Abstract
One of the halal product innovations in terms of the services that are being heavily developed is sharia-based lodging (sharia hotels). Sharia lodging is a hotel concept that offers various facilities and services that are in accordance with the values of Islamic law. The growth of sharia hotels in Indonesia is increasing due to the increasing need for a sense of wanting to obey Islamic values. This can be seen from the many emerging sharia hotels as a form of increasing halal lifestyle simultaneously in various regions in Indonesia, including in the city of Semarang. One hotel that offers sharia lodging services in the city of Semarang is Grasia Hotel. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in forming customer loyalty at Grasia Hotel. The indicators are used to measure service quality such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Path analysis approach is applied in this research with 110 respondents. Path analysis is a method of analysis used in this research. Path analysis is useful to determine the direct and indirect effects that occur between variables. The results show that there is a positive effect between the service quality to customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and service quality on customer loyalty. Abstract
In determining the number of optimal server in highway, a method is needed to automatically provides information when the queue is predicted will be too long. The approach taken is optimization mathematical modeling by modifying the queue formulation that has been developed. The Mathematical modeling process use methodology proposed by Daellenbach, starting from system modeling and followed with mathematical modeling along with verification and validation. We find mathematical models that can optimize the allocation server, adapting to the flow of vehicle. The focus of the findings is on the M/M/C queue system (The number of arrivals per unit memoryless time with Poisson distribution, memoryless service time with binomial distribution, and more than one servers).

Abstract
The advent of the Internet has enabled information technologies (ITs) to facilitate work collaboration, social interaction, as well as knowledge sharing among employees within organizations. Such advancement has been implemented at enterprise-level scale and becomes essential components of daily job activities, both in and out of the workplace. Therefore, a better understanding of employees- acceptance and usage of collaboration technologies, specifically related to their proactive behavior in improving their person-job fit and work motivation, would help organizations to implement the system. This study extends the theoretical model of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) using seeking job resource dimensions as moderators, providing new insights into how job crafting affects individual behavioral intention in the post-adoption stage of technologies. We conduct a quantitative study in one of the largest national airlines in Indonesia, which has successfully implemented an online collaboration-based productivity system. We employ partial least squares to test our proposed model using data collected from 115 employees. Performance expectancy is found to be the only significant predictor of behavioral intention, while behavioral intention alongside facilitating conditions is significant in predicting the actual use of the technology. Consistent with prior literature in the context of technology post-adoption, effort expectancy and social influence are found to be insignificant to predict behavioral intention. Finally, the results show that job crafting behavior for seeking social job resources influence employees- behavioral intention to use the technology by moderating the effects of social influence.

Abstract
Digital social innovation is an emerging field that use digital tools for social change in order to solve a variety of issues in many areas such as education, health and environment. In the area of environment for example, digital innovations could be developed to help the society to dispose and collect recyclable waste in an appropriate way. From our survey on the waste disposal in Malaysia however, we have found that there is no digital application available for the society to properly dispose and collect the household recyclable waste. This study aims to design a digital solution for the society in order to provide them with a mobile application that could be used to track content level of recycling bins in their locations. The application is developed based on Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and run on Android platform. At the end of the study, we propose and discuss a model that we have developed for the solution, which could also be applied by other society to achieve the same goal. We conclude that an affordable digital social solution could be implemented by leveraging the current open source tools, low-cost hardware, crowdsourcing and cloud technologies.

Abstract
Finance is highly nonlinear and completely random, a trading strategy is a fixed plan that is designed to achieve a profitable return by going long or short in markets. Stock market prices are highly unpredictable and volatile. This means that there are no consistent patterns in the data to create model stock prices over time near-perfectly. As technical indicators play important roles in building a strategy, we will use technical indicators such as momentum, volume and volatility as a variables input in Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation with Multivariate Regression. The models are evaluated using three statistical performance evaluation measures, Mean Squared Error (MSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). We choose the daily data on Indonesia Stock Echange (IDX High Divident-20 Stock Index) in 10 years of trading days and try to predict the daily closing price. Experimental results show that Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation with Multivariate Regression using 4 layer, ReLu activation, Adam optimizer L2 Regularization and Dropout can get a promising performance in the closing price prediction on the real data compared with other models.

Abstract
The currency exchange rate is one of the macroeconomic components that have a distinctive characteristic of fluctuation and heteroskedasticity pattern. When referring to the historical data from 2008 to 2017, Indonesia rupiah has been depreciated toward US dollar as much as 44,59% were during that time it was consists of high fluctuation periods especially between 2008-2009 and 2014-2016 but also interspersed by a relatively stable period during 2010-2013. Consequently, research to find the forecasting model that can fit with exchange rate distinctive characteristic is critical. This research will focus on the projection performance comparison of ARIMA-GARCH classical time series method and Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network (BP-ANN) method for rupiah to the US dollar exchange rate. From Mean Squared Error (MSE) and accuracy level measurement, BP-ANN shows a better performance compared to ARIMA GARCH, while it also can be concluded if the forecasting performance of both models is decreasing along with the projection time duration.

Abstract
Microfinance has been acknowledged as a tool in alleviating poverty. It provides various schemes of funding support which enable the poor to lift up their standard of living. In response to its importance, Local Government of Bandung imposed a supporting funding policy to the ‘economically active poor- through several credit schemes, i.e. Kredit Melati, Kredit Mesra and Kredit Bagja, with the intermediary of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Bandung. This paper attempts to describe an early evaluation to the effectiveness of such policy and programme . Using descriptive analysis, this paper concluded that although the programme has reached thousands of clients, however, the effectiveness of this credit policy is under questioned as it has only been evaluated from the perspective of outreach, but not yet from its sustainability. Furthermore, recent researches in microfinance suggest to identify further the clients from their precondition and categorization, i.e their over-indebtedness, which in many cases will not lift up their standard of living as well as their microenterprises.

Abstract
The emergence of mobile application (App) has rapidly grown in conjunction with the impressive increase of smartphone penetration in recent years. Among numerous categories of mobile apps, mobile game had the most significant contribution in mobile apps revenue and predicted to continue to grow in the future. Earlier mobile game studies examine the role of enjoyment as a motive for continual mobile game use, a few researches combine it with social value attributes. From related studies, we adopt design attributes of the challenge, variety, novelty, and design aesthetics; playability attributes of ease of use and interactivity; and social value attributes of connectedness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure their impact on enjoyment and its effect on continuance intention. The proposed model was empirically evaluated using an online survey of 227 mobile game players on action, role playing game and strategy genres. Structural equation modelling (SEM) is employed for data analysis. The results reveal that challenge, novelty, design aesthetics, perceived ease of use and interactivity give positive influence on the enjoyment. Furthermore, enjoyment and connectedness give significant influence on the continuous intention to mobile game. Both theoretical and practical implications are provided based on the findings.

Implementation is a part of the policy process stages which is seen as separate from policy formulation process (Hupe and Hill, 2015). Policy implementation reflects a complex change process which government decisions are transformed into programs, procedures, regulations, or practices for social improvements (DeGroff and Cargo, 2009). Both explicitly and implicitly, policy implementation aims to achieve various types of changes among target groups (Nilsen, 2013). Therefore, the assessment of policy implementation is essential, it will promote accountability, enhancing effectiveness, and fostering equity and quality (Bhuyan, 2010). Recently, the quality of Indonesian education has been faced with the phenomenon of favorite schools and non-favorite school. This dichotomie seems as a problem (Martono, 2017). To overcome this, the government then issued school zoning policy in new student acceptance. The purpose of this policy is to make education have same quality level. However, few problems then appear. This effort is not followed by balanced school distributions in some areas. For example in the ex administrative city of Purwokerto at the middle school level. From 28 schools, 9 schools are state-owned and 19 schools are private-owned. Moreover, the practice of this policy also gets pros and cons in several regions in Indonesia.

Abstract
Tourism sector has grown into superior sector with rapidest growth in the world and been a locomotive of economic growth. Kelurahan Setabelan of Surakarta City is attempting to develop culture- and locality-based tourist village. Using action research method and theory of community empowerment by John Friedman, this research aimed to describe the process of empowering the villagers conducted in participative manner and involving stakeholders. The result of discussion showed that community empowerment process was conducted through the production of knowledge on history of village, potency, need, and problem. The result of knowledge production was used as the data to design workshop for citizens through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) mechanism. Workshop series has been implemented because the community interested in packaging the cultural of village potency as tourist attraction. The culture of citizens potency is packaged in the form of village profile book, village diary, documentary video, village sketch, Open Street Map (OSM) and infographic published through website and social media that are accessible widely. Thus, empowering the village through the potency it has in cultural context will give shape to knowledge, belief, understanding, and custom and habit or ethic guiding human behaviour in living within his community.

Abstract
Abstract The study of moral issues in public administration has been dominated by instrumental values about achieving goals, not by the goals themselves. History about the values adopted by public administration as far as starting from the classics with effectiveness and efficiency to those considered contemporary with democracy and participation are mostly hurly-burly. Public administration, therefore, tends to be out of its context. Phenomenology and even anthropology studies are not strong enough to coloring the development of public administration ethics. In the Indonesian context, moral values in public administration research and practice appear to be undeveloped properly yet. The doctrine of dichotomy in public administration is so ingrained. The public administration has no determined their moral values themselves. With a meta-analysis approach, the results of the study show that public administration in Indonesia has not cared about efforts to look for its moral values, except values that are currently popular in global discourse. It has an impact on the vulnerability of sustainable development effort. It is unrooted policies anyway except a phenomenological approach to the ethics field.

Abstract
The documentation system is not reported, 82% of midwives of civil servants do not understand the system of recording and calculating their own credit numbers, thus delegating the process to someone who is better understood to complete it, to fulfill the requirements for promotion and routine reporting for 1 year. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease and usefulness on the interest of PNS midwives in using information systems for integrated physiological postpartum and infant midwifery documentation integrated credit numbers for word-based civil servant browser (web) civil servants (SISNIBI NANGKET). In this study using hardware (hardware), namely, laptops that are connected to the internet network, servers, software (software) to build systems and connect through Internet access with the website (http://www.sisnibinangket.com). The design of this study is analytic observational, which is research that explains the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. Univariate analysis was used to see the frequency of overall age, education, length of work, and functional positions of civil servant midwives, and bivariate analysis was used to see the relationship between perceived ease and perceived usefulness of interest in using the PNS midwife SISNIBI information system. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between perceived convenience and perceived usefulness towards the interest of PNS midwives in using information systems SISNIBI NETKET with the results of p value p = 0,000 <α = 0,005. It is hoped that future information system improvements will be more complete so that civil servant midwives do not get obstacles in recording and reporting their midwifery documentation.

Abstract
Recording and reporting of uninterpreted midwifery care, recording and reporting causes data that is lost and undocumented, so that midwives as managers in services are difficult to obtain family planning receptor data. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between the efficiency of the information system on integrated physiological midwifery and infant midwifery documentation for credit numbers of web browser (web) electric word-based midwives (SIKEBANA KANGKET) on midwife performance. In this study using hardware (hardware), namely, laptops connected to the internet network, servers, software (software) to build systems and connect through Internet access with the website (http://www.e-sikab.com). The design of this study is analytic observational, which is research that explains the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. Univariate analysis was used to see the frequency of overall age, education, and years of work, and bivariate analysis was used to see the relationship of efficiency using the SIKEBANA KANGKET information system to the performance of PNS midwives. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between efficiency in using the SIKEBANA KANGKET information system on the performance of midwives with the results of the p value perception of ease and interest using p = 0.015 <α = 0.005.
