Abstract
The ERP system is a computer-based system designed for process transactions within the organization and facilitates integration, and planning, production, and responding to customers in real-time (Oleary, 2001). One of the objectives of the ERP system is the automation and integration of corporate business processes. However, in practice, not all companies implementing ERP systems succeed in their implementation process, there are many companies that fail to implement the ERP system, as disclosed by Standish Group stating that only 10 percent of companies are successfully implementing ERP, 35 percent of projects canceled and 55 percent experienced delays (Suroso, 2013). Based on these problems, with qualitative research methods based on data collection using interviews and observations, the purpose of this paper is to analyze and conclude critical success factors of ERP implementation in textile industry, formulates why companies in textile industry want to implement ERP, and identifying the essence of ERP implementation in the company of textile industry.

Abstract
At a piece of cloth, motif is one of the elements that has important role in giving fascination and individuality from which region the cloth comes. This traditional batik is also headed to the condition where the market demands newness existence by its development in the motifs design without disappearing the individuality which it has. The main obstacle in this case is caused by the condition of the craftsmen that have the limit developing idea, where are they still tend to be conservative both in thought competency. As the solution in handling this limited idea of developing the motif can be done by the help of technology formed in design software j-Batik which is able to produce many of motif variations faster and easier. But, this alternate choice is still having other problem left, that is: how to make the craftsmen being ready to make batik cloth with new motifs which has never been made by them before. So, it means that a correct management is needed in arranging work process that comes from the craftsmen themselves. By the experimented approach which refers to diffusion innovation theory, there will be held a management system of work process for the craftsmen by dividing them into two groups those are innovators and beginner adopters in order that innovation which is offered will not shock them. So, there will be a result of a conclusion as a sort of processing management method that is correct to be applied to a group of traditional batik-s craftsmen in responding innovation formed new motifs- design. In addition, the craftsmen can have the dynamic thought and skill to move out of their own conventional custom habits.

Abstract
Nowadays, companies are encouraged to develop marketing strategy using social media. Social media is one of the most effective marketing strategies for companies to market their goods and services to wide consumer target, where they can post information about their products and promotions in a digital platform. Before deciding on having a purchase intention, most consumers use social media first to get products and services information as many as possible because social media has more information than browsing on offline store, and also it is less hassle, has many product reviewers, and much faster to get sufficient information. This will be a challenge for companies to gain consumers attention when they want to use digital marketing by using social media or firm generated content, because there are many companies that are competing on social media and consumers information becomes broaden. This research has found that, in a case on one of the leading online travel agencies in Indonesia, firm generated content has positive impact on brand awareness, brand loyalty, and electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Also, there are findings that brand loyalty has positive impact on EWOM, and EWOM has positive impact on consumer purchase intention.

Abstract
The exciton-photon interaction leads to the formation of polaritonic states energetically positioned at both sides of the initial exciton. In a large ideal crystal of cubic symmetry, where the interval of the longitudinal-transverse splitting does not contain excitonic levels, the polaritonic dispersion branches lie beyond this interval at both sides of its boundaries. On the contrary, in a crystalline grain comparable or less in size than the wavelength in the substance, the interval of the longitudinal-transverse splitting is filled in continuously by excitonic states intercepting a significant part of the oscillator strength of the excitonic transition. The photoluminescence spectra of atomic cryocrystals (solid Xe and Kr) were measured at the Superlumi experimental station at HASYLAB, DESY, Hamburg. Unlike previous works, where the red polaritonic shift was small commensurably with a weak inelastic polariton-photon scattering, a large polaritonic shift of luminescence is not due to energy dissipation, the energy conservation law being met due to equal probabilities for opposite-sign energy shifts. Such effect is possible if the crystalline grains are comparable in size with light wavelength, which provides the filling in the interval of the longitudinal-transverse splitting by excitons with sufficient oscillator strength. And the sample structure must be perfect enough to lowering the exciton scattering rate with respect to the rate of the polariton formation through exciton-photon coupling. For the first time the excitation spectra of free-exciton luminescence band were recorded simultaneously below the bottom of excitonic band E and within the interval of the longitudinal-transverse splitting. The luminescence of non-equilibrium polaritons was observed both within the longitudinal-transverse splitting interval and at photoexcitation below E. The excitation spectrum below the bottom of excitonic band is determined by competition of two processes. The first one is the creation of excitons by photons with energy E at the Lorenz tail of excitonic absorption. The second process is a competing absorption related to the direct formation of two-site excitonic polarons (self-trapped excitons). Both excitation spectra of polaritonic luminescence below E and within the longitudinal-transverse splitting interval show high sensitivity to crystal quality of the samples.

Abstract
The border area is an area that is very vulnerable to state sovereignty. Violations of territorial borders, illegal trade to issues of nationalism on the border are common things found in border areas. Although the demarcation line has been agreed upon, border issues cannot only be managed by enforcing state boundaries. The Indonesia- Malaysia border is a vulnerable border on issues such as the absence of an agreed line of demarcation, smuggling and the issue of uprooting nationalism. Similarly, the Indonesia Malaysia border in the Camar Bulan Village which is located at the tip of West Kalimantan. Those areas that are still difficult to reach and very vulnerable also to border problems. However, citizens choose to remain bound as Indonesian citizens even though neighboring countries have a better level of development and prosperity. This article is the result of qualitative research on the Camar Bulan Village using the concept of place attachment. The results of field observations and in-depth interviews show that the depth of place attachment built by emotional ties and experience encourages citizens to maintain territorial awareness in addition to the increasingly intense presence of the state through pro-border policies

Abstract
The aim of this study was to improve the mental model of high school students related to the concept of global warming through the application of the CBL model using the CM2RA strategy (context, microscopic models, macroscopic phenomena, and analogy representation). The mental model categories reviewed include scientific, synthetic and initial mental models. This mental model category is determined based on the test results data level of concept understanding. A pre-experiment method with one group pretest-posttest design was used in this research. The number of research subjects was 40 students consisting of 24 female students and 16 male students, in one of the high schools in the Tasikmalaya district of West Java province. The instrument used to collect data is a test of understanding the concept of global warming in the form of essays covering four aspects of the question. The results showed that before the application of CBL, the number of students in each mental model category was: scientific mental model (5%), synthetic (40%), and initial (55%), whereas after the application of CBL, the number of students in each category of mental models becomes: scientific mental model (78%), synthetic (15%), and initial (7%). These results indicate that the implementation of CBL with the CM2RA strategies has high effectiveness in facilitating the achievement of the scientific mental model.

Abstract
An Alumunium alloy (AA) 6061 was solution treated at 520 0C for 1.5 h and quenched in iced-water. The sample subsequently processed by accumulative roll bonding (ARB) at 50% reduction in one cycle and aged at temperatures of 100, 150, 200 0C for 60, 300, 6000, 9000, 12000, 30000 and 60000 s. The hardness measurement was found that high hardness attained of ~54 HV for sample after cold rolled and subsequently aged up to 60000 s at 100 0C after ARB process. The SEM observation was also showed that the grain sizes were reduced to ~2 mm and the distribution of second-phase Mg2Si particles had become homogeneous. X-ray diffraction analysis by using high score plus software reveal that the significant increase in hardness and strength is due to the formation of second-phase and high micro-strain to 12.54 x 10-4 for sample after processed ARB and aged at low temperature.

This research is motivated by learning obstacles (LO) on the counting principle concepts. One of them is the students-s difficulty in using the product rule concept when it is combined with other counting principle concepts in solving problems. This study aims to develop a didactical design to overcome the LO by following didactical design research steps. The method used in this research was a qualitative method and the data collection was collected by using observation, documentation, and test. The design was implemented in 39 senior high school students at the eleventh grade in science program, one of the schools in Bandung city. The results showed that some of student-s responses had been accordance with predictions, but several other could not be anticipated, and didactical design implemented had not made all students understood the product rule concept optimally, and LO could not be overcome significantly. Therefore, this didactical design still needs to be developed in order to be created a better didactical design.

Abstract
Low mathematical representation skill causes the inability of vocational students solving problems creatively as demanded by industries. Previous researches showed that blended problem-based learning (BL-PBL), which combines online and offline learning to train students to independently solve problems, was proven to increase mathematical skills in several education levels. Therefore, this research is aimed to evaluate BL-PBL effect to mathematical representation skill escalation in vocational high school. Quantitative study with pre-test and post-test control group design was performed to two randomly-chosen classes over vocational schools in Kabupaten Bandung Barat, West Java, Indonesia. Samples were divided into two groups: experimental (BL-PBL method) and control (lecture method). Initial skill was determined by pre-test while learning outcome was determined using post-test. Data was analyzed by t-test and two-way ANOVA with 0.05 significance level using IBM SPSS. Result showed the initial skill of two groups was similar. After treatment, N-gain data uncovered a significant increase of representative skill in experimental group. While, two-way ANOVA test showed no interaction between learning model used and student grouping based on initial skill to representation skill. Finally, BL-PBL was proven to increase mathematical representation skill in vocational students and, hence, is suggested to be implemented in vocational high school.

This study analyzes the influence of perceived quality of mobile payment application towards customer loyalty. Cognition-affect-behavior model is used in this research where cognition stage includes perceived quality which divided into delivery quality and outcome quality. Customer trust, satisfaction and switching barriers included in affect stage and loyalty treated as a behavioral intention. All data in this research were collected from 342 respondents who is a mobile payment user in Indonesia. Then, a model has been estimated using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicate that delivery quality and outcome quality that formed through interaction with a mobile payment service positively affects customer trust and satisfaction, which in turn influence loyalty. However, customer trust does not positively influence to loyalty but has to be mediated by satisfaction. Loyalty itself has a positive effect on trust and negative effect on satisfaction. And lastly, switching barrier has a positive effect on loyalty. This developed model helps to improve the understanding of the creation of loyalty in a mobile payment context.
