. The treatment reduced cell proliferation significantly p<0.05 compare to I2 or lugol alone. Cell proliferation rate of MCF7 cell which received 20 nM, 40nM, 60nM of I2, lugol and combination of both are 39% ± 8%, 19% ± 8%, 11% ± 8%, 80% ± 59%, 8% ±10%, 11% ± 7%, 29% ± 15% respectively. Those treatments reduced cell proliferation rate in MCF7 significantly P<0.05. Iodine and lugol treatments in these doses show increase proliferation rate trend in SKBR3 cells. Conclusions: Iodine treatment reduced cell proliferation rate in triple negative and luminal A cell lines. Iodine might be involved in the pathogenesis of breast cancer cells depend on doses and types of cells. Further studies are needed to investigate the role of iodine in breast cancer.

Abstract
Background: The 2018 UNAIDS data showed that 36.9 million people live with HIV. Of these, 4,400 cases found among adults (> 15 years old) and nearly 43% were women. In Sub-Saharan Africa, it was estimated that 24% of maternal deaths during prenatal or postnatal care were associated with HIV. Therefore, clinical attention is highly required during pregnancy and after delivery, particularly for those who are infected or at greater risk of HIV. Purpose: This study aimed to determine pregnancy experience among women with HIV. Methods: PubMed and Proquest were used to search relevant articles from 2015-2018 by typing the keywords: "pregnant HIV" OR "pregnancy HIV" OR "HIV pregnancy" OR "HIV pregnancy" AND “experience”. The inclusion and exclusion criteria was determined through: Population, Exposure, Outcome and Study Design (PEOS) framework, PRISMA flow diagram, data extraction and CASP, and mapping the findings. Results: Of 378 selected articles, 7 articles were found to be relevant with the study objective. Using qualitative designs, the articles discussed the disclosure of HIV status that remained hidden. This was due to lack of courage, high level of violence, negative stigma in community and lack of support from health practitioners in providing information about HIV during pregnancy. Support from family and peers can prevent HIV transmission from pregnant women to their fetus. Pregnant women with HIV can still expect that their pregnancy will be healthy and no HIV transmission to their newborn. Conclusion: Disclosure of HIV status remains be fear and concern. However, positive support from family, community and health practitioners can motivate pregnant women with HIV to improve their health.

Abstract
Background: Radioiodine has been known as an adjuvant therapy for thyroid cancer. Beside thyroid, radioiodine is taken up by breast tissue. So, radioiodine is expected can be as an alternative for breast cancer therapy. The aim of this study was to analyze uptake and toxicity of radioiodine in the SKBR-3 cell line. Material and Method: This study used SKBR-3 cell line that represent a HER2 type of breast cancer. Cells were planted in DMEM medium added 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), panstrep 1% and amphotericin B. Cells were grown until 80% confluent and then stripped. Subsequently the cells were sub-cultured on plates 12 and 6 wells respectively for measured uptake and toxicity of radioiodine. Radioiodine uptake was calculated by sum efflux of 125 Iodine (125I) and the amount of uptake after the addition of 95% ethanol. Radioiodine toxicity was measured by calculated the 131Iodine (131I) effect to cell proliferation using clonogenic assay. Results: Radioiodine was taken up by SKBR3 cells and the average of uptake was 194 ± 50 cpm/106 cell. Radioiodine showed reducing of cell proliferation. The average cell proliferation after 131I exposure was 47 ± 6%. Conclusion: Radioiodine is taken by SKBR3 cells and it demonstrate the toxicity to the cell. Our finding shows an opportunity for radioiodine as an alternative for breast cancer therapy. Further study is need to understand the mechanism.
