Abstract
One important component in healthcare system is pharmaceutical service delivery. Generally, a good pharmacy quality services is intended to pharmaceutical product which are well prepared, stored, distributed, dispensed and discarded. However, in these days services is assessed through medication availability, waiting time and user satisfactions. Patient satisfaction is closely related to the quality offered by the hospital; therefore, hospitals need to make continuous quality improvements to the process of service, facilities, utilities and health workers. The application of lean hospital in Indonesia has been carried out in several hospitals. This research aims to propose improvements to hospital pharmacy services quality by using Lean Hospital approaches in reducing services waiting time of compound medicine. A case study was chosen namely Hospital ABC at Central Java, conducted in February-April 2019. There is a crucial problem in pharmacy services at Hospital ABC, which is the prescription drug waiting time of compound medicine. This study begins with process flow analysis and waste identification by conducting interview with stakeholders of the hospital. Non-value added and value added activities been divided, then time measurement in each activity is carried out with a time study method, to get the actual time of compounding the drug. Current state flow was mapped using value stream mapping tools, and future state flow map was recommended. This study showed that total time needed in one cycle of a patient prescription was more than 60 minutes (not accordance to minimum service standards set by the Ministry of Health). Using lean tools, value added activities been identified and process time in future state map optimized to 47%. Some activities cannot be eliminated because they ere are non-value added but necessary activities. By using 5-why-s root cause analysis, deficiencies identified and improvement proposal were recommended.

Abstract
Mineralization of gold and other ore minerals in Arinem area and its surrounding was found in the quartz vein. The research area is in Arinem area and its surrounding, Garut Regency, West Java. Arinem and the vicinity was the location for early stage of research program of mineralization in Papandayan area. This area has good mineralization, and according to previous studies, is a low sulfidation area with the presence of pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite (Antam, 2014). The presence of galena and sphalerite mineral has suggested that instead of low sulfidation, the area may be in intermediate sulfidation zone state supported by other data such as quartz breccia, banded quartz and shear as control structure. Lithology in the area consists of breccia Quaternary and lava unit of Jampang formation in Miocene and unit of andesite and basaltic in Quaternary and intrusion of dacite, andesite and diorite. The alteration and mineralization of research area was classified as propylitic alteration zone with the presence of chlorite, epidote and calcite mineral, argillic alteration zone with montmorillonite, kaolinite mineral, silicic alteration zone with the presence of quartz-sericite, a bit of calcite mineral. Observed ore minerals are pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite. The geological structure was controlled by horizontal fault in almost north-south direction of N 170O-180O E and northeast – southwest horizontal fault in N 40O – 50O E, while the mineralization zone was controlled or following fault pattern of N 170O - 175O E.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of road surface contours on the fatigue life of a coil spring and a lower arm. In this study, strain gauges were installed at the critical points of the components based on stress distributions. According to the chemical composition tests, the coil spring was made from SAE 5160 and lower arm was made from AISI 1513. Strain signals obtained were analyzed using the Coffin-Manson, Morrow, and Smith-Watson-Topper models. Based on the strain signals, it was found that when the vehicle was driven on the rough road, coil spring and lower arm received higher stresses contributing to a shorter fatigue life. The fatigue life of the coil spring when was driven on the rough road was 7 % lower than when was driven on the smooth road. Meanwhile the fatigue life of the lower arm when was driven on the rough surface was only 0.03 % lower than when was driven on the smooth road. It indicated that the coil spring will fail faster than the lower arm. This is because the contour of the road surfaces provide a vertical load so that it is in accordance with the function of the coil spring which works to reduce the load vertically, while the lower arm functions to hold the load when turning.

Abstract
Lean six sigma used to identify and eliminate non-valued waste along with continuous improvement of 6 sigma performance targets. Multi Attribute Failure Mode Analysis (MAFMA) is a method used to overcome the weaknesses in FMEA by considering the economic aspect. PT X is the largest steel industry in Indonesia. During the production process, still have large quantities of waste defect. The purpose of this research is to determine the waste that occurs in the production process, determine the characteristics of deformity or CTQ, determine the sigma value, determine the factors that caused the failure of the production process, and determine the proposed improvement to minimize the failure of the production process. The most dominant types of defects are serrated edge, wavy edge, poor cleanliness, pick up, edge crack, ripple edge, and bad weld. The sigma value of coldrolled coil product is 4,131 which is included into the industry average of USA (± 4σ). Factors that caused cold rolled coil production process failed based on criteria severity, occurrence, detection, and expected costs by Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) is material imported from outside with a total weight of 0,087. Proposed improvements done to minimize failure in cold rolled coil production processes are doing trial for products from HSM factory to test or know the slab specifications related to the chemical constituents of steelmaking and adjusting the format (such as thickness, length, width) and steel specifications to corresponding.

Abstract
Climate change is a change in weather patterns over a long period of time and can lead to increased frequency of hydrometeorological disasters. This study aims to see the potential for drought in Cilacap based on the results of the CCAM model projections with the RCP 4.5 scenario due to climate change. The method used is the CCAM modeling method, the validation of rainfall data from CCAM output with observation data using the correlation and RMSE methods, and determining the incidence of drought with the SPI (Standardized Precipitation Index). Based on the simulation results, rainfall data from CCAMs output in 2006-2014 showed good performance with a correlation value of 0.8 and RMSE 61 value compared with the average rainfall observation that reached 270. When this data was used as input for calculating drought conditions CCAM data is also seen as quite capable in estimating drought conditions in Cilacap when compared with data from BNPB. Therefore the CCAM data and the SPI method are quite capable of explaining the conditions of drought in Cilacap. Based on the projected data from CCAM and the SPI drought calculation method, in the period of mid-2019 to 2020 is estimated that Cilacap will be in a normal condition and there will be no drought or extreme wet conditions.

Abstract
The goal of this study is to analyze Sustainable Tourism Development in the Kepulauan Seribu. The methodology employed the usage of three indicators for sustainable tourism proposed by Twining-Ward (2002) and swarbrooke (2000). They are development strategies, visitor behavior, and general concepts. We found that the tourism management model in each island depends on the island management and owner of the island .The results shows that tourism development carried out by private owner has lack the principles of sustainability. Tourism development is oriented to non-local parties. On the Contrary, the island that is managed by the community and the government implements the principles of sustainable tourism development. The owner of hotels and home stays use local labor. Considering visitor behavior indicator, islands managed by private companies, only apply one out of 6 sustainable indicators, namely trip preparation. For the other 4 sustainable tourism development indicators to the private island, since they do not learn the local language, these tourists have no desire to visit again. Thirdly, considering development strategies indicators, the island is managed by the community and government implements the principles of sustainable tourism development , because it implements the most determined sustainable tourism indicators using local developers, local labor, and local architecture. The islands are managed by private sector only implement a number of sustainable indicators, namely using local architecture and planning prior to the development.

Abstract
Indonesia has abundant crops that can be used as carbohydrate sources. Those crops are made into flour to prolong the shelf life, as well to ease for handling and cooking. Crops as carbohydrate sources are usually high energy but low protein. The aim of this research was to classify flours made of various crops using near infra-red spectroscopy (NIRS) and principle component analysis (PCA). The samples used in this study were six types of flour made of banana, breadfruit, taro, arrowroot, purple sweet potato, and modified cassava (mocaf). The reflectance data were taken using the NIRFlex N500 Fiber Optic Solids Cell at wavelengths of 1000-2500 nm. The spectral obtained were pre-processed and analyzed using The Unscrambler X version 10.5.1. Three pre-processing methods were used, i.e. 1st Savitzky Golay Derivative, Normalization, and Standard Normal Variate (SNV). PCA was able to classify flours based on types of crops. The best transformation was SNV which was able to classify all groups of samples with 100% success rate. PCA model was also able to differentiate low and high protein level of samples aligned with the chemical analysis.

Abstract
Recent advanced technology enables Android smartphone suitable for quality evaluation of food. In this research, image processing technique was used to detect food color additives. In this research, a smartphone application was developed to determine the availability of color additives in food products. Local food namely geplak was made by adding food grade (i.e. tartrazine and erythrosine) and non-food grade (Rhodamin B and Methanyl Yellow) additives in three concentrations. A mobile phone captured geplak images resulting 1200 images which were divided into 1000 images for training and 200 images for validation. Image data was processed with the python programming language of tensorflow function. The output of python in nominal weight was then trained and tested by using a convolutional neural networks (CNN) method. The weights were then processed by Android Studio version 3.2.1 using .java as backend from CNN and .xml as an application layout. Validation result showed that the program successfully determined class of food additive in high degree accuracy of 98 %.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the needs of developing a virtual laboratory based on problem solving which will then be used as a platform for the development of virtual laboratories. The type of research that will be carried out is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to high school students majoring in science who had received ecosystem material on biology subjects and interviewed biology teachers. The acquisition of student and teacher answers is summed and averaged, converted into percentage forms and then analyzed and drawn conclusions. The results showed that 83% said that the biogeochemical cycle sub-material was difficult and very difficult to learn on ecosystem material, as much as 77% said that biology preferred practicum rather than just theory and as many as 43% of students said the time spent in practicum very limited in school. And as many as 88% of students agree if there is computer-based learning for laboratory experiments. For the analysis of the problems in the material obtained from the results of 100% questionnaire teacher respondents stated that the difficult thing to teach students is the sub-material biogeochemical cycle ecosystem and from the 6 teachers all expressed the need for media or teaching aids to help teachers in learning sub-material biogeochemical cycle, especially in practicum. From these results, the practicum is very necessary in learning biology, but the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate and the safety and time factors are also the main obstacles in practicing, so this requires a computer-based teaching aid to be developed in this case in the form of a virtual laboratory.
