Abstract
This research is carried out due to the limited information on the shelf-life of food product in Indonesia, especially in South Sulawesi. In addition, there is no sufficient information on the self-life of packed seaweed dodol which produced by using scientific method. Seaweed dodol has a high economic value. The objective of this research was to estimate the self-life of seaweed dodol which is produced in traditional scale (micro, small, and middle scale bussiness) using the scientific method. Accelerated Shelf Life Testing (ASLT) Method is one of methods used in determining the shelf life of seaweed dodol based on critical water content and graining as indicators of quality deterioration. The isotermic sorption model of products was obtained from isotermic sorption curve formed from the relationship between the values of water activity (aw) and the equilibrium moisture content (Me). Moreover, five different models of isotermic sorption were tested. They were Hasley, Chen-Clayton, Henderson, Caurie, and Oswin model. The results showed that the Henderson model was the appropriate model in describing the isotermic sorption phenomena at seaweed dodol with the Mean Relative Deviatian (MRD) of 1.4. By integrating the critical moisture content (Mc), packing permeability (OPP), sample weights (Ws), the surface area of packing (A) and the saturated vapor pressure (Po) into the equation Labuza, the self-life of seaweed dodol at temperature of 30 oC and RH of 78% was 56 days.

Abstract
Challenge in the expansion of maize and soybean planting areas is the limited agrcultural labor from land processing activities, planting to post-harvest. Considering that the corn and soybean cultivation systems are still traditionally done using both human and livestock power so that the productivity and work efficiency produced is still low. This affects to the area of land that can be cultivated, land productivity and the production of corn produced. To support the program to expand the planting area and increase the crop index to increase corn production, it is necessary to support the use of appropriate mechanization technology and in accordance with site-specific conditions. Therefore it is necessary to introduce agricultural machinery to support the corn cultivation system to increase productivity, work efficiency, increase yields and improve the quality of results. In this activity the implementation and development of mechanization technology for corn and soybean cultivation is appropriate and in accordance with site-specific conditions at the demonstration plot scale in the corn and soybean production centers by taking into account the technical, economic, and socio-economic conditions of the local community. Indonesian Center for Agricultural Engineering Research and Development has developed a rotary and planting machine that can do soil treatment and planting seeds at once. This machine is equipped with solid fertilizer application. But in practice farmers rarely use liquid fertilizer for corn / soybean cultivation. Test results of tillage and planting of corn seeds: Work depth of 12.1 cm; spacing in rows 38.5 cm; spacing in rows of 70 cm; number of seeds per fall 2.2 items; percentage of empty holes 4.1%; work width is an average of 162.88 cm; average working speed of 2.31 km / h; average work capacity of 4.08 hours / ha; fuel consumption of 20.32 lt / ha

Abstract
Asphalt in Buton Island, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, has a large reserve amount of around 650 million tons. In Buton, asphalt is only used for road construction, but this asphalt has characteristics that can be utilized as a substance to produce crude oil. We study its characteristics to know the process of processing Buton asphalt into crude oil based on literature. Asphalt characteristics are studied from their physical properties and mineral content. Samples are taken in Kabungka (Winto mine), Lawele, and Sampolawa to compare their density. They are found that the density obtained from all samples is in the range of the literature and has the characteristics that approximate the characteristics of oil shale in the Green river, United States of America. It is expected that learning about Buton asphalt can expand the knowledge for students about the advantage of Buton asphalt as a natural resource and a source of learning.

Abstract
The high number of divorce cases in Cilacap Regency in the last few years (the most in number in Central Java) is an interesting phenomenon to study especially among the State Civil Apparatus/ASN. This is in line with their role as government policy implementers and public service providers who need harmonious family support. This study aims to describe the profile of divorce among ASN/PNS over the 2015-2017 period. This study applies descriptive-quantitative approach by utilizing the secondary data from the Regional Agency for Civil Service, Education and Training (BKPPD) of Cilacap Regency. The data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The result shows that at tht period, the number of cases is quite a lot, but it tended to decrease. Most of them are women as the plaintiffs and are from the Education Agency, especially as teacher. Most of them are highly educated (S1), have been married for over 20 years and have two children. In general, the causative factor is the lack of conjugal communication and worsened by other factors such as economic problems, domestic violence and infidelity. It is recommended that each agency (especially the Office of Education) increase the coaching of family resilience to its employees.

Abstract
The rapid development of Sharia Banking has become an exciting market to become a Conventional Banking industry entrepreneur who is passionate about Sharia Business Unit as diversification in banking transactions. However, the existence of a Sharia Business Unit will be ended in 2023 due to the mandate of the Sharia Banking Act which requires a spin-off. Therefore, the Sharia Business Unit will become an independent Sharia Bank. As part of the parent bank, it is should for the conventional bank to prepare the readiness of Sharia Business Unit before spin-off so that they can compete in the global era based on the SDGs principle and still maintain the sharia compliance. The issue of this study, "What is the urgency of Conventional Bank that implements the principle of SDGs to Sharia Business Unit Pre-Spin Off 2023 and How to implement SDGs Pra-Spin Off by Sharia Business Unit become Bank Umum Syariah". The method applied is normative juridical, which relates to the prevailing norms and legal principles. The approach taken is the statute approach. The outputs are produced by focusing the objectives on SDGs goals which are correlated with Sharia Banking and Good Corporate Governance principles of Sharia Business Unit with Conventional Bank.

Abstract
This paper discusses the Islamic perspective applied under Indonesian Law on the idea of restructurization when originators of corporate sukuk are declared to be insolvent. Up until now, there is no corporate sukuk bankruptcy case in Indonesia. However, there are plenty of cases where originators are requested to restructure their sukuk debts by their investors. It is common for conventional bond originators to restructure their debts using some mechanisms, i.e., reducing the debts, rescheduling the payment date by increasing the interest and swapping the debts to equities. This paper tries to analyze how Islamic perspective applied under Indonesian Law responds to each mechanism in the context of sukuk default. It seems the mechanism to reschedule the debt payment and therefore obliges originators to pay higher margin is arguably prohibited under Islamic perspective. At the end, this paper shows the most proper models should be used to conduct restructuring approaches to sukuk defaults.

Abstract
This paper discusses the legal consequences for investors on the bankruptcy of corporate sukuk originators under Indonesian Law, Malaysian Law and UAE Law. This paper focuses to analyse the sukuk asset-based products with Ijarah Lease and Sub Lease akad and Mudharabah akad under those three laws. Besides the function to diversify the investment profile of investors, sukuk, from the very beginning of its creation, aims to promote responsible and real economic based fund raising by keeping financing facilities on proper level of worth relatively with the underlying assets. This virtue is still often sustained as the differentiation value from conventional bond. But does it really achieve the aim? This paper shows how those three current laws respond the bankruptcy of Ijarah Lease and Sub-Lease and Mudharabah sukuk originators for investors and the underlying asset. It seems the investors will be treated the same as conventional bond holders. Investors will be treated as concurrent investors where a pari passu concept applies to them. Under this circumstance, the function of underlying assets will not matter anymore.

Abstract
Poverty is a challenge that must be encountered by every country in the world. Therefore, it is not surprising that the poverty issue occupies the first goal out of the 17 Goals in the SDGs framework. Although, in general, the trend of poverty in Indonesia continues to decline, it turns out that the indication of a more acute poverty level is still difficult to alleviate. The index is reflected in the poverty severity index and poverty gap index. In this case, Islamic financing provides a more inclusive concept of poverty alleviation. The results of estimation using panel data from 32 provinces during 2014-2018 in Indonesia reveal empirically that Islamic financing contributes to poverty alleviation programs through the financing of productive working capital. Hence, the financing made by Islamic banking has supported greatly to achieve the SDGs Goal 1: No Poverty. However, the achievement of Islamic banking needs to be expanded to reach the lowest point of people suffering from poverty through financing and assisting productive economic activities.

Abstract
The Seren taun ceremony in Kasepuhan Banten Kidul is a form of reflection of gratitude towards the almighty over abundant crops. In addition, these traditional rituals are also a place of friendship between indigenous members and stakeholders from the village to the central level. During the ceremony, there was a dialogue session between the parties and the stakeholders regarding various social issues faced. The indigenous people represented by the customary leader convey their aspirations in the form of complaints, hopes, and demands from the community to the government, while the stakeholders respond to issues that arise, as well as convey various development agendas and programs, both for the interests of the indigenous people and for society in general. In the context of social change and development, the use of seren taun as a means of dialogue between indigenous people and stakeholders can be understood as a form of social action that has a specific purpose, namely the hope of emerging government attention so that they can feel the positive impact of development. Therefore, this study intends to focus on questions; how seren taun is used as a medium of customary communication with the government, and also the implications for social change as a result of development. To answer this question, the research with a qualitative approach and this case study method uses the theory of social action as an analysis knife.

Artisanal and Small-scale gold mining (ASGM) is an interesting issue in the development world related to the sustainable development goals in environmental topics. Mercury is a one of the several focuses related with ASGM and its usage has been limited by the implementation of Minamata Convention on Mercury. Indonesia as development country with quite significant number of ASGM miners has been ratified and forced the implementation of Minamata Convention since 2016. In this study, a typical ASGM operation located in Tobongon, East Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi Province was selected as a site of study. Tobongon is one of the few people-s mining area (Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat – WPR) that has been verified by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral – ESDM). This study is cover several topics such as current state of operation in relation with mercury usage, legal status, and couples of activity that has been done for capacity building in the area. The result of this study will provide an illustration about ASGM conditions in Indonesia with its complexity and challenges for improvement and development.

Abstract
Over the last decade, air pollution in the Republic of Albania is in a crucial moment and an actual problem that effect on human health. Many of the problems has been noticed in the industrial cities and urban zones where the number of industries and road transport has grown rapidly. One of the largest environmental impacts comes from landfilled and burning of the waste tires. This problem has made the government to support some companies for building up the recycling industry of the waste tire in Albania. The Recycled Tire Rubber have been used in many fields such as agricultural uses, sport applications, civil engineering, rubber modified asphalt applications etc. Therefore, different parts of the world have used rubber modified asphalts where the benefits were being more widely experienced and recognized. Based on it, our paper will be focused on the asphalt mixtures produced with Recycled Tire Rubber Modified Bitumen-s (RTR-MBs). The analysis of penetration, softening point and Marshall Test will be described in this paper. Our proposal can reduce environmental impact from the waste tires and improving the quality of the road constructions in Albania.

Abstract
Background. Endothelial dysfunction is the hallmark of vascular complications in cardiovascular disease with type 2 diabetes as the comorbid. Garcinia mangostana L., or mangosteen, has been known as the queen of fruits from Southeast Asia that owns anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties for years. This study was aimed to evaluate the role of G. mangostana extract as a potent protective vascular endothelium in patients with type 2 diabetes and high-risk Framingham score. Methods. This is a prospective, randomized, single blind, placebo-controlled trial in subjects with type 2 DM and high-risk Framingham score. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups: one group of G. mangostana extract, administered 2,175 mg/day in divided dosage for 90 days, and control group receiving placebo. The primary endpoint was the changes in endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and circulating endothelial cells (CECs) levels; whereas nitric oxide (NO), IL-1, IL-6, TNF-, fasting blood glucose and HbA1c were also evaluated. Study had been approved by local ethics committee. Statistical analysis was done and p<0.05 considered significant. Results. From 90 subjects with high-risk Framingham score, there were 49 (54.4%) subjects with type 2 diabetes, which randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n=23) received G. mangostana extract and control group (n=26) received placebo. Statistical analysis showed that increase of EPC and decrease of CEC levels were significant in treatment group, compared to control (p=0.000 and p=0.002, respectively). The levels of NO increased significantly (p=0.027) and levels of IL-1, IL-6, TNF- decreased significantly in comparison to placebo (p=0.003, p=0.002, p=0.000, respectively). Analysis also showed that HbA1c decreased significantly (p=0.002) compared to placebo; however, it was insignificant for fasting blood glucose reduction (p=0.336). Conclusion. Garcinia mangostana L. extract, as an adjuvant therapy, plays a role in improving endothelial dysfunction by significant increase in EPCs and decrease in CECs, in patients with type 2 diabetes and high-risk Framingham score.

Abstract
Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) is a worm of the intestinal nematode that is transmitted to humans through soil contaminated with feces. In STH infection, CD4 cells differentiate four types of T-helper cells, namely Th1, Th2, Th17, and Treg. Th2 cells secrete cytokines in the form of IL-4, IL-5, IL-9, and IL-13 which activate various mucosal epithelial cells, eosinophils, basophils, IgE production, mast cells, and goblet hyperplasia cells. Basophil cells and mast cells activated by IgE through crosslinked-high-affinity Fc receptors (FcRs) from IgE on the cell surface cause secretion from inflammatory mediators in the form of TNF-α, TGF-β, IL-1, IL-6, and mediators performed in the form of histamine and heparin which increase smooth-muscle-cell motility, so that it stimulates entry into the intestine and increases secretion by goblet-cells which will expose the worms out of the body. This type of research uses a case control. The total subjects were 40 farmers, consisting of 20 people infected with STH and 20 people not infected with STH in Sumberagung Hamlet, Gurah Sub-District and Janti Hamlet, Papar District, Kediri Regency. The results of this study showed no difference in the number of basophils in farmers infected and not infected with STH with a value of p=0.418 or p>0.05. There are differences in TNF-α levels in farmers infected and not infected with STH with a value of p=0.019 or p<0.05. TNF-α levels in farmers infected with STH are lower than those that are not infected because infections occur repeatedly and continuously that form immunotolerant

Abstract
In some cases of unnatural deaths, especially hanging corpses, investigators need help from forensic pathologist to determine whether the deaths are due to suicide or camouflaged murder. The latter can happen because murderer can manipulate the victims condition to looks like a suicide for unsuspecting investigators. A 28-year-old man was found dead in his room in a hanging position. His hands and mouth were covered by duct tape and a headset was attached to his ears. The tied rope resemble a hangmans knots. At the beginning, investigators considered it was a suicide case. On external examinations, some peculiarities were found, postmortem hypostasis on the back, several bruises, abrasions on the cheeks, inner lips, and the duct tape on the hand. At autopsy there were some signs of asphyxia in the internal organs, hematoma on the scalp, and fractures on hyoid. Histopathologically, no intravital sign of hyoid bone fracture was found. In the case of hanging corpse, it is necessary to think of the possibility of a murder camouflaged as a suicide event. In cases of suicide there are usually no injuries such as bruises, abrasions, and scalp hematoma. If the body has been suspended in the vertical position as in suicidal hanging, hypostasis will be most marked in the legs and hands. The absence of intravital sign in hyoid fractures is less likely to occur in suicide. Based on the findings of external examination and autopsy, the case was allegated as a murder.

Abstract
Abstract The core topics of this paper focuses on the economic outlook of Islam on monetary policy to the macro-economic indicator variables. This study uses a quantitative approach using path analysis techniques to the analysis of alternative methods based Path Analysis of variance (PLS). This paper aims to scrutinize the monetary policy on several macroeconomic variables and self-criticism of the monetary policy for a better future. It is highly can be used as a reference for solving problems of economic conditions as the monetary policy strategy of the future. The results showed positive and negative results regarding monetary policy between the SBI and SBIS against macro-economic variables. Islamic outlook for monetary policy in Indonesia has not been able to apply the theory of sharia as a whole because several macroeconomic variables and economic activity does not run clean. Therefore, the policy of physical and monetary policy should attempt a new strategy to improve the system and connect with these theoretical results. System is part of the Islamic Sharia and Islam is the entirety of sharia.
