Abstract
The cooperative learning model is a teaching strategy that emphasizes attitudes or behaviors in working or helping among others in the structure of regular cooperation in groups, consisting of two or more people. The problem in this study is whether the application of the STAD cooperative learning model influences students mathematics learning achievement. This study uses the experimental method, using the experimental group of the STAD type cooperative learning model while the control group uses conventional/ordinary learning models. The population in this study was all students of SMA 1 Cibatu class 1, while the samples were two randomly selected classes from 6 existing classes. The instrument is used in this study is a set of description type test questions. To test the hypothesis, the Mann-Whitney test is used and from the test results it is obtained that Zhitung is -3.47 and Ztabel is 2.575 with α = 1%. It turns out that with the -Ztabel < Zhitung < Ztabel H0 is in the rejection area, it means that there is a significant difference in final ability between the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that there is the influence of the STAD cooperative learning model on students mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract
The priority of the Nawacita Program in the agricultural sector is to increase superior production, especially rice. In achieving these objectives, it is necessary to ensure the availability of national rice. The availability of national rice is fulfilled from 3 aspects, namely local rice production, government rice reserves and rice imports. Most of the previous research, the availability of rice only accounted for local rice production and rice imports. In this study, the governments rice reserves are counted as one of the main indicators. Because local rice production used to meet peoples needs is always reduced in volume to meet the governments rice reserves. In achieving rice self-sufficiency, this study also observed how the ability of local rice production to be the only one to supply the availability of national rice, without bringing in from outside parties. Research using the LS method with the Minitab 15.1 program shows the results that partially the availability of national rice is positively influenced by indicators, namely local rice production and rice imports while the governments rice reserves negatively influence. Forecasting the ability of self-sufficiency in rice by relying on local production in supplying the availability of national rice in the future, shows a positive trend meaning the value of the trend of forecasting increases with increasing time. The factors that influence the achievement of rice self-sufficiency are partially determined by rice supply, rice productivity, the gap in rice prices to grain prices, and the use of balanced fertilizers. But it is not influenced by the level of rice consumption in the community. With the results of this study, the availability of national rice is still very dependent on local and foreign rice products. However, to achieve rice self-sufficiency in the future, where all needs are met from local products is not impossible, so that dependence on imported rice can be reduced.

This study aims to detect indications of bond defaults by conducting a thorough analysis from published financial statement. Published financial statement of the firm have roles to give value added information for investors and creditors in making investment decision. Those roles can be failed when management do creative accounting to mislead users of the financial statement. PT Trikomsel Oke, Tbk (TRIO)s financial statements show that the companys revenue and profits increased during 2009-2014. However, the Indonesia rating agency (PEFINDO) declared default on both bonds issued by TRIO in November 2015, even though the signal TRIO gave to its financial statements was an unqualified opinion from one of the big four Public Accountants (KAP) for six consecutive years, and got PEFINDOs investment grade. The financial statement is analyzed with financial ratio and financial shenanigans indicators. Evidences show that there are some red flags of creative accounting and shenanigans action before the bonds declared a default in 2015. The profitability ratio that is not in line with cash flow from operation is the main concern of shenanigans indicators and also the highlight from all respondents. This result suggests investors and creditors to be more vigilant in analyzing the published annual report

Abstract

Abstract
X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) is an easy and nice method to examine the chemical and local structural properties of materials which measures the X-ray absorption coefficients with various incident X-ray energies. XAS can reveal the atomic coordination and the intersite or intrasite electron-electron interactions for each atomic species, so that it can be commonly employed for identifying the local electronic structures of condensed matter. In this talk, I would like to overview the general principles of XAS for the local structural identification, and showcase some examples of theoretical considerations for metal oxide systems including manganites, double perovskite cobaltites and hafnia-zirconia. For the simulation of soft XAS spectra, the concept of configuration interactions with atomic multiplets is employed. For the simulation of hard XAS spectra (so-called XANES), the ab-initio real space multiplet scattering calculation (FEFF) is employed.

Abstract
Standard theory of inflation is based on supply side and demand side theories. Both sides are about economic variables works which are simultaneously create the level of inflation in a region or district. All economies realize that all economic variables work not in an abstract space but in a real space in a physical space. Unfortunately very view studies and theories have been developed in the spatial impact. An important question is why the same monetary policy has different impact on different regions even though they have relatively same basic economic condition? This study aims at finding the question of how economic spatial have a significant role in inflation among districts in the province of East Java. By applying Spatial regression and Moran I to investigate if here is a spatial dependency among districts and also spatial interaction among them, it will identified if inflation rate among districts is also affected by spatial dimension. This study found that spatial dimension has a significant role in price stability in the region, but to choose the right spatial weight for the regression is crucial. Based on the result, the change in infrastructure has impact on transport cost and eventually on inflation rate. Policy maker have to analysis and decide properly which part of road or other spatial related facilities to be developed in order to have maximum impact to control inflation in the region.

This research was quasi-experimental. The research method used was the control group pretest-posttest design. The population is the sixth-semester students of the academic year 2018/2019 of the Study Program Elementary Teacher Education Universitas Ahmad Dahlan as many as 315 students grouped in 7 classes. The sample used is one experimental class and one control class taken randomly. The method of collecting data uses observations in multimedia learning mathematics that have been developed by elementary school pre-service teacher. The research instrument uses TPACK assessment sheets that have been validated by experts. The results of the study show that t value is greater than t table. This means that at a significance level of 5% blended learning was effective towards increasing the TPACK of pre-service teachers in developing multimedia learning mathematics in elementary schools.

Abstract
Facing 21st century, scientific literacy is one of the important skills that must be possessed. Introducing scientific literacy in elementary school is increasingly interesting to be studied because of the great challenges. This is why teaching science in elementary school has to be designed on using innovative media, models, approaches, and learning materials. One of these innovations is ethnomovtale book. Ethnomovtale book is a learning materials developed through 10 stages of R&D model based on Borg & Gall (2003). This research showed that ethnomovtale book was very effective to use as a supportive learning materials to improve scientific literacy in elementary schools. Based on the student and teacher-s responses, ethnomovtale book was so interesting and helpful to students in learning science.

Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to develop teaching materials based on the local wisdom of Indragiri Hilir District, Riau Province, namely "Menongkah Kerang" carried out by the Duano tribe. Teaching materials developed in mollusca material and will contain questions of classification abilities and use a simple determination key made by the author. The research methodology uses the Quasi Experiment method. The study design used quasi-experimental pre-test post-test two group design. Pretest is done before the lesson begins and the posttest is done after the teaching and learning activities. The study uses two classes, one control class only uses textbooks that are in school and one experimental class uses instructional materials that have been developed. The validation results from the three lecturers were very good and showed that the teaching material was valid and could be used. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest the students classification abilities increased, as evidenced by the posttest results of the average student increasing. In conclusion, this teaching material is very feasible to use in learning.

Abstract
Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is world-s main crops that owing poor storability characteristic in unprocessed state due to high water content. One of most widely used preservation method for vegetables such as potato is drying process with steam blanching and osmotic dehydration as pretreatment. Blanching and osmotic dehydration pretreatment are used for reducing water content as well as enhance dried product quality by immersing the product into hypertonic solution. In present study, potato slice blanched by steam for 3 min then soaked into three different type of salt as osmotic agent, i.e. NaCl, KCl and CaCl2 with different concentration (10, 15, and 20% (v/v)). The drying process was conducted using hot air dryer at 40°C for 4 h. The results indicated that higher concentration of hypertonic solution give greater water loss and solid gain value. The initial water content of pretreated potato slice was significantly decreased due to osmotic dehydration compared to non pretreated slices. The final potato slice water content with 10% KCl of pretreatment was slightly lower than other pretreatment combination. The drying rate of potato slices with 10 and 20% of CaCl were the lowest rate with almost similar pattern. Pretreatment with 10% CaCl was considered as the most effective pretreatment in terms of better surface color and minimum shrinkage of potato slice. The microscopy image showed that starch granules of potato were spread and invisible due to starch gelatinization. The appearance of cell wall was not clear with less shrinkage of potato microstructure.

Abstract
Fermented seed of the tropical tree Pangium edule Reinw., locally known as kluwak, have been used as spices in Asian and especially Indonesia cuisine. For further processing and post harvest handling, physical and mechanical properties of the seed are needed. Some physical properties, i.e. length, width, thickness, geometric mean diameter, unit mass and per 100 seeds, sphericity, surface area, true density, bulk density, porosity, peel ratio, and angle of friction at five different surface (cardboard, stainless steel, iron plate, glass, and wood) of kluwak seeds were evaluated at the market moisture content (50.1%). Also, some mechanical properties, i.e. compressive force, strain, stress and Young modulus at three dimensions axis have been measured. The average length, width, thickness, geometric mean diameter, unit mass and per 100 seeds were 44.94±5.6 mm, 43.35±5.2 mm, 27.40±3.4 mm, 37.36±3.2 mm, 11.47.±3.7 g and 1693.39±483.85 g. In the market moisture content, the results indicated 0.87±0.07, 4413.99±733.22 mm2, 1.01±0.01 g/cm3, 0.42±0.03 g/cm3, 58.21±3.37% and 69.10±13.84% for average sphericity, surface area, true density, bulk density, porosity and peel ratio of the seed, respectively. Angle of friction for respective cardboard, stainless steel, iron plate, glass, and wood were 25.52±6.9 deg, 17.40±3.92 deg, 21.40±5.2 deg, 12.27±42 deg, and 24.8±7.45 deg. The average compressive force needed to break the seed at length, width, and thick axis were 295.34±87.95 N, 283.87±83.90 N, and 215.71±65.53 N. The strain, stress, and Young modulus were 0.095±0.03, 2.10±0.71 N/mm2, and 23.16±7.20 N/mm2 at length axis; 0.069±0.03, 2.66±0.88 N/mm2, and 45.44±20.95 N/mm2 at width axis; 0.05±0.02, 2.05±0.63 N/mm2, and 48.12±22.61 N/mm2 at thick axis, respectively.
