Abstract
A total of 72 spectra of flour samples taken from 6 types of crops, i.e. of banana, breadfruit, taro, arrowroot, purple sweet potato, and modified cassava (mocaf). The reflectance data were measured using the NIRFlex N500 Fiber Optic Solids Cell at 4000-10,000 cm-1. The spectral obtained were pre-processed and analyzed using The Unscrambler X version 10.5.1. A 2nd derivative Savitzky-Golay (polynomial order 2, 25 smoothing points) followed by a Standard Normal Variate (SNV) were used for pre-treatment data. Characterization of the flours was done using chemometric models based on principal component analysis (PCA) and soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA) explained for each group of flour samples of banana, breadfruit, taro, arrowroot, purple sweet potato, and modified cassava (mocaf). SIMCA calibration models were constructed using 6 spectral measurements for each type of flours; classification set were constructed using 6 spectral measurements. The SIMCA accuracy classification were 100% for mocaf, banana, arrowroot, bread fruit, and taro, and 67% for purple sweet potato.

Abstract
The development of new media has brought people to the "other world", many of them, feeling themselves not being grounded in a world of reality, which is full of social values that are usually upheld in everyday life. One of the effects is the emergence of deindividuation phenomenon, in which a person loses self-awareness and decreases the fear of the individual in giving comments in the media because they feel in a certain group. This study aims to explain how deindividuation phenomenon arise in the virtual world, especially on online news media using the deindividuation theory of Gustav Le Bon. Deindividuation phenomenon can be seen in online news media, when someone comments on news about one of the presidential candidates that he does not support with inappropriate words. Values of politeness, ethics and religion seem to be ignored. Power to give comments raised because as one group of supporters of certain candidates. Anonymous conditions have reduced a persons self-awareness and made his feelings of fear disappear.

Abstract
Type 2 Diabetic (T2DM) often accompanied with several metabolic syndrome such as hypertension. Blood pressure (BP) can interfere the Fasting blood glucose ( FBG) control, but this correlation in Javanese T2DM population never been explored. The aim of the study is to prove the correlation between BP and FBG among the Javanese T2DM population. The Study was analytic observation with cross-sectional approach. Consecutive sampling was done to Javanese T2DM patient of PROLANIS at Primary Health Care in Semarang. Age more than 70 years and Cardiovascular accident history (stroke, coronary heart disease) was excluded from sample. BP was measured by digital sphygmomanometer. BP stage was defined based on JNC VII. FBG was measured by GOD PAP method. FBG control was defined based on ADA Recommendation. Controlled FBG ranged between 90-130 mg/dL while uncontrolled FBG if the FBG was < 90 mg/dL or > 130 mg/dL. The differences between BP and FBG control was analyzed with Chi square and the correlation was analyzed with Kendall-s Tau About 97 Javanese T2DM were enrolled this study. There are 52 (53,61%) uncontrolled FBG and 45 (46,39%) controlled FBG. About 9,27 % uncontrolled FBG was Hypertension (HT) stage 2; 19,58 % was HT stage 1; 19,58 % was pre hypertension and 5,15% was normal BP. While, about 8,24 % controlled FBG was HT stage 2; 21,40% was HT stage 1; 13,40% was pre hypertension and 3,09% was normal BP. There was no significant difference in BP stage and FBG control (p=0,773) and no correlation between BP stage and FBG control (p=0,401)

Abstract
Background: Indonesia faces challenges from the increasing burden from noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). NCDs are now the major causes of mortality and morbidity in Indonesia, with increasing cost for treatment. Two of the main modifiable risk factors for NCDs are smoking and alcohol consumption, and can be the target for early intervention. This study aims to assess the prevalence and patterns of smoking and alcohol consumption among Indonesian male youth: one of the key population in NCDs prevention. Methods: Data from Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2017 was analyzed. A total of 13,079 male age 15-24 years old were interviewed, with relatively low missing data (0.05%). Smoking and alcohol consumption were obtained from questionnaire based interview. The IDHS 2017 further collect data on sociodemographic characteristics, including age, education, and area of residence. Results: The smoking prevalence among Indonesian male youth were 48.7%, with higher prevalence in rural area (50.5%) compared to urban area (47.2%). An alarming rate of 77.5% male youth had tried smoking, with almost 21% tried smoking during elementary school-age (<13 years old), and 75% tried smoking during secondary school-age (13-18 years old). Approximately 37% of male youth had drunk alcohol, although only less than 2% drank alcohol more than 30 days in the past three months. Similar to smoking, most (85.1%) of the male youth first tried drinking alcohol during school-aged years. Conclusion: The prevalence of smoking and alcohol consumption in Indonesia is relatively high, with school-aged children susceptible for initiation of smoking. Intervention to reduce these health-risk behavior should be aimed at school-aged children. School-based intervention intertwined with family and community support might be an effective strategy to reduce smoking and alcohol consumption among Indonesian male youth.

Abstract
Allah forbade fraud and manipulation of financial transactions in verse 29 Al-Nisa-a Surah. This verse provides at least two dimensions related to the theme of this paper. Firstly, it is considered as an evidence to band managers in practicing earnings management (EM). Secondly, this verse considered as a command to minimize the conflict between stockholders themselves which in turn improve the performance of the business and decrease EM level as well. Hence, this paper seeks to provide a conceptual framework investigating the role of political instability on the relationship between ownership corporate governance mechanisms (CG) and EM in the Palestinian non-financial listed companies. Indeed, the political environment significantly influences the effectiveness of CG. Based on political theory, the political instability can influence the practices of EM and impair the effectiveness of CG mechanisms. CG mechanisms (board of directors characteristics, audit committee characteristics and ownership structure) plays a crucial role in constraining EM practices. In addition, agency theory and political theory were used to develop the hypotheses. Accordingly, it can be observed that the effectiveness of the CG may negatively affected by political instability particularly in Palestine. Unlike most of the previous literatures on the developing countries, this paper uses the political instability as a moderating variable to conceptualize the relationship between CG mechanisms and EM practice.

Study aimed to determine the effect of propoxur exposure toward estradiol level and estradiol receptors in Rattus novergicus female. The experimental rats were divided into 4 groups, namely: the first group of control groups as many as 8 groups were not given treatment, the second group was the treatment group (P1) this group was given propoxur 1 spray for 30 minutes, the third group (P2) this group was given propoxur 2 spray for 60 minutes, and the third group (P3) is given propoxur 3 times the spray for 90 minutes, the estrus cycle is examined every time estrus. Collection of serum and ELISA examination on hormone levels of estradiol and its receptors Results showed there were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group exposed to Propoxur for 30 minutes (19.5869 ± 4.9731), 60 minutes (20.0920 ± 5.7529), and 90 minutes (25.8703 ± 4.0753). There was a long-standing effect of Propoxur toward Estradiol hormone (p = 0.000). There were also significant differences of estradiol receptor (p = 0.008) between the control group and the treatment group exposed to Propoxur for 30 minutes (1.8489 ± 0.9017), 60 minutes (2.3844 ± 1.4296), and 90 minutes (3.1634 ± 0.9936). Based on statistical tests, it concluded that there is a long-standing effect of Propoxur. The longer exposure to Propoxur the higher the level of estradiol receptors.

Abstract
Background: Research shows e-learning is effective in supporting clinical education. However, the method for its usage to improve basic clinical skills needs further guidance and evidence. Purpose: To evaluate the benefits of a preparatory online quiz on the performance of basic clinical skills in medical students. Methods: A multimodality online platform was created to assist students to learn basic clinical skills in an introductory clinical course. A comprehensive quiz on clinical skills was included as one of the materials. A group of 60 students, newly-entered to clinical year session in September 2017 was randomized to two groups of 30 students. One group was instructed to do the online preparatory quiz prior to the start of the course. At the end of the two weeks course, all students were evaluated individually on their basic clinical skills (BCS). T-test was applied to compare mean marks of the groups. Comparison was also made between groups which completed the quiz and the group which did not complete or attempt the quiz. Results: 26 out of 30 students attempted the online quiz, however only 21 completed it. Mean (SD) marks for BCS for attempted group was 61% (9.59) which was higher than non-attempt group marks of 57.6% (7.84), but the difference was not significant (p=0.155). However, when the students were regrouped to completed and non-completed, mean marks were 62.3% (8.65) for completed and 57.3% (8.64) for incomplete and their difference were significant (p=0.003). Conclusion: E-learning with a preparatory online quiz improved clinical skills in students with good participation in the e-learning and should be incorporated in undergraduate medical education.

Abstract
The Post New Order period of 1999 until 2010 Indonesia had turned into the political system of democracy, on the other hand it still strived against the legacy of the regimes patrimonialism of new order. One of characteristics of the government administration in the period of democracy transition was the emerging phenomenon of shadow state. The shadow of state in Banten was supported by two main pillars, namely Patronage and kinship, which was transformed into official state political administration. Not surprisingly, power centers within the state organizational structure are dominated by political elites who need patronage and kinship relations. So inevitably, shadow states that rely on patronage and kinship are very easy to slip into corrupt practices. The implementation of local government showed that bureaucracy in Indonesia was still cuffed by politics that is still far from excellent. Among the cuff politics suspected of taking hostage of the bureaucracy is the practice of the shadow of the state. The shadow states practiced by the Governor of Ratu Atut Chosiyah in Banten became a model of acute corruption practices in government institutions and state political institution, where corruption practices operate in a structured and organized manner within the local government system. The main purpose in this paper is to explain the shadow state relied on patronage and kinship tend to slip into corrupt practices. Banten led by the Governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah is a perfect example of the shadow state practice.
