Abstract
The need for antioxidant drinks made from herbs in the community increases due to the increasing number of types diseases caused by free radicals. One type of potential herbs as antioxidant is corn silk, in the form of corn silk herbal drinks tea. The basic ingredients for making herbal tea drinks is the dried corn silk. However, the temperature factor and drying time will affect the characteristics of herbal tea drinks produced. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature and drying time on the content of bioactive compounds (total phenolics and flavonoids) and antioxidant activity of corn silk herbal tea by vacuum drying method. The stages of this study were sample preparation (sorted, washed and dried), then dried the corn silk using a vacuum dryer with 3 temperature variations (40°C, 50°C and 60°C) and 3 drying time variations (3 hours, 4 hours and 5 hours), and finally the brewing process. Samples then analyzed the bioactive compounds (total phenolics, flavonoids) and antioxidant activity. Based on the results of study, the higher of drying temperature resulted on higher phenolics, flavonoids and antioxidant activity. Conversely, the longer of drying time made the total phenolics, flavonoids and antioxidant activity tend to decrease. The best treatment in this study was found in the treatment of drying temperature on 60°C with 4 hours drying time with total phenolics of 11.68 mg GAE/g, flavonoids of 6.47 mg QE/g and antioxidant activity with IC50 values of 278.1 ppm.

Abstract
A newly developed green membrane for juice clarification has been successfully made by utilizing natural antibiofoulant impregnated cellulose acetate mixed matrix membranes. The extract impregnated into cellulose acetate polymer to form mixed matrix membranes with higher and foodgrade antibiofouling properties. In order to evaluate mixed matrix membrane mass transport, a specialized mini membrane modules (mMm) has been developed. The mini membrane module has ring-shaped stainless stell plates with 160 mm outer diameter and 100 mm inner diameter. A couple of 10 mm thick circular PMMA plates with diameter 120 mm mounted between two halves of the ring-shaped stainless stell plates. A coupon of mixed matrix membranes placed within the circular plates with customized grooves thickness to place feed spacer and permeate spacer mimicking the configuration of industrial scale spiral-wound membrane modules. The used of circular PMMA plates allows direct monitoring of membrane mass transfer without disturbing the process. This study utilizing computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation to evaluate fluid distribution in rectangular, quadrilateral and circular narrow channels. Three different superficial velocities which are normally found in spiral wound membrane modules were evaluated, i.e. 0.11, 0.16 and 0.2 m/s. Trans-membrane pressure normally used in ultrafiltration processes were evaluated, i.e. 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 bars. Based on CFD analysis, circular channel provides a more uniform and distributed velocity stream compare to the others. The circular shape also provide advantage on managing superficial feed flow inside the membrane channel, compared with rectangular and quadrilateral shapes channel. The mini membrane modules potentially reduces laboratory scale research cost, while maintaining the similar operating variables of larger scale.

Abstract
Institutional problems experienced by SMEs lead to institutional risks that can affect supply chain institutions. These risks include risk in the variables of the actors, relations and institutions involved. Variable actors have the risk of lack of technical, intellectual and negotiating abilities, and low commitment, communication and responsibility. Relationship variables have a risk level of trust, honesty and a spirit of low progress, frequent conflicts, and limited information between relations. Other institutional variables have the risk of not having a business network and low government cooperation, training and funding. These risks must be handled properly and correctly. The purpose of this study is to identify and assess the institutional risk of supply chains. Risk identification and assessment uses the Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FFMEA) method. The result of five randomly selected SMEs, the highest risk in the actor variable is the lack of intellectual knowledge and low commitment. The risk priority in the relation variable is the lack of spirit of going forward together. The risk priority for institutional variables is the limited of supporting fund from other institutions.

Abstract
Willingness to pay tax can be interpreted as a value that is willing to be contributed by someone (determined by regulation) that is used to finance the general expenditure of the country by not receiving reciprocal services directly. The willingness of taxpayers to pay taxes is important in tax collection. However, in reality the public does not like paying taxes due to the public never knowing the concrete form of compensation for the money spent to pay taxes. So without a willingness in the taxpayer to be willing to pay taxes, the effort to maximize income in the tax sector cannot be achieved perfectly. Awareness of being a taxpayer and awareness of paying taxes to fulfill all of his obligations need to be fostered to taxpayers in living in a society, thus, the wheels of government will take place smoothly in the interests of the taxpayer itself and the smooth running of the government will also achieve the overall ideals of the people / inhabitants living in a just and prosperous state within the scope of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract
This study aims to explain how Japanese entrepreneurs achieve success and replicable benefits in entrepreneurial activities. Data for this study was gathered through from observations on articles and books. This study uses a qualitative method. As a nation that experienced a war defeat, Japan has similarities with Indonesia. However, why is Japan recovering faster than Indonesia? We can see how the progress of Japanese industry is very rapid, especially since post World War II. So that raises many questions, whats the secret of the success of Japanese business? Results of this qualitative research show that Japan can be successful because it applies their past culture, namely "Bushido". This "Bushido" teaches to be a person who never gives up and works hard. Therefore, Indonesia can also develop rapidly like Japan if it applies the "Bushido" nature that is in line with Islam

Abstract
Recently, the indicator of food security in Indonesia has improved not only seen by food availability but also food utilization. The household consumption pattern has shifted from carbohydrates to another nutrient included protein, even though the change is relatively small. One of the ways to the household to meet their needs for protein source food is from own-produced food. Households which have own-produced food will allocate their food crops especially when the price increased. This study aims to analyze the consumption pattern of high protein source food either from plants or animal source. It applies the Quadratic Almost Ideal Demand System (QUAIDS) to estimate households responsivity towards price and expenditure changes, especially for own-produced food commodities. The results reveal that when the price of animal protein increase, a household will shift to consume cheaper source from plant protein. The value of own-price elasticity was more inelastic in rural and poor households. This indicates that when there is a price increase, those households tend to consume from own-production food. It is also suggested that there is a role from the small-farming scale as a household strategy to improve their food security.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between enterprise risk management (ERM) and sustainability reporting quality on firm-s performance. This study argues that ERM is a risk management that focus on internal risk. On the other hand, companies need to also manage risks that arise from externals such as social and environmental risks. Sustainability activities as reported in sustainability report are one of the ways for companies to manage such risks. This study uses 695 observations from 305 nonfinancial listed companies in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines during 2013-2018. Enterprise risk management measured by content analysis from risk management disclosure on annual report and sustainability reporting quality measured by scoring based on GRI-s database. Data were collected and analyzed using least square regression model. The result shows that enterprise risk management and sustainability reporting quality have positive effect on ROA. This evidence implies for company management that awareness of risk management and sustainability is needed to meet stakeholder expectations through improved performance. In addition, regulators also need to develop regulations related to sustainability for listed companies.

Abstract
The purposes of this article are to investigate the effect of good corporate governance mechanism, featured by number of meeting conducted by audit committee, independency of the boards of commissioners, quality of auditors and institutional ownerships on the mandatory disclosure as required by IFRS and the effect of mandatory disclosure on stock turnover. Two multiple regression models are used for a sample of 13 Indonesian Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data has been collected for 4 years to arrive at 52 data used in the data analysis. The first model is used to test factors associated with the level of mandatory disclosure. Then, the predicted value of mandatory disclosure generated by the first model is used as a determinant in the second model. The second model is set to determine the factors associated with stock turnover. The result indicates that the number of meeting conducted by audit committee is significantly and positively associated with the level of mandatory disclosure; whereas other determinants do not have any significant association with the level of mandatory disclosure. The result also shows that the predicted value of mandatory disclosure is positively and significantly associated with stock turnover.

Abstract
Company performance is an activity and results that can be achieved by a group in realizing the goals, objectives, vision, and mission contained in a companys strategic plan. However, in practice agency conflicts often occur. The agency conflict will lead to agency costs that will negatively impact the companys performance. This study aims to find empirical evidence about the impact of capital structure and managerial ownership on company financial performance with agency cost as an intervening variable. The research data used is the companys financial statements, and sample was taken using a purposive sampling method that meet the criteria with the number of observations as many as 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Path analysis is used to test and analyze the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study show that: 1) Capital structure influences the companys financial performance, 2) Managerial ownership does not affect the companys financial performance, 3) Direct capital structure through agency cost has a significant influence on the companys financial performance. 4) Indirectly managerial ownership through agency costs has a significant influence on the companys financial performance.

Abstract
We introduce rare sugars including their derivatives and supramolecular rare sugars, that have been actively researched at Kagawa University. Although rare sugars are special sugars which hardly exist in nature, we has succeeded in mass synthesis of rare sugars by utilizing biological enzyme isomerization reaction. In addition, rare sugars have various functions such as blood sugar level suppressing function, cancer cell growth suppressing function, and antibacterial action. In addition, since rare sugars have a large number of hydroxyl groups, they have a possibility for using as devices for expressing various functions by employing them as ligands of transition metal complexes. In recent years, it is successful that we have synthesized the suplamolecular rare sugars (SRSs) from the different types of rare sugars, that is not as simple mixtures but as single crystals having superlattice structure, that can be freely controlled optical rotation. It has been found that the crystal structures of these SRSs mostly follow the Wallach rule, but do not satisfy the Wallach rule especially in the case of D,L-psicose. Therefore, we have investigated the single crystal X-ray structural analyses of SRSs, obtaining the detailed crystal structure data, and analyzed the intermolecular interaction between their sugar molecules in the crystal by means of the DV-Xα molecular orbital calculation. According to our detailed analysis of the research, calculating the intermolecular interaction revealed that the stability of the intermolecular interaction in the crystal can not be explained only by following the simple Wallach rule. Specifically, for example in the case of D,L-psicose, the total energy in a crystal can be stabilized by aligning the polarization vectors of the molecules, and as a result, we have clarified that the SRSs crystal structure can be stabilized, even if it does not follow the simple Wallach rule.

Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the interaction between monetary and macroprudential policy through the function of the central banks objectives, namely The Plain Vanilla Taylor rule, Lean against the wind Taylor rule, Independent Macroprudential policy rule and Lean against the wind Taylor rule with Macroprudential policy. The value of parameter was obtained from Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation of the linear regression model and previous empirical study. Quadratic linear problems are solved using numerical optimizer csminwel of Chris Sims. The optimum coefficient calculation applied Dynare Optimal Simple Rule routine using the application of Dynare 4.4.3 and Matlab software. The result of study shows that independent macroprudential policy rule generating the most minimal value of loss function and the higher response of interest rate smoothing than Plain Vanilla Taylor rule and others model. This suggests that macroprudential instruments as a buffer in the optimal of monetary policy minimize the loss function of the central bank. In this case, the interest rate instrument is used to reach the stability of inflation and output. Furthermore, macroprudential policy is used to respond to credit growth. This is in line with Tinbergen principle.

Abstract
households inter-temporal consumption decisions. Further, financial inclusion is closely related to fintech. On the one hand, fintech helps overcome the financial inclusion problem because fintech manages to reach those who were previously inaccessible by banks. On the other hand, fintech will change the payment system structure in an economy that will eventually affect the effectiveness of monetary policy. Using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with the observation period of 2009.Q1-2018.Q1, this study aims to analyze the effects of financial inclusion and fintech on inflation as a proxy for the effectiveness of monetary policy in Indonesia within the framework of the transmission mechanism of interest-based monetary policy through both the cost of capital effect and the substitution effect. The results demonstrate that the level of financial inclusion and fintech proved to influence the effectiveness of monetary policy in Indonesia. However, the effect of shocks in financial inclusion on inflation is not permanent. However, shocks in fintech affect the volatility of inflation rate is permanent both through the substitution effect and the cost of capital effect.
