Abstract
The statement that congestion by reducing private vehicles and improving the function of road volume and capacity, the statement does not apply to the current transportation improvement model, finally the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government fixes transportation modes by building public transportation infrastructure by building MRT and LRT, and improving quality and since Transjakarta has been growing since 2014, the existence of public transportation has not made it easier for passengers to use advanced modes, because there is no integrated route, management and tariff, therefore, since the appointment of the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Mr. Anies Baswedan made a policy on the Ok Trip program. This program aims to integrate Transjakarta buses with angkot in terms of routes, management and tariffs. This program shows success or success with passenger numbers increasing every day, because passengers feel that there is no tariff on angkot or free, and passengers only pay when on the Transjakarta bus by clicking on a Trip card. This study uses the concept of transparency according to Mardiasmo and Kristianten (2006: 45) is the openness of the government in providing information related to the activities of managing public resources to those in need. In addition to the concept, this study also uses the concept of accountability according to Samual Paul (in Tjahya Supriatna, 2001). Both concepts are used in research to answer research problems as an analysis knife, because the concept will examine and be very in accordance with the phenomenon of the Ok Trip program in the DKI Jakarta Province. The scope of this study only examines the application of the Program. This program study was analyzed by qualitative approach and descriptive method, then how to collect data by interviewing, observing, and analyzing documents, then analyzed by triangulation. The research findings suggest that the Ok Trip program is very suitable for further development, because the benefits of the program are very useful for passengers and policies to improve transportation in Jakarta, indirectly this program really changes the mindset of operators and drivers to use minimum service standards, and evaluation of city bus rejuvenation. What is certain is that the interests of actors cannot be avoided, because there are differences in explicit interpretations between provit goals and the benefits of the program, therefore, human resources need to be improved by sending HR from PT. Transjakarta, operators, drivers, and provincial comparative studies to other countries, as well as eliminating different perceptions by improving transportation are openness and shared responsibility.

Abstract
In determining a choice that is not based on specifications it is therefore important to know aspects of feelings in a product. Kansei is a technology that translates feelings into product design. The application of Kansei in the development of decision support systems can help facilitate decision making based on feelings. Decision support system development certainly involves a decision support system method. One method that is often applied in decision support systems is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), as many decision support systems have been applied in the industrial world basically referring to the evaluation of a number of criteria, To evaluate a number of existing criteria used the AHP method that is able to approach the assessment of qualitative and quantitative criteria. AHP method is the right solution for the case of product selection based on feelings that have the same specifications.

Abstract
This preliminary study was conducted to get an overview of the effects of applying the CC-Lab model to conceptual changes of high school students related to the concept of floating, drifting and sinking. The CC-Lab consists of four main activity stages of Lab, namely: 1) the stage of identifying student preconceptions, 2) the stage of conception confronting Lab, 3) the stage of conceptual Lab, and 4) the Stage of identifying the final conception of the student. A pre experiment method with one group pretest-post test design was used in this research. There are 37 students consisting of 22 female students and 15 male students, in one of the high schools in the West Bandung district of West Java province. Lab activities are carried out cooperatively in small groups. The instrument used to collect data is a conception test in the four tier test format related to the concept of floating, drifting and sinking. The results showed that before the application of the CC-Lab, the number of students in each conception category were: scientific conception (10%), misconception (62%), and no conception (28%), while after the activity of CC-Lab, the number of students in each category of conception became: scientific conception (82%), misconception (12%), and no conception (6%). These results indicate that the implementation of the CC-Lab model has a high effectiveness in remediating the misconceptions that occur among high school students regarding the concept of floating, drifting and sinking.

Abstract
Representation has an important role in solving mathematical problems. Problems that initially seem difficult and complicated can be seen more easily and simply by considering its representations. Mathematical expressions can be interpreted with various representations including visual representation, symbol representation, verbal representation and multiple representations. In Peirce theory, semiotic consists of three aspects, namely sign, object and interpretant. A semiotic reasoning is a process of deducing a conclusion based on the object, sign (representamen), and students interpretation in interpreting the meaning of sign (interpretant). This study aims to identify the mathematical representations of 3rd grade students in solving problems of fractions. The type of this study is qualitative research with case analysis of case studies. The participants of the present study are 3rd grade students of a private primary school in Jember. The results show that first participant 1 used verbal, visual, and symbol representations. The steps taken by the first participant in solving the problems were correct but the participant drew a wrong conclusion caused by the lack of practice in solving non-routine problems. Second participant solved the problem by using verbal and visual representations. The second participant described the solution with verbal ability and could solve the problem correctly. Third participant solved the problem by employing verbal and visual representations. The steps of the third participant in solving problem were correct but the participant drew a wrong conclusion caused by the lack of ability in understanding the concept of fractions. The conclusion is three participants used multiple representations, namely visual, verbal, and symbol representation in solving a problem.
